Claim ID: 1041386 ebay closed my claim because of not eligible under eBay guarantee i have bought usb charger, after open the box its not working condition/manufacture defect, and ebay said that product under warranty and you need to go service station, which is 500 km long distance from my address but unfortunately i have not invoice copy of that product cause seller only sent me charger in the box, ebay selling defective product to innocent buyer, and what is the reason to shop online ? i have purchased online because i want to save my time, and ebay said to call the seller and take invoice copy and goto local shop and print out that invoice and after go to service station and wait for fix that defective charger and enjoy unfortunately very poor experience with ebay.in they totally cheating with innocent people to selling worthless items, which anyone not interested

Hi I have bought a activa bike cover before rainy seasons as Mumbai rain coming on 1st week of June, this product written water proof, i would like to inform you, it not stop a drop of water also, whole seat cover are wet as well as stitching partly removed, its really very very bad quality I never expect like this product for ebay Kindly advise what should I do now as i was not aware earlier as Rain were just came this week I no this product was more than thirty days, but this not mean you supply like this Product, if you want i can send you PIC or video of water linkage waiting for your action Regards Sujit

I try for refund from 27 May 2015 but still it is pending. Allready provide all details. Following is the mail that i have written and have told the same on phone atleast 20 times Hi, First of all iam extremely dissapointed that online sites like ebay is associating with vendorswho are selling old and defective products in the name of new product. Issues are as follows . 1) This is not the new device as confirmed by Apple by checking its IMEI number and serial number 2) According to apple we will not get any support for this device, no warrenty/guarentee as according to them this is a defective product and should have been in the warehouse and should not have been sold . 3) Screen of the device is flickering 4) sound is not proper 5) Features like facetime are not working on this device 6) we dint get the sealed pack and have got the used product 7) Touch of this device is not up to date 8) It hangs oftenly which is very unlike apple . 9) There were many scratches on the screen guard of the new phone which is very unlikely on new phone Kindly replace this product with new and proper authentic product and share its serial number and imei number before shipping it as i dont want old, used and defective device when i paid so much money for it as want to get it verified by Apple, else please refund my money and i will buy it from some genuine site/seller. It was 2 months ago, when I was searching for apple earphones online, I came across ongoing auction on ebay. The auction was for apple earphones as clearly mentioned by the dealer. The dealer name is dealfreez4u. Since I haven't dealt with ebay before, I had ho idea the kind of fraud that prevails there. I placed the bid thinking it was genuine product(Rs. 615 for a fake product not even worth Rs.150). And my bad luck I won the bidding. Since it sounded absurd to me, I inquired about the details of the product and the dealer with full confidence, 'Mam, It is original apple earphones that can be used with 5s 6s etc'. Crap...!! Hoping that earphones might be original, I proceeded with transaction. After few days, I received the earphones. To my dismay, the earphones were fake. Being highly disappointed by the product, I called up the the customer care and they said a ebay- team will look into this matter. And this added to my grief, the team was nobody other than dealfreez4u. They tried to pursue me with their different tactics. They said, 'Mam, why do you need to involve ebay in this, you sent the product back to us, we will refund it'. But I genuinely wanted ebay.in to know that the dealer is selling fake products and spoiling their reputation, so I didn't respond to their persuasion. And the dealer closed my case without even resolving it.After closing the case, they had the audacity to change the details of the product on their site. So I again went to the customer care stating my issue. They responded, 'your case has been closed by the ebay team, the product is genuine as inquired by them'. So this way that useless fake product is still with me. Well, nobody from 'Ebay team' ever approached me regarding my issue. It was only that dealer that tried to play his tactics asking me not to complaint against him. No wonder eBay is losing more and more customers. and I hope the same should continue.

i have placed an order with ebay for two items on 5/06/2015.. ebay has deducted the amount from my bank account through paisapay on 5/06/2105...however on 6/06/2015 ebay has cancelled my order giving me reasons that the seller dont have the items. however on 06/06/2015 when i checked for the availability of those items on the ebay website, they were still available. and more over seller has sent me a mail on 06/06/2015 to my gmail stating that he has the items and he is happy to do business. now my complaint is why ebay has cancelled my order. i have attached herewith necessary and sufficient documents for the above said transactions, i kindly seek intervention in this regard.

On dated 29-4-15 I have ordered Radio Control Walkie Talkie set with ebay paisa pay ID [protected] of Rs. 295 but as I got the item I found that item is not working as given in the item specification(range of walkei talkie given in specification is 100 meters, but works only range of 10 feet with one of handset is not working)so I called customer care representative on same date of receiving that item for my money back (as they claim 15 days money back guarantee), the representative give me assurance that he would provide me a coupon of 110 % (which is Rs.325)on behalf of getting that damaged item, so I got ready for that. Now after some time I got the coupon of the said amount, without any issue. On date 04-06-15 I ordered another item of Rs. 275 by using that coupon with paisa pay ID [protected], in this way I have Rs 50 remain on my Coupon. When I again use this coupon to purchase something by remaining amount, I got massege that “coupon is already used and I will not use it again”. Now the question is that when I have already paid the amount (RS. 295) for damaged item then why not I am able to use my full amount by coupon. Why ebay .in claim for money back guarantee if they are not providing you the money after purchasing, even if item is damaged. It is just the cheating nothing else by ebay .in .so I request you to please return my whole amount which is Rs. 295 only and cancel my order which I have purchase the use of coupon, If it is not possible then return my rest amount of coupon which is Rs. 50. Hi, Last January I bought a "Philips 6970 Three Headed Electric Rechargeable Men Shaver[protected]" around Rs 2000/- from your seller Trinitytechno in Delhi. Within 3 weeks it was not getting charging, so at that moment itself i returned the product to the seller. He said to me collect any other product instead of repayment of the amount. I said the i don't want any other product please re pay my amount. He said within 2 days i will close the deal and i will repay only Rs 1000, I agreed that thing. This saga continues for months and finally he gave me 500. Then 2 weeks before i again called him for my remaining Rs 500 then that cheat said that he wont ready to pay it and cut the phone at that instant. Is this the service from eBay. Without no customers you can't sustain and please remove the contract from these .

Hi, I bought a set of batteries from ebay which were not delivered for a lonng time. Hence i filed a claim for refund. Subsequent to I buying the batteries and filing for claim, one fine day the batteries were delivered to my home while i was in office. Now these batteries are of no use to me but ebay is refusing to pick them up and refund my money. This is highly unreasonable.
