Wanted to warn save other ebay.in users about from this seller sri sai stores, http://www.ebay.in/usr/srisaistores. This seller has multiple complaints of fake goods and ebay refuses to act against him. I got a terrible responses from the ebay and this seller http://www.ebay.in/usr/srisaistores. This is the story of my plight: Ebay claim # 1006086: I had placed the order on 05May '15 and it was delivered on 18th May after extending the delivery date twice. When I eventually received it, it was a very bad copy of the original. I complained to ebay on May 17th and eventually received a reply on June 10. Which was after 22 days and then i was asked to send the product to the seller in a week. As I was not in town, I could not courier it to the seller. They closed the claim stating they called me where as I did receive any call from Ebay. Then I contacted them thrice only to get a standard answer that they cannot help asking me to contact the seller. And when I contacted the seller after 3 emails and 10 calls, he asked me to contact ebay again. What is disturbing is that even after so many complaints about fake goods the seller is still active and fooling more and more customers on Ebay.in.     i have purchaced tommy hilfigher sock on ebay using git voucher. it is a defected piece so i raised a claim on it (claim id is 1036283) the claim has been approved but didn't received the coupon yet. i called 4 times to the coustomer care, they will say u will be receiving it in 48 hrs .but till now i havent received any cupon

      This is regarding incomplete refund of coupon value 775/-.(my first claim of damaged product) ebay customer care executive said and promised that coupon can be used for multiple transactions but when i tried to purchase item worth 150/- and cancelled order. I suppose to received full refund amount (775/-) but after several calls and email they said only 150/- amount will be refunded. I did not receive any information about number of times transaction of coupon usage but for 150/- they mentioned it can be used for only once. I strongly believe that ebay managers or consumer complaint officer/s would take my concern seriously for further. Thanks in advance. Regards Giridhar

        Dear Customer Care, I received a dd as a refund for my claim ref no: 1058228 for amount 1069, Dated 20 july 2015, The name is incomplete, as the name I have in the Bank is "Deepak Masiwal " . i have also mentioned the same in all my communication on 4July, with all my bank details, have spoken to customer care to change the Name in the DD an issue me a new one, but refused, name for the excutive handling the call is abdul quddus. I am surprised, how can ebay, the top 10 company in the world could make this mistake, Not everyone has the same name in the Bank as official, please issue me a new DD, or please let me know wt should i do next.           I bought a dress from a seller name Tapaswinee hota though ebay who claims to be 30 days refund policy. when i bought this dress from the above mentioned seller found that the dress is damaged, when i called the Ebay team they referred me to the sellar and when i spoke to her she refused to give the refund, as per her contract with Ebay she is not suppose to take the item back no matter whatever the issue is... this issue went on and on for two weeks then the officer from ebay grievance department called after so many email and asked me to send the item back to the seller and i did exactly the same on 17th july and item was delivered on 20th july as per DTDC but the seller refused to take the item back.THIS SELLER IS COMPLETELY FRAUD, TAPASWINEE HOT, SHOP #8, SUNDAR NAGAR CHOWK. I m fed up of this run around, i am expecting my refund and compensation for the inconvenience i have gone through last one month

            I have ordered a Laptop on 16th of July and I was given a delivery date as 20th of July. When I checked the delivery status in bluedart, the product was not shipped to bangalore in-spite of receiving the product on 17th July itself at hyderabad. When I contacted customer care they said I would get the product by 21st July. I have requested them to allow me to collect the product at Hyderabad itself, but they said they would provide the product at Bangalore address only, no change allowed. I had to postpone my travel to Hyderabad from Bangalore on 20th July because of this. And now today, when I called ebay regarding my product they say I would receive it by the end of this week. Ebay does not value its customers, they are playing with their customers. Does ebay think that ebay alone is working and its customers do not have any other work, other than stay and wait for the for them to deliver the product??? No proper communication on the order status, no proper customer support. Customer support people will keep on repeating the same thing again and again. When asked to speak to a higher authority, they do not transfer the call. They just get offended, they do not understand our concern. It would be better for ebay not to guarantee anything, than not keeping up the guarantee. I have not yet got my product and I am still waiting in Bangalore postponing my work elsewhere for the great service to reach me.

              I have purchase one mobile in ebay . he gives me 10 days money back if product have any problem. But the phone started problem after 12 days. Now i have only one cdma number and one phone if i give the phone in services center my all work are stoped. and i wear lot of loss so pls slove and help.

                Guarantee Claim no: 1081495 I purchased a wild boar silencer from ebay.in When I fitted in ma bike and it is not compatible I readily made contact with the customer service for the cash back service they told me they 'll contact me in 48 hrs and they didn't contact me and I need to call the customer service every alternate day of know any progress. They'll say arrange their guarantee care centre guys to call in 48 Hrs. And when II demand a refund they just cut the call. Please find me a solution.

