Ebay has not refunded em on my ebay claim id : 3548536 (For selling fake tupperware products) & spoiling tupperware brand across the world

Why the hell will any customer return the gods purchased by ebay seller at his own cost and that too after ebay is selling tupperware illegally to its customer, ebay does not have license to sell tupperware so marking this email to tupperware authorities to sue ebay.

This case should be picked up by tupperware authorities who have patent on tupperware..

Fake tupperware sold by ebay without licensed and only to loot the customer,

This article, blog and further tweets should be used to do action and punish ebay.

If you do not want me to escalate matter of ebay selling take tupperware...
Please resolve my issue and refund the amount paid by me for the sake products sold by ebay.

      I bought samsung battery from ebay but wrong battery sent me. I request to seller arrange the courier for return at seller address but confused me and finally i return that product myself and paid for courier charges. Company sent me demand draft with wrong name so i return that dd and ask for another demand draft with right name. I am still wait for my refund from last 6 months but only fake promise me for refund when i call to customer care...

      Hello sir, I am half sick fake calls from banking and more people victims in this matter. Its so Shameful for telecommunication who provide fake number to all of scammers.         Ebay is the most useless company. Never buy from ebay. They deliberately harass customers who raise claims. They do not follow their own agreements with customers.

        Ordered a gioneee mobile charger which was delivered defective after many days on april 16, 2018.

        Called customer care who said that you have to raise claim and that refund will be given by demand draft for cash on delivery cases. I showed them that their paisa pay agreement is saying that in case of cash on delivery, customer can opt for electronic funds transfer. But they did not agree even though he read the agreeement at https://pages.ebay.in/help/paisapay/user_agreement_Aug1_17.html (See point no. 4 and also see attached screenshot of relevant part of agreement).

        So, called their grievance department and talked to mr. Ibrahim. He told me that claim department would comply with the user agreement and told to raise claim which i did online as per his assurance inspite of not getting any option for bank transfer while raising claim. I asked him to tell me about the steps to be followed for getting refund. He told me to wait and that the steps for refund will be intimated via call.

        I waited for several days for call intimating me regarding the steps but no such call comes. On april 19, i receive call from a pickup boy asking for the product. He also did not tell me anything about steps for refund. So, i told him to wait while i confirm from the customer care that i am to give product to the right person as i do not want to give product to wrong person. While i was calling, pickup boy left and cancelled the pickup himself without my approval.

        On receiving sms regarding cancellation of pickup, i called again on the same day (April 19) informing customer care and grievance department about this. They told that they will reschedule the pickup and repeated that i would get the refund via bank transfer.

        On april 21, i was called and told to ship the product for getting refund!!
        I told them that i am a layperson, a customer and would be unable to do all this. Why i am being harassed. Why they did not fulfill their committments to call me for intimitation regarding pickup. And why i am asked to ship the product when they have a courier company?

        I asked all these questions from their manager, mr. Deepak and requested him to get the product picked up and give refund to my bank. But he refused to even write to system admin regarding this.

        Now, from the start i am trying to follow instructions of ebay.in while they are not giving proper information, not following their own agreement and their manager is refusing to give proper solution to customer. They selectively follow their so called policies and selectively refuse to follow other policies.

          I have booked two xiomi mi 10400 mah power bank through ebay on around 15 or 16 of april, 2018 and mode of payment was cash on delivery. The price of two pieces of power bank was rs.1, 096/- including shipping charges.

          Yesterday i. E. On 20.04.2018 friday i got the delivery of only one xiomi mi 10400 mah power bank through farheen begum aramex awb [protected]. The delivery person collected rs.1100/- and went away. The packet containing only one piece of xiomi mi 10400 mah power bank was opened by the deliveryman himself and when we complained him he told us that he cannot do anything and we can lodge the complaint through online or return the goods by registering the complaint.

          Thereafter i contacted with one mr. Vijay on the mobile number i. E. [protected] which was printed on the packing slip. Mr. Vijay asked to me send him record number, pics of product and parcel on his whats' app number [protected] and accordingly i sent him what's up from my mobile number [protected]. He has assured me that he is sending me one remaining piece of xiomi mi 10400 mah power bank today.

          I regret to inform that without any my fault i am suffering tremendously mental agony, torture and waste of time. When you are collecting payment of two pieces then why you have sent me only one piece. Since yesterday i have wasted a lot of time because ebay has no any helpline number. The helpline number reflecting on google search is not working. Thereafter i contact on the telephone number given on packing slip and wasted two to three hours. This is totally an unwarranted and undesired act on the part of ebay.

          Now, it is once again requested to kindly expedite the delivery of remaining one piece of xiomi mi mah power bank immediately as i am in the urgent need of the same.

              Hope you are well.

