I opened the package and noticed that it was different thing than I ordered. It was a old outdated non-working mobile of Nokia company. Whereas I ordered for Micromax Canvas Juice 2 AQ5001 smartphone. I immediately called the seller and expressed what I noticed. He assured me that this could happen in the transaction and I will get my amount back. On the same day I raised claim on ebay site. Claim ID is 1377569. Pictures are attached for reference.

The details of communication is furnished below with the help of snapshots of e-mails and posted the pictures of received mobile. Summary of communication is given below
26th Oct 2015: Raised claim with ID 1377569 asking for refund.
11th Nov 2015: 1st set of queries received from ebay to explain what the exact issue.
11th Nov 2015: It seems same sets of query was sent to seller. Which was closed on 13th Nov 2015 without any answer from seller.
12th Nov 2015: I provided answers to the queries and posted images for the same in pdf format.
11th Dec 2015: ebay asked to deliver back whatever received to seller and provide the proofs. Delivered back with fees Rs 1500/-
16th Dec 2015: Informed that I have delivered back whatever I received.
17th Dec 2015: provided proofs such as receipt received from courier company, AWB number and Tracking information.
18h Dec 2015: Provided additional proof that was supplied by courier company that shows the item is delivered back to seller
26th Dec 2015: Claim denied with reason proper delivery documents not supplied.

After raised this complaint I have regularly followed up with the ebay support team on the mail provided. I am disappointed with the response they are providing. They are just saying that they are looking into it. No investigating report has been submitted yet. I am providing further a image as proof that the seller has cheated at least 5 people within that period for the same product. I do not know whether ebay has control over the sellers. Are they going through the feedback people are providing? Refer red marked portion from the image attached

        I bought Sony Digital Voice Recorder through ebay.in website, My product PaisaPay ID : [protected]. They have mentioned that they provide 30 days replacement or refund if the product is not satisfactory. I have raised a claim (Claim ID : 1776421) for refund after found some problem on it. But they have declined to refund my money saying that this is under manufacturer warranty hence they can't help. Please help me so that I can get my money back.

          Hi,
          I received Zen item #[protected] mobile through ebay but non working condition. immediately raised the complaint to ebay vide claim id 1754962.
          But no use the claim was closed simply. but my money cheated Rs2699 without using the phone even one minute ridiculous.

          I believed ebay and orderd through them. but they cheated me.sent a faulty product and got my money. when they sent faulty product to the customer, they should give the replacement. So I decided hereafter not going to buy any product through online.

                I had purchased memory card (claim id 1683933) from ebay.in on 28/01/2016. I had waited for delivery of product for long time, but I had not received the product. After that I had lodged refund request for the same. Ebay had approved refund of same on 18/02/2016. After that I had sent many email and phone calls to customer care, but they are saying we are looking into the matter and every time advise to wait for few days.

                The seller had never shipped the item. Also seller had removed his account from ebay.

                  I bought a mobile phone from ebay and now am facing so much problem with the process of the refund via Ebay, I received a damaged item and had it returned back to the seller and spoke to eBay the asked me to go throught the entire clame process. Finally they closed the claim and told the money will be refunded in 15 days now it going to be 1 month every time I call them they tell me wait for 15 more days. I dono what are they doing just fooling customers.Hiighly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service and same was not expected by EBAY that such a big company and the way they handle such issues soo poor. I recommend everyone dont purchase from ebay. They have verry verry poor customer service. Terrible refund process.

                    My name is Umesh Sharma, I have ordered a product on ebay on 08/02/2016. But after having product I found that product is not as described, the quality is too low, material is of bad quality and also color is not as shown in image of product shown online. So after that I raise a request of return (under return policy) on 16/02/2016 and I had conversation with customer support on 18/02/2016 and 01:31pm and told each and everything about condition and issue but instead of returning product they refused my request. I need help to resolve my problem and please take some action against fraud company because I don't like the support from ebay which is not good sign of service from ebay.

