I purchased nova trimmer — shaver-razor from ebay, product reached me 5/3/18 afternoon, on 6 th morning i complained ebay that this product is toy, it fails to trim or shave, they kept on exchanging emails, on 19/3 they sent me one sms asking me to send picture of product, and kept on emailing that your claim is under process and so on. Suddenly this morning they sent one email with false and fabricated story of sending email asking me to ship back the product etc. And rejected my claim of refund illegally. Copies of invoice, sms from ebay dated 19/3 and my reply dated 21/3, and their mail of 24/3 are attached/ given below. Please intervene in the matter of willful consumer cheating and harassment regards dr debasish kundu

      Im get a honor8 back case and tempered glass form ebay the product price is 600. But after using one month of the product was completely broken. So dont purchase any product (Even hair pin) in ebay worst 3rd rated product are selling by ebay. I am contacted to customer service they are simply asking product refund process timeline is over like this i need a solution for this.

        I had made one order with paisa pay id [protected] and when i have not received my product and after waiting for more than 15 days i had made a refund claim of my paisa pay id [protected] on march 19, 2018. After that i have got a call from your customer care department saying that i will get money back in 72 hrs. Today 72 hrs lapsed but my utter shock that status of my claim showing as 'your refund is on hold'. Ebay is making fool of their customers and kept customers' money in its account. Now being a lawyer i am filing one consumer complaint for the same claiming inr 4 lakhs as a mental agony and interest @ 18% on my money paid to you for this order. Worst ever service i had ever faced since 2001 from ebay this time. Need a resolution on my claim asap. Your sellers are making fool of you by providing you with the false awb numbers of courier.

          20th march i purchased an item from ebay, my money 229/- debited from freecharge wallet and its credited to ebay. But order not confirm. I called ebay customer service they are very rude, however i told them either confirm my order or refund my money. They said me that payment is not received by ebay. Then i told them to reply in my mails and stated there what they are telling, as i need to forward that mail to freecharge since freecharge confirm me momey is credited to ebay.
          But not a single reply i get, every day i am sending mails to ebay.
          Hence i want ebay confirm my order or refund my money asap.

            Hi, i googled a makeup kit service & ordered online by making payment. Delivery is out of promise date. Okay, but after opening the package the makeup powder was out & spread all over. Outside package is strong & inside package seems to be worst. It costs nearly 2000/+ rupees.

            So i put return product request along with the pic on same day. After 8+days ebay customer executive called me because who sent the product didn't contact me. She stated that i should again send a pic, new code of complaint related getting to my registered mobile, wt of product, etc. Where should i get weighing machine from? What that they ppl are thinking of telling such silly things for taking a product return. Did they have any common sense from where do i get all those in office/or am not running any ekart business to weigh products.

            She also said i should deal with the local package guys to return product with my own expenses. If i have that much of time why would be buying from them. It's silly demanding & worst policies they had. These guys don't have minimum common sense. Money wasted, product unsatisfied, answers left dissatisfied & disappointed.

            Please take some action against this kindaa e-karts, who cheat ppl. Have some basic some easy rules easy to understand less time taking visible bullet points like useful for any layman. So that no one gets cheated. Before buying mostly ppl won't be seeing so much complicated/time factor/maybe any reason this helps.in the name of brand it cheats.

              I have ordered an earphone for samsung in earphone 3.5 mm jack ehs64 with remote mic on march 1, 2018. It shows the delivery date is between 5-march to 7-march, 2018, but till now i did not receive my product. I contacted ebay seller through phone as well as email. He told that your product is despatched, but i have not received. I paid the amount for the product through online, i do not know ebay is cheating.                       I bought a mobile from ebay on 7th feb and it stop working within 20 days, made a call to customer support and they have insured me that i'll get my money baxk and with pick-up the product from me, after receiving product from me they are dening to refund my amount and sending the same mobile after repairing it.
                      The thing is i dont want that mobile back i just want my money..

                        Ebay has much complicated return and replacement policy that means at any cost no refund and no replacements. The other online shopping websites like jabong amazon, flipcart is much better refund and replacement policy. So friends not to buy any item from ebay because there is no return and no refund. They are not telling before the purchasing of an item that there is no refund

                          I ordered for a xiaomi mi-4i/16gb phone online on 2nd march, 2018 which was delivered to me on 8th march, 2018. However, the product doesn't work at all. It is practically a dead product. I tried to raise a claim on their website through the link provided for the same in their delivery email sent to me. But surprisingly when i provided the paisapay id of the order (Which is what they asked to provide in order to retrieve the record), it says "record not found". How could such a company like ebay send such a product wasting a consumer's hard-earned money as if it has no value at all. I want a full refund of my money with no replacement as i have no faith that the replaced product will be genuine. Kindly help me sort the matter out and reclaim my money.                             We all know how craze clash of clans game is. Theres huge deal of online clash of clans accounts in ebay. A seller falsely selling online coc accounts on ebay. He doesnt even have any accounts, simply saving other coc accounts pictures on ebay and listing the whatsapp number "[protected]", he is selling the accounts in the name of coc and cheating the other customers by taking the money at first and not giving the account later. I strongly urge everyone to be aware of these filthy people and never trust them.

