    I had bought 1 samsung galaxy note 4 on march 25th 2016 from ebay, before buying its shown the delivery date should be on[protected]. but its shipped on[protected]. as per the ebay policy item should be deliver before 7 days from the shipping date. i claimed a refund on 9th April. but on[protected] i got the product from postman. but its a duplicate one. i directly go to the samsung customer care and they check the phone and said that its is not an original samsung phone. at the same time i spoke to the seller of this product, he said there is no possibility to happen that. but samsung official confirmed it not a genuine phone. so asking for a refund to the seller, he said please speak to ebay. i had talk with ebay customer care, they are raising a complaint against this. but nobody understand the situation, i had paid 26000/-rs for the same. i am ready to return the item. i need a refund asap. please help me to the same. otherwise i lost my money, nobody can help me these online fraud!!!

      I ordered new Xolo prime Mobile phone in 22/02/2016. I got it in 27/02/2016, but Xolo prime mobile phone was used phone.
      1. Its not sealed box 2. Damaged plastic cover covered on mobile phone. 3. Not attach or removed screen protection film on mobile phone. 4. Charger and cable outside of the plastic cover. Charger connect to this phone cannot charging in the phone. seller cheat me, he wrote the description its new phone, but this is not a new phone. Previously I am purchased same mobile phone from the same seller, that is sealed box and new phone. Because of again I am ordered this. But seller cheat me.
      I believe eBay guarantee, and l raced a claim for refund in same day(27/02/2016). But eBay guarantee cheated me, very poor customer care of eBay. Now 38 day(05/02/2016) after register race claim on eBay, did not take any action in their side. I called to ebay customer care more than 20 times, all times customer care executive told "we will update your claim with in 48 hours". But they take any action in this 48 days. eBay play this type gimmick drama. I want my money back.

        Ebay provides worst services. I have take 3 products and it got delayed and the delivered products are not working. It it is more than 2 months and i have not received the payment post frequently calling them for the status for more than two month .. Every time they used to forward the call to supervisor( not really, fwd to college) and he say will escalate it to funding team with 48 hrs.. And that 48 hrs is not yet completed. Today the call is fwd to team lead and he starts shouting ( where team leads never shout at customers ).. Saying why are you shouting to the executive.. Still problem is not resolved. Don't buy from ebay .. They are cheating people.Claim id : 1691563

          I order a pair of Philips Speakers on 12th October 2015 PaisaPay Id([protected]) but till today i.e. more than 6 months I havnt received either the money or the product.
          I have called them more than 15 Times about the same but still no action has been taken by them.
          I have a call recording in which they agree that I have called them 18 times.
          Even when a Call gets disconnected they never bother to call back.
          I want the product back and not the money.

Its really give us power to raise our voice against corrupt or bed companies who forget their services after selling products.I'll purchase samsung galaxy j2 and two more products ebay.In on month of april 11-2016 at 17:17pm. For ammount 7688 rupees my credit card. Transaction paisa pay id is [protected]. Next minutes i'll receive a phone call. Call person is telling this is conformation call ebay for your last order samsung galaxy j2. They will ask me which courier services available your location. I am telling bluedart and then they told we are send you the parcel gojaavas courier. And then he said i'll send you an sms you just tell me 4 digits pin on the message. I'll tell that pin.Next day i open my ebay account but it's not opened. Then i'll contact ebay.In customer care support team. They will say your account is hacked. I'll asking the resulation to reset account they told you contact ebay.com. Again and again i called ebay.In then some resulation. Executive officer telling me we are blocked seller account. I am asking my refund amounts the executive officer but they said contact ebay.com. They will provide me a contact number. That one is istd[protected]number from uk. When i'll called this number some computer voice is coming. I don't understand english properly. What can i do.Pls help me .

              The applicant respectfully submits as under:-
              1. That i lakshay goswami s/o rajinder kumar, resident of h.No. 146, durga nagar, ambala city and i placed an order dt.[protected] at about 11:20p.M online on ebay.In for purchasing a samsung galaxy j5 mobile for which i paid rs. 9, 600/- to the said company. I paid this amount from my state bank of india debit card. The item id for this product is[protected] and paisa pay id is [protected]. My delivery address for this order is anuj ha, g-9, rajiv gandhi technology park, chandigarh-160101. After placing the above said order i got a confirmation email on my email address [protected]@gmail.com by the above said company.

