Dear Consumer Forum, 1. I had bought a Power Bank from eBay.in website and paid for a genuine product. They sent me a duplicate power bank with a worst build and inferior quality (shaking parts inside, that much worst). Product description : Xiaomi world's best power bank with free TPU cover. 2. I opened a complaint under eBay claim. They agreed to refund, but I insisted on having replacement and for the original product instead. Thay said they'll discuss with seniors and update me and put me on hold. I was on hold for ~0.5 hr. Again they called and that I was on hold I did not receive second call from same number as I fell in doubt and thought if I will hang this call then they will call me again or not and waited for long time, but they did not resume call. 3.They directly sent mail that we had tried to call you and you were unreachable. I replied this incidence and they called again to offer me a refund. I thought why to lengthen a topic and have a headache, hence agreed to have refund in my account. Furthermore, they agreed to send me a 10% coupon as a fortune. 4.Now they sent me a mail that I will get total 110% coupon instead of refund. And it is written that 'Buyer has canceled his claim request' even if I did not cancel it and not satisfied with it. They wrote this at their own. It turned off my mind totally and hence this request to resolve the issue. About the product delivery : a. They said in listing that product is of SILVER color, but sent BLACK color. b. Product quality is much inferior, but on website product is portrayed as an original one and no info about duplicacy. c. If we will shake it, parts inside will make a sound ad is hollow from inside not containing claimed cells inside. d. Even if after charging for long time, it loses charge automatically even before using it. Such a worst product. e. Cable for charging is too third grade.

    I had purchased a brand new IPhone 6 from Ebay India online portal from seller (Vikrant Jain, seller id#virodh) at price of 60500 INR. This decision had made my nights sleepless since the purchase of the phone. The things I had taken care of while purchasing the product: it was ebay. Being veteran in the field we had no doubt on that even in the wildest dreams. The description said all the fancy things about Manufactures’ Warrantee of India and brand new condition. I re-checked with the seller and ebay, got the confirmation about validity of everything. Then the story begins how evil the people can be when their interest is fulfilled. I will write here series of steps which happened to me. 1. Looking at the package I got, I developed some doubt and got the phone to local Apple store, from there I came to know that, the phone is replaced/refurbished and it has few months of warranty left and it is for United Kingdom only, cannot be used in INDIA. 1st cheating and fraud. Look at the attached proof of service warrantee details taken from official Apple portal. (Named as Service and Warrantee) 2. I contacted ebay and told him about the entire situation. Acting nicely at the time, ebay call centre guy connected the line to seller and talked to seller. The seller did agree at that time to have further discussion and he called me to ask for the details. Intercepts from the conversation happened at that side: He checked this with his brother who is in UK (he send the phone from there, you can confirm with him, told me in one of over conversation over phone and he is the main seller). After they discussed and I also got a call from United Kingdom (Virodh Jain - +[protected] they asked me to return the phone and I will receive the refund. This was confirmed by the seller. 3. I sent the phone back and sent the receipt of shipping to both ebay and seller (Adhering to the discussion I had with ebay and seller). After I sent the product I tried to contact the seller regarding the delivery for which he started acting funny. His intensions started changing like he did was completely different guy. Sometimes he does not answer the call, answers somebody and says the seller has gone out, and at last he said that it’s a wrong number. This was very inconvenient for me but still I tried to sort out the matter and kept calm. Please note that he had got the phone intact and never raised anything about the phone at that time. 4. Ebay represented itself as if they are acting to solve the issue and asked for the information and provided all the proofs I had. Meantime I waited for almost a month with the promises of “getting back to you in 48 hours” . I don’t know what they (ebay and seller) were discussing internally and planning to get out of this collaboratively. Now they came up with this which I could not think of even in the dreams. Almost ages after the seller started claiming, the phone was damaged when I returned. What was stopping him to tell when my product got delivered to him and he was finding the ways avoid the talk with me ? These all defensive and notorious techniques they were playing not to give me my money back. Who knows the seller himself might have damaged my phone to save its reputation or gave the false and fabricated proofs of any other proof that my phone got damaged. I asked and confirmed the entire chain of courier and there were no chances of phone getting damaged. What’s our security in this? If you have the item you can do almost anything to avoid giving money back to customer. And the worst thing is EBAY (claiming since years about Ebay Guarantee) is making its hands dirty in the mud to save some fraud sellers. They did come up with this collaboratively. Please don’t spoil the reputation you have worldwide just to hide the dark and devil face of seller. I have mentioned everything from start till today, I hope you will consider the facts I have provided above. If you say I did not follow the procedures of returns, let me tell you, I did everything to the words of your executive. He asked me to talk to seller and do what he says. The most important of all, I am eligible for everything as I they are caught clearly with selling items with invalid and incorrect description. I am going to ask for extra compensation for all the difficulties and tortures I faced in last month.

