I booked a Memory Stick Pro Duo 2GB for SONY Digital Camera through eBay on 15th November 2007 and on demand by eBay made a payment of Rs. 1031.96 to Gaffar Latif

But unable to receive the item I enquired from the vendor who replied as "It was shipped on 13.12.07 through First flight courier shipment no B29977438 and was delivered on 17.12.07. Kindly check at your end who have received it." Then I had a marathon follow up with First Flight Courier for the last more than 6 months and on every phone call they promised that the issue will be sorted out within 2 days. Till now, I have not received the item or payment in lieu of that.

I STRONGLY BELIEVE THERE IS A NEXUS BETWEEN EBAY AND FIRST FLIGHT TO CHEAT PEOPLE.

    in the auction of 26/11/07 the auction of hero honda cd deluxe
    was won by me.then the bank says that the vehicle was previously sold out.we regert.this happened previously also.
    i want compensation for the time and money spent on the auction.

    i think b2b should play a bigger role in the bank noc procedure once the vehicles are sold banks take too long a period to give noc b2b should interfer in it .
    in the above case the bidder should be compensated

    i was taking 2wheelers in 2005/2006 by icici and alf . hdfc banks . but taking payments immediate and also ur company giving tarchure to make payments but when wedone payments than ours documents as noc rcs r not giving at proper time. and when we it bringe out to ur notice than u r giving assurance assurance and ansurarance .. many times banks seiazes bikes which was not finaced by them means it is a theft bikes but sold by banks . they r refuses to take return .. .. and u also selling such bikes and getting profits by sale . means some parts o[censored]r to help them . whats ur policy in this regards . pl reply
