I ordered 32gb memory card from ebay, when i received product the card class was "class 4" but i was looking fro "class 10" card. i contacted ebay to return the product and asked to send me another product but they said it is not fitting in there return policy. In turn they advised me to contact seller directly and resolve the problem. I contacted Seller :- Ravi Matta email: [protected]@northamerican.in Phone: [protected]...upon our discussion Seller said please send us the product via courier(attached courier receipt as well) and once seller receives product he will initiate refund through ebay. Seller confirmed that he received product at his place now he initiated refund and asked Ebay to refund amount to me but after that Ebay is still not refunding my money nor sending me another product.

    MY name is santosh s from bijapur. contact number is [protected]. i had purchased iphone 4 32 gb on 13/05/2015 from ebay seller ” cellworld_apd ” PaisaPay ID [protected]. amount 12176/-. on 01/06/2015(within 12 days) camera was not working (i recieved iphone on 19/05). i called ebay and told the problem because it was still under 30days ebay gaurantee. i requested for repair or replacement of iphone.seller contacted me. he promised me that he will repair it and if the problem arises again, he will replace it and begged me not to ask for refund of money. i sent the iphone to ” cellworld_apd ” on 03/06/2015.he sent it back after repair on 20th june which i recieved on 27th june(DTDC COURIER-Awb no-V[protected] on 11/07/2015 (within 13 days)camera stopped working again.there was no signal from any sim which was inserted.i could not use the phone. i called ebay and told the problem. they told that 30 days ebay guarantee is over, we cant help you. i asked the seller for replacement on 11/07/2015. he told that wait for ramzan to be finished because his partner is on leave.since then he is not picking my calls or replying to messages.he is not ready to recieve the iphone by courier. i raised complaint to ebay about this. the complaint id 1-[protected]. ebay is not making any progress with the case. i went to apple store to get the iphone checked. they have GIVEN ME IN WRITING that there is hardware issue and its a manufacturing defect. IT CANNOT BE REPAIRED.it will keep having problems. they also told me that iphone was NOT NEW. IT WAS a REPLACED iphone. NOW PEASE HELP ME 1) iphone is not new has mentioned on the website. 2)seller knew that there was a manufacturing defect, he resold it to me and then offered me to repair it within 15 days (i have written proof from apple service centre stating that it cannot be repaired) 3)inspite of having 18months warranty, seller is refusing to recieve calls and messages. 4)ebay is ducking behind 30 days guarantee. what am i supposed to do?? . i want my money back. i dont want anything else.please help me i dont trust the seller or EBAY now. the link to the ebay page is http://www.ebay.in/itm/Apple-iPhone-4-32-GB-WHITE-Smartphone-/[protected]?ssPage... the seller page clearly states that the warranty is 18months.

      Dear ebay india i have ordered my iphone's battery on 21july my paise pay id is [protected] i got shipment on 31july and then i found the shipment in not working condition (defected) so i raised a claim, my gurantee claim id is 1121558. Actually i called regardind the issue they said our claim and refund team will contact you . but its almost 7 day i havent got any call from them YET .i everyday used to call them and ask regarding this but every time they says wait for 48 hrs sir its almost 168 hrs i have waited . so actually i want to clearify Is this is actually your best way of dealing with customers ? Is this is the best kind of service your are providing ? now i am regrating the shopping i did from your site . its really very pathetic and very torturing.

        If we had to buy directly from Seller then i guess we would have contacted them but we are paying eBay and if the eBay is not responsible for the quality of the product or for the defective products then No use of saying EBAY GUARANTY because your not not taking the GUARANTY because that is completely non seance, because your are simply fooling people...Because as a consumer we are buying products on EBAY GUARANTY not the seller GUARANTY...           I have purchased a bluetooth speaker(581rs) on 4th july 2015. I didnt received the product then i called them, then they said tht u will receive the product as soon as possible after few days later i gave a complaint thn they said will give u refund. every time when i am calling they are saying the same thing "u will get in the next 3 working, 5 working days, or 10 days) but still i havent got the money. Actually here i used the coupon code which they gave me earlier instead of money. Previously i purchased a Bar Bluetooth speaker( Nearly 1000 rs) and they sent me Defective one so i called ebay then they said there is no Reverse Pickup so you have send it back to the sellar and will give u the reshipment charges and refund money will be in your bank. Later they gave me the coupon, after few days i purchased a Copper Water Bottle (550 rs) with that Coupon by adding remaining amount through the bank again they sent me same defective one (Scratches on it and inside of the bottle there are some stains and the bottle is not well finished i mean the tip of d bottle is not well finished it is too sharp, while drinking the water we have to be carefull). After 15-20 days i got the coupon of 605 rs instead of 550 rs. and they told me that this is 2nd time u had this kind of problem so we are giving you 10% extra. Now i used that coupon (on 4th july 2015) and purchased the bluetooth speaker. At this they havent sent the me the speaker and when i ask them they will say u will get as soon as possible and it wont happen and they wont respond properly. if you tried to call them the waiting will be increased. If your issue is solved and you want to purchase anything from their site and you called them they pickup your call as soon as possible and if your issue is not solved then your waiting time will be 15, 20, 24 mins like that Today i was lucky the waiting time was 4 mins and they picked it afters 10 mins. Now they said the you will get the coupon on 10th of August 2015 Here am attaching the pic which is having the purchased and refund

