I received a bl53c battery from ebay on 15th march which was not working. I raised a claim the very next day and after multiple attempts they said that the battery is in manufacturing warranty and the service center can only replace it. If not then they need a written note on invoice from service center after which they will refund the money. On 24th march i sent a written note of service center which say the battery is duplicate on [protected]@ebay.com. Also approved by seller of ebay. Still waiting for refund. They gave me service request number twice saying wait for 72 hours but nothing happened yet.
No refund no call from ebay

    Samsung memory card of 32 gb class 10 was purchased from ebay.In considering it as a trusted website in e-commerce.But i never knew that they will play their cheap forgery game.The memory which i received was a counterfeit chinese memory card which imitated as if it is an original samsung product.I have attached the photo of the memory card sent by ebay along with necessary details.Apart from this one more snap is attached which clearly shows that ebay has closed the return claim saying that the proof provided by customer is not sufficient.The second snapshot also contains the details of the order along with paisapay id .Anyone can confirm it from ebay using the paisapay id.Even ebay has not given any invoice for the same.


    Onset

    Initially when we called the ebay customer support then they said that sir how can you say that this memory card is duplicate.I told him all the details which i have mentioned in the attached picture.His reply was, "you will get a resolution in 5 working days".


    Second attempt

    Again the support team was contacted and they said that you have to provide a scan copy of a certificate given by samsung care which should mention that the memory card is not genuine.I replied that ebay has not given any invoice and hence service centre will not entertain me.The support executive said to contact the seller for the invoice and also said that ebay cannot do anything as they are only mediator and not the actual seller.


    Third attempt

    After one week of sending the mail to the seller for invoice we did not get any response.Again the ebay team was contacted .The executive said that he will transfer the call to his senior and put it on hold.The call was on hold for more than 15 minutes.We disconnected the call and tried after 1 hour and the same thing repeated multiple times.Yesterday we called again and the executive said that sir your claim has already been closed in the month of february and our seniors are not ready to talk to you.At the end we give up and stopped calling ebay.It has been more that 20 times since we called ebay and did not get the resolution.

          I have ordered a kurti from ebay.In vide paisa pay id [protected]. They have given ad a cotton kurti semi stitch but when i got the kurti on 02.04.16, material is not upto the mark neither it is a cotton material nor semi stitch.

          I have logged a complain in ebay gguarentee vide compalin no. 1849685 dt.04.04.16 after submission ebay has cancelled the claim with remarks that they are not handling matarial related issue, i have to conatct to seller.

          After that from 04.04.16 i am regularly contacting seller as well as ebay. But overphone seller is telling that they are agreed to return the product and refund the amount but it will process through ebay only whereas ebay is not giving any satisfactory response.

            Defective item deliver which is not working and even not refunding my money.Also they close my claimed without my permission and confirmation moreover seller contact no is fake as it doesn't exist. Further no response from seller or ebay customer care in mail or phone.Also customer care not want to resolve the problem instead all executives each time making wrong promised and give waiting time but still problem not solved.All the time executives are different out of which some promised your claim will reopen and refund guaranted and some said no refund .

                  I have raised a claim for a transaction i have done on ebay.in as i have received a counterfeit non working product instead of original product as said by seller. After 2 days i have received a call from ebay asking for details of product. But unfortunately i was in travelling so there was a network problem due to which there is a continuous voice breakage in the middle of conversation. So Ebay sent me a mail stating that to provide my contact numbers to contact me again in 48 hours. So i have sent them a mail with my contact details. After sending the mail i got confirmation reply from them and later after 48 hours they simply marked me a mail without calling me saying that My number was not reachable so to provide alternate numbers again. I have provided them my 2 numbers to contact me in previous mail, but they simply said that they just tried on only one number. I am sure that i have full signal and i am receiving calls from others but ebay said they tried but not reachable. So again i have provided them with my 2 numbers to contact me, After 48 hours they called me on my first number and i have answered their call, after answering their call, they simply disconnected the call. Then after 5 minutes they called to my 2nd number and i have answered this as well, they kept my phone on hold for 10 seconds without speaking any thing and disconnected my call and they just mailed me that my phone is not contactable so they are rejecting my claim. Within 5 minutes of receiving their call i only called back to their customer care and asking for response why they are doing like this, they simply said We will schedule a call for you within 48 hours. SO our representative will call you and resolve your claim. But already 96 hours passed but they idnt call me till now, they cheated me, i lost my money and the product i received is also non working product. Please help me. My claim details are as below.

