      Hi Team, This query is regarding ITEM#[protected] . I bought this item and found that the same does not fit my requirements. I want to return it ASAP. I talked to ebay customer representative already and he said he can't process my claim. and only if seller agrees for return, ebay will process the same. However, when I talked to seller, he is not ready to take return and as per him, it makes him in lose as he pays 35% of the amount as commission to ebay. Please be clear that I have purchased the item from ebay and not from seller so I am not entitled to talk to the seller for anything. If there is a 30 days refund policy and I am not satisfied with the item I got, I should get the refund without any questions and query. First time, I found such a heck while placing a return on ebay. I request you to process the return related issues internally - with seller (Karan +91 [protected]) and process the return for me immediately. I am done following up with you guys for more than 10 days now and I am directly going to publish all these issue with you at social media. I already have copy of each and every action I have taken for this item#. This is not how a customer needs to be treated especially if you are having 30 days return policy.         On 07/07/15 i have ordered PaisaPay ID [protected] Trewfin Women Footwear size - 7 and you have delivered on 10/07/15 Gents footwear size - 9. How can i use gents footwear? please exchange the item or claim the amount within 2 days On same day(10/07/15) i called to customer care and i informed to your customer, she told that within 5 working days you will get, and she gave claim ID 1091368. On 11/07/15 saturday they have sent an email to fill the claim. Due to second saturday we are not working so that i didn't send the claim request. yesterday i have sent. but they rejected my claim. Please once again i am asking to re open the calim and do the help.

          eBay India Wanted to warn Ebay users about the seller sri sai stores, http://www.ebay.in/usr/srisaistores. This seller has multiple complaints of fake goods and ebay refuses to act against him. I got a terrible response from the ebay and the seller http://www.ebay.in/usr/srisaistores. This is the story of my plight: Ebay claim # 1006086: I had placed the order on 05May '15 and it was delivered on 18th May after extending the delivery date twice. When I eventually received it, it was a very bad copy of the original. I complained to ebay on May 17th and eventually received a reply on June 10. Which was after 22 days and then i was asked to send the product to the seller in a week. As I was not in town, I could not courier it to the seller. They closed the claim stating they called me where as I did receive any call from Ebay. Then I contacted them thrice only to get a standard answer that they cannot help asking me to contact the seller. And when I contacted the seller after 3 emails and 10 calls, he asked me to contact ebay again. What is disturbing is that even after so many complaints about fake goods the seller is still active and fooling more and more customers on Ebay.in​

            I purchased an "iBall Avonte 2.4G" Mobile Hand set through eBay.in (eBay user id rsat7478 & PaisePay id [protected]) for Rs.1, 367/-, which was shipped by eBay through ARAMEX (AWB No.[protected]) on[protected]. I took the delivery of the consignment at Vijayawada through ARAMEX on[protected]. It is noticed that the mobile handset was having a defect. It is detecting the SIM card for about of half an hour time from its insertion and after that it displays for insertion of SIM Card though the SIM card was already inserted and actually available in the hand set. On[protected], I have shown the mobile hand set in the authorised iBall Service Centre, at Hanuman pet, Vijayawada. But they could not repaired it.               The power seller on ebay india sent and old non working samsung duos in an apple iphone 5s box i was in the state of shock to see this i have raised a claim for this but now i will be made to run like a donkey for refund and reshipping is a big headache here in india
              God knows when i will get refund or will i get refund that is a bigger question
              I read a few tweets i got to know from few people that ebay india staffers are involved in this ebay needs to keep a check on ebay india staffers and claim settlers they may be involved in looting customers with the help of dummy sellers

                I have bought an electric sewing machine from ebay on 12th March 2015 and recived defective product from ebay, when i informed them about the issue they told me to send the product to them and they will refund my money with courier charges that i have paid for sending back product. I have send the product back to them after. But they didnt refunded my money and they have send the product to me again in june. When i told them i dont want product i want my money they are not responding.

                  I ordered for a weightlifting exercise bench. After delivery, i found it be of very poor quality and almost unsafe to use. I tried contacted the seller and ebay both, but i did nit get any satisfactory response. Almost, after a month i got a call from ebay customer care that my claim has been rejected because it is as per description on the site. First of all a picture and description does not prove the real quality of the product and if ebay claims 100% satisfaction, then it should be anyhow taken back by them and refunded, since i am not 100% satisfied.

