I made a purchase through ebay on 4th march 2016 and paisa pay id [protected].And the amount of rs. 18, 381.88 debited from my account. Later, on 8th march a mail came, informing that the seller is unable to ship ebay item, and refund processed. Now 22 days has gone, but the amount not credited till now.

    Respected sir/madam, please kindly do me a favour and please read the whole entire body!!! I am sorry to inform you that i myself had purchased a tissot chronograph black dial gold color rim steel strap mens wrist watch's (Item id:[protected] on 26th march 2016 at approximately around at 06:55pm through ebay.In (Paisapay id: [protected]) by their own seller: smart-spend (117). The payment of rs. 5, 799.00 amount was made through cash on delivery on 29th march 2016 on the date of delivery of the following parcel (This month and yesterday only) at the following approximately time between 02:30pm that was yesterday's afternoon only and moreover the payment of 5, 799.00 amount was made to the bluedart's courier guy who came to deliver my parcel (Tracking id: [protected]). I instantly opened the parcel after the bluedart's courier person left my house after successfully collecting the payment of rs. 5, 799.00 amount and after successfully delivering my watch and after that when i opened my parcel, i was very much shocked and very much disappointed to see that from the very begaining that why is my tissot chronograph black dial gold color rim steel strap mens wrist watch's (Item id:[protected] second hand was not working properly, it's getting stopped automatically after each and every 2 hours and after that i need to press the first right-side hand button everytime to get it started/working again and moreover there is some problems with the date display also as the date is not changing automatically which i had noticed and moreover the time and date adjustable key is also not working/functioning properly!!! Is it a defect or the function of this above mentioned watch is like that only because i think it should not function strange like this since no other watch in the entire universe performs strange like this one and moreover i think that the unit of the above mentioned watch that i had received from you sir, is defective as previously the tissot chronograph black dial leather strap silver color rim mens watch (Other product/item of same brand tissot watch which i had purchased from the same seller at ebay.In) item number:[protected]Paisapay id: [protected]) which i had purchased from you sir, before purchasing this watch is working absolutely perfect and is a top notch product/item but this tissot chronograph black dial gold color rim steel strap mens wrist watch is not working properly at all as being described. All the watch's hands such as the hours, minutes etc are working properly but the watch's second hand is not working properly, it's getting stopped automatically after each and every 2 hours and after that i need to press the first right-side hand button to get it started/working again and moreover there is some problems with the date display also as the date is not changing automatically which i had noticed and moreover the time and date adjustable key is also not working/functioning properly!!! Waiting for your reply and sir, you can take as much time as you need for your research and inform me @ asap with correct information.       My paisa pay id: [protected], claim id 1341115 and new service request no is 1-[protected]. I bought iphone 5 from ebay on 13th of october and found it not ok for use.

      At that time also i tried to communicate the same but couldn't convey as ebay abruptly closed my claim stating that the phone was ok.

      The iphone at the time of buying was found with dead battery and after calling the manufacturer 100 times and not receiving any response, i had to start using it.

      1.All my nearby service centers told me that the phone is refurbished and every single part in it is fake.

      2. Iphone 5 never comes in gold color, but my phone is golden in color, stating clearly that it is fake. The bill is also fake as it does not show any details of the seller.

      3. I was given 6 months sellers' warranty at the time of buying but to my surprise the seller was fake and ebay has suspended it...!!!

      My phone is switched off since last one month and out of these 5 months i could only use it for maximum 1.5 months, rest all the days i was struggling to make it work.

      I went to the nearest apple center i.E. Dehradun, they also confirmed that the product was not genuine i-phone product. I have all the relevant documents to support my claim.

      Also, i informed to ebay about the same but two weeks are over and they have not replied on the same. I want the compensation for the money i have spent and the mental torture i have been going through since the last 5 months.

        Hi all,

        On 18th march i have purchased a jbl bluetooth speaker from ebay.In using paytm gateway.

        Payment got deducted from my a/c as well as paytm account (Paytm cash txn id [protected]) (Bank txn id:[protected] however in ebay there is no order history.

        I am following in twitter but i am only getting replay which is kind of mental harassment.

        Everyday they told we have send your issue to the concern team however no solution given.

          Hi Team,
          I am aware of the fact that at time of placing order at checkout if there are excise/octori duty applicable, which may be borne by the customer. I am sharing my experience while placing an order for a water purifier on ebay. Surprisingly there was no message displayed at the time of placing order that exice duty is applicable and need to be borne by me and I checked out by making a prepaid payment for the order.
          The surprise came while it was getting delivered. The courier guy raised a bill of 308+115=423. I could see an invoice for excise duty of Rs 308 but the other invoice raised was by the courier company towards service charges of rs 115 incl of taxes.
          I contacted the customer support team of ebay who washed off its hand and provided the seller's contact. I contact the seller who was helpless and told me that it was mistake from his end.
          I contacted the ebay support team again and they updated that even though its seller's mistake, I need to pay for it.
          This is the worst ecommerce website I have seen who accepts seller's mistakes and asks the customer to pay for the mistakes of the seller. And they are not even bothered about the courier charges.

          This is the last purchase from ebay.