                              Hello i am vijay from visakhapatnam. My paisapay id [protected]. My nike zoom vomero +8 running shoe return claim is rejected by ebay reseller from hyderabad, tengana region on basis of shoe size. And also rejected the claim on the basis of shipped item from us. They can’t tell before the shoe purchasing that the item shipped from us is not returnble. We can’t judge the shoe comfortness by it’s size, speciations and images. After wearing of the shoe only we deciding that the shoe is comfortable or not. The return policy of ebay is too much complicated when compared to other online shopping websites like jabong, amazon, flipkart. They were always trying to rejecting the return claim in any manner. So friends think twice before purchasing a any item from ebay. They indirectly follows no return no replace and no refund.

                                Dear sir, i buy phone blackberry bold 5 9790 seal pack unit fro ebay.in. But the phone/unit was defected. And not have a battery. So i claim about refund in ebay customer care. Then few months later. I got a my dd. But the name of the dd was wrong. Because the name having dd, have not any bank account. So i call your client he said that please forward this dd that you have getting to our seller rohit aghi. Then i followed all steps. But from 6 months. I don't yet get dd yet. I always call them. But they make me a fool.

                                  I had purchased a mobile from the site which had been delivered somehow damaged. The mobile has stopped working within 5 days of delivery and i had returned it to seller. I had returned it and item has been delivered but the company is refunding me.                                     Ebay.in is a purely 100% indian company now after the take over by flipkart.
                                    The policies which ebay.in is following are of ebay.com policies. When they are doing business in india they should follow indian rules and regulations as per the law and acts prevailing in india. They have brought in usa policies and applying in india. The management have not updated the policies and acts, as per indian conditions of constitutional acts and rules. I am strongly opposing ebay.in arms and knives policy. Their policy is o[censored]sa and they have not taken into consideration, indian arms act.

                                    Please discuss with ebay.in management.

                                    I ordered a refurbished mobile from eBay and it is not as mentioned in eBay website in very bad condition what refurbished means here if product is already damaged so I claimed refund but no response from eBay and I paid 4777 rs for it doesn't worth it.                                     Shame on this eCommerce giant eBay.com extorting collection o[censored]ndue/unreasonable/unaccepted charges like "Listing/Insertion fee" from registered Sellers, for products never sold at eBay.com site!
                                    What the hell these bigwigs can build out of monies grabbed with their unethical/immoral operations?
                                    Paradoxically, state machinery turn a blind eye even on specific complaints on the misdemeanors of eCommerce companies like eBay.com, Snapdeal and Amazon.in.
                                    God save the interests of thousands of hapless customers like me!

                                      I have purchased one hdmi to rca converter on ebay.in on march 3, 2018 and as per the delivery timeline it needs to be deliver to me on or before 10/03/2018. But today is 09/03/2018 and i am getting message from ebay saying that now product will be delivered on or before 18/03/2018. The tracking details were shared with me on the same day i. E. On 03/03/2018 but on courier company's website the status of courier is appearing 'in transit' and my utter shock its not moving from its location since march 3, 2018 i. E. The date of buying and shipping of the product.
                                      I had contacted seller via ebay portal but he had not responded me on this. Now when i called ebay customer care, they are also saying that i can raise a claim only on march 13, 2018 and they will settle the same by march 18, 2018 only.
                                      I think ebay and their sellers are cheating their customers by changing timeline of delivery and sharing fake courier details.
                                      I need my money back immediately or let the ebay pay interest to me on the amount paid by me. Thanks.

                                      My no. is [protected], i hope i will be reachable now. But i know u don't wish to resolve the issue.
                                      Again, ebay's worst ever service. Today all deadlines have been reached. I raised one claim on their website. But now, what i have got the below status in an email by ebay.in
                                      "Refund request on hold for PaisaPay ID [protected]".
                                      Now, they further want me to wait for 72 hours. I am going to file a consumer complaint by tomorrow morning and claiming INR 4 lakhs as a compensation towards mental agony + expense/interest.
                                      Shame on you ebay.in team, you do not wanna resolve customer's problem.
                                      After 16 days, today all deadlines reached, i have made a refund claim but now i have got the email saying below:
                                      "Refund request on hold for PaisaPay ID [protected]"

                                      Shame on you ebay.in. I am going to file one consumer complaint against ebay india tomorrow morning, claiming INR 4 lakhs towards mental agony and interest.

                                        I had bought a Travancore Coin for Rs.649/-. In the Listing, it was mentioned as NEW, but what I received was a USED. So I had raised a claim for Item Not as Described for PaisaPay ID : [protected] and the Claim ID : 3476192 dated 26 Feb 2018.

                                        After that on 4th March @ 12:35 P.M, I received Email from Ebay to RESHIP THE PRODUCT TO SELLER WITHIN THREE DAYS. SO THREE DAYS MEANS 04.03.2018 IS DAY ONE, 05.03.2018 IS DAY TWO & 06.03.2018 TILL 23:59:59 IS DAY THREE... BUT BEFORE THE DAY THREE IS NOT COMPLETE AND AT AROUND 1.30 P.M., EBAY HAS CLOSED THE CLAIM SAYING THAT RESHIP PROOF IS NOT SENT??????????????? HOW CAN THEY CLOSE THE CLAIM BEFORE THREE DAYS???????????? THE ACTUAL TIME THEY SHOULD CLOSE THE CLAIM IS ONLY AFTER 7TH MARCH @ 12.35 P.M. BECAUSE THEY HAD SENT THE MAIL ONLY ON 4TH MARCH @ 12.35 P.M...
