I have purchased Sony wireless speaker from ebay.They send me wrong product.

Regarding this i talked to customer care.They have written a complaint that it is not working properly but it is working properly.

Later they told me that now we can't do anything, contact to service center.

I have purchased it from ebay & they have 30 days return policy but they are not taking it back inspite of their mistake they had sent wrong product.

    I unfortunately bought a product from ebay on 03 November 2015 which was supposed to be delivered on 13 November 2015. On not receiving my product on time I cancelled the product on 14 November 2015, and the refund got approved on 17 November 2015.
    Today it is 17 February 2016 and I've still not received my refund! That's how "good" ebay service customer is!

      Hi ebay team,

      I am S.Santhaana Prakash from Chennai one of your customer, i have to brief past 48 days stories to you all please read and understand.

      i have ordered a Blackberry Passport Silver edition on 1st January 2016 of INR 37, 250.00 and i have received the SCAMMED product on 4th January 2016, we have immediately raised Guarantee Claim to Customer care and updated the issues which we found in the product, same listed below.

      1. Product Seal is opened and teared...
      2. Corner Silver beading chipped...
      3. Scratches in Keyboard...
      4. Scratches in Camera Stainless Steel...
      5. Scratches in back panel...
      6. Scratches in Display panel...

      the same updated in claim department and assured that mobile will be replaced in 15 workings, when i am in my native place with my family to celebrate Sankaranthi in temple, i have received a call from claim department but i have missed the call bcoz i am in temple obviously i cant attend the call, same happen in second time also. after three days i called claim department they confirmed that your claim guarantee cancelled bcoz you have not attend the call. i don't know how could it happen, i have been waiting for more than 20 days, but you all following your rules strictly and same not informed me that claim will be cancelled, if i am not attend the call. but department straightway cancelled the claim. there is no logic and this has been voluntarily done from the seller and ebay team, i have been forced to buy a used mobile from you both.

      After 45 days now the claim department THREATENING ME that mobile to be couriered to ebay and then they will decide what to do. My money INR 37, 250.00 stuck with you and now the scammed mobile also calling back from your end.

      Just 5 days back i have bought a Apple IPhone 5S mobile from Amazon, there is no deviation and i am happy with the product and right now i am using the same. { I HAVE RECEIVED THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT WITH 1 YEAR GUARANTEE }.

      NOW I AM IN POSITION TO THROW THE PRODUCT IN SCRAP, BECAUSE I CANT USE THE USED PRODUCT...

            I ordered three products from eBay including a phone...got everything else except the sd card...at first I wasn't able to track the shipment because it said seller no longer with eBay...I was asked to wait for 10 days...the memory card finnaly arrived but it didn't work...I can't transfer files neither I can download anything to the card so I called again ebay again..I was promised a resolution in 10 days...I didn't recieve any calls from eBay...so I called them again and finally was told that my complaint was denied and I have to contact Samsung...I went to the Samsung service center which is in Grant road spending anther 200 in travelling but was turned down by them as they said it's not a real Samsung evo card but a fake one...Is this the way eBay has decided to cheat their customer s...I called again and a complaint was raised again and as usual I am still waiting for a resolution which I am sure will not be provided... it was pathetic service and I can't believe that a company like eBay sends fake and duplicate products to their consumers...it looks like they have found a way out to make money...the seller was removed from eBay before the product was delivered which was a smart way of cheating...now their paypaisa refund will only be applicable of I get a letter from Samsung which they refused because the product is not theirs...I have been cheated for the first time and I will fight for my right...I have already spent more than what was the amount of the product already and I will go to the consumer court now...it doesn't matter how much I spend but will fight against the fraud.

                    Why do anyone buy something on Ebay ?
                    For time pass ?
                    or
                    to Get Refund (that too after 10-15 days) ?

                    After calling three times to Ebay and wasting my half an hour
                    my order was cancelled and automatic Refund was initiated by Ebay without asking me.

                    Do ebay have any value for their customer ?
                    If yes, cant they ask me once to give me refund ?

                    I have buyed the same product on[protected] and was delivered on[protected]
                    I again ordered the product as I gifted it to my friend, but this time the seller was different.

