I order a new original lava irix x1 battery in cost of 340 through ebay.In but when i found this battery it is not working properly and totally damaged battery. When i check it at mobile repairing centre they said to me that it is local and damage battery. When i complaint ebay customer service then they said you talk with rakesh yadav mob no. [protected].     I purchased from Ebay Omron make BP monitor on eBay in the belief that if defective item is supplied it will be replaced or money will be refunded . A defective unit was supplied. Complaint was lodged within an hour of receipt with photo.and replacement was requested. The matter was lingered and finaly they have informed that I have to take up with manufacturer under their warranty . They are selling defective material and putting the ball in the court of buyer to get it repaired from manufacturer.

              I bought a JBL GO Speakers on Ebay.in with a seller ID:justbuy_2014. I received the hardware as a faulty one and When raised a claim for a replacement the ebay support directly closed my Claim asking me to go in search of JBL service center to fix the issue. CLAIM ID:1548780. When reached out to the service center which is far off from where i live i finally found the seller nor Ebay is an authorized JBL seller, Hence the warranty of the product is invalid as per the Manager of Sahilinternational(Ashok) who are the dealers of JBL speakers. Now i get back to ebay on this and its been over a month i bought this product(19-DEC-2015) Till today there is no response nor a refund of my money which i had requested in between as i do not trust the products nor the ebay anymore. They sell all fake products and the ebay guarantee is a good game plan where you never get what you have promised for. There is no 100% guarantee/Refund as they claim on the site, they asked me to resolve this issue with the seller (who never responds to calls/mail) How will i get my money back?