            I bought T shart from Ebay and the T shart was of bad quality, for which they say eBay guarantee. And raise claim with them, and the call cent guy mentioned incorrect information in the claim request and they closed the claim next day. Again i called eBay help line and one girl inform me all the information, i asked her to raise the claim request again she clearly said we can not raise another claim request and even she can not open the closed claim request.

              I am struggling to process my refund via Ebay. I have been cheated and their customer care people are so rude that they dont even listen to you and close the ticket. The claim has been closed without my information.aif i dont get the refund, I will also go to media and show the dirty picture of EBAY. I will make sure no one buys from EBAY ever. They have just provided me the email ID and phone number of the seller, which is of no use, as the seller doesn't pick up my phone nor does he reply to my emails.               EBay has still not resolved my query and are still not ready to accept that the item that they have sent me is defective..

              EBay is the worst ECommerce Site when it comes to resolving customer issues and for no reason they are not refunding my 1599 paid for that defective dress.

              They are not even ready to get it replaced (as it is torn and over sized)...

              I have also sent repeated emails to the seller and have called him like 100 times, still I am getting no response from the seller side and EBay is doing nothing to resolve the issue NOTHING AT ALL!!!

              This is just not acceptable, I mean look at FLIPKART AND JABONG..I mean these are such amazing customer centric websites and replacing an item or getting a refund is so hassle free (I don't need to put complaints on public platforms to get the refund)...

              EBay should be ashamed of themselves...Ebay Guarantee thing is all fake and they are absolutely unwilling to do anything...

                I purchases V-Guard Stabilizer online through e-bay. When I recieved the same by Blue Dart courier, I found it was broken. On the same day I made a refund claim with e-bay. One of the worst customer service provider is e-bay India. You keep on calling them / send e-mails you will not get any response. You have to send several photos/pics of the package / stabilizer to e-bay. They just kept dragging the issue more than a month. Finally e-bay asked me to send the parcel back to the seller. I have to do it within three days and submit the receipt to e-bay ORELSE my claim will be closed. I have mailed e-bay and also informed e-bay customer service, that I will not be in station for a month, on my office trip. So now e-bay closed my claim saying that, I didn't send the parcel / courier receipt to them with in three days...

                    I recently (one month back) brought Samsung TV of value 67800/- from ebay. This is to let you people know how I got cheated by ebay seller with the defective product (Paisa Pay ID# [protected]) Seller Name Given on ebay Listing: lingoimpex Seller Email id1: [protected]@members.ebay.in Seller Email id2: yogender.[protected]@gmail.com Seller Phone: [protected] (seller can change his ID, that is why to identify him I am providing mobile and other details of him) As per the listing I should get new, non-defective product but I got defective TV with one year Seller Warrenty, received TV is having 3 dead pixels, from the day one, I have been contacting ebay and seller, Opened the ebay claim also, but ebay closed it without resolving and insisting me to contact Seller. When I ask seller, he told me to contact ebay, this to-fro headache played with me like a ball for one month and now vendor is not responding even after I said that I am going to post negative reviews, it seems he does not care, he is just there to cheat customers with the defective products So, my request here, please do not buy anything from this seller, if you buy, surely you will get cheated by him Ebay itself is fraud company, on top of this, this seller is again cheats, so buying from ebay with cheat seller is like Cheat X Cheat I am in so much disappointed with lots of frustration because this product worth is 67, 800/- I have paid.                     I too got duped by the same seller leaving me very frustrated, sad and loss of Rs 89, 950, I spent for the TV and the TV itself.
                    Brought the TV in Aug. 2015,

                    it got damaged 2 months later. When I contacted the seller he promptly told me to return the product along with all the accessories.. note the point "all the accessories". It has been 5 months since. He just plays the ball game mentioned earlier and after 2 months I realised he was plainly cheating. He was audacious enough once, to tell me that he wont return the product. I contacted the ebay support- service req No. 1-[protected], and they simply washed their hands off telling that they can't help... after a few laborious calls. Service agents were @ least sounding helpful, except the last one who sounded siding with the fraud seller. He simply ditched me on behalf of eBay, after the customary crocodile tears and the last question " Is there any other thing I can help you with". I too am planning some sort of response.. to get justice and to warn other buyers from this openely fraud seller.