                    Hello sir/madam, i purchased Htc one M7 from ebay.in on 18 march 2016 worth rs 10, 464/- the paypaisa id was [protected] which was delivered on 24 march 2016 after coordination with seller. But i found that it faulty as it was jot charging so i immediately contacted seller n asked for the solution. The solution i got was that i had to send the cell to delhi as the seller was ready to refund but the cost was 2000. So i decided to go through ebay guarantee claim n informed the same to seller. After the i got a call from seller that he will not be refunding unless i close the claim so i did the same but even after that the seller was not ready to refund so i reopened the claim on 6 april 2016 since then i am contacting ebay but they refused to help stating that i need to contact seller so i did the same but now the seller is threatening me saying that he will not refund n will hold the refund. Also using abusive Language so informed the same to ebay but still ebay is not helping me. The only answer i am getting from ebay is that the claim is in process while sometimes they asks me to contact seller. Now i am not getting my refund through ebay nor from the seller. Please help me in getting the refund.

                        I have purchased a lenovo k3 note mobile from ebay on 05 mar 2016. I received this mobile on 15 mar 16. After complain i request to customer care many time for replacement or refund money but till date i could not get any solution. I have gone to lenovo service center (Purnia, bihar) he told this item is already open for software repair one time in service center.                           Initially when i got the phone within 2 days the phone started to heat up... And there was no battery life. So i took it to the service center. They said that the ime no on the box and on the phone was different. And according to their system the phone is supposed to be white. But it is actually black.

                          After this i sent a complaint and they replaced the phone.

                          After about a month wait i got the replacement.

                          Once i got the replacement, the phone started heating up again and you cant even hear the other person while on call.

                          And this time they even removed the ime number tag on the back of the box.

                          We never ordered for a fake phone. I want my money back. Could even use the phone 4 one day.

                            Dear sir,

                            I had purchased samsung 128gb pro microsd card from ebay on 21/01/2016. It was delivered to me on 25/01/2016 in non-working condition and open packet.

                            - item name: samsung 128gb pro micro sd memory card - sdxc class 10
                            - rs.5, 899/-

                            On 26/01/2016 i had contacted to ebay, they informed that it is under 10 warranty hence, unable to replace it and told me to contact samsung retail for replacement.

                            I had visited your goregaon samsung customer service centre where mr. Sudhakar has also confirmed that there is issue with microsd card and asked to visit supertron electronics grant road (E)
                            But they do not have such product with them. Then, samsung customer care had given contact details of balaji solutions, bhiwandi, thane. They informed that given microsd card was duplicate.
                            Hence, they are unable to replace it. They had provided me email confirmation for the same which is enclosed for your ready reference.

                            I had informed ebay regarding the same & provided the email received from samsung microsd card dealer. The customer care had told me that they will contact me within 72 hrs as per their
                            Time lines. Ebay customer care team had arranged five calls but not single time during they had call me. Only after escalation i had received the call from their recovery team with new requirement.

                            Their seller mobile is showing switch-off. Ebay team have not contacted their seller regarding this issue and not taken any action against him. But they are asking different requirements and harassing me.
                            But not asking their seller that why do not he had dispatch open packet, damage and duplicate piece.

                            Kindly help me to refund my hard earn money rs.5, 899/-.

                                Oday i had a call from +[protected] who said that the call was from state bank of travancore and provided full details of my atm card with sbt and they are going to change my atm card to chip card. Then they gave a message from phone no 654000 that they are going to block my atm card for 24 hours. Thereafter i got another message from same phone number bonus reward was extended to me.After that they obtained otp from me and fraudulently made two purchases for 12738 and 9954/- through ebay.
                                The details of transactions are

                                2. Pos [protected] at ebay-bd txn#[protected] for rs 12738

                                      I ordered a power bank from eBay.in.
                                      The seller sent it through India post - speed post.
                                      When I received it, I found that the cells of this power bank were filled with sand and mud to make it heavier. When I called the seller, he asked me to throw the mud and get it repaired. What! Who will repair mud? Then he disconnected the call. When I called again, he didn't pickup the phone.

                                      I raised a claim in eBay 1847994, But no resolution. Claim adjusters called me 3 times, listened to the same story again and again by me i.e. How I opened the package and was shocked to see sand filled inside the plastic box. Then they said that they will call back in 48 hours. But nothing happened. I think they are completely cheating customers. They should inquire if the seller is sending original product or is sending anything like sand and mud.

                                      Please give me my refund! Please, I am at a huge loss! I don't have enough income, and eBay is cheating like this. Please!

                                        Okay I ordered puma techno men sandals from eBay after I received this product and when I open them then they are so much thin that they can only fit in those 10% of men on this planet who have very thin leg and unfortunately I am not one of those 10% and if any men having large foot wear it looks like that you are wearing some women sandals so I raised a claim on eBay in the beginning they said to me okay we are gonna give a refund because I told them that even if I ordered a sandals of one more size the problem is same it become so conjusted in my foot widthwise that I don't feel comfortable but now afterwars they reject to give me a refund.I think that no one can estimate anything about any item by just looking the pics of that item.So I think that eBay team must have to refund my money.
