This is regarding the ebay order no[protected] with ebay user id sourav238811 for purchase was made on 31-march-2018 for the product worth rs 499, i used voucher to save rs 150 (I think ebay was not happy to give this discount hence stopped my order) and paid the remaining amount of rs 349 by freecharge wallet, i was surprised to see that after the payment of rs 349 was successfully deducted was successfully deducted from my freecharge wallet and ebay asked me to pay again for my order placed on 31-mar-2018. I refrained from making the payment second time as i was wondering how can ebay charge for the same product twice.
Till date i did not get the refund back and they ask me to reach out to ebay customer care. It is not my fault to fail the payment, why should the customer suffer for failure at payment gateway. I raised a complaint at freecharge.in but the reply was as follows

Thanks for your patience while we had a chance to get this checked thoroughly with our team.
As per the detailed investigation, we have been informed that the transaction in reference here (Iukpobske6zfrj_lfrw[protected]_1) was successful and there wasn't any refund initiated from the merchant's end. Hence, we’d request you to have this further checked with concerned merchant.
Appreciate your understanding in this matter.
@ebay cc - please initiate the refund at your end. Till i do not get the refund, i will be raising complaint on other websites, public forum.
