I have got iphone 6s which is not working and ebay is responding on complain moreover the contacts details of sellers are wrong they are not co-operating with me and fooling they will take action since 2 months. I tried to contact seller but no one pick phone moreover ebay employees always tell they will contact in 72 hours which they never do it almost 2 month no action have taken first they told me i will get refund then later they denied...

This is with reference to a transaction done on 4 feb 2018; i have given several mails and call to e bay specifying that the transaction was successful and amount was credited to the vendors account (As confirmed by bank)

It is not the first time that we recieved the same defective product. It is the second replacement. I had ordered a product on 21st feb, 2018 but still not received any update on delivery. The courier company tried delivery on 23rd but since i was not available, they agreed to deliver by 26th feb.. Neither did they attempt any delivery nor did they contact me.
I spoke to couple people at the courier company and also ebay customer but got false promises on delivery... Item number[protected]...

I bought a sony headphone from ebay.in using payback point and received a defective product on 7th february, 2018 and lodged a complain on 8th february, 2018. Almost 1 month back i bought a branded tracksuit but unfortunately which found duplicate. After that i raise claim for refund and they approved it. They sent refund money via dd which was shipped to wrong address. And now almost 2 months have passed yet i have not received my refund. I regularly used to call them but they say its initiated. I am highly dis-satisfied with the unprofessional and poor services of the ebay company. I ordered one product from ebay and after received that product i found that it is of quite poor quality and not as mentioned in the picture.
