I had purchased a christmas tree in the month of dec 2015, since the product was not as per description i wanted to return. But ebay informed that it was my responsibility to ship the product back and that they will refund the shipment charges.

I had shipped the product within 5 days and they in formed that within 15 days my shipment money will be refunded via dd, its now been almost 4 months and they have still not sent the dd. Every time i call the help desk they inform the same that the refund is approved and i will receive a dd within 15 days but that has never happened. They also inform that they will send the details regarding the dd and the receiving date through mail, but haven't received any mail since.

    I have purchased the battery of the xolo phone but, that battery is not giving response, the product is defective . I have informed the ebay to return and refund me the amount they have taken request but they have not taken any action yet. I have called many times regarding this but they just says that they will resolve it and send me the query about the tracking no. Of the courier for getting draft/cheque.
    But still nothing happens now, call is neither connecting and nor the option is enable for contacting...
    Plz help me . My product information is described as under :-

        Hi,
        This is regarding the claim id: 1864917. The item (Electric head massager brain massage relax easy acupuncture point)which i received is very small in size, which won't fit for me.So i requested ebay for returning/replacement the item. But they rejected the case saying it is not eligible for claim.
        And coming to the quality of item, its low quality if we try to adjust means it may broke due to its quality.So i decided to return.
        Is it possible to feel the quality and fitting just by reading the description ?
        We can expect somewhat about the item by reading the description but not exactly? Isn't it ?

        Buyer places order on ebay and seller sends the item directly to buyer . But ebay gives judgement infavour of seller without checking the item quality received by the buyer.

        Ebay india has taken one sided decision favorable to seller. And also ebay removed the feedback which i have given to the seller.

        This shows how ebay justifies claim.

        If buyer is not satisfied with size/quality of the item then how come ebay forcibly close the case ?

        I kept the item unused and packed it as i received.

        So, here i'm requesting this consumer forum to take necessary actions for returning/replacement with larger size item.

            I have raised a very strong objection on the above with one of the e-bay’s supervisor by the name tanvir yesterday evening ( who called on my mobile number :[protected] from[protected] at 19:08 hours ; ref. :

            The above consignment shipped dated[protected] ordered
            Dated[protected] has still not reached my place on one pretext or the other .
            When fedex was contacted at [protected] ( even the fedex contact number is not properly specified by e-bay
            ; the same error is reflected in the e-mails recd by myself from
            E-bay confirming the dispatch of my ordered item - the fedex no. Is rather wrongly mentioned as [protected] ) dated[protected] i was intimated that the shipper even though transacts frequently, but has missed out on proper documentation ( form 39 ) to accompany the consignment and that it has informed the shipper on the same, in order that the needful can be effected for the
            Onward delivery at my place .
            When manish aggarwal ( red bag india ) was contacted
            Dated[protected] evening at his mobile ( [protected] ), he feigned ignorance of the above cited issue and rather informed me that it is ensured by them that the relevant documentation goes with
            Every consignment that they ship and that it seems that his staff may have made the slip somehow and also that he will look into it .
            I, then sought someone to call me up from e-bay . Accordingly i recd the call from an e-bay executive by the name naren dated
            [protected], who called from[protected] on my mobile .
            The ref. No. : 1-[protected] . Also when asked what is the contact
            No. At e-bay, he rather mis-informed me by intimating the following
            No. : [protected] ( found later that it is not a valid number ) . He assured me that 100% the delivery of my ordered item will be effected latest by[protected] and that he is raising complaint against red bag india and as also fedex ( their preferred
            Partner ) .
            When the shipment was still not delivered at my place on[protected] despite the 100% assurance to do so by e-bay, i contacted manoj aggarwal ( redbag india ), but in vain .
            In my e-mail ( [protected]@rediffmail.com ), i could see a complete turnaround when the e-mail recd on behalf of e-bay from the shipper gave instance of e-mail by fedex ghaziabad office, which intimated that the form 39 ( to complete the documentation ) for the delivery of the consignment will be provided by
            The consignee .
            I meanwhile contacted fedex and spoke to one of its supervisor by the name sangeeta . She told that despite been informed early in the morning of[protected], the shipper has till date just sent scanned copy of the documentation while a hard copy of the same is required . She also commented that why e-bay is giving false commitment when they themselves are not complying to the requisites accordingly . She was rather surprised when she was told of the above e-mail mentioning that rather i have to provide form 39 . She has been marked thhe above e-mail at : [protected]@fedex.com for her reference and needful .
            All in all why did fedex picked the consignment to be delivered to me from e-bay without the proper documentation.
            Why after confirming the dispatch of my ordered item e-bay and its shipping partner are creating hassles every now and then.
            I am mis-informed at every step . Had i known that i would run into so many impediments and hassles on my purchase with e-bay, i would have refrained myself from doing so .