          I bought Blackberry Q10 on 14th January 2015 in ebay. my e-bay paisa Pay-Id is [protected]. There is a software issue in my blackberry mobile. I am unable to do an attachment of files or pictures from any application such as gmail, whats-up, facebook etc.. For this problem, When i contacted the service center in chennai, they said this mobile which you have is, purchased from arab country. The Updated version of blackberry software for my mobile is not yet released here. Kindly do the needfull as soon as possible for my issue. I feel unhappy with inconvience caused.             Sir, I purchased HTC Desire 620G Dual - 8 GB - Grey Imported **Brand New** [protected] ) on 21st April 2015. Since them I am facing issues with the handset. Firstly, the phone was not in a good condition when i received it (Edges of the phone were broken, material was detaching from it's body, dents on the outer surface of the handset. Phone heats up a lot while charging, so much that i cannot use it further till it cools down. The battery had severe heating issue as much as that it can blast off anytime).I even raised a request for the replacement of the handset with your team but was asked to courier the product to the seller itself. I even requested the eBay team to collect the handset from my end itself but was denied for the same and was left with no alternative rather to courier it. The other problem I am facing from the day of purchase of the handset is that, the phone gets switched off instantly. Also the power backup is so poor that 100% battery lasts only for 2 to 3 hours or so. I have to charge it three to four times in a day to use it properly. Day before yesterday my phone got switched off and since them I am trying to fix the problem.Till now the handset has not started working. Now the phone's charging jack has stopped working and phone is totally dead. I also visited the HTC store in order to get my phone fixed, but I got a shocking response from their side. I was told that my handset is not yet registered at HTC. Hence, I was further denied for the fixation of the handset by the store. Being a frequent and trusted customer of eBay, hearing this was a big shock. I am now in a dilemma whether to trust your team or not. I have almost lost my trust with the eBay team. Also, I am very much annoyed with the handset I am using due to the above everyday issues. It is affecting my work-life balance (as mobile phone is really a necessary asset). I was in an urgent need of a smartphone when i purchased the handset. But its purchase rather added to my miseries. The seller is not attending my calls and has put my number on block list. When I called rom a different number than he is just cancelling the call. I humbly request you to kindly initiate a refund for the handset as soon as possible. I am in no mood to continue using the phone. Neither I want your team to fix the issue the phone is facing. Please refund my amount as soon as possible. I am a working professional with long hectic working hours due to which it would not be possible for me to courier the product to the seller. I request your team to collect the handset from my shipping address. I hope to get my problem fixed soon else I have to take some serious actions regarding the issue.                     Whom so ever it may be concerned. On 26/03/2015 i have purchased the item from GURU Bhaksh Kaur Item Number[protected]. This is defective and informed to the seller and ebay as well. Later Ebay has sent me an email stating ebay will take responsibility to take the product back and ship to the seller. Email Dated - and claim ID - 942334. Date: Sun, 5 Apr 2015 00:48:06 -0700 From: [protected]@ebay.in To: [protected]@hotmail.com Subject: Item Return action has been initiated on eBay Guarantee* claim - 942334. After the above email also ebay has rejected or informed me stating they will not ship it back and customer only need to ship the product. After multiple conversation ebay has forcibly asked me to ship the item back to the seller by customer it self. I have shipped the item back to the seller through VRL courier, VRL has already delivered the product back to the seller Guru Bhaksh Kaur, but he is giving false statement saying he has not received the product at all and not signed the deceleration copy. Now Ebay is asking me to provide the courier copy which i have already provided to EBAY but still Ebay is asking me again and again to provide me. The biggest concern is why my Claim ID has been Closed ?942334. Please do what ever is required to solve the problem. I have been loosing my patience and money.

                        i booked a phone through online shopping web site (eBay.in)...i paid one short payment of 30999/- to eBay through PaisaPay Id...but the neither delivered me my order (i.e.- i-phone 5s 16 gb imported factory unlocked ) nor returned me my Amount of 31000/-...i have all product link, seller link, and even i had contracted eBay.in ...but no positive sign by their (KPO) executives even ones an employee of eBay.in that is executive (Suyash) disconnected call ...Its being 8-9 times when i called eBay.in through phone calls ... ... my Refund was initiated on dated 30th April they as they said it will automatically refund my Money to my account but they n't did so...and on 7th may i got message that "Your Refunds of Rs.- 30999/- has been Approved by ebay ( PaisaPay) and now you will see your amount with in 3 working days...But No Action has been taken by Ebay.in...when its being 25 days...Don't Know Why they are doing this to me...Plzzz __/__ Help me...!!                         However today My amount is showing returned as on dated 22th may ...but... very bad of ebay.in india... i had ever worst experience by your registered seller's service...n... fake promises...very worst management ...i guess ebay.in india ...takes payment from their costumer and then they got bank interest by keeping this money for this long period of time ...and even they has not done any thing with their seller and they executive who miss conduct their client that badly ...and still they r expecting that i should resend a claim to those men and right now the do n't have that Recorded Phone Calls that they generally does for training and quality purposs.

