I ordered a helmet lock from ebay which was priced at 149 But when i got the item it was quite different from the item shown on ebay and printed MRP on item is 60 rs.I contacted to ebay customer service but no one was intended to help me. Please help me.

I (Anurag Chhabra, Ebay ID - achh3998, Gmail ID - ca.anurag.[protected]@gmail.com) purchased a pair of shoes from Ebay on 07.08.2015. Item code of the shoes is[protected] and item title is "Nike Air max 2015 Brand New Shoes" size 9 UK. Seller ID is demad.deal. Name of the seller is Rohit Vyas (+[protected]. Amount was prepaid through Paisapay using Paytm Mobile service on 07.08.2015. I received the shoes on 10.08.2015 There are two main issues: 1. Sole of one of the shoe is damaged. Sole pasting is torn off and the sole is partially detached from the base at back of the shoes. 2. Since shoes were damaged, I had shown the shoes to an authorized Nike dealer. He confirmed me that the shoes are fake one. I am wearing Nike, Adidas, Puma, Reebok for the whole life. These shoes are really delicate, I can easily notice it. Sole of this type of shoes is never so delicate. Stuff and quality of the shoes is not up to the mark. Pasting gum of the shoes is visible. Number on the bar-code on the shoes is also fake. Further there is no bar-code number and manufacturing information on the box of the shoes. Air punch of the shoes is also very delicate. I can easily press the air punch of the shoes. This punch should be very had. I checked the original shoes on the authorized Nike store. It was really hard to press the air punch of the original shoes present in the authorized Nike store. These things clearly show that the shoes are not the original one. Therefore I want my money to be refunded. I am trying to contact both seller and ebay customer care executive but seller is not picking up my call and ebay guys are not making my claim settled. It takes around 30 minutes to pick the call by ebay customer care executive. I am fed of calling both. Ebay guys are just avoiding the matter. Clearly they don't want to settle the claim. Their after sales service is just pathetic. I got a call from claim department of Ebay on 14.08.2015. I talked to him and tried to convince him. But he sent a report that my number was switched off. My claim in pending for this reason "Buyer to provide Proof of 'Item not as described'". I have replied to this issue on 14.08.2015 but still there is no response from ebay.

I have bought a blackberry classic phone from ebay & i have received the item on 27th of july which was not in working condition then just after receiving the item i have filled a compaint on ebay gaurantee claim on ebay site...as per the claim norms i have to wait for 5 days then only the process will begain so i have waited for 5 days then also i havent received any kind of call from there side & now they just ignoring my complaint i have paid 21, 814 for the item...i have even talked with the seller he is also ready for refund but the ebay team is not even processing my compaint

I have purchased a phone from ebay on 5th August, 2015 and have received the handset on 8th august. Hi Sir, I did not expect this kind of careless attitude from such a repopulated site like EBay. I Purchased 2 Item in last month on 12th July'15.But I received only one Item. Since last one month ebay people literally harassed me. Several call made and send mails. But still I did not get my refund. I have recorded every conversation from customer service executive. If you listen carefully you would understand how much frustration they given to me. Sir, I just want to ask Is this really a good customer service ? Customer support is made for helping people not to harass. But what they given me anybody could lose his Temper, I think this should be stop. Otherwise customers lose the faith in online shopping. I bought 2 silver coins from Ebay. Unfortunately, fake coins were supplied to me. I raised a complaint for each of the coins separately. After few days I got a call from Customer Service who accepted fake products but put pressure by not refunding money claiming long delay and instead offering only one voucher instead that can be used within 3 months. I received the voucher after 10 days for Rs 1350. Now I used the voucher to buy another product for Rs 410. So, Rs 910 should still be on the voucher. Interestingly, the voucher cannot be used again. On contacting customer services repeatedly atleast 5 times and filing an email appeal as well, the response came that the voucher was single use only (see small print). I requested to issue voucher again for the outstanding amount - that is my money that they are illegally sitting on. But Ebay does not want to do that and has communicated in written email as well. This is CHEATING and I advise all to not buy from EBay as issue of fakes is aplenty and poor customer service and resolution will leave you tired!!! I have bought a usb wall charger of samsung (Paisa pay ID [protected]), labelled with 6 months manufacturer warranty for samsung s3. But when i recieved i was shocked as it was a very small charger with no VAT bill (doesnt seems to be covered in manufacturer warranty). I tried to charge, but it hardly charged 5% in 2hrs of time. So i raised a claim for REFUND my money CLAIM ID- 1143927 dated 6-08-15. They asked for 5 days to arrange pickup, but its 9 days past they i didnt even got a call from them. I made few purchases through coupons which were giving discount of rs. 100 on purchase of rs. 110/- in December 2014 . i bought these coupons from Freecharge.in . There was no where mentioned in term and conditions that these coupons are valid for one time per customer. so i placed 7-8 orders on Ebay.in . Neither there website denied to accept these coupons on my id. after few days i received an email that my account has been suspended due to violance of coupon usage policy. I was shocked after reading this because there is nowhere mentioned that Coupons can be used one or two times by a customer, neither there website denied to accept these coupons. These people are just Insane like Mohammad Bin Tughlak. They just create policies without implementing in their system. if there was such kind of policy then why there system accepted these coupons. If there is a policy attached to coupons and promotions. Other websites like Amazon.in clearly mention on their portal that it is one time per customer and if a customer try to apply coupon again then there system denies to accept. I just want to simply say that Unlock my Account.

Hi, It's been 13 days since I raised the claim for refund regarding a charger which was defective. ebay guarantee is supposed to call and resolve it within 5 days but after multiple calls and escalations and even after passage of 13 days, they haven't taken any action. This is totally unprofessional.

E-bay fraud company i have ordered i nova trimmer (paisapay id:-[protected]). But i recieved another cheaper model of that company with in non working condition. I have called to customer care, he accepted & agreed to replace my product. but after long time i haven't got any response & not got my product & even not refunded my ammount. customer care nom. is invalied nom. nobody taking responsibility.
