I suggest my words. Please remove guarantee from ur ebay service. Thats not a suitable thing for u. Why because im saying, in india lot of online shopping sites available, like top amazon, flipkart that sites not maintain a guarantee word but that shopping sites working well and refund well and also customer satisfaction also very well. But ebay uses guarantee word but deadly customer responce and not refund money back fastly they wil take 15 days time to refund. Sometimes some persons not get refund. I would suggest maintain value that word. Guarantee is not a word its a customers believeness like a mother

My transaction was not succesful but later on i got a text from sbi that my money was cut for that order but after that there is no conformation message none, no information n later on when i check in my ebay account there it shows that i had no orders placed still worried kindly hell me out pls iam a student

    I ordered for microsoft xbox one kinect adapter but received some different adapter.
    I also complained with ebay guarantee claim, but they rejected the claim.

    They are telling that ordered item was sent, but the received item was different.
    In the received package also it is written as only power adapter and not xbox one adapter as ordered.

      This is regarding the ebay order no[protected] with ebay user id sourav238811 for purchase was made on 31-march-2018 for the product worth rs 499, i used voucher to save rs 150 (I think ebay was not happy to give this discount hence stopped my order) and paid the remaining amount of rs 349 by freecharge wallet, i was surprised to see that after the payment of rs 349 was successfully deducted was successfully deducted from my freecharge wallet and ebay asked me to pay again for my order placed on 31-mar-2018. I refrained from making the payment second time as i was wondering how can ebay charge for the same product twice.
      Till date i did not get the refund back and they ask me to reach out to ebay customer care. It is not my fault to fail the payment, why should the customer suffer for failure at payment gateway. I raised a complaint at freecharge.in but the reply was as follows

      Thanks for your patience while we had a chance to get this checked thoroughly with our team.

      As per the detailed investigation, we have been informed that the transaction in reference here (Iukpobske6zfrj_lfrw[protected]_1) was successful and there wasn't any refund initiated from the merchant's end. Hence, we’d request you to have this further checked with concerned merchant.

      Appreciate your understanding in this matter.

      @ebay cc - please initiate the refund at your end. Till i do not get the refund, i will be raising complaint on other websites, public forum.

        I bought a VGA to HDMI cable from eBay.in . But it didn't work properly with my desktop PC as such I requested refund. eBay.in refused the refund quoting that the product is in manufacturer gurantee so I should visit manufacturer customer service centre to get it fixed. As eBay.in has delivered me defected product why should customer bear the burden to get it fixed.

          i bought 12 Inch, size Pipe Wrench in ebay but that seller sent a 10inch size wrench and it is also low quality and loose fitting and shaky wrench ... that wrench not strong grip for any pipe ...
          and i received that item as very poor condition ( paint worn, defective and shaky metal joints etc,

          i did raise a claim for replacement a 12inch item which i was purchased

          but ebay rejected my clime ... see this very silly reason
          ... Remarks : Your claim has been rejected. Reason :We have checked the details of your claim. We are not in a position to approve your claim.

          ( i ordered 12inch item but received 10inch low quality item ... but ebay not ready for replacement or return. why ebay guarantee for buyers ?

            I had ordered iphone 6s 16 gb from ebay registered and verified seller seller who listed product on ebay by paying 15999 inr to him online via ebay verified payment channel. On 30 th march 2018. After making the order on next day i received a mail from the seller that iphone 16 gb version is not available with him. Instead of that he has iphone 6s 64 gb available. He told me that but for that you have to pay extra amount of inr 5900 in the account details given by him. He assured me that he is verified ebay seller so not to worry and transfer the amount for which he will ship the product as soon as he will receive the amount. The seller told his name as rajesh. After that in 2 days the seller and his name was disappeared from the ebay site. After which i called the seller and he is not picking up the calls. Nor he is refunding the money. After contacting ebay also they had not been verifying the seller or coordinating with the seller to refund my money back. The seller registered id on ebay is te_343, contact name - itech. Asansol west bengal, india. Given contact no of seller are: [protected].; [protected]. I want to register a complaint against the seller. And ebay also for fraudulent taking money from me in lieu of selling products. Which does not exist with them. For reference find attached screenshots of the conversations happened on ebay between us and the company itself.

              I would like to inform that in your kind notice that i brought i phone 6s rose gold from ebay web site and i got duplicate second hand iphone, which was in too bad condition and they promise me that if i was not like this product so, they refund my money back.

