Respected sir/ madam
This is a complaint regarding a iphone 5 -32gb-black -factory unlocked imported smart phone (Item#[protected], imei: [protected])purchased on december 24th 2015 from "ebay". I registered in icloud next to day.But i started to use it with sim in april 2016.

It is facing sim searching issue. Had contacted nearby iphone service cecenter. But they reported that they couldon't handle it.

I would request to find a solution to it or replace with immediate effects.

    Hi sir,

    My name is ritesh p v. I opted for a new "100% original xiaomi mi 10400mah power bank with usb led lamp free " from ebay. I paid the amount by cash on delivery. On the site it is mentioned 6 month warranty for this product. Have not received any warranty card with the package nor did i receive usb led lamp nor the product is new.


    Few days later determined the product is a fake (From mi service center). Feeling cheated by ebay, as they have provided fake power bank and incomplete delivery product.In the product it is mentioned that i will have a free usb led lamp but not received it. Also have not warranty card received.

    Funny thing i register the product from ebay got the product from ask me bazzar.com (Box wrapped with ebay cover). Also the cable was not new, it had traces of mud that cannot be removed. The apperance of the power bank was different as shown in ebay site. This product has a warranty of 6 month (Manufacture warranty) but i don't see any warrant card in the box. All i see a invoice on the box.

    I register for refund using the claim back policy as they have defined in their site.

    No response from them (Only the initial refund claim response sent on[protected]. Neither did i had the time to call them. So on[protected] i opted for the callback (That they have provided in their site). They called after few minutes and asked what is the issue. I explained them the whole thing. They again arranged the callback i don't know why.

    I waited again for few hours and then i received the call. Next representative (From ebay) called me and she started to tell me that it is not ebay issue. She got harsh and mentioned that i need to contact the manufacturer (Service center). I tried to explain her that i had register the complaint as " item not as expected".

    But she gave me the xiaomi service center number and ask to call them. She told me to get the written proof from the service center saying that this product has issues. I don't understand, why should i run with this used crap product to service center. I opted for a new product and i don't see a new one.


    I was discussing with my friends and found that this product may be even fake. I just tried to verify by comparing the product with the xiaomi site (Http://en. Miui.com/thread[protected]. Html) found this product given to me is a fake one.

    Now i do realize why the powerbank was not sent with a warranty.


    Now i had a reason to go to xiaomi service center to get this in writing. I went to the service center mentioned in the xiomi site (www. xiaomi.com/.In/services/repair/) — bangalore hcl services limited, 155, 1st floor, 24th cross, 19th main road, rajajinagar 2nd block, bangalore - 560010, navarang theatre next signal towards chord road, phone:[protected].

    The representative (Mi service center) expained that they can verify and let me know if this is genuine or not but they will not give anything in writing as this is against the policy of their company. I called the ebay[protected]. After few minutes i told the ebay representative to talk to the service center guy. The service center representative clearly mentioned to the ebay representative that the product is fake.

    But the ebay representative was in denial. He didn't talk anything to service center guy. I told him if he can transfer the call to his superior. He said it is not required. He asked for few minutes as he want to discuss this with his backend team. He came back and again settled for a call back within 75 hours. I told him i cant keep on coming to service center. He mentioned that he will notify his senior who will be calling me that the service center is not giving the written statement.

    I got the next call (24th april 4:50 pm) on my another no from ebay ([protected]). Again he said the same. He wants a written statement from service center. I asked why didn't he took the call when i was in service center. He was denial and said he is going to close the claim as it is no more ebay issue.


    Now overall i have got the fake xiaomi power bank, no warranty card and no usb led lamp. All i have got is a feeling of being cheated.


    I don't know what to do next. I don't have the proof in writing and ebay will not help me. I believe only consumer court can help me with this. Please help me!

      I bought an sd card from ebay.In 15 days ago but they delivered me a faulty one so i ask them for refund and they said they will reply me within 10 days but they did not replied. This is my first time very bad experience from the wellknown and old site like ebay.In . No one is there to help their customers and sellers are doing fraud. Seller sold about 1500+ sd cards and i think he delivered all sd cards faulty. Because seller got very negative feedback from the buyers. I think ebay should take any legal action against that fraud seller and give refund to all the people. Thank you

        Actually sir i buy a mobile phone battery login as guest user. Battery is not work properly. It is going down directly from 60% to 2% which is worst for me. And i also call on Mobile no of seller but it is switch off. And when i will goto replacement form where i cant not find any access code from where i login and make a replcement order. i really frustrated regarding this. I want the Solution regarding this other wise i will make a case against ebay in consumer court.