            It is pathetic that both e-bay and fedex are preferred partners, who blow hot and cold
            In the same breath.

            Fedex, who was blaming e-bay for the fiasco till past two days (for not complying accordingly to the requisite documentation despite several reminders to e-bay) cannot answer and are rather scurrying for cover on my following ques :

            Why did fedex pick up the consignment (which was to be delivered to me at my place).
            From e-bay in the first place, when it was not accompanied by proper documentation???
            Also, why did fedex checked up for the requisite documentation and informed the shipper
            Only when the consignment ordered by me reached at their new delhi office.

            Fedex, therefore is equally to be blamed for the above fiasco.

            Further, to make mater worst, today on the contrary to the message posted at consumer complaints portal :

The lady who called made a vague statement to turn everything turtle, by rather asking me to fulfill the documentation from my end.             15:18 hours). I also sought the e-mail id / contact no. Of mr. Ming kwang (head of fedex for the indian subcontinent), which was not given to me (for obvious reasons).

            Had it be any foreign. Country (european country especially), then fedex would have been
            Blacklisted by now with heavy penalization (goes for e-bay as well) for the above
            Faux pas carried out by them without whatsoever any compunctions.

            It is pretty evident that e-bay is now scurrying for cover as all their assurances to resolve are mere vague statements just for the heck of it .

            After so many verbal and written communications with e-bay ( including those at their corp. Office ) since[protected], today i have recd. A call at 12:55 hours from e-bay corp. Office
            [protected], wherein i was asked by one shafatkar as to what is my concern ( escalation is just recd. Yesterday ) .

            Despite repeated reminders ( verbal and via e-mails ) the grievance officer ( arun unni ) as well as the seniors from e-bay have not called up and neither have they done anything to resolve the issues . E-bay has just gobbled my money and now trying to find a escape route ( otherwise a single escalation from my side was good enough for them to resolve ).

            E-bay is just dilly-dallying and is not inclined to resolution . They should be blacklisted from the online portal for un-ethical trade practices .

            i, am thoroughly disappointed at the maturity and accountability level of e-bay india

            to resolve my issues / concerns in the right earnest .

            Despite several written ( via e-mails ) and verbal reminders ( including those at the

            corp. Office at mumbai ) since[protected], e-bay is groping in the dark and is trying to

            find escape routes on account of their commitments to resolve, which have found

            to be just vague and made for the heck of it ., without really the inclination to

            resolve . The grievance officer ( arun unn i ) as well as respective seniors at e-bay

            are scurrying for cover and are most reluctant to respond despite reminders .

            The un-ethical trade practices followed by e-bay india should be

            nipped accordingly and the resolution should be provided to me at the earliest .

            The following message today as well from e-bay is a mere bluff as fedex has just now contacted me and have conveyed that e-bay has directed fedex to return the consignment
            (which at present is lying at fedex delhi office for the want of proper documentation from

            Fedex earlier during the day called up - poonam called up at 11:50 hours called up from[protected] and told that she and another person have been designated to look into and resolve my complaints post my e-mail to their ceo at usa.