              Hilights.

              1) the product was to ugly
              2) the given product is duplicate
              3) they gave duplicate local charger
              4) they didn't gave head phone
              5) the didn't gave full 16 gb upto 13.5 gb
              6) and totally i was not happy and please to request that to solve my problem as soon as possible other wise i'll take strict action against ebay from consumer court or others.
              7) at last but not least they didn't give original bill
              8) they are sitting their to making fool's of peoples

                  Dear sir/madam,
                  I have placed an order for the item tribocor chain lube bike chain spray (Tc 40) 500ml/350 grams alongwith other item on 16.03.18 at ebay vide paisapay id: [protected] by signing in as a guest. However, till date neither the item tribocor chain lube bike chain spray (Tc 40) 500ml/350 grams has been delivered to me nor any refund has been received from ebay.in this connection i have sent several mails dated 23.03.18, 25.03.18 and 27.03.18 to the company and also had a chat with one mr. Narayan of ebay customer care on 28.03.2018. I have also booked the complaint with ebay gurantee with id 3522490. Even though they promised to resolve my issue by 31.03.18, the issue has not been solved yet. Yesterday i go a mail from the company stating that “the item was delivered”. I am surprised to hear this and wondered how u they arrived at this decision. How irresponsibly they are cheating the customers. I am not at all received the item. If it is not delivered to me, they should contact the courier partner and confirm the real issue behind the non-delivery. I placed the order for the item on 16h march and today is 2nd april. Till date neither i received the order nor i got the refund of my hard earned money which i paid for the order. And also even after 17 days and after contacting by all possible ways, now they said that the item was delivered to me. This i couldn’t expect from a reputed firm such as ebay. Kindly take –up the issue with ebay to refund my money at the earliest pl.

                    Placed order with ebay.com on january6, 2018. It is been 3 months i neither received my order nor they are refunding the money.

                    I mailed them many times. Even the seller or ebay team is not responding to my mails.

                    They are doing fraud with customers.

                    In the mail conversation they gave me estimated delivey dates between 23 january to feb 13, 2018. I contacted theem between these dates but they replied it takes 29-56 days to deliver. It is been 90 days now and i didnt receive my order.

                    I mailed them and they are not even replying on the mails.

                    Please help to stop such frauds. It will be beneficial for public.

The material was dispatched from jeet rajpurohit. "528c/2 street no. 5 near mata chintapurni temple 60 feet road vishwas nagar shahdara east delhi" contact [protected]. After dilivery when i open the packet i found only 1 psc. I called the vendor he said i will send you 2 psc more.. And from that day he is not reciving my call.. The amount of product is only 891/-. And ebay.in is playing main role in this type of activities and frouds

                              I have ordered a one plus 3t mobile phone, but when i received the product, the product was damaged, and when i asked for refund and return.
                              They rejected my request saying that the " the mobile phone is refurbished and not eligible for return.

                              But term refurbished was not mentioned in the product name.

                              And i raised my complain on the same day i received the product. I even said that send me new one plus 3t mobile phone, i will pay remaining amount.

                                I m buy a new redmi phone but you sent old used phone. These phone is bad in condition. So many scratches on it. Ebay not send any type of warranty book.                                   I bought a dell inspiron battery from ebay in oct 2017 from shreelaptop. Since last few days it had started showing - replace battery warning. And the back up time has reduced to less than an hour. The manufacturer warrenty is of 1 year. I wrote to vendor on march 14 but haven't received reply till date.
                                  I wrote to ebay customer care also but haven't received any reply.

                                    The purchase is of a tempered glass, front and back together. The seller has sent me a different product of very poor quality. It does not even fit the description on the listing page. I would not have minded if it had fit the phone properly without any gaps/ bubbles. But its totally a crap piece. I have contacted the seller but with zero response. How irresponsible of him.
                                    I even raised the claim for refund on ebay but that got rejected.

                                    My question is why ebay is fooling its customers by assuring us with its useless "ebay guarantee" policy if it cant materialize it. Another thing is, why they allow sellers which have the very poor performance to sell on their sites. There is no quality control happening.

                                    Its a big disappointment from their (Ebay india) side. Keep performing like this, at this rate there wont be any old customers and ebay will keep losing its customers while there are so many better shopping sites these days.
