    On[protected] i have ordered an item (Samsung evo 32 gb microsd sdhc memory card) via online worth rs 567 through payumoney.The paisapay id for the transaction is [protected].The product i received is duplicate and i did not even receive the bill from the courier.I spoke to ebay customer care and they keep on saying that "according ebay terms and conditions your product is under warranty but not for replacement or cash back".I went to samsung service center and he mentioned as the product is duplicate samsung is not responsible and it is not going to assist buyer in any way.I conveyed the same made samsung service center employee speak to ebay customer but ebay people kept on saying that thay need certificate stating that the purchased product is duplicate but samsung service customer care told that they will not be providing any certificate.

    Please take action against ebay for selling fake products through their site.

      I had purchased Portable Wardrobe Clothes Armoire Closet Storage Rack Shelves Bedroom 133x46x[protected] from ebay on 17 Dec 2015 after a credit card payment of Rs 3007.07. But the the package was delivered to me in an opened condition. Around 12 Tee joints were missing in the package. Images attached.

      Now I cannot assemble it to make a wardrobe for my use because of deficiency of those 12 Tee joints. I had already complained about it when I received a feedback call from eBay on 17 Jan 2016 and on 22 Jan 2016 I again registered a complaint. Ebay guranteed a resolution and promised to give call me back with in 72 hours with a solution. I didnt receive any call later. Again I rang up ebay on 30 th Jan 2016 stating the same complaint. Again they told the same 72 hour promise.No calls there after. Again on 4th Feb 2016 I called, another representative attended the call promised the same. Called on 7th Feb 2016 again promised the same 72 hours funda. Again I called on 9th of February 2016. Again they said they are escalating it to a new level and I will receive a resolution surely within 72 hours.
      Today is 13 th of February 2016 still I didnt get a solution.
      As a customer I am very much disappointed with the services that ebay are providing when customer has already paid and received the item in bad shape and even after 1 month of complaint registration no action initiated from their end.

      I wonder even now, that how can one deliver product to a customer in this condition, please see the photo1.jpg attached for proof.

      I requested ebay to please replace the item or send me those 12 Tee joints or provide me the refund as soon as possible as its already been more than 2 months since I had booked the item. Also requesting consumer court to please advise me an amicable way to deal with this problem.

          This is with regards to the Claim 943428 filed against the PaisaPay ID [protected] for Seller mebelhomes. The item received was damaged. So I was asked to reship the item and submit proof of dispatch. I did it by mail on April 12, 2015, 10:14 PM. Now it is almost 10 months but i have not received refund of Rs 898/- against courier charges. Have so many chat references and assurance fro e bay but result is zero.

              Hello Team Ebay,

              I want to bring my case in notice of you.I am now very much fed up with your service.This is consumer harrasment.

              I purchased a Samsung 32Gb Memory card from ebay Paisa Pay ID: [protected] on 20th January 2016.I was given courier tracking number thorugh DTDC: Z69109325

              26th Jan was my expected delivery date but i didnt received.So i was worried.I logged in my account and tracked courier it showed me delivery address somewhere in Surat whereas i am in Panchkula.I immeditely admitted that i have been fraud by seller.I checked the seller status it showed me "" This seller is no longer registered with ebay"" .I got too much worried and I opened a wrong claim "" Issue Type : Part of the order missing""

              After that i waited and received a call from ebay claim department and they checked delivery status and told that wait for till 30th.And they told me that this is wrong claim and they are closing the claim.I told them that seller has been removed from ebay butthey were telling no sir seller is still registered.

              And they closed the claim.In this all time I was trying to contact seller: Name - sunita shekhawat

              But her number was not available and i emailed seller and no reply.


              I waited till 30th and i called customer care and told all this.The customer care executive told me he is submitted the request to re open the case and provided me SR number: ****** and told me wait for 5-10 days.I called again on 2nd as no call received than the customer care told me that there the previous executive didnt properly submitted the request and he need to submit again.

              What is this?Your customer care executives dont work properly and waisted my time.Then current cse provided me SR number: ************ and that again wait.


              I want to say that I am myself telling that i opened the wrong claim first because i knew seller is playing with order.Why is there so much delay in my SR request.The item is auto confirmed recived on 4th.

              I am waiting for call.I have not received anything and for that my money is stuck with you.This is consumer harrassment.tell me what to do now.I have been contacting thorugh facebook but no response.

              I have added screenshots of seller and reveiews made forthis same product.

              Please see into this case and refund my money.


              Now todays its 11th Feb 2016 and i am waiting and no call has been received to me.

                          I had sent an initial mail to Ebay as below

                          "Hello,
                          I bought this product for 234.00 from you and it was mentioned that the product was free shipping.
                          The MRP of the product is 199. So why am i paying more than the MRP when the shipping is free??"

