Ebay provides worst services. I have take 3 products and it got delayed and the delivered products are not working. I have claimed in ebay guarantee they rejectsaying not appropriate reason and asked to reopen they we will call you with 72 hrs and now its 15 days... I have purchased lenovo a526 aurora blue mobile from ebay.In on 5th april. The product description stated that the replacement/refund will be covered by ebay if there is any product issue. I received my product on 8th april and found the item was damaged( mobiles back button is not working). I have raised the ebay guarantee for replacing the mobile.