            Bought 2 iphone 5s gold from ebay for rs 22896 each.
            Both have stopped functioning and 1 of them is completely dead.apple center says phone already sold in America in 2013
            Told ebay about this on 22 march 2016. No resolution so far. Called them more than 20 time. Now my registered contact no targeted as I am not able to call from it. Emailed them but like every time they want more time. Their agents accept mistake but fail to provide a solution.
            I am highly aggrieved please help.

                I have brought a Waterproof Dust Proof 5000 Mah Solar Power Bank Usb Universal Mobile Charger from Ebay india for 610rs and when I received the product it was not working I have raised a claim in ebay with Clam id no: 1861930. I received a call from customer care stating that the product is under warrent. when i asked them do there is a service center in hyd they said no. I requested them to return my money back and they refused to pay back. I have thrown the product in dust bin.

                I request u to take necessary action as early as possible.

                    I have ordered a remote control helicopter via Ebay online shopping on 24th march. The actual product is "4 channel Alloy Model Helicopter with Gyroscope Technology" but the product received is totally different as compare to the product as showing in advertisement. After receiving the product I have contacted Ebay regarding the different product received & they had lodge a complaint regarding the same & told that the wrong product would pick up from my address in 4-5 days and I will get full refund claim . (ClaimComplaint No 1858354). Now the given time by Ebay is over but nobody arrived at my house to pick up the wrong product and now when I contacted Ebay regarding this they told that your refund request has been cancelled and the product cannot be returned now. I have packed the product in its original packing.

                      Hi I received the memory card of 32 gb (item No :[protected] with not good quality, its not working at all while i transferring file & my mobile started restarting with this kind of product. It showing error as damaged card while I inserted in different mobile. I never expected that Ebay will deliver this kind of low class product online, I really wasted my time by purchasing with ebay that to low quality product & I don't konw how many days it take you this resolve my query.                         I received the order on 28th march in the afternoon. The memory card which i received was a fake forged one, it was just a plastic piece and not even a memory card! And the metal part of the sd card is not even there it is just painted in gold colour on the plastic case, it can be easily seen on the picture provided as attachment. I called the ebay customer care multiple times but even after a month i see no sign that my complaint is being looked into.
                        I want the company to refund me the price of the product along with compensation for harassing the customer.

                        I'm glad to hear from you, actually I'm surprised to know that your Customer Support even replies to complaints!!
                        It took your company 10 days to deliver the product with wrong tracking details provided. Then you deliver a fake plastic piece as Memory Card and rob me off my money. Repeated call and mails to your Customer Care doesn't ring a bell in your ears! It's been more than a month and you are still working on my complaint, great! I suppose you have asked the CBI to investigate the issue under a commission set up by Supreme Court of India??

                            I had sold and iphone 5s in ebay item id is[protected]. This as the first time i was selling on ebay. I have a company salary account in axis bank in saket, new delhi, (Micr[protected].
                            I tried to register the same bank details in paisapay but the branch was not at all listed in paisapay. So i gave account details through email. Now the item has been sold and the buyer has accepted that item received but now last month i got a message from ebay saying that my account has been suspended and my paisapay remittance is on hold. Its 16882.85 rs/- on hold. Your remittance for paisapay transactions has been kept on hold.

                            Your current listings that offer paisapay will not be affected, and you can continue to offer paisapay on your listings. However, any paisapay payments you receive will not be transferred to your bank account. Now it is activate account but still not credit in my account.

                              Dear Country Manager Mr Latif Nathani @ Ebay,

                              I had sold my iphone 5s on Mon, Feb 29, 2016 at 8:46 PM through Id no.[protected] & PaisaPay payment eBay order (PaisaPay ID [protected]). It has been now more than 53 days since I sold my phone through eBay portal but have not received the payment till yet.

                              After making huge number of calls and follow up's I have not yet received my due amount which is lying in Paisapay account. The person to whom the phone was sold has also given a satisfactory report to eBay team.

                              But then also eBay are reluctant to give release my money. This is very unprofessional and unethical to hold my money for no reason and just giving date after date on every call. What i am getting is just false promises and not my money. I told eBay Team Please stop this malpractice of holding people’s money for no reason as this will affect the goodwill of your company.

                              URGENTLY RELEASE MY MONEY i want to submit my daughter school Fee or will take this matter to the highest authorities, even legally.

                              The experience with the Call Center was not good as well. When called, the agent gave silly excuses without checking the facts. After requesting to check they put on Hold and then transfer the call to a "Supervisor". No one picks up that call... I kept calling and somehow got the standard answer, I have to wait more than 57 Minutes

                              In short...My experience says... eBay don't have Money in Account to Transfer Remittance to customers. Their call center guys are not helpful.

