Ebay is a cheat and inethical organisation,
Regarding my claim id : 3548536
1) ebay cheated tupperware and its customers by selling the fake tupperware on its website;

2) though my claim was approved and ebay promised me refund of 110% as coupon instead of cash; but i have not got my refund of 1105 of 499/- as porpoised and ebay gave em only 400/- rs coupon;
Shame one ebay for acting this cheat with its customers;

          I booked samsung galaxy s5 ‘4g’ (16gb rom, 2gb ram, dual sim) mobile through ebay dated 23.04.2018 he delivered it on 25.04.2018 at my house and collect rs. 4999/- cash.

          After few minute i checked my mobile, but mobile is not same as booking configuration. Ebay delivered wrong mobile (Delivered samsung galaxy s5 3g 16gb rom, 1.75b ram, single sim).

          I complain that at the same time to customer care & email them, ebay wants time to correct it 4-5 days, i waited but they do not solve my problem. Ebay told me to return the mobile, i return mobile date 30.4.2018 through ebay courier.

          Today (11.05.2018) i received again (2nd time) wrong mobile. I complain that at the same time to customer care & email.

          Till the date my proble not solved. I am daily talk & send email to ebay team but and ebay team not proper positive response me for further.

          अब फिर मोबाइल वापस भेजने को कहते हैं दो बार मेरे साथ धोखा हो चूका है, अब मैं उन पर भरोसा नहीं कर पा रहा हूँ, मैंने उनसे request की आप मेरा मोबाइल COD (cash on delivery ) से भेज दें, मैं आपके कूरियर वाले को ही पुराना मोबाइल return कर दूंगा

          (मैंने ebay से मोबाइल COD policy से ही ख़रीदा था ) पर वो कहते हैं आप अगर मोबाइल वापस नहीं भेजोगे तो हम (ebay says - we will have to close the claim in seller's favor due to lack of information) seller के पक्ष में निर्णय लेकर आपका claim close कर देंगे ... क्या यह सही है, ये लोग बार बार गलत product भेज रहे हैं, और धमकी हमको दे रहे हैं |

          क्या हम ग्राहकों को इस तरह इनकी दादागिरी हमेशा सहन करनी पड़ेगी, क्या हमें इनकी इनके द्वारा बनायीं गई policy को ही मानना पड़ेगा,

          क्या ये कंपनियां इसी तरह हम लोगों के खून पसीने की कमाई को बर्बाद करते रहेंगे,

                  I ordered a mobile named "lenovo k6 power gold 32gb 3gb - 4g - certified refurbished - excellent condition" and i received it on 28th april. It was written for that product that the handset is in excellent condition and is fully functional with minor dents and scratches, but when received that mobile, i was not able to communicate with anyone with that phone because the voice i am transferring through my side wasn’t reachable to the other side and hence even after ordering mobile for 5999 rs, it wasn’t of any use to me, because major primary usage of any phone is calling and when that too not properly satisfied then how can you say that the phone has been 100% quality tested and is fully functional. Not only regarding calling, but issue becomes messy when i found that without any heavy usage just opening the phone for 5 to 10 minutes makes the phone gets so much heated up, and as the battery is not removable this issue becomes more serious as i haven’t installed any extra apps in that, as when the mobile can get heated up with prebuilt apps then what will happen when i will start installing apps and data in it.
                  I filed an ebay guarantee claim regarding the same on 29th of april and the ebay guarantee claim has been raised on my issue. I not only messaged my problem i was facing literally to the ebay but also to the seller "f1 info services" with seller id "health_happinesspvtltd". And in return, the message i got from the seller was to contact a not working number[protected] which always remains busy. So i wasn’t able to contact that number too. And after the deadline got over which ebay gave me to wait for 4 days ie from 29th to 3rd april, i contacted them on the 4th day but they just told me that wait for 24 hrs. A call will be made within 24 hrs. So as we have waited for 4 days we decide to wait for another day. Literally, we were completely frustrated and exhausted by calling and contacting ebay and the seller. It seems we have to solve their problem, not they as they were literally taking no pain to help us and provide the possible solution. I came into unmanageable stress anxiety and depression. There was pressure from my parent’s side that you have ordered the phone and you made our money lose and you are responsible for that. But nor ebay nor the seller understands what type of situation i am going through. It hugely affected my mental health.
                  Finally, we got a call next day from ebay. And i was speechless when it said me instead of helping me get my issue resolved that your product comes under 3rd party warranty and product is not under ebay guarantee. So we are just closing your claim and you only have to contact seller regarding this. And not only this the seller didn’t provide me proper accessories as there was no charger when i uncovered the box. And ebay just said that we will just provide the compensation of 500rs as ebay coupon to get your charger and cables. Rest for the mobile you have to contact the seller itself and seller was not contactable, so i just called their customer care and the answer i got from their side was horrible. They said that if any problem, you have to come to our service center only which is 100 km far away from my town in jaipur or if you can’t come you have to make courier from your side at your expenses. I even argued that my time and energy already wasted so much on this issue still you want me to mess up with it more. I asked them as the defective and faulty product was given from your side so you are responsible for shipping charges and you should arrange to pick and drop agent from your side who will come to my delivery address and pick the phone and get it either replaced or repaired. But they just refused me that sorry we can’t make it available, the agent can’t come to your house, so from your side you only have to make the courier or shipment. After a heated discussion, they just gave me another deadline which they never really followed on that wait for 24 hours to 48 hours we will see what to do with your issue. I just asked them that to confirm whether you will arrange pickup or not requires 48 hrs? And in return, they replied that its seller’s policies.
                  So finally after waiting for 6 days, getting completely exhausted and frustrated i have no other option other than to file a complaint against both ebay and the seller.
                  So please help me by getting the problem solved as soon as possible as i have to suffer without proper phone and arrange different mobile to communicate plus i was expecting the mobile to use by end of april but wasn’t able to due to the defective piece sent, including the issue of my phone get resolved either by complete refund (In my account of 5999 rupees) or replacement or repair.

