As i Remember in the month of September or October i called early salary app and enquired about my emi amount and some general information but also i have informed that i would like to change my due date and they said they will make it for 20 to 25 ( i don't remember the exact date) and also they will send me the confirmation too.

So i was in the impression that my information was updated and i can make the payment a
accordingly .

I went to Europe and i was making my payment and then i have relised that i have paid all the money but my account still has 10k balance which is just late fees and stuff. I agree that in 2 months i was late and for that I'm ready to pay 2k but not 10k for only late fees.

FOR THEIR MISTAKE WHY WOULD I PAY THE 10K AMOUNT

    I have taken loan from Early Salary for 1, 74, 812 for one year, after all deductions they credited 1, 66, 483 to my account.. I have already paid seven EMI’s, total amount paid till date is 1, 16, 705 and it shows I have to pay 87, 802 to finish my loan…
    I agreed that I have paid it late from the date scheduled but all of the EMI is are updated till month.. the total amount comes 2, 04, 507 … so Early Salary is taking 30, 321 extra apart from the regular interest which they are charging us which is too high and the loan is still pending even the interest is too high what they are charging but paying 30, 300 extra from the loan amount showing in their app even though the 4 EMI is still pending it doesn’t make sense I believe that Early Salary has cheated on this thing and I would like you to address my issue and help to get in touch with those people and get the amount reimbursed on same.
    For this I will be highly obliged to you.

      Hi team, I took a loan from early salary.Sorry Team,
      Actually you're not a costomer centric company.i agree with you and want to pay not only you charged extra but also your interest rate is very high.my family have been suffering from financial crisis.instead of helping them you guys made pressure. Even you don't care about any one financial problem.but u only guys creating pressure.even you don't recognize the voice of the agent.he even don't want to tell his name.you can take legal procedure because I don't have money now.i try to tell them but they don't understand my pressure only instead of harrasing me.previously I took a loan but I paid it before completing the tenure but now u behave like this.i also have certain problems i[censored] agree with me I want to pay it but in small emi I never said that I don't pay.even u don't agree to received small emi and increase my tenure.but you guys are not corporate with me instead of harrasing me.even you steal my data and called my all relatives. A recovery agent name soma sen alo called me I mention her the situation she told me that she will come to my home whatever happened.even they listen to you

        I, K.Dayanidhi is herewith submitting that I am working in the police department in civil as Head Constable at Nellore. After explained the personal Accidental Policy by the NIVA Bhupa Authorities of Branch office, Nellore I have joined in Niva Bhupa Personal Accidental Insurance scheme vide policy No. [protected] and customer ID No. [protected] on[protected] for three years i.e up to[protected].

        In this connection, I have paid to them first down payment Rs. 6, 000/- and they issued policy. After that one month Rs. 4, 530/- was paid on[protected] and second month due Rs. 4, 850/- was paid on[protected] at the office of the Niva Bhupa Branch Office, Nellore. Due to busy with my other duties, as I have to think that if any month will be miss, then loosing the benefits of insurance scheme, before taken the policy I have taken promise that the due payments will give to the branch authorities, they will pay the due amounts to concerned. Accordingly since now I am sending dues to them.

        While depositing second month due to you by them, they kept pending for the clarification of the policy issued to police personnel? Or not? So on this subject matter, second month due is not clear to you by them.
        I was receiving the phone calls, SMSs from the Early Salary in my working hours, it is very disturbance to me, even though I have explained the problem to them. Then I met the branch office authorities Sri Prabhakar Reddy, Branch Manager (phone No. [protected]), Sri Durga Prasada Rao, Regional Manager (phone No. [protected]) and agent Phone No. ([protected]) in their office, they were clarified that police personnel are not eligible to join in Personal accidental plan insurance scheme as their higher-ups decided. Hence they did not deposit the second month due to you i.e Early Salary. So, they sent messages to their higher-ups to do what next? And to act accordingly.

        I request you please may address the NIVA Bhupa Health Insurance Branch authorities with the above available phone numbers or their higher authorities through your convenient communication on my customer ID which was created at your service.

          I have taken SKINNSI laser treatment and the loan amount was approved through early salary. I paid 2 EMIs on time but SKINNSI didn’t start my treatment so I have decided to close the account. Now SKINNSI is not responding to my emails and the Early Salary collection team is blackmailing me. If I didn’t get any service then Why would I pay? Kindly close this ASAP.

              I Have Borrowed The Personal Loan Which Is On 18/03/2020. Due To Corono Issues, I was in moratorium, after 6 months, am keep on asking to to close the loan, Now In Cibil Its Showing 64, 588. Written Off (40, 000). It Is Impacting my Cibil Score. am trying to sort my Issues And refix my Credit History Properly, but there is no proper support to close the loan, Moreover I Checked The Loan Details Recently 2-3 Times More, How it went to this much amount. I would request the Entire Team to Remove the Extra & Unwanted Penalty Charges. I am really ready to close which is Borrowed with that actual Interest What I Got In Schedule With That I Can Pay.

                  I had taken loan of Rs.7000/- from early salary. I paid all amount but penalty charged were pending. Their collection team gave me assurance that they will waived off it and I will get NOC for the same. But they didn't waived off and marked my account as a written off in cibil. It is hampering my cibil score. I need a Loan closure letter and NOC for the same.