                              2) The most WORST online experience EVER!!! Neither help line executive have no respect for customers, nor they know how to and what to speak to them; none of the head executives were available to answer my queries! Moreover, have the most rude staff..., we will NOT Transfer your Call to supervisor " Not only this, #CRM People, also seniors not update their online Paisa Pay remittance. status as "Re due to Deactivate Account again Active account all are play with me Account Activate Deactivate. Monday Thursday.

                              3) eBay company always fail to react or response in regard of suggestion or query raised by viewer, , myself wrote nearby 2 Months ago, same words but still no Paisa Pay remittance. Transferred or no improvement we felt. why eBay are received money through channel Paisapay, , , ebay executives do care, , or have sufficient customers to run the business, , , , and do want to increase new customers, but remember that without adding new customers, no any business can develop

                              4) I told Customer care Executives I am also waiting for my Paisa Pay remittance.. inspite of selling the product 45 days back. I am tired of hearing the excuse that “we will look into the matter". Please do the needful before my patience runs out.

                                I have ordered mi power bank 5000 mah on friday i.E. On 25th of march 2015 and i have paid rs. 838 after rupees 67 discount from paytm order confirmation: paisapay id [protected]. And yesterday i.E. On 26th of march i got delivery and it is not at all working i have put some charging to that power bank also but it is not working properly.

                                I wrote same to ebay people but they said to reship the item and some courier guys said that electronic items may deliver or may not and i dont understand when other online portals like paytm, amazon etc they will take product back and they will refund immediately and ebay is irritationg a lot regarding this issue.

                                  Hello/hi,
                                  Myself om prakash, i bought a mobile phone form ebay which was cost of 18, 499.
                                  Here is my issue in points -

                                  I paid on 18th of feb, 2016. My prodect reached me on 22nd of feb!

                                  I found it faulty as it has yellow line on display and was little damaged from top too!

                                  I called to seller and he suggest me to contact nearest service center.

                                  I did same, service center guy said that its physical damaged and cannot be repaired under warranty!

                                  I called seller and told the same, he asked me to ship the package to seller address and he will replace my phone shortly.

                                  I raised this concern on ebay and after one week, ebay arranged a pick-up for the same.

                                  Here courier delay the pick-up and picked it up on 7th of march instead on 2nd.

                                  Here come the twist-

                                  When i saw the status on fedex website the seller refused to accept, i called to seller and he said me that package was open and tear down already. I asked for open delivery but fedex denied.

                                  I called on fedex customer support and raised i complaint, complaint number is [protected].

                                  Now today fedex returned the courier to me only and when i checked then as expected, headset was missing from packagem only charger and data cable is these only. And these was some kind of cardboard too, i don't have any idea what was that.

                                  Now what should i do? I called to fedex, they asked me to wait, i called to ebay, they also asked me to wait. Ebay daily says me that you will receive call shortly or end of the day but no call comes to me at all.

                                  I would not take it lightly no more! Its totally cheat. I want my money back. Else i would go to police and launch a fir against the same. I cant bear the loss of my money. I will ask my lawyer to file a case against the same if i feel helpless. It already has been more than 20 days n i get nothing expect loss.

                                    I am perches yu yureka plus on android in 9, 999.00 new mobile. I am complaint in ebay on 23 march 2016 (Claim id is 1816795) but form 23 march to till date it is not solve.

                                    I have received item form benglaor. But ebay say send item on this addresss- akhil b ghosh soumyajit ghosh, c.O.- akhil ghosh, lalkuthi para, p.O- suri, dist.- birbhum, west bengal, pin- 731101, near airtel office suri, india 731101. When item receive sell in eight working day we credit your money. No courier or indian post send the mobile on this address form my side. I am tell this problem to ebay on 1 april. After that they try to reship product on 12 april. But it return on 16 april on my home address. Courier company say we have no service on this address. After that i am write mail and call to call center. They are not response and proper answer any mail.

                                      I ordered wireless router on 10th april. Shipment is in my city for last 8 days but it's not getting delivered. Nobody is responding properly. This is the last time i'm buying from ebay. Worst service. I want to cancel my order now and demand full refund on my order. I'll buy it from somewhere else.

                                        I had ordered cosmetics, instead of that i received a school bag. I told ebay about this and they told me to wait for 72 hours. It has been 18 days and till today neither i got a replacement neither a refund. Later i was told by ebay the seller is sending the item and he will whatsapp the receipt. I got the receipt and when checked with courrier he sent me invalid fake receipt. I told ebay i am going to court the executive said do whatever you can.

                                        Readers, stop ebay from cheating people . They are running a mafia with sellers who are scamsters.
