I purchase a samsung display with touch they show"100% original samsung s4/i-9500 lcd touch screen digitizer assembly black" but i recived duplicate and blue color and i send it to back and they recived and i try to many time to refunding my money but they always say i thing we are arranging you call from our resolution team . And not one call me it happen 4 -5 time 26 march product received to seller. Please help me. I talk to mr raman who give me again 24 hour time. They give me this type or time form last 27 march.

    I have purchased a smart mobile on[protected].The smart phone which was delivered on m[protected] uniscope xc2) was a mobile used by somebody and the second sales has been done to me. But, in bill it was mentioned that brand new uniscope xc2/cdma+gsm. While opening the mobile i found lot of applications installed by the previous user and photographs will have been taken from[protected] to[protected]. The seller was cheating. I have taken photo of all that stating and proving that the mobile was a second sales. I promise u, that i will go to consumer court as soon as possible.

        I purchased a product from ebay.In dated on 21st feb. Id-[protected]. I got a non working product on 25th. After repeated calls seller sent the adress to return the product. I sent the product back to seller. (Mr.Kunal kumar, k-tech distibutor, ranchi, mob-[protected] ) through speed post. In tracking reords he recieved product with in three days. Tracking id- ek[protected]in.

        I contacted may times to ebay through phone and emails. 14 emails i sent regarding this but no action till date. Seller is not picking up the calls. Its a complete waste of money and time.

            It been 8 days to this last msg. on this complaint but still getting same revert from ebay give us some time to help you, i had informed / raised claim on ebay guarantee as on 17th March'16 but still waiting for confirmation on refund for giving faulty pc.
            This seem to be fraud case even as getting pre typed replies all the time give us some time how long, will ebay wait for the payment from my side after delivery of the product for so long if yes I will ready to wait or not then in that case request them to process my refund.
            Again same pre type reply will force me to go further and book fraud case again you as will not have other options.

            Dear Team,

            Ebay after 2 plus months giving reply that they are rejecting claim as product has manufacturing warranty but warranty came in picture when i have used and any error or defect come but here case is that i have been supplied faulty product, which is not working.

            Secondly, it was high side when i received 2 mails from ebay one was saying warranty for .3 years & second was saying warranty for 1 year, which showcase ebay it self not sure on warranty and rejecting customer complaints.

            It been 2 plus months now so would like to get my money plus interest for the period.
            & kindly guide how should i go ahead for the fraud complaint legally plus mental harassment case.

            My last mail to this side was on 13th April 2016 then today i have written second mail but there is not revert from ebay on the same till now ..

            Which clarify that they are not bothered for consumer care forum of india even !!

            I had shared the complaint to ebay India Head even but till date i have not hear any positive revert from him even on the said.

            I have paid money to ebay on the trust to ebay website but now i been cheated by ebay .

                I have ordered for samsung bhs3000 stereo bluetooth headset, while receiving it on 1st march 2016, found outside ebay cover closed condition, while the inside box was in open condition, and the bluetooth unit and headset was missing, only charger available

                Various times called ebay, seller and even explained to the courier partner

                The ebay care executives given lot of time to wait, almost 1month over, never called back me even after saying will call at high priority, clearly cheated me and my money, heard many cheating issues in other sites, first time ever i was cheated and got the worst response from customer care executives, sent all the proof images to

                  Dont buy from ebay they are the cheaters.. they will not listen to you. a froad company which sells deffective products and when u raise claim they will say go to any service center. whqt the hell is this u buy products through these sites as u dont wanna to go to market and after buying feom ebay i have to pick the item and go to service center. if the company customer center is in another country then acoording to ebay u have to go there.
                  ebay gurrantee states that they will not accept return if the item is not working. their headache is till they get money from the customer and rest customer has to do it by his own wheter get it or not

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        Is that no law exist against this kind of website's?
                        They accept payments even if they do not have the item in stock, after contacting customer support they ask us call to seller, i contacted the seller also but he says the item is not in stock i will cancel your order give me your paisa pay id he says. The fun part is they need 12-15 days to refund our money before that they take 21 days to process the refund procedure. If they do not have the item in stock why the hell they take payment from us and keep it for so many days nearly 20 working days? If they keep our money for so many days in bank they earn interest and churn this money into short term investments and earn money from it. This is not about my only concern they do with almost all customers they mention the product is original and sell fake items which do not worth even 50% of mentioned rates.

                        If they do like this with customers in emergency cases who is the responsibility for any loss of life or any kind of loss.

                        Other websites like snapdeal and flipkart they refund in hours if we dont like the products. And the fun part is with ebay.In is they do not have reverse pickup option that to we need to send them and pay by our pocket.

                        Please take action against them and verify there transaction history.