                          I had ordered the product on 17/01/2016. Immediately I noticed that the address given by me was of my home when I wanted the product at my Hostel. I raised a claim to change the address. They told me it cannot be done and the claim was rejected. I received the product at my home and found that it was damaged. I could raise a claim on website because of some technical glitch which seems to be that you cannot raise 2 claims on a product nor you can edit them. So I contacted ebay by emails and phone. On mail ebay replied that the claim was already closed citing the claim regarding 'change of address'. I called them up and tried to explain the situation to which they said they'll get back to me within 5 working days. I never received any call from them. Meanwhile the seller contacted me and conveyed to me that he was ready to replace the product but the request of replacement has to be processed by Ebay since the product was damaged in transportation and he needs to claim insurance.
                          I have tried and contacted the Ebay support thousand times since then, but they have the same response every time. "We will get back to you within 5 days", and nothing happens

                            Respected Sirs/Madam,
                            I had ordered for sliver blackberry passport but i received black colour. I have asked for an exchange which they are not doing they are saying the product was sent as per description and you do not get products as per the photo and the description it is only for reference.
                            I did ask them then why was the mobile photo was not put as black. they are saying there is not difference between black and silver but there is a lot of difference. After raising a claim i got call only once for confirmation and i had to call all the time for follow up. They had to give a solution within 20day but they started with my claim only after i called them 25 days happened for it. it seems the seller was not replying for so long.
                            They had contacted me and the seller and had a conference in which the seller said the had updated the photo and description as per company i said then tell the company to replace as per the photo and description as the mobile cost is 30000 with my EMI it goes to 32500. The black colour is available at 20000.
                            and 30000 is a huge amount
                            The mobile is not yet used there is not bill there is not headphone.
                            I want the product to be replaced to Sliver blackberry passport.

                              Ordered on ebay.in two items against PaisaPay ID [protected]
                              a) 16 GB Sandisk SDHC Ultra card. Delivered in its original packing along with an invoice and I was satisfied.
                              b) 2X8 GB SanDisk SDHC Ultra card. Delivered as loose items without its original packing which also contains the warranty on the reverse. No invoice was provided. It raised a doubt that the item may be a duplicate or used item.
                              Raised a Guarantee claim. Claim Id : 1732517. A Ebay representative called and I explained to him the reason for my complaint against S.No (b) above. He refused to understand and kept harping that once the item is delivered I should take it up with the dealer. I explained to him that my dealing was Ebay and hence I am contacting Ebay. It is for Ebay to contact their sub dealer. I have not heard anything from Ebay India after that.
                              This is Ebay way of cheating customers.

                              My experience so far with other online services like Snapdeal, pepperfry etc. I have had similar experience but they gracefully arrange for immediate replacement or refund without any question asked but with ebay so much of time and effort wasted for a petty item. Ebay should know that some people do not like to be cheated. Others just forget it not knowing what to do.

                              Anyway this incident with Ebay has left a bad taste and one should be very wary of purchasing expensive and major items from them

                                This is in regards to product "Winter Jacket Women Woolen Long Jacket FS with Belt for Women's Camel Color" (Item ID:[protected] purchased from Ebay with PaisaPay ID [protected] on 15-Jan-16.
                                1. We lodge complain of its heavy weight with Ebay just after receiving product. Ebay sidelined saying claim doesn't support your purchase even though my purchase was under paisa pay that guarantee the 100% satisfaction and also under the Ebay guarantee. Where is our fault if weight was not listed on the website, I fail to understand?
                                2. Second, there was no mention of a return policy on listing page; instead seller mentioned that we guarantee you satisfaction for this product. So how can he even ask for 25% cut on receiving the return product from us? If customer buys product and want to return, Ebay gets sidelined and seller ask for 25% cut. Unfortunately, this is a trap, and cheating. My Mom was very worried and seller very well blackmailed that if she want to return the product she will only get 75% refund. She narrated the incident to me after seller stopped receiving her call after he received back the returned product.
                                3. Moreover eBay return policy says in case of the case gets escalated there is a time window to refund buyers money in 6 days. Ignoring these timelines, seller started ignoring our calls after he received the item shipped on 30-Jan-2016. We have pure records with us.
                                My Mom along with our family members suffered from deep mental agony. Ebay cleverly sidelined from the issue asking us to handle the return directly with the seller. When we shipped the product to seller Mr. Sachit Gupta, Phone No: [protected]. He stopped answering to our calls with no intention of returning our money back, and still we are waiting for our refund of Rs 5245 along with our courier charges of Rs 500.