            I had purchased an iphone 4s from you through ebay (Paisapay id [protected]) on 21st october 2015 believing that it is new and genuine. But after couple of months the wifi stopped working and then when i went to the service center they told me that it was a refurbished phone so it was not in warranty.

            I would request you to kindly return my money and take your phone back as you have breached the trust between the buyer and seller. I would never had brought the phone had you mentioned it as refurbished. I tried to contact you on your phone as well but no one picked up. If you don't reply to my mails then i would be forced to serve a legal notice to you and ebay for running a fraud business.

And I request them to arrange a reverse pickup as I am a working woman I hve no time for doing all these work, that's why I shop online, to avail home delivery, due to lack of time, and they didn't reply, and closed my claim without informing me, then I again raised a claim, but they are still asking for courier from my side and let see what are they asking about the courier charges, The amount of shipping charges paid by you for reshipping the product will be credited back to you in the form of coupon on your registered email address within 7-10 business days once the claim is closed. This coupon will be valid for 3 months which will mean that you will be able to use this coupon for your future purchase within next 3 months. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.                         This is the astonishing that there is no response of our complaint of the mobile set Lenovo purchased from you. You are simply beating behind the bush telling 5Days.10Days, 20Days.
                        The set was faulty at the starting point itself which was informed to you just after its delivery which was also acknowledged by you. Thereafter you became mum and your customer support on contacting started buying time saying 5Days.10Days, 20Days.They starting telling to go to customer care for repair telling that they had received it from Lenovo in this condition only. Why should we go to customer care when the set was faulty at the starting point .Don’t you have any command over your venders. This in no can be termed as business . If you continue this approach then my dear friends this may not only have an adverse bearing on your business but also I am afraid your vessel (business) may sink before sailing in your own bay . There is not an iota of business like thing and surprisingly you are calling it bay( ebay ). If my complaint is not resolved within three days of this mail .I may approach to all legal authorities at all levels and through all channels for relief. I am certainly capable to make a big dent to the people of this sort by going public including all kinds of media .
                        I hope you will not give me any such scope and get the set replaced . Interestingly the set was not even accompanied by its manual which is mandatory . The set seems to be a used one . this is without any prejudice. This may also be taken as NOTICE U/S 80 CPC.

                          I ordered for a 16gb memory card and i paid for it as well. (Paisapay id [protected])
                          The product was not delivered to me at all, but the site says it has been delivered to me.
                          I tried raising a claim with ebay and they just closed my claim without even letting me know about it.
                          I called ebay 4 times (Few of their names from customer support are sushma, balram and so on) and has asked them to re-open the claim or atleast raise a new request on my issue; all 4 times i was asked to wait for many days and none of them ever got back to me with a single update about my request.
                          Then i called ebay to escalate the issue and a team manager(Ravi) spoke to me and said he will get back to me within 3 working week days, but it has been more than a week and no one has given me any update. I don't know how long do i have to wait for an item to get delivered to me.
                          This is the first time i tried buying from ebay and it will be the last time i will ever buy products from you guys as well.

                            Dea e-bay,

                            I am a registered user of your website, having purchased multiple ranges of products from many listed buyers thru your website having user id ?Dhairyadragon?. I had ordered an apple 5s phone thru your registered vendor/supplier, m/s elixircart2014 on the of 12th of december 2015. Item number[protected] and made the payment online thru paise pay id[protected]. I was offered this phone as a brand new machine by the vendor at a price of rs.24000/- and received an e-mail by mr.Abhishekh kumar cell number [protected], confirming the consignment shipped as brand new product. This product was delivered on the 19th of december.

                            After exactly one month of functioning the phone just stopped working. Since the time we have been trying to contact the vendor, however there is no response from their end. We tried to contact you as well, and we were assured that the case will be resolved, vide various correspondence from your end at first we opened an ebay gurantee claim on 26/1/16. Under special conditions and it was opened by the ebay team as 1 month time period was over the handset was listed as ?New? And the initial seller communication was good . On 22/01/2016 the hand set stopped working and showed ?No sim ?Error

                            After taking the phone to apple service center and running the imei code in the system the phone came as a faulty piece that was replaced with apple in 2013 and the handset was supposed to be in apple warehouse but was stolen from there.
                            Its a clear case of fraud, done by the vendor by supplying an old refurbished cell phone, which is a stolen piece from the apple warehouse. On 26/1/16 the claim was opened but on 02/02/16 the claim was closed without any resolve stating non eligible criteria i tried to contact the seller thru email, phone, message, whats app, etc., and even ebay tried to contact the seller but the seller does'nt respond not once i have written many emails to ebay regarding this matter on 03/02, 05/02 etc but did not get any replies i demand 100% compensation of the cost incurred by me within next 48 hours, failing which, i will be constrained to file a legal case against e-bay, for selling a stolen product delivery to me conspiring with their registered supplier.

                            Note- if you see the sellers account and feed back it is mostly in negative and the positive ones is due to the seller bribing them by offering 100 rupees recharge now on 22/03/16 i called ebay they promised a resoloution but nothing happened

                              I bought 32gb samsung memory card from ebay.in and it delivered me a fake samsung card.
                              This was verified at a authorized samsung service centre. Now i have informed the ebay about the issue but no substantial steps has been taken from there side so pls help me get my money back.
