      Ebay customer support staff is so rude and insensitive to their customers.I am struggling to process my refund via Ebay.When contacting customer support I always get to hear that you will receive a call back and that never happens instead they are shouting at me. My My such a fraud company it is. My claim ID is 1140033. Its been 8 days my complaint is registered with them. I dont know if they will ever resolve me complaint but this was my last buying experience with ebay. My suggestion to all please dont buy from eba
      Its true...they send me damage wireless mouse and ...cancel my refund claim also...guys don't buy anything from ebay...if product is damage they not going to refund it...

        PaisaPay ID : [protected] i need a pendrive for an urgent requirement but the shipment is delayed so that i have bought a pendrive on myself and i raised for refund. now it say the claim status is closed and i didn't get my money back how can the claim status can be updated as closed when i didn't my money back i dont kw place of contact so i wrote here plz mail me at [protected]@gmail.com

          I have purchased a laptop Dell Inspiron 3542 4th Gen i3 8GB Ram 1TB Hdd Win 8.1 1GB Intel Graphics from Ebay.in. I have received a damaged Laptop. I have applied for the refund on the same day. My claim ID was 1136193 & my Paisapay ID was [protected]. After filling an application they have told me that i have to wait for 5 working days. After 5 days i have contacted with the customer care having Id I-[protected] and talked with Mr. Tanmay. He told me to wait for further 48 hours. After passing of 48 hour i further contacted with customer care and talked with Miss Taruna. They are just making people fool by misleading them. It was under installment basis and bank has already debited the first installment with interest. Now who will bear this interest? Please help me in receiving my refund as early as possible.

            I ordered a quickheal antivirus pro at 31/07/15 by full pay from sbi net banking. Ebay delivered me a fake box by curier at 11/08/15. Today When I open the packet seal of ebay Then I found a damage box of quickheal no seal is there. I get a damage broken seal box and a manual guide but no more product is there. Quickheal CD & registration key not found in the damage box. I claim for this issue to refund my money immidiately.

              Dear sir, I had brought shoes in eBay shopping in online. The order number is [protected]. One is damaged piece and another one is un size i ask 9 size but they send 8 and quality was too bad. So i ask the supplier to return my money back. And send the pictures of the shoes to the seller. And they contact me in my mobile and ask me to return the products. Then the representative came to my place and collect the damage products.And they ask to remove the review from the eBay site. But i didn't do that. But now i got email for eBay website the order will be closed. Now i entered my purchase id [protected] in the eBay website it doesn't show anything. After i returned the products there is no response from eBay. The seller company name is Bacca Bucci . I think i got cheated by the eBay shopping site. I soo upset about ebay. I didn't expect from ebay. And i think the ebay is safe and good in online shopping. But now i came know about ebay. I need my money back. Its not a simple money its almost Rs 2, 600/-.What i want to do now for my money. If i am not get reply from you. I'll go for the legal. Please let me know as soon as possible.                 What is wrong with eBay people, they are not reading the complained and just again and again they are simply copy pasting their answer without reading my message and this is getting very annoying. In the picture on the eBay website they have not shown any T short with black spot, and how come eBay know that I have the correct T shirt until they see because I am the consumer and I have received the good which is not relevant. And after explaining everything they are saying adamant. Can anyone advice how to take legal action because it’s not about money but fooling consumer. See the same below reply. However, in this case the item received is completely as per description but not as per your expectation. Either no once is working properly in eBay or maybe that’s the training they have been provided to resolve all the complaints like this and move on. And for sure I would love to go legal because the good is not as per the picture in the ebay so either take it back and replace or refund the money, I am 100% this not the policy you are just manipulating my words and playing with my words .