                                  This is regarding the refund claims for my order with seller india_k_stamps (PaisaPay ID [protected], Date of transaction 25/02/2016).

                                  I have received a notification from you telling that my refund claims are put on hold.

                                  The buyer has marked the items as shipped on 26/02/2016.

                                  But the tracking ID of the shipment shows that the item was shipped on 04/03/2016. (Please refer to attached image)

                                  This means that the items were shipped much after the completion of the deadline of 5 days after the payment was made and after I opened ebay guarantee claim for these items on 03/03/2015 (Claim ID 1759904, 1759922 etc).

                                  In such a case, I am automatically qualified for a refund according to the PaisaPay rules as the seller has not shipped the items within 5 days of payment.

                                  Therefore, I want to ask you why my claim has been put on hold?

                                  I do not want to deal with buyers like these who give misleading information and hence request you to ask the buyer to recall the shipment.

                                  I have been buying from many sellers on ebay from the past month and and for the first time I have had such a horrible experience.

                                  I hope you will approve my refund claim and uphold the rights of a consumer.

                                    Hello! This complaint is against eBay.in. I have ordered a product from eBay.in on 15th Febraury, 2016 and paid in advance with Rs 55 (extra shipping charges) but till date (i.e. 7th March, 2016) I haven't recieved any product. I have contacted eBay by all means to refund my monay back but the customer support says that they don't have any update why my refund is on hold. On 2nd March, 2016 I have raised claim in eBay Guarantee where eBay guarantees refund in 5 to 7 days. But today customer support told me that it would take 20 days to get your problem resolved. I am also having all screenshots with chats with customer support and all call recordings. I recommend not all not to buy anything from eBay.in as they are fraudsters and need my money back asap.

                                      I ordered couple of bra via ebay.in on 1st or 2nd of march. The expected delivery date was 7th of march 2016. And today i am getting message from ebay.in that "thanks for confirming that the delivery was done on 2nd of march 2016".
                                      Is this joke?

                                        I purchased an Iphone 5c through Ebay India (www.ebay.in)16th feb 2015 and it was delivered to me on 21st feb 2015 and my paisa pay id for the same is [protected] .I received the phone in switched on condition. I sent an email to the seller on 1/3/15 mentioning this and also told him that the accessories with the phone the headphones and charger are not original.After repeated followups the seller refunded Rs2000/-.I had also mentioned to him that there is some problem with the screen of the phone. He assured me that whenever there will be any problem he will do the needful.The phone was under 1 year seller warranty. on 4th Feb 2016 the phone switched off automatically but after several try it switched on.This started happening after every 2-3 days and i took it to service center in chandigarh.They told me if the phone is under warranty please contact the seller .I tried calling the seller but the phone was out of reach. Since 19th feb the phone is switched of and this time when i took it to service center after testing I was told that the screen of the phone is duplicate and i have been cheated. I have sent an email to the seller and also booked complaint over ebay toll free no and the customer care exe who booked the complaint is Mr Maxwell. I contacted the seller over phone and he told me he is out of town for a week so cant do anything now. Mentioned below are my complaints. 1)The seller is a fraud since he is selling phones with duplicate parts at discounted price but too high a price for phone with duplicate parts.
                                        The seller is not responding and ebay says that this case is out of warranty.
                                        I request you to do the needful at the earliest.
