    Good Evening, I placed an order on Ebay (PaisaPay ID [protected]) for a PS Vita on 14th July '15. The seller didn't ship the product on time and eBay approved the refund on 28th July '15 (that too after sending a mail to their customer support). The purchase was made through HDFC credit card with 6 months EMI and the total amount was 14448.30 rupees. My first installment will be deducted this 6th August and still I have no clue about any refund which was supposed to be back in the account WITHIN 3 days that's 31 July 2015. I even tried to chat with their customer support through eBay Live and the person on the other end told me stay online and after 10-15 minutes ended the session. I've attached a screenshot of the order, the mail I sent to their customer support and the chat session as well. I want the refund ASAP so please look into this matter urgently.

    eBay provided me a reference number but before I could cross check it with my bank the refund was there back in my account.

    I have been waiting for my refund for the Gurantee Claim 1058717 for almost a month. When I call customer care they simply ask me to wait for 7 days!

    Again when I call, they ask me to wait for 7 days, this has been going on for a month now?

    How do I get my money back?
    I am facing the same issue. Don't understand why they are making people fool? its been 12 days after filing my refund claim and yet it shows in progress. What the hell they are doing with the public money?

    My item received was delayed and therefore outlived its purpose. The gift should have reached on 9th September but reached on 10th September. So, I returned the item. But I still have not received the refund.

      I am Amit Kumar Panja, registered customer of Ebay Online Shop Company.Now I complaining against this frod & cheater company because I want to purchase a Sandisk 64 GB pendrive on 01/08/2015 at 01.29.54 P.M. By SBI net banking service. Amout Rs. 1652/- will be debited without order comfirmed. For this problem I noticed & complained also already 2 times to ebay & they comfirmed me to refund my amout in 72 hours. But my debited amount is not refund still now. Dear Sir. I requesting to you for a step against this issue for refund my amount as soon as possible from this cheater company. Thanks.

      No refund for the broken item , also worst customer support

      No refund have been taken for my item. refund id :468000. Also your customer support channel is worst. It take me more then half an hr wait time to talk to your representative. Worst ever shopping experience.

After receiving the product on 29 Jul 2015 I didn’t found any 3G Sim slot in the tab when I checked the website for 3g slot option in the tab I found it as via dongle with small letters in the description. The panel is also so weak, wireless is not working and usb is not at all functioning. So, I raised a claim by ebay gurantee by mentioning – "Item not as expected, and I want my money back" with a Claim ID: 1125367 I got a call from their customer care center on[protected] and said that it is a technical issue I raised and with the 6 Month Manufacture warranty I can go for their servicing centers to resolve the problem of the tab and closed my claim. After listening that I bought with an intention of 3g tablet they did not listen to me and closed my claim id. All I want to say sir, 1. In the heading with big letters they mentioned it as 3G but in the description they mentioned as via dongle. Why they didn’t mentioned on heading as via dongle as remaining all online sellers are mentioning it. I submit the pages and url’s for the proof. 2. The day I received the Product I clearly claimed that Item not as expected. Still they closed my claim with the following description - "I have checked the details of your claim and have noticed that the item purchased by you is under 6month Manufacture warranty and hence excluded from eligible transactions for filing a claim under eBay guarantee. Therefore, the claim filed by you falls under non-eligibility criteria. As a result, we have closed your claim and your request for refund has been rejected.             I ordered a car charger(Belking) from Ebay and I got the same. When I plugged my cell phone in the charger, suddenly my phone gets power off. I started it manually and noticed that without charging cable plugged in, phone is showing charging going on and battery got drained in 5 minutes completely. I checked with some local vendors, they said that some sort circuit happened and phone's mother board is damaged. I mailed in EBAY for this and contacted also, they are not responding to mails direct contact. I lost my 20000 within a second because of a worst product received from EBAY.

                  Ebay provides false promises like Ebay Guarantee link : http://pages.ebay.in/aboutebay/eBay_Guarantee.html Which states "If the seller hasn't entered the shipping details within 3 days of item purchase, your money will be automatically refunded to your original mode of payment." I bought TV online in ebay and the seller has not entered shipping details for 5 days and I questioned ebay on the refund, Ebay responded that TV is not covered under ebay Guarantee and ebay doesn't allow to raise a resolution until 7 days of transaction. They are easily saying that this is not covered under this guarantee, then what items are covered ? I believe Ebay Guarantee is for advertisement.

                    Dear Sir, I bought Lenovo Tab A7 30, at Rs 6099 from Ebay, on 14/06/2015. Received on 18/06/2015.It was a used tablet hence I registered a complaint on same date within 4/5 hrs of delivery. Ebay took decision on 02/07/2015 to repay me the amount after sending proof of dispatch of tab. They have given timeline of 05/07/15, however I am on frequent tour & due to office work I could not send it. I sent the item on 06/07/15 & sent the proof to Ebay on 07/07/15. In Spite of this I received mail on 09/07/15 that as we have not received the proof of sending the item back, we are closing the complaint. I made call to call centre on 09/07/15 & asked for the solution. Mr Sumit took a request to reopen the claim & assured about the action. (Ebay request no. 1-[protected]). After this I have sent several mails, but Ebay is not taking any action on this,

                      Supplier has delivered wrong Mobile handset and now refusing to change. We have ordered HTC 816g model handset, while they have delivered HTC D816h model. Now when we are asking, they are telling we have already written if HTC 816g will not in stock they will deliver other. But we do not want delivered phone.