                          Transaction date:
                          Product was purchased on 22-Aug-2015,

                          I made a complaint to Ebay regarding the same and after a series of mail conversation, i finally got a reply from email saying "Because we're not involved in the actual transaction between members, we have no control over:

                          -- The quality, safety, or legality of the items

                          -- The truth or accuracy of the listings

                          -- Feedback or other content posted by users on the site

                          -- The ability of sellers to sell items

                          -- The ability of buyers to pay for items

                          -- Whether a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction


                          We have a user agreement and a set of policies that outline what we expect from our members. Our Feedback system allows members to identify other members who don't live up to expectations.


                          While we can limit or suspend member accounts, we don't have power of law enforcement. This means we can't mediate or take sides in a dispute, make decisions for a user, force a user to fulfill their obligations at the end of a listing, or initiate a criminal investigation against a user.


                          I hope this helps explain our position."


                          Which I understand as they want to tell that they have no control over the products being sold at their own website and cannot do much over the malpractices being followed

                            I had purchased (CURREN Brand Auto Calender Stainless Steel Band Business Casual Watch -Men) from ebay india on 31-dec-2015 which costed me 1099 rs .Since it was not working the very next day 1-jan-2016 i raised a complaint to return my money back.

                            Courier partner came and collected the product, and the product was approved by [protected]@tpa.ebay.com on 8th jan 2016.Ebay mailed me back stating

                            we would like to inform you that we are closing the claim from our end and refunding the reshipment amount via DD/Cheque. DD/Cheque would be sent on your register address and you can expect to receive it within 10-15 business days. Note: Sundays and Public Holidays are excluded from working days. Thank you for shopping with eBay..

                            I waited for more than 15 days, i registered a complaint again with (Complaint number 1-[protected]) but no proper response, every time i call customer care they tell me to Waite for 10 to 15 days.Again on feb 1st i spoke to Floor in charge of india ebay Mr.Yogesh and received a complaint number (1-[protected]) with the same old promises that back end team will me in 4 to 5 working days.

                            Until now i have not received any call, every time i call they say( Your DD is not generated yet) please give us time.

                            Honestly i am fed up by all this conversation with customer care people. Do help me out in refunding my money back.Below i have mentioned all the required information about my product id, seller id etc

                                  I have ordered a product on ebay, I found that the product is not working so i raised a claim on 30th December, 2015. From the day i raised the claim seller is angry on me and scolding me daily in mails why i should raise the claim. One day Ebay called me and asked me to re-ship the item back to seller, so once item reaches seller. They will refund my amount. And they said the courier charges which i keep to send the item to seller, will be given in the form of Ebay coupon. So i accepted it and sent the product to the seller. The product was shipped through DTDC Courier. DTDC courier said me that its an electronic product so according to our new rules and regulations which our head office is instructing us we have to take the parcel in surface mode. So the charge will be levied for minimum 3kg at Rs.270. I have agreed to pay and paid the charges. They also written on the slip as Rs.270 and gave me one copy and attached another copy to the parcel. I have scanned the copy and sent to Ebay customer service as Proof of dispatch for claim. After product reached the seller, They called seller and asked what was the charges written on the slip. He who was angry on me from first day said that its Rs.70 only. but actually it was written Rs.270. So ebay said we wont give any coupon. Then i have asked the claim adjuster that, the seller is saying it was written as Rs.70 so ask him to scan and send that copy to you and me so that we can know that he is lying actually it was Rs.270.

                                  But Ebay claim adjuster rejected that we wont ask seller to send scanned copy. and we wont give you courier charges. Please do justice to me. Ebay is cheating buyers like this.

                                    My order no[protected]. I haven't received my last 22 Nov to till date. I continue complain from 30 Nov but customer care not solve my issue. On behalf eBay I check courier office they told me item have loss. I informed to eBay customer care but eBay staff not solve my problem till date. I will go consumer forum next week.

                                      Product received isn't as per the expectation
                                      Finishing isn't as shown in the picture on the ebay site

                                      Design is also different also

                                      Material also doesn't seem chiffon as mentioned in the description on eBay site

                                      Although providing them multiple emails about the picture of the product as demanded by them (& I getting acknowledge ment from them about receipt of email), ebay again & again demanding same mail and not resolving the problem
                                      EBay is not giving proper response
                                      Without intimation, ebay closed the
                                      complaint on its own

                                        I bought a wireless optical mouse from ebay.In

                                        My paisapay id: [protected]

                                        I got this product unsealed and it is not working at all. This is a faulty product they sent me.

                                        This is cheating.. I want replacement or refund against this product.

                                        I already talked to ebay customer care for this and they instructed me like they don't offer refund if the product is under manufacture's warranty... But they mentioned "ebay guarantee" tag in the same product and now deny to issue refund. Ebay.In is fraudulent.

                                        I also tried to contact the seller but they are not reachable via phone and also not replying to my emails.
