For anyone shopping on ebay, read this -

I had ordered two quantities of "caboki hair building fibres" on ebay from the seller by name gurinder kaur on 14th january 2018. The total amount was rs 900, and i got rs 230 discount after using their coupon "thank4shop". The total i paid was rs 670. Paisapay id - [protected].

The seller has sent only one quantity, and i was able to tell it the moment i received the package, without even opening. Take a look at the attached pictures. I was able to fold the package to the max, where it reveals only one quantity.

The seller falsely claimed to have sent two quantities. Worse, even ebay falsely claimed that i've "received the product as described", and are protecting the cheating seller. The seller is not responding to the messages or phone calls.

I can let go of this because its not something expensive. But think if this had happened with something expensive. Ebay can totally leave you high and dry.

Beware of ebay, and avoid the below cheating seller at any cost -

After i posted this complaint, the cheater is now saying he has sent 1 piece by "mistak". But he didn't bother sending another one though.

Why is this marked as "resolved" when it clearly is not? I didn't receive any refund.
North Indians are nasty mofos. Never do business with them.

    I bought a new laptop via ebay. I spent 48 thousand for that. Within 7 months total system is collapsed, the seller told me like, all the electronics system are like that only. These are irresponsible answers. We are spent, why you guys play with customers. Please don't repeat the same to anyone. Because most of them believe ebay. Please don't repeat it. Else please don't sell the this kind of electronic items.

      Dear all,

      I want to share my worst experience which i faced with ebay.in.

      Few days before i purchased samsung level u wireless bluetooth from ebay portal.
      It took around 7 days to delivered me although it was mentioned that this product will get delivered in 2 to 3 days. When i received product after 7 days it was found with without ear buds which was mentioned in specification also.
      Immediately i raise claim to ebay regarding the same (Incomplete product) and request them to provide the same.

      Initially ebay executive named poonam said they will provide/send the same complete product (With 3 sets of ear buds) if they returned old one which i received. I agree to return as per their suggestion.

      Their courier person came to me by 2 days later to take old product,
      After receiving that item from me, next day executive called me and neglecting me for replacement instead they initiated refund for that product without any notice/ information by giving reason that their seller dont have same product.
      I request them to return back my old product which they took from me even i ready to pay courier charge also but they simply reject and said only refund can possible.

      Overall the result came, ebay customer are not withstand with their words and making total harrassed to their customer.

      I request to all of you while purchasing any product from ebay please take care that you will not be get harassed by their unconditional/surprise behaviour

          Bought the mobile on eBay on January 21st and the mobile is not as described so I made a claim on eBay with claim id:3412993 and the seller replaced the mobile and I received it on 27/01/2018 .Again the mobile not working, so I tried to re-open the claim on eBay (there is no way to open the claim) so I contacted the seller and sent the mobile on 12/02/2018.Now the seller blaming and abusing me that I damaged the mobile.please take action .it is very costly mobile which values 9000 and not worked for a week.ebay also not helping me.             I ordered two pieces of "original samsung data cable" from ebay on 4th of february 2018 (Paisa pay i. D - [protected]) and made pre payment of rs/258 by my hdfc credit card. And i got my parcel on 10th of february 2018. But i found, the product was totally fake.. It was not original samsung data cables, whereas i got 4 pieces of local and cheep data cables which are not supporting my phone, then i raised a claim on ebay on 11th of february 2018 but ebay rejected my claim on 13th of february.. Then i called on ebay customer care number ([protected]) and filled my complaint again.. But i got a email for rejection of my claim again by ebay... Please help me sir..