                  Hi This is kushagra bajpai from kanpur india . I want to raise a complaint against Ebay the worst services i have ever come across and they are turned out be a fraud organization with fake commitment . I placed an order from ebay ( New launch iBALL 3G i80 ) worth Rs 9299 Waranty 12 Months ([protected]) on 25.07.2015 and the order was delivered to me was on 30.07.2015 through ARAMEX Courier . Once I opened the Tablet i found the screen has moisture inside it, which was considered as a manufacturing defect so, i called in ebay and told the same that the product is in defect so i want thsi product to be refunded or replaced as if it is under 30 days guarantee . So they said that they cannot refund the money back and suggested me to go to the service center and if its a manufacturing defect then the Iball service center will Provide the DOA letter ( Dead on arrival letter ) which states its a manufacturing defect . So for the same i weent to service center and they approved it as DOA and provided me the same . This states my money would be Refunded . Then next day i called Ebay and told them i got the DOA letter i want my money back, they said i cannot do anything you need to contact the Shipper who shipped the Product who is actually linked with Ebay . Shipper Address - Nikunj Singhania 7 Ganesh Chandra Avenue Ground Floor KolKata - 700013 WB Ph No : - [protected] Now ebay start asking me to cantact the shipper, my concern was if i purchased from ebay then ebay should be responsible for services, wherein now eBay is steping out and cx service are repling as if what ever i want i can do it but nothing can be done . I told them i will go down to the Consumer Forum but that hardly matters from them, that was the response i received . Soi stopped contacting ebay as they were hanging up on me which is against a fraud . Then i contacted the Shipper and told the story, they said they will help me out, they suggested me To send the Product sealed and The DOA letter to there address and they will get it replaced i did the same . I send my Product through Tracon courier services sealed and it got to them Today, now this shipper is saying the seal is broken, and they cannot do any thing . and When i sended it was with the DOA letter plus sealed now, this shipper is also a fraud and saying its broken and send me the images that they neither can get it replaced or Refunded . Which i will not accept, what really happened is this shipper once received the product broke the seal and send me the pics its broken, The same i could have also done that the product once i received it the seal was broken .                     I have purchased the SAMSUNG GALAXY A7 through eBay and they delivered an EMPTY box with full of news papers. :( Customer care and Sellers are worst and they are cheating us jointly. I am really disappointed when I saw the empty box. This is kind of cheating i felt and this should not happen to others. They created one guarantee claim on behalf of me and closed without any resolution. Thanks, Deiveega Rajan P

                      By the way my name is Priyanka not Priyankaa. And because of Ebay policy Ebay is simply fraud and the T Shirt is not similar as per the image of the the T shirt if you want i can give you the picture. And that's what i have been trying to explain your costumer care people in Hindi and in English. So i am not sure in which language you people under stand in your company. The T shirt has many black spot on it which i tried to remove... i would have not complaint if the t shirt was perfect looking as i saw in the picture...(I know your quality is already POOR that T shirt was only for one day use that what you sell with your Ebay GUARANTY in short EG ). Now i guess my claim in under your policy...so take some action..stop manipulating on words.                           I had ordered a JBL headphone from ebay.in with paisapay id - [protected]. http://www.ebay.in/itm/JBL-Handsfree-Headphone-3-5mm-with-MIC-Earphone-For-iPhon... it claimed to be 100% genuine and it had a one year Warranty.The seller had his number mentioned in the description. I was also provided with the right bill. After 2 months, my headphones began to create issues. The right earphone began to crackly and nothing could be heard as the volume became very low. the insulation around the mic area also began to loosen up and the bare wire could be seen. i sent a mail to the seller on his Email ID mentioned in the description, [protected]@gmail.com on july 15 and a followup mail on july 16. post that i took the matters to ebay.in, who has the seller registered on their website. ebay tok my complaint. gave me complaint number like 1-[protected] and they mentioned that they shall get back to me with a reply within 72 hours. however its been approx 10days now that i have received any reply from the seller or from ebay.in.

                            I had ordered a bed-sheet But when I got it its of cheap quality, , the cloth used was of third class. I raised claim in ebay to return as i was not satisfy with the quality But they rejected my claim that item is "as described" and quality etc is not failing in their return policy. They are just selling secondhand, fake, low quality items and misguiding the users. I have seen the reviews, , lots of people have same complaints for ebay. Ebay is just ruining the image of online shoping/purchase and customers are loosing their trust on online sites. Please help me to take my money back.

Recieved item on 20th may. On 01/06/2015(within 12 days) camera was not working (i recieved iphone on 20/05). i called ebay and told the problem because it was still under 30days ebay gaurantee. i requested for repair or replacement of iphone.seller contacted me. He promised me that he will repair it or replace it and begged me not to ask for refund of money. i sent the iphone to ” cellworld_apd ” on 09/06/2015.(PROOF ATTACHED)he sent it back after repair on 20th june which i recieved on 27th june (DTDC COURIER-Awb no-V[protected]PROOF ATTACHED) TELEPHONE CALL RECORDINGS COULD NOT BE UPLOADED. OLDER CALL RECORDINGS ARE IN THE DAMAGED IPHONE. I HAVE ATTACHED WHATSAPP MESSAGES WITH HIM(PLZ SEE THE DATES OF MESSAGES) On 11/07/2015 (within 13 days)camera stopped working again.there was no signal from any sim which was inserted.i could not use the phone. i called ebay and told the problem. they told that 30 days ebay guarantee is over, we cant help you. i asked the seller for replacement on 11/07/2015. he told that wait for ramzan to be finished because his partner is on leave.since then he is not picking my calls or replying to messages.he is not ready to recieve the iphone by courier. i raised complaint to ebay about this. the complaint id 1-[protected]. ebay is not making any progress with the case. i went to apple store to get the iphone checked. they have GIVEN ME IN WRITING that there is hardware issue and its a manufacturing defect. IT CANNOT BE REPAIRED.it will keep having problems. they also told me that iphone was NOT NEW. IT WAS a REPLACED iphone.                                 I ordered a sandisk pen drive(16GB) on 28th july 2015.I make a payment through my debit card Rs79/- that amount credited from account. And also i received order conformation mail from Ebay website. and i have seperate ID for that order..But still I didn't get my product i called ebay and ask about my product.they told order not placed and amount not credited.

