Hi Team, Though i didn, t have trust on these guys, still i went ahead and ordered an Google Nexus 4 Back Panel but what i received was an Faulty piece. (Crack near the volume ). Post which i called customer care and registered a complaint.And by mistake my email id was wrong(instead of rabi it was ravi).And just to change the word from V to B they took almost 1 hour.And still it didnt got resolved. Just wondering in this 21st technology which applications these people are using that they dont have the privilege to just change a word and instaed asking me to create a new gmail account. Horrible experience.

        Hi, I had a bought a dress from ebay.in but it was delivered to me in a damaged state. The dress was torn. When i claimed for it completing all the procedures, ebay team told me that they will send the pick up boy in a week but they didnt. I again called up the customer care no., i got the same reply from them. Having faith in them i didnt send the parcel by myself. Then they said me that please dispatch as they couldnt arrange for the pick up boy. As i was about to dispatch it the very next day by 6pm, they closed my claim by 4:30 only. I immediately called up customer care that what was the reason for closing before I could do anything. Ebay team told me that they coludnt do anything as the claim was closed and told me to call up and convince the seller. I called up the seller in the evening. I explained the matter to her . She told me to dispatch the material. The next day i dispatched the dress via DTDC courier. The tracking no. was M21285222. I am even attaching the torn cloth photo which she delivered to me. Please help me out as the seller phone is unavailable and she isnt replying to any of the emails sent by me.           Sir, I will try to purchase online in ebay a washing machine through my credit card, the amount will be deducted from my account also but that order will not get any confirmation also.               I have ordered mobile case cover of rs 2158 from ebay.in on 18 august 2015 my paisa pay id is [protected] by mistake i have ordered wrong model cover, when i called ebay customer care no.to cancel my order on same day they told me sorry sir now we can't do anything at that time item is not shipped status is showing only order received they told me to contact seller provided me seller company and mobile no. i.e F.F SOLUTIONS mobile no. [protected] i have called this no. so many times from my different mobile no. but they r not picking my phone then i called ebay and told them about this that seller is not picking phone everytime they say sorry sir sorry sir and disconnect my phone everytime. i request you to do something for this problem.

Axis bank not given clearance for emi conversion eBay bill desk immediately return amount rs.7299 sent my account ref credit card statement 13.2.15 - 12.3.15. Total amount dropped from my Creditcard account but till now not credit the amount rs.7541 to my account. Ref No.992404. Amount dropped three times (1186+1198+4914=7298).

                      Hi, I recently ordered two items from a seller on ebay (dated 24th July, order no.[protected] seller: ximpler). After several follow ups I received a package on 6th Aug with one item missing. I lodged a complaint with ebay and the seller, following which the seller said he will send me the second item within 24 hours. 24 hours became 7 days and I still hadn't received my item. So I lodged a second claim on 17th Aug for a refund. By then I had started using the first bottle because the seller had explicitly stated he will ship the first item. Ebay cannot process the claim for 1 item out of 2. The seller is not responding. I have lost more than R 4000 (Four Thousand Rupees) in the process. Please take action as both the claims have now been closed by ebay executives who refuse to either explain or understand the situation.

                        I had ordered nearly a month ago sandisk 16 GB pen drive but still I have neither received PD nor the refund money and when I put cal to the customer care itz alwayz BG I think I have called 50 times but no response. So I think worst customer service of ebay .so in future I would never prefer to purchase anything from eBay n I request guyz not to purchase anything too.they have no interest on customers just they need money first and after that give dam to customers.

                          I ordered a nokia bluetooth speaker through ebayand got a defective piece. After compaining the conpany asked me to courier it to the seller and I will recieve a courier amount and the final amount through DD. But after 1 month I didnt got any amount neither any calls or emails regqrding it. After dialling customer care number, they told me I didnt respond to their calls or emails but I didnt even recieve any of them. Please help!

                                    with the reference to my complaint against have updated by complaint on 20/08/2015 with photo proofs on 20/082015 how Ebay cheating customers showing some product and delivering other products today I have received fake call from ebay a person telling that EBAYis refunding by money asked me about my credit card details I immediately asked him the details and warned him that I will approach Police and get him arrested his phone number is [protected] at 17.15 pm I also bring to your notice that last sunday also I have received one Fake call pretending to be Ebay employee asked me about the credit card details I have complained to Ebay but nis o action is taken no action is taken I doubt Ebay is encouraging thi to s type of froud persons.I request Honourable authorities of Consumer court to take strict action againist Ebay so that Middle class people like us should suffer because of Ebay.Regards.G.Vijay kumar.Sr.Officer.Agrasen Bank.phone:[protected]/[protected]

                                    with the reference to my previous complaints against EBay, sir EBay simply passing the time of the customers and I also got my money blocked and also I"m unable to use the product because the there no clarity about the product and also there no proper demo usage of the sofa, there are taking consumer court like a petty court does not even respond to the complaint.I request Honourable court Authorities to take strong action against EBay so that I should get my refund back and also it should be lesson to EBay not to take Middle class people for granted.Regards.G.Vijay Kumar.Sr.Officer.Agrasen Bank.Phone:[protected]/[protected].

                                        Hi Sir/Madam and consumer complaints viewers i purchased a tv from ebay.in and the seller is onemart seller the tv details are Samsung 40J5100 40'' LED TV With 1 Year Dealers Warranty My product purchase details are:- 22/07/2015 My product delivery date:-29/07/2015 i pay the money buy using the HDFC CERDIT CARD SERVICE when the product was delivered i open the product the product is not working i contacting a customer care services the response is very worrest when we calling the call will connect after 2 hours the resonse also very bad when i calling the customer care they said wait for 2 days wait for 2 days till it completed the 40 days to day is the 19/08/2015 but i dont recieve a call from ebay and i didnot get refund the money dont buy the products in ebay

                                        You can contact ebay guarantee for full refund. You should not delay because it has a certain time limit. You can also file a complaint/dispute with your credit card company for a refund for detective item delivered by the ebay seller.