                    Dear early salary,

                    This is regarding your payment collection process. I have been a defaulter. I'm going through a tough time yet trying to arrange the money. However, your collection agents are behaving unruly with my friends. Please understand that such arm-twisting is illegal. I'm willing to talk and come to a settlement. However, if such harassment is done again, i'll take legal actions. If I get to know about any such calls hereafter, I will take legal action for data breaching and defamation

                        I took a PERSONAL LOAN
                        I repaid all the amount to the bank but the cibil is showing that I am having all the loans active. In your Babk. I want Cibil to clear my score as I have closed ALL the loans 1-2 years back. I am not getting loans anywhere due to these problems. Why I cleared the loans if it shows active in Cibil after Closing all the loans ? This is very bad and Cibil gives Poor Service to everyone. I heard from some people that they have closed their loans but still Cibil shows they are active what a service, Kindly Solve My problem Cibil.

I have taken loan from past two year in early salary 9k.. then had finished my loan with 12% interest.. but now the company make cheque bounce for every month.. my cibil score will decrease.. so how i have message for company member but he didn't reply for my message but now he will said to me you should pay the 30% of the interest with 3700 that why i am complainting for consumer complaint..please rescue from this fraud company ( early salary ) i hope you take action from the company of early salary.. thank you very much

                            As per loan statement, the overdue amount is 3957/-, but early salary asking money of 8453/-, in the loan statement the debit balance as on 26 th sept 2019 is 12957/- then i have paid 9000/- after that the debit balance as on 30th oct 2019 is 3957/- which is actual payable amount, But on 6th Nov 2019 settlement amount of 8453/- credit entry has passed and on the same date 4496/- Debit entry passed showing as miscellaneous debit.

                                I have borrowed loan from Early salary and due to some un available circumstances Iam unable to pay regularly. After discussion and agree with early salary total outstanding of rupees 28133/- should be cleared in 4EMI and there after NOC will be issued and remaining amount will be waived off. Accordingly I have paid the said amount in 4EMI and now I’m requesting for the remaining amount (2165) waiver and also NOC. But those people not at all responding. All the mail communications are available and also payment screenshots are available. Really they tortured me like any thing and after payment now they are not responding. Please help me in this matter. They should be finished. Really they tortured me and used abusive words. Please look into this matter

                                  Hello In the month of May 2022 I booked a aligner on smile ai platform online. The total cost was 35, 000.Rs. I have paid booking amount of 2000 myself and the remaing 33000 was availed through early salary who is the emi vendor for smile ai.

                                  As I did not get any update on my order for more than 1 month from smile ai I asked them to cancel my order and requested them to refund 2000 rs and cancel my early salary loan as well.

                                  But they did not do it, when I requested to early salary they said they can't do anything and I need to pay the emi. Hence I paid 1st month emi of rs. 2705 as it will affect my cibil score.

                                  After that I daily called smile ai and early salary and they did not responded. When I told them I'm going to complain about them legally.

                                  Smile ai customer person called me last week June 10 and told me they have I formed early salary to cancel my loan and also told they will refund my emi amount as well. But they refunded only my booking amount.

                                  Then today I reached early salary team regarding this and they told me they have not got any message regarding my loan cancellation from smile ai and they cannot close or refund my loan and money.

                                  Hence I decided to complain against them. I need my refund amount.

                                    Hello Sir,

                                    Greetings of the day!!!

                                    My name is Mahesh Biswa and I am a resident of Shillong. I previously had a Loan Account with Early Salary: Customer ID ([protected]) and Loan ID (LAl[protected]).

                                    So, to begin with I would want to bring to your notice that my loan was sanctioned for Rs. 20, 471 out of which my first EMI went out for 15000 and after all the late fee and GST on late fee I was to pay 8798.00 and the representative told me to make a payment of 8000 and the remaining would be waived off so I made the payment but on checking my Credit Report I realised they never closed. Therefore, I reached out to them and they were not willing to understand me but I luckily had a proof of the call recording and a copy of the email. After which I had to make multiple follow ups and it was then after the proof they agreed to close my account after I was being harassed.

                                    Now, my major concern is the last payment I made for Rs. 8000 was on 24/01/2020 and I never owed them anything for which they kept posting negative payment status on my Credit Report incorrectly for the whole 2020 and for them my loans and credit card application were being declined. I have attached a copy of the waiver email they sent in March 2020 and if you see the Loan statement the only last payment I made was on 24/01/2020 and they issued me a No Due Certificate last month, May 2022 meaning they have agreed to the blunder they made with my account.

                                    Apparently, Sir I need your attention here as this is my only door of hope now, I would request you to please take action against them and Early Salary should compensate me for this harassment and inconvenience and correct the incorrect marking on my credit report. They were so rude until I did not provide them with the proof.

                                    All the statements made above are true to my knowledge. Any discrepancies found then I take full ownership of it.

                                    Your consideration into this matter is the last ray of light I see.

                                        I am kaveri.i have taken loan of 21000 from early salary for ufaber coaching.i paid all the dues and received no due certificate from the company before 6 days back.at that time in the app also showing that my loan was closed.but now in early salary app..showing that my loan is still active..i need to pay, 4 dues..what is this..am from below middle class family..how can your company do this with me