I bought a RAM from the seller "ecomputerstore2013" on 24th of July 2015 and did the payment through my Credit Card. My Paisapay id is [protected]. Got a faulty product and raised a claim on 4th August 2015. After that called ebay several times to look into the matter but only got a reply that I will have to wait for next 5 days after which claims team will contact me. After waiting patiently, all they do is reject your claim for some silly reason on the end hours of last day, just before the deadline i.e. 9th August. First of all I would like to say the banner-ed ebay guarantee is totally useless if it cannot protect buyers interest. Following are the events that took place:- *After placing the order I contacted seller several times. He doesn't pick up calls nor replies on email. * The seller isn't able to ship the product within the 5 days timeline. My refund gets auto-initiated. * Seller requests ebay & my puts refund gets on hold...why ? because the seller intentionally wants to sell his faulty product * Nonetheless seller is delaying the shipment again making courier company excuses...I contact the courier company they say it is a wrong shipment id/ doesn't exist. *Finally I receive a faulty RAM (8 GB corsair vengenace) on 4th August. I call back the seller, he says he will revert with the details but never does. * I call seller regarding the product. He says product was packed so you go running after service center Its not my headache now. The product has reached you now its your problem. Tells me to contact ebay and challenges that in no way ebay will take my claim. * Now ebay really does that...after raising claims whenver I called them, they made me wait till the last day and finally reject my claim giving some silly reason on the last hours of the lat day deadline by some guy with id asish2010.eg Now tell me why didn't ebay refund my money in the first place on 29th July? Why is ebay always favoring the seller? Why did ebay put my refund on hold and lets the seller intentionally send a faulty product and that too with a delayed and wrong shipment id? Now, why should I go and waste my time running after service centers for manufacture warranty for A product I haven't even used once. It seems ebay now only wants to get commissions for sales. Doesn't matter ebay guarantee is just a display banner. Seller sends a delayed shipment and a faulty product and confidently claims that ebay will reject my claim. Its no surprise consumers are switching to flipkart, snapdeal & Paytm...as they really care for their customers. II have been buying from these before becoming an ebay member. Whenever I received a faulty product from these sites, I never had to run to service centre. They replace the product within their timelines. They dont ask buyers to run after service centre even before using the product. If I dont get my refund for this faulty product, probably this will be my last transaction on ebay. And I will firmly believe and propagate that eBay Gurarantee is the guarantee that you will be cheated. Therefore, the claim filed by you falls under non-eligibility criteria. As a result, we have closed your claim and your request for refund has been rejected.                                     Last two months before i purchased a i phone 4s from e bay. but when i received it i realized that it is not that product what i expected so i returned it to the seller and the seller intimated e bay to return money to me. It has been two months since the seller intimated to ebay but i have not received the DD. I have been contacting ebay customer care during these two months and every time was told that it wold come another five days. I am very disapointed with the responce from ebay till now.                                       31/07/15 I ordered a item by full payment which delivery date was 04/08/15. But this item not delivered. Yesterday ebay notice me the delivery date change to 22/08/15 next today they tell me item not possible to delivery. I want to claim for refund immediately..

                                        Hi, I has ordered Blackberry Bold 5 handset 9790 on 28th July 2015. On the add which was listed on ebay website, it was stating that the phone is a brand new unlocked device. I received the order on 1 August 2015, the packagingf itself was not good but I thought who bother about packaging untill the content inside is in Good Condition. When I opened the box and everything, i was socked.. It was a used device and can bet that was more than 1 years old. There were scratechs all over the screen which is very much visible, scrathes on the back body and the bezel of the phone. Even the lock button at the top will not work untill you press it hard at a particular angle. Post that I have registed a complaint with ebay and asked them to refund my money but it seems they are not in mood. Even after several mail I did not get any response from there side yet. Only one mail has come stating that we tried reaching you but as you were busy we couldn't talk in details. They asked me to share some details about the phone which I have already done. Have requested them so many times to call me but have not seen any positive approach from their side to help me.                                         Even after 12 days of raising the request, I am clueless about what is going on.

                                        Strange and sad to see this kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour from a company like ebay.
