I've brought a dell lattitude original battery on ebay, the battery is not a new one, its used battery. I was unhappy with the product, as its a ebay guarantee product, I've reshipped the battery to ebay.
They have called me for the refund of money, they said they will send a DD on my name.
my first call reg- refund:4- jan-refund- it takes 17 days and claim underprocess. 17- jan- refund approved. I got DD around 5-10th feb, bank rejected DD as the name on DD incomplete. I called ebay on 18-feb- DD name incomplete, they said you will get a new DD, I asked them do I need to reship the DD they said not necessary. On 24-feb, I've called ebay, response is, please wait time slot is open. Now I'm calling ebay for every 10-15 days frequently for DD they use to say your complaint is escalated you will receive the DD. Time passed Still I call them for every 10-15 days they repeat the same answer. I've called the on 28.Mar explained everything saying its been 3 months, they said they will arrange me a call back from backend team. I got a call from ebay on 31.March the guy said to reship the DD back, I asked why did ebay didn't say this to me when I called them in Jan, feb, all these days and now you are asking me to reship the DD, all these days I've been calling you and asking for. In what way I should consider this acts of resolutions you guys have passed time, diverting me in a wrong way, lied me, cheated me, mentally disturbed me. He is not at all concern about my problem and repeatedly saying only one thing, Sir we apology for that, we have only one solution you have to reship the DD.
I'm utterly unhappy with ebay.
I want a proper solution and the cost of wasting 3 months of my time.
eBay.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
