I order a product with a paisa pay ID No. [protected] on 30th Jan which is suppose to be delivered by 8th Feb'2016. Today it is 26th Feb and I still get nothing. Neither a product nor a Refund. I Tried to contact ebay several time bt every time I call they just give me false commitment of 48 hours, 72 hours, 7 days, etc. Never did I was contacted by EBay by themselves. It is kind of a fraud running by Ebay. Ebay need to learn the importance of customer from other online shopping companies. I suggest all not to purchase products from EBay & specially not when COD options are not available. You can use other online shopping sites for better results and value of your money. I m now tired up with this and going to file a complaint against EBay. I suggest everyone whoever are being cheated by Ebay to file a complaint and fight for your consumer rights.

      I have raised just after item received regarding defective item supplied. The response received by eBay is "I have checked the details of your claim and have noticed that the item purchased by you is under (1 year) Manufacture warranty and hence excluded from eligible transactions for filing a claim under eBay guarantee. Therefore, the claim filed by you falls under non-eligibility criteria. As a result, we have closed your claim and your request for refund has been rejected. my best advice to you is to contact your seller and resolve the matter amicably. Thank you for your precious time, have a nice day."
      Even I have contacted Gionee in this regard and they have shown inability to solve the problem. Plz provide the needful assistance.

          I ordered "Dell KM113 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo", placed on 24th Feb., 2016. PaisaPay ID [protected]. I got confirmation of the order and the Shipment Details are - Courier Name : BLUE DART, Date Shipped : 24-Feb-16, AWB Number : [protected]. The order got cancelled within 24 hours for reasons beyond my explanation.

          The following are the sequence of emails I received -
          a. Received: 3:46 PM on 24-Feb-16. Your order is now confirmed.
          b. Received: 8:01 PM on 24-Feb-16. Seller "mobtab" has shipped item "Dell KM113 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo" (Item ID:[protected] Your product is on the way!
          c. Received: 8:32 AM on 25-Feb-16. We are sorry but after multiple attempts we have been unable to deliver... ...nationalized bank.

          The order was to be delivered from Jaipur, when did it arrive here in Lucknow? During night! Did anyone contact me... or came to my house! I talked to customer care, today 25th February, 2016, for whole 17mins 47 secs. To no avail. I WANT THE ORDER DELIVERED ASAP or I shall be bound to take LEGAL ACTION against you people.

          A New Lie from ebay, I received this mail, another u-turn..., what about the earlier lies! I again repeat, how am I concerned, being a consumer you cannot force me to accept a refund. I ordered an product, paid in advance, and in return I am getting this!

          On going through the entire transaction and communication history, we understand that the item due to non availability of the courier partner we were unable to deliver the item.           Have not heard from eBay since last. I do not think they are worth staying in the market. I am fed-up with there lies and wont recommend them to any near and dear ones. I myself am closing all business with them.

            I have purchased a Wireless bluetooth keyboard case from ebay on 14th Feb 2016. Till 24th Feb 2016 I didn't received the item and ebay team was also unable to track my product. I have called them regarding the same then they said that my refund is initiated by me only on 20th Feb, that is why the product is not delivered. But I did't raised any refund on 20th Feb. I have raised a refund on 24th Feb after having words with ebay customer care. They have used my money for 10 Days and they will use it for next 5-6 days more. They are earning interest by cheating the customers.

              I have recently purchased an internal hard drive from Ebay on 18th Feb 2016 “PaisaPay ID: [protected]”, the item got delivered to me on 20th Feb 2015 “Item Number:[protected]”. When my engineer came to install the hard drive he said that it is not working properly and asked me to replace the item. I asked for a replacement under Ebay guarantee and lodged a complaint on 21st Feb 2016 the following day. I got a message from Ebay that they will get back to me within 5 days but I needed the replacement urgently so I myself contacted their customer support on 23rd Feb 2016 and asked the status, they said that we are not responsible for the same & you should contact the seller yourself or give the product to manufacturer service centre which was not at all acceptable by me as I have purchased of so high value, I didn’t use it for a single day So Ebay should help me to replace my item like amazon and flipkart. I am feeling really torturous right now as Ebay is not replacing my item & the customer support experience was very bad as the agent didn’t help me to get all my answers & disconnected the chat. Ebay is only interested in making profits and have no interest or care for their consumers. Please sue Ebay immedietly and shut down their services.

