This is kushagra bajpai from kanpur india . I want to raise a complaint against Ebay the worst services i have ever come across and they are turned out be a fraud organization with fake commitment .
I placed an order from ebay ( New launch iBALL 3G i80 ) worth Rs 9299
Waranty 12 Months ([protected])
on 25.07.2015 and the order was delivered to me was on 30.07.2015 through ARAMEX Courier . Once I opened the Tablet i found the screen has moisture inside it, which was considered as a manufacturing defect so, i called in ebay and told the same that the product is in defect so i want thsi product to be refunded or replaced as if it is under 30 days guarantee . So they said that they cannot refund the money back and suggested me to go to the service center and if its a manufacturing defect then the Iball service center will Provide the DOA letter ( Dead on arrival letter ) which states its a manufacturing defect .
So for the same i weent to service center and they approved it as DOA and provided me the same . This states my money would be Refunded . Then next day i called Ebay and told them i got the DOA letter i want my money back, they said i cannot do anything you need to contact the Shipper who shipped the Product who is actually linked with Ebay .

Now ebay start asking me to cantact the shipper, my concern was if i purchased from ebay then ebay should be responsible for services, wherein now eBay is steping out and cx service are repling as if what ever i want i can do it but nothing can be done . I told them i will go down to the Consumer Forum but that hardly matters from them, that was the response i received . Soi stopped contacting ebay as they were hanging up on me which is against a fraud .
Then i contacted the Shipper and told the story, they said they will help me out, they suggested me To send the Product sealed and The DOA letter to there address and they will get it replaced i did the same . I send my Product through Tracon courier services sealed and it got to them Today, now this shipper is saying the seal is broken, and they cannot do any thing . and When i sended it was with the DOA letter plus sealed now, this shipper is also a fraud and saying its broken and send me the images that they neither can get it replaced or Refunded . Which i will not accept, what really happened is this shipper once received the product broke the seal and send me the pics its broken, The same i could have also done that the product once i received it the seal was broken .
Now i want you guys to help me as soon as possible because i would never toleralte this loss where i ma at n fault .
