I had bought a pair of Van Huesen shoes for INR 2183.45 from www.ebay.in on 02-Jun-2015. This was my first purchase from ebay and the item got delivered on 04-Jun-2015. On 24-Jun-2015 I had raised a request for refund of the amount I had paid as the sole of both the shoes came off from of the tip. Being highly frustrated with substandard quality of the product and having more trust on Van Huesen as a brand as compared to the seller on ebay, I mentioned in my complaint that product looks like a duplicate one. The resolution desk had then provided me the number of the seller "Sooperbuy" from whom I had bought the item. Initially, the seller got irated as I had mentioned his product as duplicate one but later he convinced me about the quality standard he maintains and also I checked his ratings on ebay which made me believe his words. Regarding the refund, he told that lets route it through ebay's guarantee claim and he even didn't ask for proof to check whether the item is actually damaged or not. On 26-Jun-2015, I got an email from eBay asking me to upload the pics of damaged item. On 2-July-2015, I got an email stating that my claim 1064462 has been resolved and the closure comment is: "I have checked the details of your claim and have noticed that the claim filed by you is excluded from eligible transactions for filing a claim under eBay guarantee. Therefore, the claim filed by you falls under non-eligibility criteria. As a result, we have closed your claim and your refund request has been rejected." I find the reason to be vague as it mentions that its an ineligible transaction but it no where mentions why? On their website eligible transactions are: Eligible transactions * You should be a winning bidder or fixed price buyer of an item listed and transacted on eBay India site (including purchases made on Global Easy Buy) * Your item should be legal and in accordance with eBay's Listing Policies and User Agreement. * Payment should have been made to the seller in good faith and the proof of payment will have to be documented Whereas Ineligible ones are: * Items paid for through payment modes which are not acceptable as per eBay acceptable payment methods policy. * Items that have been altered, repaired, discarded or resold by the buyer * Items which are picked up or delivered in person* * Intangible items, such as services or digital items * Double payment or overpayment * Buyer's remorse (items bought by mistake or if you change your mind) * The buyer has violated or found to be violating any of the eBay / PaisaPay policies or has misused or found to be misusing eBay / PaisaPay eco system (including members related account) * The transaction amount is already refunded to the Buyer by the Seller or through a chargeback being raised by the buyer for the said transaction * Buyer is not willing to co-operate with eBay in resolving the concern * Buyer has not paid for the item committed to buy I sense something is fishy at eBay's end because even after repeated request resolution desk people were not quoting the exact reason, they are only mentioning the same reason as what is mentioned in closure comment. I request eBay to be more sensible in handling customers and I think the root cause of all this goo[censored]p are insane people who register the complaint over phone. They intentionally frame the allegation in such a way that it becomes ineligible transaction as per their return policy. I have attached all the proofs related to this transaction.

    I had ordered a Michael Kors Parker Blush Dial Rose Gold-tone and Blush Acetate Womens MK5896 on 3rd June 2015. (Paisa Pay ID [protected]) I have not received the order and was shocked to see the product delivery message which stated that I had received the watch. I had tried contacting the vendor: Mr. Ketan Sethi but did not get a satisfactory reply. I had also contacted the Blue Dart courier company and inquired about the status of delivery of the product associated with AWB no. [protected] and got to know that they have not received the order from the vendor for dispatch. I had reported this matter to Ebay hoping that I will get justice but on 20th June 2015 I received an email from Ebay that my claim has been rejected. I have contacted the vendor too several times to refund my money. He had admitted this wrongdoing and had also confirmed it through sms dated 2nd july 2015. This fraud has ended my faith on Ebay. I request you to look into this matter at the earliest else I will have to take legal action.

      I had ordered body slimmer anti cellulite machine on 27 June 2015.and I had received it on 2nd July 2015 which costs is Rs648.Today on 3rd July 2015 I have check the machine by plug in the adopter in the electric switch.but the machine is not working.so I want my money back or want to replace it by the eBay.

        I'd tried to buy product from eBay India website on 30th of june and after the payment option is completed succefully googlechrome browser got close unexpectedly and when i reopened googlechrome and visited eBay India site I found no item in my purchased items list, for which i'd payed already through internet banking and i waited for the whole day and tried checked next day still the same status, since i need the item and i believed ebay policy that i'll not loose my money i reordered the same item from the very same buyer, I raised the claim to ebay then and waited for a positive reply, I GOT A REALLY PATHETIC reply from eBAY asking to resolve with the dealer directly is it all about eBay India policy of complete protection for customers money. I want justice.Now I tried to contact them through their facebook page and after listening to my complaints they ask me following details Dear Deepak, Request you to please share your transaction details here with us in this format: User id : Bank name: Transaction date and amount: Transaction Reference id: Mode Of Payment: kindly revert within 48 hrs. I replied eBay member id:Malaydeepa Bank name :sbi Transaction date and details in attachment Mode of payment: Net banking and send the attachments but after my reply they are copy pasting their message continously I want protection for my money and justice. As am abroad(Saudi Arabia) please help me.

          I had purchased a "Black PT-750 Wireless Bluetooth Hands Free" (Paisa Pay ID:[protected] on 24th May. The product was defective and by 27th May I raised Ebay guarantee claim (Claim number: 1021596). Till now the refund has not been processed and whenever I call them either their system is down, or they give some excuse or the the other. I am really fed up with such a fraud website and planning to go to court with this. Honestly speaking no other website does this kind of harassment to its customers. Please look into this matter and let me know how to process my case. Thanks Sandeep

          There is no action taken so far. Please guide mew what steps do I need to take to file a consumer harassment case? Everytime I call the EBAY customer is giving lame excuses of technical issue and asking for 5-6 days.

