    Sir,
    This is regarding my purchase from Ebay . i purchased "Suction Cups Turtle Dock Replacement Suction Cups 32x 32 Pcs Turtle Dock Replace". It consists of 2 items, but i received only 32 suction cups, but 32 pcs turtle dock replace was not received.i registered a claim for refund of money vide claim id : Claim ID : 1707048 ( item PaisaPay ID : [protected] ). when i raised the claim, The claim is rejected saying "proof rejected" rejecting the photo i attached with the claim. I requested for re- opening of my claim.
    . I have sent message to the seller- shopkrish.india. He replied that he is reday to replace the items or refund the money. He sent the reply to my inbox in ebay page. citing this message, I I have sent many messages to ebay and contacted the customer care of ebay. for re opening the case and refund of money no reply has been received for my messages. the ebay custoner care first told me, they will process my request for re opening the case and refund . Since no action was found to be taken, i contacted the customer care again . Now i am told by another customer care executive that i should contact the seller and he should write to ebay directly that he is ready to refund and then only they can reopen the case.
    i contacted the seller again, who told me to return the item directly to the seller . again i contacted ebay who told me not to send item directly to the seller, but only with the consent of ebay. Again the customer care told me to contact seller.

    i have prchased the item from ebay and why should eaby insist me for contacting the seller.? why sellers consent is required for re opening the case and refund.? The seller has already promised that he is ready to refund. but eaby is not accepting the message send to me by the seller, telling the technical reason that it is not send directly to ebay.. Why ebay is not opening the case and ask the seller instead of asking me to contact the seller? i purchased item from ebay and it is the duty of the ebay to process the claim .


    i request your good office to take action to get my claim processed.

    copy of the message i received from the seller is appeneded below- the eaby is not accepting the message now( first they told it is enough to process the claim, but now they tell a technical reason that it is not send to them- they can get it from my page if e aby is customer oriented

      I did purchase an handset from ebay which I've returned them already and it's been more then a month and I didn't my refund and they've closed my case as if it's refunded.
      ebay is cheating on me and didn't intent to pay back my money.
      I need solution for that, I'm forced to take legal action now as there customer service team always giving me 24-48 hours time but the end result is same that my money is stuck. I need them urgently.

      These customer care executive had made it a fun. Same thing is happening to me I am waiting for the refund from last 45 days and these executives keep on singing the same song of waiting for 24-48 hours because they only remember this much of English to speak.

      Deepak please take this forward to Legal Filling of case and I am also doing the same. Because even writing here is not making a difference to them.

          Respected Sir/Madam,
          I purchased a HP pavilion laptop from ebay.in at INR 39, 526 on 16-Nov-15 with Claim ID: 1446468, PaisaPay ID: [protected] and Item number:[protected]. But due to some problem, I returned the product to seller. The seller promised that I shall get my Original Price of the product plus reshipment charges that I spent to send the laptop via courier.Although I sent the product, ebay was not refunding my money first. They were showing some silly excuses like the claim was rejected. But I called them several times and requested my refund and at last, it took almost 1 month to refund my money which should be done within 5-7 days.
          Although I got my original price for the product, I did not get any reshipment charge. I called ebay again and they asked me to upload courier receipt and said that I shall get the courier charge within 5 days of the upload of the receipt on my account. I waited for 10 days but did not get anything. Since then I have contacted them almost 5 times and every time they make some excuses and promise that I shall get my reshipment charge within 3-5 days. It has been almost 3 months, But I have not got my money despite of a lot of promises of ebay.

          My reshipment charge was of INR 1, 245. Despite of this loss of money, there is a lot of mental harassment and exploitation of public emotions and time.

          I want my reshipment charges back. Along with that, ebay must compensate for the mental harassment and loss of time caused by the ecommerce giant.

                  Recieved broken display and i returned the product, didn't recieved cashback

                  I purchased a display for my nokia lumia 630 in month of sep 2015. But i recieved a broken display so i returned it on 19/09/2015.

