I had ordered a Lotus Professional Phyto-Rx Whitening Brightening Night Cream in ebay.in via order #[protected]. But to my dismay, the container has scratches and the color of the cream is also different from the one I am currently using. The manufactured date is of 2014. I want to return it but ebay.in says it is not possible.
I have taken a pic attached (LHS one I am using and RHS is one purchased) of my existing one and the one bought. There is a distinct difference in the color and fragrance. I am sorry to say but the product delivered is smelling foul.

    I ordered samsung j7 black on 11-feb-2016.I made payment of rs. 13, 500/- through credit card. On 20=feb-2016 i received a product from dtdc courier. When i opened the courier it was adidas gel which is a value of rs.150/-.
    Then i approached. Ebay customer care. Then ebay team raise a claim on this.
    Every time i asked about my claim status they told it will be in investigate state.
    Finally they close my claim without telling any reason.
    Seriously, ebay.In is really worse.
    eBay.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I Will Strongly Recommeded not to go with EBay for any products. The EBay is fake one and the customer support is really worse and its fake.

      I have placed an order for toroidal trasformer prodct id[protected], from the manufacturer amar chouhan group .And had paid the amount through my net banking, paise pay id is-[protected].When i received the product(On[protected] at my address, it is very ridiculous to say that the product found defective and use less. Immediately i made a complaint to ebay, complaint id is ;1787995.And also i contacted the manufactures(Amar chouhan group) also through mobile and e-mail mode also.Since i am very much annoyed to make complaint at your jury, that so far the product is neither replaced or refunded. In this circumstance you are requested to conduct an inquiry and sort out the problem.

        I purchased a mobilee on ebay on feb 20 th it was not good thats why i raised a refund request on 22 nd itself it was taken away by ebay courier on 8 th february but till know i didnt get any response from ebay they are trying to play with meeee what should i have to do

          My last claim id is 1646185 and paisa pay id[protected]
          I received a fake jvc hafx 1x earphones wid worst quality accessories and no bill and warranty.. It was under manufacture warranty till the time i received it and after that it is now under seller warranty and ebay guarantee scheme is nothing but cheating their customers.. When i purchased it was under manufacture warranty.. When requested claim for refund or provide real one and bill.. Their customer care told me to contact seller and he told me to send the fake with 500rs transportation charges to united states with courier.. I think its called seller warranty if a customer cant claim warranty by itself.. Wrong information provided by ebay at the time of purchase.. Please save others from being cheated by them.. And their customer service worst i have ever deal with.. Stop them doing bussiness in india.. Please also write your story on social networking sites to save other people.. Purchase from flipkart snapdeal amazon like trusted sites.. Looka at the earphones packing in attached files.. Hahaha

              My order is confirmed and debited from my account. my PaisaPay ID [protected] dated 4th march 2016.seller sent a message that we are currently sold out of this item[protected]. However, we request you to search for similar products on our shop.
              i searched same item on same company in ebay, find that price of the item raised from 19000 to 24000, understood that the item is not out of stock.
              this is unethical behaviour on the part of the company
              i have to get compensation for this transcation
              Exact same thing happened with Me as well..

              I tried twice and still did not get any confirmation of the product.

                I have received the consignment. But your courier boy (Dotzot courier) was “forcefully collected the amount rs.500/-“, for this consignment as cod basic. I have already paid the amount in ebay through net banking (Ref transaction number: fsbh[protected]ig0bpevrn4 on 4th march-2016) for this order. I am trying to reach to contact dotzot contact numbers[protected] &32 but nobody lift the phone. When i was tried to contact dotzot courier local numbers: [protected], [protected], they are also not responding.
                I am not able to claim in ebay, due to we are unable to find option to select in ebay grievance (Claim). I have also discussed with ebay customer support team two times for this issue, they are giving by default message like issue will be resolve with in 72hrs. I am very much feeling very bad and shocking about these type of behavior from ebay service.
                I want my money back immediately. Pl do the needful on priority. Ebay will lose customers if they continues this type of business with dtozot / dtdc.

                  I ordered mobile flip cover from eBay which had a central camera hole, as I needed a flip cover with camera hole at the center.But received a flip cover that had the camera hole at the side. When I complained, they told they are not responsible for that. According to them, the image displayed can be different from the product. How can the product displayed be of different use than the one customer received. Ebay is not willing to refund my money, I'm compelled to keep the product I don't need.This is fraud and totally unacceptable.