                              I am ebay buyer since 2005. I buy lot of stuff on ebay.com and ebay.in. Recently during my visit to India. I purchased Sony earphones and Apple iphone charger. Listing clearly stated it was original. To my shock, I received fake/replica/duplicate product. I raised claim 1776198 & 1818605 immediately upon receipt And the worst thing happened to me was ebay India, without enquiring and contacting seller about the product rejected my claim. There was no call or email about the outcome. I called customer care and they said they will inform claims department to call me back. No one called me. I am really frustrated and disappointed with ebay india on supporting sellers on fake items. Seems like ebay India do not care for their buyers when they have issues with the product. I have already reported to consumer bureau about my bad experience with ebay India. ebay guarantee is a joke. Do not buy from ebay.in

                                I ordered iPhone 4s 16GB on 14th Feb'16 through eBay online and received the product on 19th Feb'16. However I was out of station and was able to check the product only on 24th Feb'16 and came to know that the product was not up to the standards. Hence raised complaint against the product under eBay guarantee on same day and asked for refund. eBay consumer team confirmed that the issue will be resolved in 20 days. Also, I received a mail from them with claim ID mentioned, but for a replacement and not refund. The claim ID is 1739406 and Paisa pay ID is [protected]. On 29th again I gave a call back and told them it is a refund and not replacement.

                                Post the above, I have given call to customer care more than 25 times, including today and I receive a response from that we will arrange a call back from backend team for reverse pick up of the product with in 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours etc.

                                Please help us in getting this issue resolved as we are waiting for response from eBay for close to two month.

                                  I've brought a dell lattitude original battery on ebay, the battery is not a new one, its used battery. I was unhappy with the product, as its a ebay guarantee product, I've reshipped the battery to ebay.
                                  They have called me for the refund of money, they said they will send a DD on my name.
                                  my first call reg- refund:4- jan-refund- it takes 17 days and claim underprocess. 17- jan- refund approved. I got DD around 5-10th feb, bank rejected DD as the name on DD incomplete. I called ebay on 18-feb- DD name incomplete, they said you will get a new DD, I asked them do I need to reship the DD they said not necessary. On 24-feb, I've called ebay, response is, please wait time slot is open. Now I'm calling ebay for every 10-15 days frequently for DD they use to say your complaint is escalated you will receive the DD. Time passed Still I call them for every 10-15 days they repeat the same answer. I've called the on 28.Mar explained everything saying its been 3 months, they said they will arrange me a call back from backend team. I got a call from ebay on 31.March the guy said to reship the DD back, I asked why did ebay didn't say this to me when I called them in Jan, feb, all these days and now you are asking me to reship the DD, all these days I've been calling you and asking for. In what way I should consider this acts of resolutions you guys have passed time, diverting me in a wrong way, lied me, cheated me, mentally disturbed me. He is not at all concern about my problem and repeatedly saying only one thing, Sir we apology for that, we have only one solution you have to reship the DD.
                                  I'm utterly unhappy with ebay.
                                  I want a proper solution and the cost of wasting 3 months of my time.

                                    Hi I would like to bring to your notice that - I had ordered a acer laptop on 16 march. Due to some resons iraised a request for cancellation with the seller on 17th march which was even before shipment. The seller refused to cancel the order and asked us to speak to ebay customer care, later ebay told us to speak to seller as they cannot do anything.
                                    Later selller forced us that they will ship the the order and we can return it back post return ebay will process the return. But after the gap of 13 days what I see is that the payment is not yet returned. Kindly look into this and get this sorted, before i create a bad name for you guys and drag the matter to consumer court. i have the recordings from the seller too.Details of the order are mentioned below.Looking for immediate revert.

                                      I ordered an earphone.on 05/03/16 through ebay . I recieved an item which was already open and in very bad condition.Someone"s ears wax was there on the ear buds.I raised the claim immediately after recieving the item on www.eguarantee.ebay.in . I also called the seller he said that he will take the claim after 2 hors but ebay gguarantee team give me a time period of 5 days for resolving the claim. After 5 days i called them and ther again give me time period of 5 days . After 5 days i again called them and the give me a time period of 3 days . After that 2 times they gave the 3 days time period. They dont even listen they always says that they cant do anything intead of snding the complaint to the claim office . I am frustated and feeling helpless . Please help me for my refund.

                                        I placed an order for 2 pieces of keyboard cover and screen guard cover priced at 150 rupees, total.I gave them my full mailing address and mobile number but they did not deliver the product.Not only that upon asking they directed me to their website and asked me to find the solution for my answers.Why do they collect our address, mob number and email and then back track upon the order?Some of their offers have a web site mentioned which does not exist on the net.We are taken for a ride.