            All in all fedex india and ebay india are unscrupulous business partners, who have to be blacklisted from doing business in india (under a stern note to their
            International heads) given their horrendous conduct to cover up on their blunders, while putting me to lot of inconvenience without whatsoever any compunctions.

But ebay say send item on this addresss- Akhil B Ghosh Soumyajit Ghosh, C.O.- Akhil Ghosh, Lalkuthi Para, P.O- Suri, Dist.- Birbhum, West Bengal, Pin- 731101, Near Airtel Office Suri, India 731101. When item receive sell in eight working day we credit your money. No courier or Indian post send the mobile on this address form my side. I am tell this problem to ebay on 1 April. After that they try to reship product on 12 April. But it return on 16 april on my home address. Courier company say we have no service on this address. After that i am write mail and call to call center. they are not response and proper answer any mail.

                    I purchased panasonic kx-tg3712 cordless dual handset landline phone (Item id:[protected] from ebay.In on 3rd april vide paisapay id : [protected] and received the product on 7th april morning hours.
                    But, when i opened the box, i found one of the two handsets was received in broken condition. Immediately, i raised the complaint vide claim id no. 1859131 dtd 7.4.2016. The seller id is allinonestore15 as per the information given in their site.
                    I received email that action is being taken and to my surprise, i got an email saying that i should repack the phone and send it back using my own money and once it is received, ebay will start processing the refund.
                    It is really strange and frustrating reply. I paid advance money in full faith that i will get a good product. After so many days, i got product which was damaged and once i raised complaint, i am told to send it back. Why should i spend more money and time in sending the product back again when it is not my fault?
                    I have returned products with flipkart also and they have very nice policy where their own courier comes and picks up the faulty product and replace the product or refund the amount. Even, in case of rediff.com also, their policy is like flipkart only. But, ebay seems to be more smart where they know that consumer is in no position to do anything as they have received the payment and now they can do whatever they want to do.

                    Through this forum, i am requesting the authorities to take strict action and either refund my money or replace the product with a fresh intact piece.

                        Am narrating my experience purchasing and high-end Galaxy s7 edge via and eBay India Office seller- dealzone_15 who claimed to sell S7 edge at 49999.00. which is INR. 6000.00 less than regular price.
                        I placed order on 4th april 2016 via online net-banking payment. After frequent followups via eBay messages the seller shipped the consignment on 8th April 2016. The material was dispatched via Blue-Dart which is one of the trusted courier agencies in India. Once i received the box i normally check the packaging and it was full intact and no signs of abuse..
                        After opening i found their were several charges earphones and a empty box of iPhone 4s. I immediately called Ebay claims dept and report the same they ensure my claim will be processed and when i asked them should i provide images of the parcel they told "there's no need" the lady talking to me her name was "Jagruti" then for confirmation i called again the person who received my call was "Sentil" and asked did they need any proof the answer was "no". I thought they might have received several complaints of the same seller and would have know the issue. I also called the Seller " Raja Ghosh who informed that he send the product to ebay and ebay sends to end customer and later he didn't answered our call.
                        But thereafter on 14th April 2016 i received a call from ebay asking justification by providing the pictures. I sent the same to ramji yadav [protected]@tpa.ebay.com and [protected]@ebay.com. but there was no positive response.
                        On 18th April 2016 i received a call from eBay India claims saying my account has been suspended for violation of rules and my claim has been closed. I asked for a reason but they didnt provided and told me to contact ebay customer care team where they told me to provide my ID proof and address proof and will activate my account after 72 working hours. With my claim ID closed and account suspended for 3 days and per ebay norms the seller will recieve his money.
                        My money is yet to be received and there is no positive reply from them neither they showed a way to solve this. I will surely escalate this until i receive my claim.