                    I bought the Redmi 4i mobile phone from eBay India online shopping site.                       Seller assumes all responsibility for this listing) from ebay india and it failed to work as claimed by the seller. The seller has repacked the generic battery with his own brand name as, "srs tech trader" and ebak genuine with some stickers and misinformation like, more than the actual capacity of the battery mentioned as 2, 000mah. (Please refere to my pictures attached). I was getting an original product at a lower price but, thinking the the higher current capacity would give me longer back up, i've ended up buying the fake one at rs. 1o/- extra. But after receiving the item and whole night's of charging continuously, it failed to work. So, i've contacted the seller and raised a claim to replace/refund the item within the stipulated time only and he has agreed that, it was a defective piece and was ready to replace/refund. But, i've received an email that, the claim cannot be raised due to ebay policy. Please check and take necessary action please

                        Hi,

                        I had ordered a Pink Color Semi Stich Lehenga Unstiched Top from Ebay. On receiving the order I found that the color of the item that I received was bright pink in color where as in on ebay website it was shown a different color. Now when I have asked Ebay to initiate the return process, they have denied it. I have been constantly mailing them since 16th April but no resolution till date. They asked me to mutually resolve the matter with seller. I contacted the seller. Even he agreed to take back the item but since he was new to Ebay, he asked me for some time. I waited for him to revert but now I find that the seller has blocked all my phone No.s Neither Ebay is helping me to connect with him nor thay are assisting me to return this product. They are blindly claiming that the color is same. But there is huge color difference . Kindly help me resolve the matter ASAP. Ebay and their sellers are cheating consumers in India. Please help.

                          I have ordered for canvas tab in ebay.in on apr 8, 2018 and order number is[protected]. The item was lost in transit by fedex. Both ebay & fedex are telling they are investigating and not refunding my money.

                          I am not sure why investigation is stopping my refund process. Let them investigate and they know that item is lost by fedex during transit.

                          I want my money back. Please do the needful

                            I've purchased htc one m9 32 gb from isha enterprises through ebay website on[protected]. I had connectivity issue with the item so i returned the item well within time through your network. My refund claim was finalised from ebay, but some how even after 7 months have passed meanwhile, i am still waiting for my demand draft. I called and chatted many a time with ebay customer care. Each time i got assurance from ebay that my concern has been escalated and i will get my refund dd within 12 working days. I've waited for so many of these "12 working days", but at the end of the day it was all the same story. It seems all their customer care services and help services are just a formality and just gives computer generated replies, without any intention to resolve the matter. Kindly help me.

