I have shopped from ebay.In., one of the biggest online shopping website. I orderd a
sony 32gb ultra microsd sdhc 32gb memory card micro sd 70...[protected] from there. But they send me a old memory card because there was four songs in the card from previous. Beside they showed they send a me a card chinese reader which actually would be from "transcend" company( it was free with memory card).
Memory card configuration: 32 gb, sony, class 10, 5 year warranty, 70 mbps speed.

beside the packaged design was differnt.

    RESPECTED SIR/MADAM,

    My name is Nitesh Shibire. I booked an i-ball tablet from eBay on 16th Jan 2016. The parcel was delivered on 21st Jan 2016 but the tablet was missing. The Cash on delivery amount was 11, 990/-, I paid the amount to the delivery boy.

    Once, I saw the empty box I called eBay call center and lodged my complaint (Claim no.: 1642797) regarding the empty box of i-ball tablet that I had received. The complaint center asked me to wait for 20 days in reference of my complaint. I waited for 20 days thinking they would look into the matter properly. After waiting for so long the answer I got from their call center was that, they have rejected my claim request. There was no valid reason provided to me.

    The next day, I called their Grievance team for the same, they asked to wait for 48 hrs. I waited for the next 2 days for my resolution. But, sir, they didn’t even call me for the next 5 days and lastly their reply was that they rejected my claim without any valid reason, just stating something about the weight. They even mailed me that your claim has been rejected and closed henceforth.

    The weight labelled on the order statement which I received with the box is 0.2 kg. But, the actual weight of the empty box I received is 0.375kg, the weight of the tablet, that I confirmed from the amazon is 0.472 kg and the weight of the charger might be something. Then, according to the weights of different components, the weight of the whole package should have been somewhere round to 0.9 to 1kg. The values stated are approximate. If the whole package weight should be is 0.9 kg, and eBay is giving me a product of 0.2 kg. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? This is one of the strong proofs I have that the box they gave me was empty.

    Sir, I am from a poor family, studying in Government Medical College, Kolhapur. I paid them 11, 990/-, I have been facing a lot of mental harassment from last one month.

      I had ordered a gym bench from ebay on 22nd of jan'16 and it came to me on 29th of jan'16. The bench's foam was teared and there are 2 nuts for bolts missing too! and the condition of the product is really bad. And even worse is the reaction of ebay regards my issue. Today must be more than 22 days since I am asking for refund. But all they do is assure a call back which never happens! I don't get how such a company can act so decietful. I only ordered the product as it was on ebay. As I trusted the site. But now I'm left with damaged/not usable product and fake call assurances.

      These guys are really so stubborn. Still nothing was done and I had to call once more and the guy gave an assurance again and the time limit for that is over. Can anyone tell me what can I do? As these guys are enjoying this! They are really shameless.

      Hehe these guys are good in pissing off people. Now after 27 days. They say I should contact the seller he'll only decide! None of the guy before these days said me to do this! If anyone is reading this I really WARN YOU never ever buy from ebay!

          This is the reply I have been getting since 2 months whenever enquired.
          Please understand we would have never bought any such product directly from such a seller even if it was cheaper than this.
          We buy only because E bay name and platform. It is your responsibility to clear such a cheating case and refund without any further delay and harassment.
          The product was advertised as a brand new Apple phone.

            I orders a power ace OTG cable as It seemed to be a good quality one as per revioew from lot of website. After waiting for so long for the product it turned out to be sucah a cheap cable of a different brand then what i ordered. And it does not work. on my Samsung Galaxy On5 I used my friends cable and OTG works. with this cable nothing happens. Its completely dead. Need my money back. Buying on ebay is such a bad experience. Done with Ebay.

            Just got call regarding refund complaint I filled with Ebay.in I got a different product the what was mnetioned on the site and it also doesnot work. Person who called stated that I need to go to service center and ask them to write a letter that its not the same brand. Although in picture any one can see its not the same product. So lame guarantee. They say as per paisa pay u are covered. But they have sucha a lame policy. FOr a product costing me around Rupees 100 they want me to spend 4 hours by going to a serice center 60 kms away and get a letter. That is just a trick to get money from people. I dont care if I dont get money but i will make sure that consumers know about this so sellers on ebay cant fraud other people. New pic I have attached shows the comparison between the 2 products.