And this matter is not resolved yet. There is two operator TATA Indicom and reliance provide CD MA services in India . TATA Indicom and reliance both agencies told me that this phone is locked phone and cannot be add any phone number in this handset. It means its non o[censored]se or It is not usable it means the seller sold me a scrap and defective handset. Many time i have requested to the seller about this handset to replace or refund. At last i filed a case in eBay for guarantee claim but after filing 40 days been passed out neither eBay customer care solve my problem nor i got my money, i think i am got cheated by eBay,

                            Claim ID: 1077487 PaisaPay ID: [protected] Item number: [protected] Seller ID: gromo_lifestyle Date claim opened: [protected] i had ordered Puma running shoe from ebay.in, as per their cart on website i selected the shoe. my feet size is 26 cm and i am using the woodland shoes of the same size. the shoes eBay sent is as same or even larger than in length but its small in width. i claimed the problem at very next day and i want the product with lareger size not money back. i am a buyer of jabong, amazon, flipkart & snapdeal but eBay is slowest and rudest. all other company give you replacement in all terms but ebay wiggles from there terms. they said call to seller and seller says call to manufacturer. company size chart has only length dimensions not width and its fact that every company has different dimension crieteria. so size issue will happen may times. so we expect the product replacement atleast not money back. Please take this claim seriously and let ebay know that they have lost most of the market as of now. Thank you

                                i have complain to ebay customer care for below issue and ebay customer executive giving me only time duration to solve the issue. Ebay providing 3rd class and laziest service to their customers, recently i face a issue, i have placed order with "PaisaPay ID [protected]" on 13th june 2015 and it has been cancelled as seller did not ship the product, so ebay had initiate refund on 17th june 2015, after 5 days my refund has been approved that is i had to wait for 5 days for refund approved, then as per ebay commitment i should receive money in my mobikwik wallet with in 3 days of refund approved, but after 5 working days i did not receive refund so on 29th june 2015 i have complaint to ebay that i didn't receive refund yet, then customer executive told me that money will refund you with in 7 working days(and ebay committed that 3 days, see snapshot). now i frustated and again call to customer care after two days on 1st july 2015 and then customer executive told me that we are not responsible for refund as we have already refund the amount and suggest me that contact to mobikwik customer care for refund (great service of ebay), then i leave the expectation of refund but fortunately i receive refund on around 3rd july that is after 9 working days, now my main issue is when i contacted to customer executive for reassign coupon which is used during my this order, this time customer executive told me that your coupon will be reassign automatically after 7-10 days of approved refund, today i.e. 07 july 2015 but i didn't receive coupon, so that i have contacted to customer care again on 06 july 2015 and customer executive told me that wait for 7 days and we will give you another coupon, now i really frustrated and cut the interaction myself, still my issue did not solve and i didn't receive coupon. Ebay gives just long-long time to solve the issue and even after this time interval ebay can not solve the issue, then after being frustrate we have to leave the expectation from ebay. currently there are lots of ecommerce site like flipkart, snapdeal, amazon, these all give fast solution to their customer (within 2-3 days) and ebay gives 7-10 days to solve issue. and still issue never solve completely. so ebay providing 3rd class and laziest service. They just gives time to solve issue but actually issue never solve by ebay my order date is 13th june 2015 and still my complain for this order is pending.

                                  I have purchased a Product on Ebay.in on 12th June 2015. The Product got shipped on 15th June, 2015. And the delivery deadline is 22nd June, 2015. I am eagerly waiting for the product. But the Product is not delivered. So in my ebay account, I have Clicked on "I Have not received the Product" and submit the Refund Request. As per ebay i have to wait for 5 days, if in these 5 days i receive the Product i can cancel the Refund Request. And in these 5 days seller can appeal against my refund request with valid proof that item was delivered to me. But i haven't received the product then also, The tracking shows that it was forwarded from delhi to Hyderabad by Surface. So i have contacted the courier service and they are saying that till date they haven't received the parcel. But Ebay has kept my refund on hold displaying a message that "Seller has appealed against my refund request" Seller is sending mails to me stating that "I am a new seller, Please leave a positive feedback." I have replied to him that "Without receiving the product how can i leave positive feedback." And again he has mailed me "Please confirm item as received." then i have replied "how can i confirm it without receiving product, will i have to loose my money?" Seller is not caring about item not received he is just trying to manipulate and get his money. I have contacted Ebay for help, but they simply says "Wait for 24 hours our executive will call you". But already 7 days are over till now nobody called me. And i have also raised an ebay guarantee claim, but they also not processing the claim as item not received. Till now there is no progress in claim or no resolution, as already my refund request was placed on 23rd june and today is 8th July, 2015. already 15days passed by. And ordered product on 12th june, till today already 26days over but no product recevied.