              I have bought a high quality back battery door panel housing cover case for Microsoft lumia 535 on 18th June 2015 my paisapay id is [protected] and which was delivered on 24th June and I have received a defective piece of the product so I have registered on 24th June( Thank you for raising an eBay Guarantee claim (ID[protected] for PaisaPay ID - [protected]. We will contact you within next 5 days.) this is the message I have received from eBay. Thn due to some reason I was not able to pick there call on 28th June because I was busy some where so on 29th June I have again registered the complaint to eBay with same claim I'd and I was told that I vl be getting a call within 24hours to 48hours. So I again call them on 1st July and they told me to send images of the product and we will call u again within 24 hours but still I didn't received their calls. So I again call them and told them same things they said we will call u again in 24hours but as I am out of time I want immediate action against eBay within 24 hours. I want to register a harassment case against eBay in this consumer forum. Thank you

                  Dear all Don;t Buy any Products from This Ebay, I have Purchased One Intex CDMA Handset on 25th of June 15, when i received and opened the mobile, contacts are not possible to save and i can;t even to view the contacts, Contacts Icon not responding, Immediately i made request to replace or return the money complaint in Ebay Guarantee, next day morning this complaint has been rejected by Ebay saying, we can;t replace the same you need to go to local service center and repair the handset. immediately i went to local service center, and given the handset, after tow days they said it can't be repaired immediately, we need 15 days to replace the PCB. we have conveyed the same to kalki stores Delhi, they said they will come back with solution, then last two days they are answering to our calls. Ebay is worst on line company in may experience. Pls don;t buy from E bay

                    We bought a Xiaomi Redmi Note from EBay on 25th June. Order number [protected]. The sim card was not getting detected. Upon checking with the Xiomi service centre in ernakulam we came to know that it is defective cell phone and there ia some problem with the internal parts which cannot be repaired under manufacturer warranty. Hence we placed a request with Ebay customer care to return the product and for refunding our amount. They says that we need to get in touch with the seller. And the refund is not possible. The customer care people never allowed us to speak about the returning the product. Request you to do the needful to get me back the amount paid.                         I had ordered 100% New UNIVERSAL CAR MOUNT MOBILE, MP3, MP4, , IPOD HOLDER[protected] from ebay on 5-May-2015. I was sent a defected item wherein it was completely unassembled or you easily call them 8 broken pieces. Seller had not sent the invoice also with the package. When I tried contacting the seller, he did not receive my call neither respond to sms. Finally, I lodged the complaint on customer care to register the com-plaint which got registered vide claim id 1047295. Now, it is been almost a month now and I have not heard anything from them even for a single time. It is only me who always call customer care to follow up and then the executives assures me that they are escalating the issue and I will get the response in 5 working days. However, about 1 month is going to get over, there is no response. They sent me a message that there team tried contacting me and phone went unanswered. I challenged it completely since it is not possible that my phone can remain unanswered. They had never tried calling me. They are simply saying a white lie. Bloody cheaters, rascals and liars….. What should I do now? I have 2 objectives here: 1. To get my refund with penalty on ebay for the harassment since I could not use the product for so long and my money got stuck. 2. What procedure do they apply to choose sellers? 3. Do they take any severe action against such sellers (apart from merely suspending them from their seller list) 4. This product when ordered and what I have recieved is different. I have been trying to get in touch with the seller who has not been responding. I have tried every way to get in touch which is via calls/emails etc. but in vain. They have been ignoring and avoiding the same because they have cheated on me as a buyer. Generally when someone cheats they avoid and ignore the matter. Have raised multiple times the issue with ebay but again no response. Everytime I would call they would mention I would get a revert in 24-48 hours but I have not got any revert after so much of follow up. Would request you to please work on the same asap and get back. I called at the customer care but they are not helping me and they disconnects my phone every time i call. This is a fraud service and i want a strict action on ebay as early as possible. This scam should b stopped and my money must b refunded as early as possible

                                I got 7 leggings from ebay for Rs. Rs. 911.4 on May 2nd 2015. I received the package on 14th May 2015 and found that the leggings were not good and so I raised a claim on 14th May 2015, Claim number : 997745. Ebay asked me to ship back the item to process the claim. I shipped back the item on 16th May via India Speed post. Speed post tracking assignment number : ET[protected]IN (http://www.indiapost.gov.in/speednettracking.aspx) My claim id in ebay 997745 was rejected on 29th May because the shipment has not been delivered. But I have proof that the speed post has been delivered Speed Post Complaint tracking : [protected] (http://www.indiapost.gov.in/CCCComplaintTracking.aspx) My complaint number [protected] clearly states that "As per telephonic conversation with sector 71 post office, the article had been delivered on 19.05.15." Kindly help to process the refund of my money (Rs.1124.40) at the earliest to my bank account.! I didnot get the item nor money, Its fraudulent.

                                        I have ordered SAMSUNG USB Power Bank 10000mAh Portable Power Supply with 6 months warranty on 19.06.2015 on ebay.in, .But i have received SAMSUNG USB Power Bank 9000mAh on 27.06.2015 and that to with the packing of shopclues.com not ebay.in., When i contacted Ebay people they told me to call seller directly regarding the issue .When i contacted seller he is simply telling that product is not available in Samsung. and now ebay people are telling me i have booked samsung 9000mah not 1000mah power bank.Please take necessary action on this.Thank you.