                  I have bought sony micro sd card 32 GB from ebay india .And when i got micro sd card than it has diffrent package which is not match with listing ad which i have purchased.In this sony micro sd card described that 70 MB/s * read & write speed but when i checked in my computer found in 30 KB/s.This is too much slow so i can't paste my old sd card backup in it.And did not found with package sony micro sd card adapter which is shown in ad.And i have checked in android app which is name "SD Insight" android app so found that it is fake micro sd card of sony.So i have felt cheating with me and very shocked.I am attched below images which is proof of fake micro sd card and also given some information about order.

                      Now the problem is this description is totally fake. The power bank does not even charge a mobile for only one time. After 10 to 15 minutes charging the power bank automatically shuts down. My mobile's battary is of 1300 mah. But according to the description this power bank should charge a mobile many times. Also the product makes hizz sound continuously.

                      When I raised a claim(claim id:[protected] in ebay, they closed the claim saying that the proof is not sufficient, then I asked them what proof do they need. They said image of the faulty product. Now how can I take a picture of the product if the product is faulty internally? Because from outside it looks fine.

                      Then the ebay customer care representative gave me the seller's Phone number i.e-[protected] and advised me to contact with the seller.

                      I called the seller and told him the problem, he asked me if I could call him back after 2-3 hours. After that Whenever I called him back he never received my call.

                      Now I want to lodge a complain against ebay and the seller. Kindly suggest me further steps.

                          I want urgent callback and 100% refund immediately followed by faulty product to be returned and collected from my premises.

                          This apprach has caused me a great deal of harassment and embarrassment

                            hello,
                            My ebay ID is rah5580_sfnahd. I had purchased a 32 GB Samsung SD Memory Card from Ebay & paid complete amount from my credit card for that. This Memory card was delivered to me on November 20, 2015. And on the same date I had intimated the seller that it was faulty.

                            Then the seller reverted that to open a claim (claim was raised on November 24, 2015 Claim ID is : 1463564) & sent back the card to him (on December 01, 2015) by India Post . awb. no. is EE[protected]IN, which has been delivered to the seller on December 04, 2014.

                            I tried to reach many a times to the seller but neither he is picking the phone nor replying my ebay messages.

                            And after some mail exchanges with your (Ebay.in) officials, I got to know that there is no benefit to talk to them, thats why I lodged my complaint here.

                              I bought two items in ebay on 27/10/15. 1, item[protected]Barbie Salon Stylish Doll ) 2, item - Barbie Doll with Blue/ Pink Fashion BCF72 and shipped one item[protected] and updated same shipping details in both items and delivered item[protected] and status of delivery changed as a delivered in both item. created claim (Claim ID : 1401455) and i got mail from customer support. your claim rejected as item delivered. I asked question why shipping details in both item same multiple time till now i dint get answer. .

                                I bought product with PaisaPayID: [protected], but they sent me fake product and seller is not anymore listed with eBay now.


                                This is the message I am getting from ebay for the seller

                                "best_deals_of_the_yearbest_deals_of_the_year (4)No longer a registered user "

                                I am not interested in this product anymore, ebay is not helping me out. Saying I have to deal with Seller, only. And seller is not reachable. How can I contact a seller who is not listed with Ebay anymore?

                                  I ordered a product Refund was initiated at first for Paisa Pay Id [protected] but later on cancelled as the seller shipped the product after the deadline date which was before 20th Feb and it has shipped today i.e 23rd Feb whereas refund policy for E-bay clear states as quoted below :

                                  "Within 3 business days of order confirmation, the seller will ship your item and enter the tracking details in My PaisaPay. You will receive your item within 5 business days of shipping.

                                  Note:
                                  • In case the seller doesn't enter the shipping details within 3 days, don't worry. Our system will automatically initiate a refund for you, which will be sent to your original mode of payment within 6-8 working days"
                                  Have attached refund initiated e-mail for you ref.

                                    Have'nt received the product yet.There has been no communication from your side although the product was to be delivered by 19th of feburary. Already been 4 days pased since the delivery date. Kindly deliver the product before i take any step legal step from consumer forum against the company. Such a bad customer feedback and service is not expected from one of the best online shopping site Ebay. Hope u maintain your commpany dignity and do fair business practises.