                      I purchased a 32 gb pendrive from ebay on date 24 feb, that was at cost 768 rs. And then i applied a coupan code "EBAYWK0913''.. After that cost got reduce to 499.20rs. I got discount of rupees 268 through coupan code.
                      I confirmed it. Before delivery date seller updated its cost at its original price that was again 768 rs.
                      Then after that then cancelled the product. And they send me a message that you refuse to accept the product. They neither called me nor message me for the arrival of product.
                      I want it back at the cost of 499.20 rs.

                        I bought a product on ebay.in and I received a damage product, I am convinced that the seller send me the damage product.

                        I raised a claim regarding that including the photos of damage product.

                        ebay executive said that the according to investigation the product I received was intact and the photos I send was not of the same product I received (Means I am fraud). I dont know how she come to this conclusion.

                        Then I send the photo with seller sign and the damage on the product. ebay executive was still not convinced that seller send me an defective product.

                        Ebay executive is requesting me that I should submit a letter by courier company that product I received was damaged. I dont know the reason why I have to submit the letter when it is clear by photo that the product is not damaged in transit and courier company will not entertain such issue.

                        Your executive admited that this type of damage can happen in transit and thats the reason I have to submit the letter (Not using common sense at all).

                        Help me out with the issue.

                          "UNI N1 8GB 3G Black Calling Tablet With 5MP +2MP Dual Camera And IPS Screen" (Item ID:[protected] from seller "impefa4"

                          Tab recd 22/02. Sim slots are not working with no tower showing for 2-3 sim cards being tried simultaneously . Total no network on tab despite sims being active and ok on other devices

                          despite repeated mails, claims log in from site and follow up from my end, they are assuring resolution without do anything till date. for 5 consecutive days, no positive action initiated from their end

                          It is quite harassing and I am facing difficulty for the delay for not being to able to use the device

                          I want urgent callback and total refund followed by urgent courier pick up of the faulty device from my premises

                              I had ordered an Apple iPhone5 -16gb-White from eBay on 6th August 2015 and had got it delivered on 15th August 2015 after paying a cash on delivery of Rs.22499.
                              Initially the phone was working good but after a month the phone started giving me problems.
                              1.The touch stopped working
                              2.The home button gave up too.
                              3.The camera stopped working.
                              After having these problems I had complained a lot of times and my complaints were unheard and I had to face the ignorant attitude of the customer care.
                              That wasn't enough when I showed my iPhone at Apples authorised service centre and was shocked to know when they informed me that the iPhone was duplicate.
                              Now either you refund me all my money or give me a replacement with ORIGINAL IPhone 5.

                                  I had placed an order for the supply of eagle jumbo pack of oil 3 nos.(24ml)
                                  instead i received 12ml pack. when the issue was raised with the e bay t send me the remaining they said the vendor is not supplying the remaining part of oil.I informed the firm to supply but in stead they informed to send the items back, i informed the firm the items are in use, now the firm asked they want the items intact as recd by the me, knowing fully well about my position, they said as per company policy they want the material as it is for refund, are not supplying the remaining part of oil.i am forwarding u the photographs of the order placed and material received(Screen shot and pack with bottle recd) Kindly help me for getting the remaining items, undersupplied by the e bay.

                                      In 18/02/2016 when I ordered two items( tempered glass and back cover for coolpad note 3 lite) from ebay, in 24/02/2016 but when I opened the box I saw tempered glass was already broken then I contact customer support they told to send email to [protected]@ebay.com but there is no any satisfactory reply

                                      I contact again customer care they said they will reply me back in hours but surprisingly there is no call back to me then I again called today 26/02/2016 they told refund will initiated as a coupon not as a cash so I again asked why, they told there is policy of ebay which they always give refund as coupon( however in ebay guarantee they did not specify that they will give refund as coupon) but I want my money back as cash because I never want to buy anything from ebay due to its worst service but they refused to give money back

                                        I ordered Sony BDV E4100 home theater from ebay on 15th Feb which was supposed to reach me on 18th Feb. No product delivered and no reply received from seller. When raised claim they first say 5 days and now 20 days more. My money is stuck I don't know if I'll receive my order or my money back. Feeling cheated and missing good offers from other portals because my money is stuck with ebay. They just earn interest from your money. Never Ever buy anything from ebay ever. They'll mentally torture you for your order and money.