                              I have raised refund request for the faulty product (Ecc100, everest lcd/led tv voltage stabilizer) on 6th april . My claim id -1858115.Later ebay people asked me to ship the product back to seller on my own cost.I did the same, shipment cost was around rs.380 and for the product i have paid for 1370 rs.In total rs.1750 was supposed to be refunded to me .                                 I have ordered two no’s of mobiles of yu yuphoria black (16gb) on[protected] & paid for both for a amount rs 14000. Item id:[protected]. But to my surprise have received only 1 mobile on[protected]. I immediately raised complaint with their so called customer care. They never called me on my registered mobile to update against my claim. My claim id:1724567. The company ebay (India) till as on date are yet to provide the solution against my claim have been contacting them on daily basis, but they response is not up to the mark of expectation. Moreover, the status of the claim is stated to be closed in the website.
                                Even after escalating my claim to the grievance officer also, they are yet to resolved my claim. I have been following up with them daily and am getting the same respond, that, please wait for 48 hrs, our team will contact you. But still date, after 60 days i dn't get a call from ebay regarding my claim. Even the number provided for grievance officer in ebay's website is not reachable, no one answers the call. I have tried so many times, but of no use.
                                I want money refund asap.

                                  I have paid rs. 2290.00 and reverse charge 750.00 through paisapay on 10/03/16 to ebay india for a "original quick 850a electrostatic safe hot air rework station / gun + extra gun". But i had received a fake item from seller. I have opened a claim under ebay guarantee on 11/3/2016 with claim id 1779494, as a case of item not as described and till date nothing has happened. I have called amny times to customer service but everytime i receive the same answer that they have escalated my case to higher authority and i will receive a dd in next five working days. It's been twise after the ebay guarantee max time, if i ask for the same the same thing the executive repeats and shout at me to wait and they say that you do whaever you want if you can not wait. Why should i wait even after there time limit is that they give interest along with my money? This is not my only concirn with this site everyone are facing the same issue, is there not a single law to monetor them and shut down this fake site? Which mentions original item and sends a fake item's, i personaly recieved four fake items listed below which is mentioned as original but it is not. What htc, sony, samsung companies are doing while they are faking the items in your brand name is that not concerend to you? Please take a call against ebay.In they are supporting fake item sellers in your brand name. If you want the proof i provide you i have got the items with me with the bill of ebay & seller's stamp.

                                  Now, i have been worried and suffering for no faults of mine. Till date, there has been no positive action in my favor. I am very dissapointed with ebay.


                                  In my nest step, there would be also no other way other than going to consumer court and write everything to ncdrc.Nic.In, mouthshut.com, consumercourtindia, consumerforums.In, consumer-complaint-forum.Akosha.com, and other similar websites for public awareness regarding cheating in ebay, india.

                                    I bought samsung microsd 32gb evo plus speed 80 mb/s class 10 (With sd adapter) paisa pay id-[protected] on 16/02/2016 and the seller cancelled it on 17/02/2016.And other product is samsung evo 32 gb memory card paisapay id [protected].I used two special coupon for the two products that was given to me from ebay.In.The value of this coupon was 250/-.The seller refund it on 17/02/2016.And the money hit in my account on 20/02/2016.I was contact the ebay customer executive 2-3 times.They give me the time line 2/03/2016.Today is 3/2/2016.But still i am not receiving the coupon money.Why always this happen to me?I used the coupon code dxw2v5mkx8 and zsj4uvkhot for purchasing this products.But the seller cancelled the order.For this reason ebay should reissue the coupon or provide a new coupon with the same amount.But they are still not given to me.

                                      I have purchased segate 1tb external hard drive from ebay on 17 dec 2015 and PaisaPay ID [protected], I have received a non working piece, which I have contacted ebay & have been asked to contact the segate service center, I have contacted the segate service center, When I have approached them, they say that warranty will not be applied to this as it is under some regional warranty restriction.I have tried n number of times but they did not solve my issue.

                                      eBay is a cheater website, who sell fake products, through sellers like pin5976(seller id), who sell fake products and not valid warranty products, cheaters to the core.