              I want to report a fraudulent transaction done at your site at 3:49 PM IST 19/04 of amount INR 17, 243 /- . This transaction is fraud and money was deducted from my ICICI bank account. An anonymous person have hacked the details of my ICICI bank debit card and have done the above transaction.

              Please stop this transaction from your side. The person is a cheat.

              Will really appreciate your cooperation in stopping such thugs using stolen money to do transactions in your website/portal.

                I have order on 6th April and got delivery date between 9-11 April and today is 19 but still not received.On 13 i made a call to their operator and she said order has been dispatch from our side, within 2-3 days you will receive. And when i called after 2-3 days another operator said you will receive your order on 18. I am not understanding why there is no proper update regarding the delivery even after i have shared my issues on their site and they have hired a bunch of people like them (TOTALLY USELESS).Dont have proper answers on call and when i did live chat with them then also i didn't got proper revert.

                  I have purchased one zte mf90 wifi hotspot 2g 3g 4g lte wireless router unlocked modem airtl jio used from ebay through online on 20.03.18 and received the item on 24.03.18 but the item was not according to description and not functioning. Next date i have filed a complain to ebay and they informed me to send the item to ramesh ram of ebay by courier.
                  I reshipped it through dtdc courier on 05.04.18 and the they received it on 07.04.18. I have uploaded all the receipt and document at their website and also send it through e-mail. But now they said that you have not send any declaratuion form which was never delivered by courier serviceman when we common man despatched through courier.                     I bought an iphone 7 plus from rk international enterprise for 23000 through ebay which i received on 31 march 2018 and the phone received doesn’t function well, keeps on hanging from day 1. There is some deffect in the ic of the mobile. I am unable to even dial a number or infact open it. Apps keep on opening themselves i am really annoyed with the product. Kindly address the issue as soon as possible i have sent a mail 5 days back even which wasn’t answered yet. Otherwise i would have to take legal actions.
                    Expecting a reply at earliest.

                      I had ordered sony bluetooth headset and received duplicate and non functional one. As per their instruction & promise of refund (Including shipping back charge) i returned it back to the seller. But even after sending it back to seller, they are saying new new excuses and denying refund. They says seller not ready to refund & they need confirmation from seller. Real looters. Now i lost my purchase cash plus return shipping cost. Please help to get it back.

                      Already I have contacted you eBay guarantee team . What they said is seller must be ready to refund then only they can do something . Then what is the role of ebay guarantee . When the seller you keep is providing fake products do we have to suffer for it ??? Wt guarantee are you providing . You say Don't worry buy happiness. That tagline is not suitable for you people . I know I won't get my cash . Because similar experience everyone is saying about ebay . No one ever got problem solved with ebay instead ebay itself has become a problem to people . Cheating company .

                        I purchased a pendrive on earlier of march 2018, which was cancelled from ur end due to some problem and i was promised to get back the money within 5wprkind days., unfortunately which i have not received yet.                           I've not received my refund till date, and there is no communication from eBay account or the concern department. I've send a DD back to eBay because eBay has misspelled my name on the DD. I've sent it through the speed post Nd a copy of which is mailed to ur ID; provided by the eBay customer service.

                                Dear sir,

                                Myself mr. Sunil sonaji patekar from nasik had ordered hp laptop form ebay india pvt ltd on 25th march 2018 for rs. 15, 599/- through my axis bank upi id to ebay india pvt ltd. Merchant mr. Ramakanta rout on his given upi id and he has promised that delivery will happened in next 3 days. We found this person on official website of ebay india pvt ltd while making payment.
                                After few days we called mr. Ramakanta rout for delivery so he was saying he has not received any payment and your order has cancelled whereas he has agreed on whatsup communication that he has received said payment made against laptop. Also from my axis bank the amount of rs. 15, 599/- has been debited and its paid to mr. Ramakanta rout of ebay india on his upi id. Now this person is not traceable now and not answering any call and massages.
                                Now we are calling and sending mails to customer care of ebay india pvt ltd and they are saying that they not aware of his merchant mr. Ramakanta rout and they are denying for refund on my money.
                                I have all relevant whatsup communication done with mr. Ramakanta rout of ebay india pvt ltd. And also attached screenshot from bank account of transaction which has been done successfully.
                                I think this is fraud happened and ebay india pvt ltd and mr. Ramakanta rout has cheated us so i would request you to please take necessary action against both ebay india pvt ltd and his merchant mr. Ramakanta rout and help us to refund my money on priority.

                                    It's regarding my experience of purchasing "mi 8 in-ear headphones pro hd earphones with mic & volume control piston hybrid" from this seller ankusgoya23 and ebay. I purchased earplugs from him on 20 mar 18. It was delivered to me on 26 mar 18. Upon receiving it, i checked and found that sound was not coming from one of side of the earplugs. I immediately raised a claim regarding it on ebay (Claim id : 3520768). On ebay it was not showing as delivered, so i confirmed it on ebay that i have received it. Then i got the response from the seller.