            I ordered Two Pieces of "ORIGINAL SAMSUNG DATA CABLE" From eBay on 4th Of February 2018 (paisa pay I.d- [protected]) and made pre payment of Rs/258 by my HDFC credit card.                   I raised an ebay guarantee claim against the product which was approved and I was told that I will receive the DD within 10 to 14 days but I didn't received it still. As 3 and half months has already completed and no response is being taken.I have called the customer care executive several times but every time they are telling me the same thing that we have accelerated the case to the concerned department and your problem will be resolved within 10 to 14 days but every time it showed no result.
                  So please try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                    my last drop fo blood and all my energy will go into stopping ebay website and bring consensus about abolishing ebay..

                      i buy red mi 3 s prime mobile phone through online by eBay website. they send second hand mobile instead of refurbished product with out any accessory.Also the mobile is not working properly, i convey the message to eBay for replacement or refund. They did not respond properly, they are giving new meaning for refurbishment, i mentally suffer a lot for past 15 days . i make a complaint sir. Please take this as a complaint as soon as possible make some action against eBay sir...

                        Ebay is killing people of india by selling untested ayurvedic and herbal products

                        Like its krouchbeej powder which i recently bought and in fact i feel i bought poison,

                        Very next day after consuming powder, i had rashes on my skin and loose motions;

                        Next day after, i got treatment from doctor:

                        I wrote below email to ebay seller:

                        "not only poor quality of your herbal hills sold by ebay (Krouchbeej) which has caused damage to my health. Has lead to my bad name to ebay. I have also given poor feedback for your behavior. And if my complaint is not resolved by ebay and i will complain about your poor quality of products with proof of my doctor to food authority, medicine authorities in india against ebay for selling your products and allowing you to sell bad quality medicine on its ebay website. Shame on ebay and you for playing with life and health of customers."

                        Ebay is a good way to cheat people of india;

                            Sir,
                            I have purchased 3 number of toyshine remote rc car worth 999rs a single piece on jan 22nd 2018 from ebay seller sunshine. Gifts and prepaid the order inorder to get extra 10% discount. Product was delivered (Paisapay id [protected]) on 30th jan 2018 but there was only a single quantity and i have ordered and paid for 3 quantity. By package size i got a doubt and opened package in front of fedex courier guy and he is a witness and he himself told me to raise a claim as it was under ebay guarantee. I raised a claim (Id 3425904) and i was told by ebay represantative that i will be contacted by ebay by 3rd feb if seller doesnt respond. Ebay called me on 4th feb as i mailed them and they promised to get resolution in 48hrs. After 3 days i again mail ebay and they again they told me a time frame of 48hrs, now its feb 14 still no help have been received either from ebay nor seller. I have repeatedly called seller and they are responding. This is so unfair that the same seller is happily cheating more customers (As high number of negative reviews of seller on ebay by customers) and ebay is not doing anything about it.

                            Ebay told me to return the 1pc i have got and they will initiate a refund as seller is not responding. But the product received was used as i was unaware that they will ask me to return what i got and it was nearly a month. I taught that they will sent me 2 more quantity i paid for or they will refund the amount for 2pcs i didn't received like i was told when raising a claim. I told the same to ebay customer service guys and they told me to return the product anyway and they promised i will get a refund. I would have even been happy to get 2pc money refund because i dont want seller to loose money also. Anyway Thank you ebay for resolving my problem. Thankyou

                                I booked the product from ebay on 15/11/2017, i payed rs 1799/- by net banking from my account and order no is - [protected], they promised me to deliver with in 20 days, but till date they are not delivered my product and not refunded my money and when i called customer care and some name varun named executive is talking irresponsibly and they are telling amount will not refund do what you want to do who cares.                                     I have purchased a product from ebay.in i want an invoice to raise my warranty, the seller and the ebay.in support team is denying to give me my invoice, called several times but there is no response, hence need help in getting my invoice or compensation on the product.
                                    The product is not working since many days now..
                                    I tried calling the seller but he is also not helping me out. The ebay.in people are very arrogant, whrn warned about giving a complaint the representative named kushal says do what ever you want

                                        I got a shipment confirmation from ebay with courier details of my order. It was supposed to be delivered through dtdc by 6th february. The awb number z[protected] given in the email from ebay says that it is invalid. I did receive my order. I want my refund. But ebay isn't willing to refund. Dtdc is saying it is invalid number and ebay is saying they have confirmed the shipment of the order. What should i do now?