                  Sir/Mam, PaisaPay ID: [protected] Guarantee Claim no: 1079076 I had purchased KAMACHI EXERCISE CYCLE AIR BIKE 313 DUAL ACTION air bike from ebay.in on 26.06.15 and it was delivered to me on 02.07.15 by bluedart. When I opened parcel straight away I noticed front wheel of the bike is Damaged (Picture Attached) and it is having problem in revolving. Next day I lodged a complaint to ebay under ebay guarantee claim. Firstly, They lodged wrong complaint then I had to call them to rectify the complaint. Then after 3-4 days I received a mail from ebay saying " Action : Buyer to provide proof of Return shipment" They also mentioned in the mail that they tried to contact me over mobile but they couldn't. After that when I tried to reship the item I came to know about its heavy shipping cost which varies from Rs. 4000 to 5000 in private couriers and around Rs.2000 by Speed post. When I contacted them by their customer care, their customer care executive told me to find another cheap way to ship the product which I clarified him that Speed post is cheapest in all. I asked him to connect the call to his superior for which he took my call on hold for around 30 mins and after 30 mins suddenly call got disconnected. I again contacted them and suddenly they started to read new stories every time. They gave me 2 Service request numbers which were useless. I total this whole incident took around 15 days, meanwhile I received 2 reminders for reshipping the item and on each reminder I contacted to their customer care and they always said that you need to worry we are taking care of your special case. We call you as soon as we get confirmation from our authorities. And after almost 15 days on 16.07.15 at 8:06PM I received a mail from ebay saying that your claim has been resolved. Matter of them mail is quoted below "Action : Buyer did not provide Proof of return shipment - Claim Denied Remarks : "We had sent you an email on ?09/07/2015? and a reminder email on ?12/07/2015? asking for proof of dispatch copy of reshipped product to the Seller. Unfortunately, we did not receive the necessary information and hence we had to take a decision to close this claim. Thank you for your understanding."" I got shocked when read the mail I immediately written return mail stating whole story and asking their intervention in the matter. I received their final reply on 17.07.15 saying that cannot do anything in this matter as my claim has been rejected by ebay. and I should talk to seller. They think that seller would help me... I got shattered by the response i received from ebay.in. when I tried to open the remaining parts of the air bike assuming now i had to use this damaged bike. I found that many other parts are also broken and damaged. Sir, I want to lodge a legal complaint against ebay and want to claim compensation for the frustration i am facing just because o[censored]nprofessional-ism and negligence of ebay.                         I placed an order (PaisaPay Id: [protected]) for a V-Guard 6 lt. ‘Steamer’ storage water heater (Item No.[protected] paying Rs 5, 249. The item delivered on 29.5.2015, was seen to be in a damaged condition. I immediately raised claim on eBay asking for refund of amount paid. Claim was successfully opened under Id: 1025161 on 30.5.2015. On 1.6.2015, ebay requested me to “provide proof of item not as described” by sending pictures of damaged product to them within 48 hours. I sent 3 pictures by email the next day. On 7.6.2015 eBay advised me that for resolution of my claim, I should reship the damaged item to the Seller and provide eBay with valid tracking details as proof of Return of shipment to Seller and in order to receive reimbursement of courier charges, I should send scanned copy of Despatch Way Bill to eBay within 5 days. I shipped the item to seller on 8.6.2015 and sent scanned copy of Despatch Way Bill No.[protected] to ebay on 9.6.2015, ie within 2 days. EBay sent email on 12.6.2015 saying that “Claim denied. Buyer did not provide proof of shipment”. I promptly sent another email saying that I had met all requirements of eBay and also sent them an additional copy of my email with attachment to eBay dated 9.6.2015. EBay did not respond to my subsequent emails. At on online chat with their Mr M Rounak, they maintained that my claim cannot be considered. eBay did not even have the decency to send me an email transcript of the chat as provided in their website. I am entitled to the refund of the amount of Rs 5, 249 for the item plus Rs 330 towards reshipment charges = Rs 5, 579.00, by eBay.

                                Dear Sir/Madam, I bought Nokia 107 Mobile From Ebay on 25/02/2015 after 3 Days i received the parcel. while i am receiving headphone/charges not working. after i spoke with ebay customer care office they gave service team no: [protected]. i spoke with this no. they are asking to send the materials, i send the spare through courier, after one week they send new one.. same time Mobile not working it''s dead, after spoke to customer care, they are asking to send the mobile through courier, the materials send to repair, after repair they sent it to me, while receiving within two days it''s not working, again i spoke with customer care, again they are asking to send. Totally i fed up with this service.. I bought mobile Rs 999, but i spend courier charges Rs 450/- My Order Id [protected], Record ID: 12448. this materials not made for India i think this is duplicate mobile..Now the mobile is not working totally dead.                                     Dear all, On 9th July 2015 I have place an order fo shoe Rs. 499 on ebay.in online shopping site and they promise to deliver the same on within 10 days to my address. but on 9th july 2015 the company informed me that they could not deliver the item to my address and the amount will be refunded to my bank account. but the amount did not credited to my bank account yet. I Call the ebay customer care and ask regarding this issue. but the response of the executive was not satisfactory. If you stand with the consumers part please consider my issue and make neccessary action against the company. and take action for getting my money back. Yours truely, Harif

I have not recieved the Order not got refund more than 2 months passed. you can check on Courier Site that my Order was not dispatched Also confirmed by Seller that he had not dispatched my Order. Inspite of regular follow up Ebay is not refunding my money. Courier detail attached as a proof that my order was not dispatched by seller. Please help in getting my money back