              Im really sorry for using harsh words though out this notice but i must say very deeply disappointed service i have been experienced ever. This is the second time ebay has cheated me and other customers also. Given below is the brief of my reason of being disappointed with your services and the way of dealing customers is not at all acceptable.
              On 5th january 2016 i have placed an order of iphone 6s worth rs.15000 having order confirmation of paisapay id [protected]. I didn't get any confirmation regarding the same throughout the process. For the same, i kept on calling regularly to ebay customer care many times to track the status of same.On 8th jan 2016 out of which caller id request is 1-[protected] had been attended, ebay executive gave me assurance of delivering the product on estimated time, and put the phone down by saying “just wait for the same”.
              During the period of 5th jan to 12th jan 2016 i hadn’t receive even a single response through any means for any information regarding the product. Even though, continuously calling to customer care results no solution to my grievance. Again on 12th jan 2016 i called customer care (Caller id: 1-[protected]), but none of executive able to share the exact status of product, it seems no one in ebay is capable to resolve this issue even after talking to them more than one hour.
              After few days of this, money had been refunded to my account but dispute over the product delivery was not yet replied properly & many questions left unanswered. Therefore, i raised ebay guarantee due to which again ebay put the same offer on iphone 6s worth rs.15000 on 26th jan. Seller also contacted me and assured me this time product will be delivered on time and same assurance has been accompanied by the customer care of ebay.
              From 26th jan 2016 to till now, product still not delivered and no one in the ebay able to contact seller. The way customer care responded to my grievance is not all acceptable. Im highly disappointed with the services and the attitude company acquired to treat customer.
              Whenever i contacted customer care, always giving listed below reasons to my query:
              S.No. Query answered by customer care : my observation on the same
              1. Product will be delivered before stated timeline product till now not delivered.
              2. Seller is not genuine as im standing at customer side not for listening the seller, i trusted & choosed ebay to provide me the genuine & trusted deal. Customer came to ebay not directly to seller; it’s become the responsibility of ebay to deliver the product within the stipulated timeline at the same price to the customer along with the assurance of trust. I don’t know about the rating of seller, i only know between seller and customer, ebay is taking responsibility of delivery of product.
              3. Seller is not responded
              4. Seller mistakenly added product on website
              5. Product displayed on website due to technical fault if this a technical fault, then you should immediately refund the money back or inform customer but ebay neither took the whole responsibility to attend such kind of emergencies nor executed any action to attend the customer grievance.
              6. Once the product is not delivered, refund of the amount initiate immediately as i ordered product on 26th jan 2016, since then no such information has been recorded.
              I want to escalate this matter to consumer court/social media/newspaper, so that everyone should aware about the all circumstances ebay playing with customer & playing with the customer patience.
              To make my all statement solid im sharing the snap shots of ebay portal at the end of this formal notice letter in which promised had been made to deliver the product by generating the fake courier awb no. So as to make customer believes that the product would reach on time.
              By this way, ebay is completely misguiding the customers and harassing them at extreme level.
              Though, this time i want compensation from ebay against the mental harassment i borne, misguidance i felt, money blocked for almost one month, for not responding to customer queries on time with appropriate solutions.
              As, this act is a serious issue where ebay is making customer fool by putting such kind of listing on website and attracting the customer to proceed for the payment & thereafter blocking the amount for a considerable period.
              Highly disappointed service ever felt.

                I purchased one 20000 MAH power bank from ebay.in on 11/02/2016 with Paisapay ID:[protected] at around 19.30 for 278.60 Rs (Including Discount). I got confirmation mail. On next day i again visited ebay.in site and i found ebay.in had removed that listing, so i contact ebay.in customer executive for clarification. According to customer excutive ebay.in will be shipped item on or before 17.02.2016 and also he informed me ebay.in team will be contacted me within next 72 hrs for more clarification. So i waited for their reply, meanwhile i checked other item which was listed on ebay.in. During this period many time ebay.in listed many item on very lesser value than market and taking after some order they removed that listing from ebay.in. There was no reply from ebay.in team within stipulated time so i again contact ebay.in customer care department and they replied me my item will be surely dispatched on mention date i.e before 17/02/2016. I wait for 17.02.2016 but ebay.in not send me item so i again contact customer care and they replied me that your item will be shipped by end of day. They didn't ship item on 17.02.2016 so i again contact them and i also raise claim on same day. On 21.02.2016 i got call from them and they replied me that today your refund is approved and you will get refund in 6 to 8 working day.
                I strongly believe that this is pre-planned scam by ebay.in. They listed item on site at very lesser price and taking order and after that remove listing from them site. They make customer fool and utilize their money for more that 15 to 20 days. They didn't ship that item to any customer. Every time they give fake commitment.
                I request you to look into the matter positively and save customer from such scam.