              2. That on[protected] at about 11:00 a.M i got telephonic call from the above said company by phone no. [protected] to confirm my order by giving confirmation code given by the company itself on my phone. After sometime, on the same day, i came to know via email that the above said company has changed my email address, password as well as other details of my ebay account.

              3. That the above said company sent me email mentioning a tracking id/air way bill detail: unikrtc155520 by which i can track the product’s current location. By using the above said track id i got a information that my order is being placed to be delivered at srinagar (J & k) and the product is also not the same that i ordered i.E samsung galaxy j5 mobile of rs. 9, 600/-. The company that has to deliver the product to me is gojavas courier.

              4. That with the above information you can clearly check that the product is not getting delivered to the address that was mentioned by me while buying the above said product i.E anuj ha, g-9, rajiv gandhi technology park, chandigarh-160101. We have talked to several customer care executives of ebay.In regarding the above said fraud played with me but they are not entertaining me in any aspect. They are asking my identity proof as well as proof of my account on ebay.In which is already been closed by the ebay itself. So, i am not able to find any solution regarding this problem.

              5. That in the end that i am giving my account details on ebay.In as well as hard copies of all the proofs. Username: maanu7353 email address: [protected]@gmail.com. M.) [protected], [protected].
              It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that appropriate action against the said company may kindly be taken in the interest of justice.

                I am struggling to process my refund via Ebay, I had ordered an item (Rs.1, 555 )from eby.in and the delivery has not been done yet.I got a mail from EBAY saying that ( Refund request approved for PaisaPay ID [protected] ) post which I have called thrice to the customer service toll free but everytime I receive a same answer that I will receive a call from EBAY in next 48 hrs and the refund will be processed, I am highly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service and same was not expected by EBAY that such a big company and the processes are so weak that it takes 12 days to process the refund.

                This means when I purchase from ebay i have to be prepared and take out time to fight with ebay, it seems like that.

                I have purchased moto g battery from eBay and same was purchased under eBay guarantee..I have called their call center number of times that battery is not original and request them multiple times to refund my money..I am calling their call center since Feb 2016 and everytimr they respond we are working on this issue.

                      The listing of dell laptop on ebay had the payment of taxes to be done online after purchasing the item. I asked the seller as to what amount that would be which he replied as rs.3219 on ebay.In. I booked the item on 25/03/2016 and on 26/03/2016 received an sms with a link for payment of taxes online. I paid rs. 3219 online as if paying to dtdc couriers but the item was showing yet to be shipped. The seller than switched off his cellphone no. [protected] and stopped replying to the queries as to when the laptop will be delivered. After contacting ebay and chatting with the customer service chat transcript - sr# 1-[protected] i am having a suspicion that i have been a victim of online fraud. The ebay rep. Is just telling to wait until 31/03/2016 and taking no responsibility of the contents of the sellers ebay listings.I asked her a number of times as to is the seller a verified seller but there was no answer from her end and she avoided the question saying to wait till 31/03/2016. While going through the listings i came upon one more seller techpark1 who seems to have the same modus operandi and same products as sparkcomputer_222. My father mr. Kishor patel with his id [protected]@gmail.com asked him through ebay message about the taxes to which he replied by message as rs. 3219. My father tried to explain everything to the ebay customer care that how ebay is used for online frauds but all in vain.Customer service chat transcript - sr# 1-[protected]. On 11/04/2016 i got back the amount of rs. 26077.50 paid by paisapay but lost rs. 3219/- to online fraud.
                      1. Why ebay has allowed new seller to list and ask for amounts as taxes to be paid in the listings itself.
                      2. Does the ebay verify the seller?
                      3. Even after repeated mails, chats and calls the co. Is not taking any responsibility of online frauds using their website by a listed seller.
                      4. Why don't they take the responsibility and take action against the seller?
                      5. The amount involved for 100 listings is rs. 3, 21, 900/- and thus many buyers have/will suffer the losses due to apathy of ebay.
                      6. Due to such experience the faith of buyers and also sellers will be lost for online shopping on ebay.In.

And now its 11 april i haven't recieved a single call from them till now..

