Im get a honor8 back case and tempered glass form ebay the product price is 600. But after using one month of the product was completely broken. I bought a mobile from ebay on 7th feb and it stop working within 20 days, made a call to customer support and they have insured me that i'll get my money baxk and with pick-up the product from me, after receiving product from me they are dening to refund my amount and sending the same mobile after repairing it.

Ebay has much complicated return and replacement policy that means at any cost no refund and no replacements. The other online shopping websites like jabong amazon, flipcart is much better refund and replacement policy. So friends not to buy any item from ebay because there is no return and no refund.