                          Hi all, Ebay is the No.1 worst ecommerce in india. i have faced lot of problemd thru ebay. I am using two ebay ids. Ans as of now, almost 3000 rs loss for me. Whenever I raise claim, they are rejecting it. Recently I have purchased LAVA W2000. I paid 850 cash on delivery. The item is not working. immediately I have raised a complained to the seller., But there is no any response. So i have raised a claim under Ebay guarantee . They have called me and said to contact the service center, and closed the complaint. how dare they can say like this.? The item is not working from the first minute. So its not my issue to go here and there to replace. Its their responsibility to resolve the issue by replacing the item.

                                Step: 1 The mentioned company advertised an offer on-line stating that the offer (Scan disk Pen drive offer for 79/- only ) can be availed by registering the mobile no and pin code. http://www.ebay.in/itm/SanDisk-16-GB-pen-drive-Rs79-MRP-Rs-449-/[protected]?hash... Step: 2 The mentioned company did send a message stating the offer valid with a coupon code which will be sent in next two days. Step: 3 The seller sent a message with containing a coupon code and asking the consumer to enter coupon in unregistered mode: that is check out option Step: 4 As we enter the coupon code in "check out option" it displays an error with " Transaction Blocked" stating the reason the user should login as New register. the complete fraud seems just a marketing strategy for attracting the customers at the end not providing the service given advertisement: Please take an action for cheating the consumer with fraud advertisements.                                 It was totally a fake offer. Even I was received same error Transaction Block. Many time I send mail on them, but just only get auto response. All of them are naked.

                                I got coupon code in 28th July, 2015 at 9:50 IST for Sandisk 16GB Pen Drive. Same time my friend also got coupon code.

                                We both had tried to purchase Sandisk pen drive. But site was not able to handle load. Somehow we reached upto coupon code and payment. But when we click on Pay & Proceed button. It was giving us error and asked for refresh page. After refresh we again need to do all this process.

                                We tried with registered & guest user. But it was not working in any case. So we have taken screen snap & contact eBay. But as usual who care for proper reply in eBay. One person Mamta called me and informed that scheme was only for 25, 26 & 27 then why are your tring to purchase on 28th July.

                                I told her that I got password on 28th and where it is written that it was for 25-27th July. Also if it was for during that time then why eBay sent me coupon code on 28th.

                                eBay team send me one another FAKE coupon code which is not working in any case. Below are list of email address on whom I did contact. But not a single person initiate contact with me. All are third class authorities in eBay.

                                    I had purchase apple watch from ebay dated 22nd june 2015 and amount was 49390 but they send me wrong fasttrack watch.I had made complaint on 26 th june 2015 on the delivery date. Ebay confirmed : We have received your mail regarding claim status for the item number[protected] and PaisaPay Id : [protected]. The claim number for your reference is 1068542. Till now it is not resolved..My 49390 is at ebay for more than one month!!! I have call recording as well of ebay customer service team, every time they are telling it will be resolve within 48 hrs and also sending same mail reply again and again. As per last communication with ebay customer service they confirmed they will arrange a call back for resolving my issue.On 22nd july I had got call from [protected] saying ebay customer service and he is having all information about my problem(have voice recording).He had withdrawn my 9900 from my account from the account i used for ebay transaction(Fir no1206, Sonarpur ps). I dare to purchase a "Sony Xperia E4 Dual Sim Smartphone" Model: E2115 (item Id:[protected] and Paisa pay ID: [protected] under Deal 21. As per the ebay communication the above said mobile phone was sold by ebay seller "appletreee2013". The phone was received to me on 13/06/2015 and working well. On dated 17/06/2015 at about 1730 hours during talking over phone, its showing low battery and went off. I recharged the phone for 3 hours, but its charging indicator was showing "Red" instead of "Green" light and was not getting "ON". Hence, i registered a complaint to the Sony Service Centre ASC- SAI Electronics, Faridabad, Haryana, India and Mobile phone was handed over to service centre on 18/07/2015 for repairing/replacement. The service centre refuge to servicing the mobile phone on 23/07/2015. The reason was communicated to me by service centre that the phone did not sold in India and the IMEI number [protected] is also not registered in India. This phone was sold in Italy and activated in India. Therefore, Sony unable to servicing/Replacing the phone. The phone is still not working. I felt that the ebay cheated me by selling such type of item and allow fraud seller on site. Selling unregistered phone (IMEI number) violated the rules of Tele Communication Regulator of India (TRAI) also. The ebay endorse prime responsibility to replace my phone as early as possible. I wanted to reply from ebay team for replacement of Mobile phone (model E2115) of Indian made and with warranty and service authorization from Sony India.