                    The cover in which the TV was send to me had another address on close inspection which make me suspicious that this wasn't a new product and this cheating isn't for the first time.
                    I have been a eBay customer since 2010, 3 years before this fellow, I am not commenting on eBay now, except that this buy was a total disaster for me.

Total of 1170 rs. when contacted them they refused and said we can sell at any price. Product came without Batch no and Mrp printed on it.                         I ordered iphone 4s screen replacement on 12-jul-2015 which got delivered on 18-jul-2015.On the same day I got it checked and found that the screen was not working .I called seller and he said me to mail it this issue with proof.i replied to his email with issue .2days he didn't replied me . i called him, he is not picking up the phone so i raised the claim on ebay my claim id[protected] on same day ie 18-jul-2015. Since 5days they did't updated the status .on 28-july i got call from ebay said that we will have sechedule reverse pickup and after pickup we will refund ur amount.on 29-july my pick up was sechuled by fedex .but since 4-aug no one came to pick up this item and when i call ebay they say we will contact you within 24-48 hours from last 6 days they are saying this.please help me solving same. ebay paisa pay id is ([protected])

I repeatedly requested the Seller with copy to Ebay to send me the Invoice. The Seller did NOT responded and EBay executive, Mr Nitin, tried to convince me (03/08/2015) that proof of payment is Tax Invoice. he was rude, unprofessional and was trying to divert my questions about the legal validity of selling product without Tax Invoice. This happened to me for the 2nd time. So be cautious while purchasing on Ebay.
                                eBay.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                They are products illegally without Tax Invoice. The seller is nm_techno.
                                Today (04/08/15) I got an unsigned, unstamped "original" Inovoice, which is NOT computer generated. These people are trying every way to fool the customers. The seller is nm_techno. The same thing happened to me two months ago when I purcahsed a Mobile from Ebay.
                                Be cautious while receiving items purchased from Ebay and check for valid legal Tax Invoices.

                                    I ordered a mobile phone on ebay.in on 16/07/2015 and they promised to deliver it by 21/07/2015 and by seeing the delivery date listed on their website i paid Rs.7999/- with my HDFC debit card and they themselves cancelled my order on 21/07/2015 and said as the seller could not deliver my item they cancelled it and promised to refund my money within 5 days and when i contacted them on 28/07/2015 my money would be credited within 3 working days but till now i.e, 03/08/2015 i did not get my money back.and they don't even regret for what they did instead they speak very rashly and when i contacted today they said it would take another 8 days. very pathetic situation why because i promised to give a mobile phone to my loved ones on her birthday on 25/07/2015 but i didn't get my money back and they wasted my time also.Kindly do the needful.

                                      Dear sir/madam I placed an order for a mobile phone on 16/07/2015 at www.ebay.in and they promised to deliver my item on 21/07/2015 instead they themselves cancelled the order and said the seller was unable to deliver my item so they cancelled it. I Paid Rs.7999/- through my HDFC bank debit card and after complaining many times they said on 28/07/2015 that my amount would be credited in my account within 3 days, till now(3/8/2015) i did not receive my money back.It is very pathetic situation why because i promised to give a phone to my loved ones on her birthday but ebay disappointed me and they didn't even returned my money and they simply blame their seller and when i asked their seller (shopnow) they don't even regret for what they did and simply ask me to contact ebay. This is completely breach of trust as they played with my feelings and wasted my time. Today they said it would take another 8 days for my refund what should i do to get my money back?

                                        I have purchased a Samsung 64 gb memory card from ebay.in. What I got is a fake product. The same is confirmed and certified by Samsung service center. But ebay is not taking any responsibility for the same. So, beware of buying anything from ebay.in. Its a bunch of fake sellers giving you anything cheap products.
                                        eBay.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        The sellers do not give proper Tax Invoices. I am facing two instances over the last couple of months. Ebay also denies to take responsibility of such illegal business done using their Platform. My latest experinece is with nm_techno. After 7-8 mails, they sent me an unsigned, unstamped (NOT computer generated) paper claiming to be an "Invoice".