                                    The delivered earplugs are not working. Only one side is working other silent

                                    We are so sorry for this inconvenience, please return the item in 7 days, if the item is not return in 7 days this claim is canceled. After receive your return item, we will refund it. Return address:-

                                    So seller was having 2 communications with me, in claim communication he was saying that the product will be picked up back within 48 hours and in direct communication he was saying apology for it and saying me to ship back the product.

                                    So i waited for 48 hours and then i contacted ebay regarding it, and after having many discussions rounds and chats and phone conversations, ebay sent me the following response.

                                    So i was left with no other option to ship back the faulty earplug to the seller. I did the same and sent it through the renowned courier dtdc with tracking number z53227322. I uploaded all the details on ebay's link, and shared the same through email also at [protected]@ebay.co.in also. Even i uploaded all the pictures of product, shipped packet also. Till 2 days i didn't get any acknowledgement from ebay. So i called up ebay to confirm whether they have got the details or not and is there anything else pending at my end. To my surprise first the ebay person said sir we haven't received any details regarding it from your side. But after checking his system, finally he said yes we have got the details and be assured we will look into it.

                                    This i am finding very disappointing experience from ebay. I am being forced to ship back the item with the reasoning that pickup service is not available at my location. This is ridiculous to know that pickup service is not available in tier 1 city of india. I am not living in the remote part of india. But anyways i have shipped the item through dtdc courier at ankush goyal email: [protected]@gmail.com phone: [protected] s/o surinder pal, dr. K. P. Wali gali, water works road, ward no-17 mansa, india 151505. I have uploaded the shipping invoice and images of shipped product. As you can also see from the images that this is not genuine product, it s a cheap replica of the actual product. I think there should be some penalty for the seller also.

We regret of not being able to assist you on this matter. We look forward to your next purchase on our website very soon. Thank you for shopping on ebay!

                                    So i called up ebay and came to know that i missed to send the declaration letter to them, and due to that this claim has been rejected. So as per their customer care, now i am left with 2 options either send declaration letter to them and it should be stamped and signed by courier company, or ask the seller to let ebay know that he has received the product. So my first question to ebay was that, was it mentioned anywhere in the email that the declaration should be stamped and signed by courier company. But anyways i tried both the options

                                    1. Tried to get declaration letter get stamped and signed by courier company. But courier company denied providing it. They said, we never provide such kind of letter.
                                    2. As i was only left with seller's confirmation option. So i sent a mail to him that

                                    I hope you would have received your item back and checked that only one side of earplugs is working. So can you please let ebay know that you have received your item back?

                                    Your claim is rejected, item quality checking failed, item is proper working.

                                    You mean to say that sound is coming from both the earplugs? And its perfectly fine.?

                                    Yes, item is good working, in this case refund is not refundable and claim is rejected.

                                    So here you can clearly see that seller is accepting that he has received the product back in good condition, and also it can be seen that he is completely lying that product is working fine in order to avoid the claim, because as a buyer, am i fool that if the product is fine, then still i will be sending it back to the buyer.

                                    Seller's intention can clearly be seen from all the messages mentioned above. All these messages are available in ebay messages, i haven't modified any of it. So shall i expect anything from ebay now?

                                    After posting it here, ebay Reopened that claim and asked me to provide declaration letter as proof of delivery, signed and stamped by courier company. I tried to approach the courier company regarding it, and finally was able to get declaration letter signed and stamped by them. I posted the same on ebay, and ebay resolved the matter and refunded my money. Ebay has also assured me to provide the shipping charges bourne by me.

                                      I paid rs. 199/- for my order in ebay.in from Freecharge on 01.04.2018. Rs. 50 debited from freecharge wallet & rs. 149 ftom debit card via freecharge. But after payment it shows transaction not successful but amount was debited & showing successful on freecharge. My oemrder is not confirmed. It has been 10 days passed & still refund was not received. Pathetic. Poor service. I contacted ebay customer care twice & always reply that it will be credited within 3- 5 days or 5- 7 days. Worst service I must say. From today onwards I will never ever buy anything from EBAY.IN, never ever.

                                        I bought a 256 GB Memory Card from Ebay.in last month and it did not work. I mailed to Samsung for sending me details of their Service Centre in Mumbai so that I could get the Card repaired or replaced. When i sent the Card Photos and Serial Number to Samsung, they gave me in writing that this Card is a Duplicate and Fake Card.
                                        This clearly means that the Seller has cheated by selling Fake Card.
                                        When i raised a dispute claim with EBay, after too much explanation, finally they took the decision in the Seller's favour and did not give me any refund or replacement.
                                        I was left with no choice, I did what I could, but EBay people were not willing to listen... despite of a Mail from Samsung themselves.