                      I bought iphone 5s from ebay. The phone looked ok but on 2nd day when i was charging that phone, a message popped up on my iphone - "the cable or accessory is not certified and may not work reliably with this phone" since then i am contacting ebay and they are shying away for 3 weeks. They sell fake products - pls dont buy from ebay. They dont even stand on their own terms i.E., guarantee. Now they are telling me that you reship the phone to seller. Why i should reship when they have given me fake product? What if seller says that the phone was not in box after receiving it. I am telling them to come and collect your phone but they are not even doing that after supplying fake product. I am taking legal action against them.

                        Ebay said to me that i will get a assistance from one of executive but it is 14 and i did not get a solution i have been talking manytimes to customer care execitive but they just don't know how to deal with a customer.
                        I' m very disappointed of ebay, they did not stand on their company policy whatever they mentioned in t&c.

                                Dear sir,
                                I purchased "letv le 1s clear soft back case cover gold tpu bumper for letv le 1s" online from ebay (Paisapay id : [protected]) on 10 feb 2016 and i received this product on 15 feb 2016 in a good condition so i put 100% positive feedback towards seller but within 15 days the golden colour of case cover become faded out and its look very odd. When i contacted to seller through telephone, his number shows no response. So i send him a message through ebay but when i didn't got any response from his side then again i send him a remainder but didn't got any response this time also so finally i contacted to ebay through customer care number, customer care executive also trying to contact with seller but not able to connect him so he suggest me to claim for refund as seller is not reachable. So finally i put for refund via claim id 1768832 on 07 mar 2016. On 14 mar 2016, i got a call from ebay claim department around 1500 hrs. Mr sanjeev told me that as this is the quality issue so ebay is not going concerned about it so we are rejecting yours claim when i asked him to transfer this call to his supervisor then mr jitendra come into line and he also spoke in the same tone and told me to contact seller directly, seller only help you out as ebay is not responsible for quality. Even i told him that who is going to take care of that seller as i don't know him, ebay is the only mediator between us then its ebay responsibility to take care of seller. Still he said no.
                                Now there are few question to ebay:
                                (1) ebay is the mediator then how ebay behave like this way as i don't know that seller directly or indirectly.
                                (2) why ebay is not responsible for quality and that also this item which is sold 15 days back only.
                                (3) why don't ebay take any action against these types of seller who don't give any responses to their customer after selling of their items/products.
                                (4) why don't ebay have this type of software in which we can change our feedback after few days also.
                                (5) why ebay claim department (Mr sanjeev and mr jitendra) are not customer supporter, why they are so rigid in their words.
                                Last but not the least, i think flipkart and amazon are much better in terms of service and return policy in compare to all these types of fraud company who give 10 to 12% coupon code and later on simply run away from the customer problems.

                                    I had purchased iBall earphones from Ebay online shopping site costing Rs.300.The product is has quality issue -voice is not good /clear and gives a disturbing sound when plucked into the mobile.The Box also seems like the product had been used before and than returned. I raised a Claim with Ebay to return the product and refund the amount on 10th March 2016.But on 14th March 2016 when spoke to the Ebay Customer care -the executive informed that the product cannot be returned as the products having "Quality" issue are not covered under "Guarantee" and "Return"Policy as per the company Policy.
                                    I request the Forum to look into the issue.

                                      I bought Asus Zenfone2 Laser Display through ebay.in website, My product PaisaPay ID : [protected]. They have mentioned that they provide 30 days replacement or refund if the product is not satisfactory. I have raised a claim (Claim ID : 1655309) for refund after found some problem on it. But they have declined to refund my money saying that to ship the item with your own expense hence they can't help. Please help me so that I can get my money back.

                                      I was frustrated by calling of ebay customer care executive guys, I Spoke around 20 of your executives and 4 of Ebay Managers but no one is committed to refund my money, if you guys refund my money at least you get some faith on the site ..

                                      I am waiting for your resolution..
                                      I tried to contact with Grievance Manager since last two days through the following nubers [protected], [protected] but no one is answering and lifting the calls also, it shows their resposobility and how they are behaving with their customers

                                        I have ordered a laptop onebay.in(Product Item number[protected]amount debited successfully from my bank account Rs. 16836 and i did not get any order confirmation mail from your eBay side also i had already contacted many time to your eBay support centre but no one taking any responsibility i am worried about my money. kindly check my bank account statement which is attach with email .Also I used coupon worth Rs 1500.. i am totally disappointed with your service i will never buy any products from your eBay shop and stop other to . i am highly dissatisfied with theeBay customer service and same was not expected byeBaythat such a big company and the processesareso weak.This means when I purchase fromeBayi have to be prepared and take out time to fight witheBay, and Ithink I have done a mistake by relying oneBayprocesses, it seems like that Very bad experience from eBay. i had already sent you many mail but you are not taking it seriously, i am not in mood to do more mails, reply me in a days. I am not satisfied with all of above