                    I request you please arrange reverse pickup and get checked that cable in apple company.

                            I got Duplicate and also damaged product from ebay. No action has been taken after complaining in ebay. This is too much worst experience I have ever had in online shopping. I also request for refund nut they denied. Ebay sell Dplicate product.

                              1. on 15-02.2016, I ordered for speakers (Tech com Speakers USB port 450 W) for Rs. 435 +50 (Shipping Charges)= total Rs 485.
                              2. Using an Ebay Discount Coupon of Rs. 200, I made payment of remaining amount Rs. 285 through my SBI net banking account with transaction ID IG0BMNVRJ2 and Ebay (PaisaPay) Id - [protected].
                              3. The delivery of the product was promised by[protected].
                              4. But two days later on 17.02.2016, Ebay replied me with an SMS that The product is OUT OF STOCK. your amount will be refunded within 6-7 days.
                              5. More surprisingly the same day I found the same product on their website but with the price of Rs. 635. the product is still available.
                              6. I talked to Ebay Customer Care Executive on [protected]. but his reply was not satisfactory.
                              7. They should not have received the amount if they have an excuse of Item being out of stock. above all, two days later they are cancelling the order. it is just harassment. No refund is made till date.

                              Now as a resolution I want the same product with the same amount that I have already paid to Ebay.

                              I hope some strict actions from your part against eaby in this regard.

                                I have ordered 1500 disposble gloves on 2 feb2016 and paid the amount rs 599 through net banking. when i got the packet through aramEx courier he said this cash on delivery product so pls pay rs 599 . i get the packet by paying rs 599 because i urgent need the gloves. so for one item i paid two times . after that i lodged the complaint in ebay and aramEx but still their no responce.

                                  This mail to you is regarding the feedback of the services which i have got from eBay I had issue with the product which i purchased from ebay.in.

                                  PRODUCT DETAILS:
                                  Haier E619 Dual Sim (Reliance CDMA+GSM) Mobile phone

                                  The issue was the CDMA slot was not working while the GSM slot was functioning properly, so i asked for the solution from ebay as one of eBay representative asked me to contact the respective seller regarding this query. I did the same thing as said to me.
                                  But still its been approx 20 days I am trying to contact the seller and ebay also but i am not getting any solution.
                                  The only reason to mail you is to inform you that its been a very bad experience of shopping through ebay
                                  No proper service from neither your end nor from seller's end.
                                  Very disappointed from the services.
                                  Being a consumer i am not satisfied with the services because i am not able to get any solution.
                                  Hope you look after this problem as soon as possible.

                                    Attached is the claim I've raised.

                                    How to proceed; what to do? Ebay customer care representatives have no authority or knowledge and are just apologizing and that they will get back. I was also supposed to receive a call from claim department of ebay by 14th Feb. But no call received.

                                    Appreciate any suggestion on how to proceed.

                                      Hello Sir/ma'am,

                                      This is in reference to the claim id- 1674123.I have purchased a 48 inch SAMSUNG LED smart TV worth rs 98, 499.00
                                      I have received the delivery on 2nd FEB 2016 and got the product in broken condition.I immediately took action on this and called eBay customer care.They asked me to raise eBay guarantee claim against it .I raised the claim and uploaded the pics too.I called eBay customer care after two days to get the status of my claim request.They replied that we have notified seller about it and we will provide you the information soon.After that I called eBay customer care many time and always got the same reply that I have to wait and claim department will call me soon.Its been 17 days I didn't get any call from them.Today i called seller and asked him that did eBay call him regarding my claim request.He said that he didn't get any call from eBay. Today I had a conversation with eBay customer care again and they told me to arrange a reverse pickup on my own.

                                      Now My concern is that why I have to take the responsibility of sending the product to the seller. Because of the broken product, under the eBay guarantee claim eBay must have to take the whole responsibility for providing the reverse pickup and refund the full amount to satisfied the customer and maintain eBay reputation.

                                      I hope that you will take an immediate action on this and would not force the customer to take alternative measures.