                              I have ordered product on 15 days back. I have refused to received the product and i ask for money back. But ebay people are teaching me company policies and misguiding me. I raised claim for refund but they have kept on hold. I reached out so many times they are help less. If i am asking for my money back when i have not received product then why should i wait for 20 to 25 days to get my money back. Is only ebay will have the policies customer don't have rights to do, i don't understand how the government allow to run the business like that. Just i want to ask one thing will ebay give a product to customer to use 20 days then the customer will pay the amount. Like how ebay refund policies works. As of now they have not refunded my amount

                                Sir i have created user-id as [protected]@icould.com and a password phone worked there was a problem and i was suggested by apple customer-care to rest the phone when i did that iphone got locked and it is asking for its icloud password which is created by its 1st user and it should be available with tech-point, i approached iphone also they are advising tech-point & ebay to provide the copy of invoice on which this phone was purchased from apple and they are not providing the same, sir please help me out their contact details are

                                  I ordered an mh-64battery charger for my nikon coolpix camera. Product was not working on arrival, so i filed a complaint immediately. After a week, they called me and instructed me to send the product with courier slip to the seller, which i did (Though its their responsibility to collect). Then after 3 days they called me, giving all the stupid arguments and finally said, refund is not possible.
                                  They are big cheaters, it cost me not only the product charges but also the extra courier charges.

                                      1. I had purchased a iphone 6 plus 64 gb thru paisapay on 27 apr 2017. The paisapay id is [protected]. The seller was digital estore, chennai. The phone came with a seller warranty of one year. The phone was dispatched on 09 may 2017 thru fedex and the delivery id was awb#[protected].

                                      2. Today i. E on 25 apr 2018, the phone developed some problem and i took it to an authorised apple store to get it repaired. To my surprise, the apple store representative told me that the phone is registered since 04 nov 2014. This means that digital estore has sold me a old phone instead of a new phone.

                                      3. The item title of digital estore reads as "new apple iphone 6 plus - 64 gb - space gray - brand new - imported - warranty". This means that digital estore is duping customers by selling old phones in the name of new phones.

                                      4. I have already complained on the ebay.in customer care no and my
                                      Sr no is[protected]. I would like you to kindly note my complaint once again and refund me the full amount.

                                        I am writing this mail with lot of dismay, I had ordered a product from ebay.in on[protected]. The amount involved is Rs 584.00. Product- 100% Original Sony SBH20 Wired Bluetooth Headset With Mic Headphones. Item number of the product[protected] . Paisa pay id- [protected]. eBay guarantee claim- 3533863. The product received is a fake and counterfeit product. I have confirmed the same from Sony store. There is no serial number for the product. The product is a first copy of the original product. Also the product box was open. The seal was broken when I got the product. The product has also got scratches on it. There is no charger adapter provided as mentioned in the packing and which is there with the original product. I had ordered the product seeing the product description-100% original Sony. But later when i read the product reviews I was shocked since all the buyers had mentioned the product is duplicate. I had immediately tried my best to contact the seller by eBay member communication, phone, what's app, and email but the seller was not picking the call or responding to my message. I had also highlighted this issue to eBay customer care and eBay grievance team but there was no satisfactory resolution. I had spoken to ebay customer care executive Ms Sweety for cancellation of the order. As informed by her She too tried contacting the seller in all possible ways but the seller was not responding. Finally when the seller shipped the product, she informed me to contact eBay if I find the item duplicate and eBay would help me to get my refund. (Recorded conversation available on request). I am a member of eBay since 2002 and I shop with eBay only because of the trust and goodwill I have of eBay. But this incident has actually shocked me. I am senior executive working with Government of India and I am strictly against counterfeit and fake items which ruins the country. The moment I read the reviews that the item is duplicate, I had asked eBay to cancel the order but it was in vain. I don't encourage counterfeit and fake product and would not like my hard earned money to be wasted for such things. I would request a immediate refund for the duplicate item at the earliest. I would also request eBay to take strict action against such sellers who are the root cause for spoiling the country and eBay name.
                                        I had also spoken to Charmi, an executive from ebay, who had accepted the seller had given a fake listing and she would refund my amount immediately (recorded conversation can be provided on request). Later the listing was removed from ebay but till now my amount has not been refunded by ebay.in. This executive Ms Charmi has failed on her promises and is trying to harass me. The fact that ebay has accepted the product is counterfeit and have delisted the product from website and still holding my amount is not ethical. I would request an immediate action for my case. I have taken the pain and have written this mail to you all to get justice and i am in no way going to let my monies go in vain because of ebay's cheating and fooling. I would rather give money for charity but not to the thieves selling product on ebay. Looking forwards for a postive response.

I have also spoken to Shama and Charmi and satisfactory resolution is not provided. Rather they have fooled and cheated me. The resolution seeked is refund of my amount. Long back I have already got mail for my refund but till now refund is not credited. I am very much available on email. Please provide your resolution in email by refunding my amount or post your resolution here.