                              No refund more than 45 days complete cheating package
                              I have purchase following product from ebay.In on 22/02/2016

                              I have raised claim on 26th of feb 2016
                              Till 18th of march that means till 22 days ebay asked me for proof which are uploaded on 26th of feb
                              At that time also this happened proof was uploaded but not visible to ebay and they rejected claim
                              And i repeatedly ask that i have uploaded,
                              Finally on 18th march ebay.In asked seller
                              “18 mar 2016 seller to provide a resolution for item not as described concern of the buyer ”
                              (Previously ebay.In has put this in favour of seller)
                              Now i made to wait till 22nd of march by calling that we are in process so now its 26 days
                              After my claim i was waiting for resolution, i have updated everything to twitter as well as customer care
                              But i was told for sometime…
                              Thought the official deadline for issue is 20 days but i made waiting for 26 days
                              On 22 of march i asked for uploading proof for “buyer to provide proof of return shipment “

                              On the same day i uploaded proof and also sent proof in mail to
                              My comments are already there “pfa…” on 22 of march

                              Though it was continuous festival days here i made it by air courier to avoid any delay.
                              On 24 of march i received update that
                              “buyer did not provide proof of return shipment - claim denied”

                              Though there is already comment of attachment from me on 22 of march that id with in decline
                              And i also sent mail with proof to ebay.In on 22 of march to avoid confusion
                              But due to some technical issue on ebay.In images not visible now due to that
                              Ebay reject my claim

                              Moreover i was send all details to

                              I have again send all the details here on 29 of march, now after these much days these guys said you dint upload proof on time that is why this is reject,

                              I don’t understand what king of cheating is this, already sent al the proof that it was ebay.In ‘s mistake
                              Still thy are not refund my payment, now the condition is i have sent product to seller and ebay is not returning my money.

                                I have purchased lenovo a526 aurora blue mobile from ebay.In on 5th april. The product description stated that the replacement/refund will be covered by ebay if there is any product issue. I received my product on 8th april and found the item was damaged( mobiles back button is not working). I have raised the ebay guarantee for replacing the mobile. The guarantee was rejected stating that i have to contact seller. I have purchased this product based on the word by ebay stating it will cover the replacement/ refund. Please do the needful.Thanks

                                  I was ordered lenevo k3 note by eBay @rs 8499/_ after using promocode coupon on 03 Jan 16 and rec'd 16 Jan. 16 with eBay guarantee 1 month & seller warranty 06 months by paise pay ID [protected] on the name of suresh kumar.within one month I was. Contacted the was damaged and wanted to replace. After 25 days daily tele conversation with eBay informed me to reship to the seller. I was sicked and admitted up to 7 days. After discharge again contacted to eBay, they told me you are not reship the product, so your claim closed. I wanted to re-open the case because to take decision eBay take 25 days. After contact the customer care they told me reship the product to the seller and forward mail of pod copy( proof of despatch) I was despatched on 15 Mar 16 & the seller recd 16 Mar 16. From 16 Mar to 31 Mar 16 contiously sent email three times in a day 3 different email ids was provided by eBay care.ie, [protected]@ebay.com, [protected]@ebay.com &[protected]@ebay.com and revert mail was recieved on the subject.but eBay care told me no any pod copy resolution recd.send again send again ... Finally I was recd the product from seller the same condition, ie, display damage, doubling and flickering the images and letters.and I informed to the seller they told me we are not doing anything contact eBay for refund now the eBay told contact seller, seller not attending any of my call. I could not use atleast 10 days with satisfaction after the huge amount. So mentally and physically tired due to this type fraud activities. So I request you to solve my this problem by refund or good condition mobile as soon as possible...

                                    I bought terabyte USB hub at 9th March 2016 worth 375/- after receiving it I found it's not working properly hence contacted eBay and its seller bhavyasalesfbd15 but seller doesn't reply
                                    I left comment on its ID got no response
                                    I called eBay Helpline 7times they say seller doesn't warranty for product
                                    They registered me under eBay guarantee saying within 72 hrs would get call back
                                    But no response again I called they said let 72 hrs be finished you'll get call
                                    Awaited but nothing happened
                                    Calling again got the same answer seller has no warranty
                                    so they won't able to help me

                                    After discussion said my claim will reopen wait 72 more hrs you'll be called after overing
                                    I didn't receive i contacted him instead they
                                    answered same thing no warranty eBay written this thing in their terms and conditions
                                    We can prove for not refunding

                                    Litterly this is cheating
                                    Please help my money get back