                    Is it my fault, that the seller accepted the order,
                    cant ship it for 7 days, and after that saying to give me refund after 4-5 days ?
                    eBay can also sent me the product via the old seller who delivered me before.

                    BOTTOM LINE :
                    I WANT MY PRODUCT, NOT THE REFUND.

                        Hi,

                        I had purchased an I Phone 5s 64GB gold from ebay website. I booked this phone on 9th December 2015 which was expected to be delivered on 17th December, 2015 after vigorous follow up with ebay team finally phone was delivered on 22nd of December 2015.
                        Now while using this phone I am facing multiple problems as mentioned below:-
                        1. If battery is charged to 15-20%, phone gets switched off and will not start until I will plug phone to charging & as soon as I recharged my phone the battery level will show to 20-30%.
                        2. Phone gets hang multiple times
                        3. since 20th January 2016 rear camera of my phone is also not working.
                        4. Flash light is also not working. On 22 January I sent an email to eBay reporting these issue from [protected]@gmail.com, but I didn't received any communication from your end.
                        On contacting eBay customers care toll free number I was asked to contact seller directly. I am trying to contact seller from last couple of days but his /her phone is not reachable. Today I finally visit Apple authorised service station where I was told that there is modification in iPhone and phone is fake and now Apple is not eligible for services as per apple guidelines. For reference I had attach report I got from Apple authorised service station.

                        I had called ebay customer care for more than 20 times but every time I received the same reply pls wait we are escalating your request and you will receive a call back in next 48 hours.

                        Can someone please let me know how I can file a consumer court complain against Ebay.

                            I had purchased a camera from ebay 2 weeks back and it was not working, same has been informed to Ebay India and the asked me to contact the seller, I contacted the seller, seller asked me to contact the manufacturer as this product is under warranty and when i contact the manufacturer, they asked me to contact ebay as this product is not covered under warranty outside china. same has been confirmed over the email by the manufacturer. when i updated this to ebay they are asking for a letter from manufacturer and if i cannot provide the letter they said they will be closing the claim.
                            Its a brand new camera and it is not working from day1 and ebay is not ready to support. Please check this and kindly do the needful.

                              I wish to submit certain material facts for ebay.in online purchase.

                              I have ordered the GYM-PACK-BRAND-NEW-HOME-GYM-SET product[protected] on 28.012.2015 for an amount of Rs.1, 467/-. The referred product payment was already paid on same day of booking, through net banking (Paisapay ID [protected]).

                              Still the product was not delivered.

                              I have contacted so many times through mobile and mail; there is no response from ebay.in and your seller (Fedex tracking no:[protected]. Your website revealed that status of product estimated delivery time is changed at time to time since 28.12.2015. I have also attached here with screen shots on 00.12.2015, 00.01.2016, 00.01.2016, 00.02.2016 and 14.02.2016.

                              This is for my very worst experience of online purchase in your company. First of all you have delivery the product or refund the paid amount at the earliest otherwise I will filed the consumer offense case.

                              I have also attached here with several screen shots of ebay status of the product it has been revealed that cheated the consumer.

The picture of item was shown on site is different from the delivered item. After complaining about this the girl name Garima from Claim Department said that picture of is just to show you want get same item. I ask her to give the refund and collect the delivered item said it is not possible. Also she said refund is not possible for this order. This is very bad experience I had so please don't by anything from this site. And also girl like Garima don't know how to speak to customers they are keeping them in customers care service. The owner of the company should take serious action on this. Please issue refund. first item purchased through ebay and it is my last purchase... in future if ebay offers free items to be i wont even take! dam waste company with poor customer service... all FAKE items being sold in ebay. Need refund For this order.

                                  I purchased a htc one earphone thinking that it is a genuine product. However it turned out to be fake. I had an original earphone with my HTC One smartphone, but I lost is somewhere. Hence purchased this one on ebay. I could not get the white colored earphone for htc one from anywhere else. Found it on ebay and purchased. Seller was "bestdealz.24x7".
                                  However once I received and tested it with listening to the music, I found that it was really cheap. It does not have the beats/boomsound that htc had, though the product looks exactly same (cheap imitation by chinese company). I raised a request to refund, but the claim was rejected without any one from ebay calling me or getting my agreement.