                        thankyou ebay ...and now i would say ...i won't come back this way...!!

                          i am a seller on ebay and i got a order on ebay on 14th may and i shipped the same on 14th may and when i opened on 15th may to enter shipping details they sent a message saying account restricted and i was unable to enter shipping details i sent a mail regarding entering shipping details i got reply to provide paisapay id on next day that is 16th may and i replied to that with paisapay id after that i did not get any reply and on next day that is 17th may i contacted the ebay through call and they told i need to stop the shipping contacting courier but that was sunday and on sunday courier is closed and today that is 18th may when i went to the courier the courier already delivered the product to the buyer and after i contacted buyer and told him all the issues and told him that ebay will refund his money so send back the device or send money to my bank account he than did not answer my call anymore after that and ebay is also not helping to cancel his refund and give me my money back they tell me to contact buyer which is not possible as he is refusing to be the person mentioned on ebay and also the other number buyer called me is switched off so i want ebay to give my money back to me or cancel his refund and pay my money back to me the amount of transaction was Rs.16666 and i also have all proofs including courier receipt and all ebay messages i got help me recover my money from ebay.in's fraud please 16666 is not a small amount and i have attached some images. courier - DTDC tracking number - V21853137

                              Hi, I have purchased an item more than 2 months back (item id:[protected] from a china seller WANG YUE (no.[protected]@hotmail.com). Initially they told me they have dispatched item but I will take around 40-50 days to reach there due to normal shiping charges applied. I never received that item, then I contacted seller after a long discussion they were ready to refund my money, but told me not leave a negative feedback. Then I got an email from paypal, which was just a mail seller sent through a script. Now ebay has closed my case also. Item is removed from listing. When I discover on google I found many similar cases with big amount. Ebay has to look on those chinese scamers.                                 I am facing an issue with ebay that my account is linked with another restricted account. Ebay CCE says that I am handling two accounts and my first account abhi.11 have unpaid amount therefore my second account koolguyy1990 is linked to first account and therefore second account cannot list any product. My part is I am using only one ebay account that is koolguyy1990 Before I conveyed many times on phone, and then sent a mail on May 6, 2015 that I am not using that abhi.11 account. I got a reply that they have policy on basis of which the link account. basis are name/address of account etc Then I replied again on May 10, 2015 that these details can be same of multiple accounts. Also on My account address, Multiple people work and they can use any name and address they use can also be the same. and IP adresses will be same as we connect to same ISP. Now I dint receive any reply till now. And I contacted many times on customer care number and many times they just disconnect the call. And when conversed, they lodged a complaint and said will be solved in a day. Again after 2 days, they say the same thing give one day. Today I tried 3 -4 times and every call was disconnected by CCE. I noted the name of CCE on last call. Her name is neelam kabley. This kind of service can one expect from such a big e- commerce brand. I immediately want to get my account unlinked with other account/s. As ebay peoples can only give irrelevant reasons of account linkage.

                                Ebay was notified about this complaint. I got a reply on 18 may that they will give solution after sometime. 4 days passed, I didn't get receive any update from them.
                                they wont reply also if you send them messsage they will tell that please be patient we have forwarded to the concerned team we will update you when we get reply from them they are totally fraud

                                  I have purchased one mobile battery from ebay. The battery was not usable, so i asked for refund. So ebay people without even conferring with me gave me a coupon. I kept on calling their customer care to ask for my money and they told they wil give me a call back and they never gave. These two following people promised me call backs and told they will make sure my issue is resolved. I have mentioned the names and the complaint IDs. Anupam 1-[protected] Kushagr gaur 1-[protected] Even after all these, i was totally fed up and let it go and called to know the coupon id. They just gave me the coupon id and they didn't even care to explain that its one time usable. I purchased something yesterday worth half the money and now they are saying i cant use it again. Ive used coupons from other online websites and its all multiple usage. Why should i suffer and lose my money when you people don't even explain anything? How are we supposed to know about the coupon policy when your executives dont explain it? Ultimately am losing my money. This is totally terrible and i feel really cheated.
