    I have ordered sony xperia L22i battery worth of 1199 INR from ebay on 24th April 2015, on 29th I received message that the product has been delivered. But i never received the product. I had called them and mailed ebay customercare and every time they say that they have filed the complaint and at the end of the day I am going to get call from their claim registerer which I never got. Further recently they have avoided taking my calls.

On 1st May 2015 i purchased an item whose PaisaPay ID : [protected] .The product which i purchased from ebay is defective hence i raised a complain for my money refund whose Claim ID : 991547. But on the next day their customer care executive called me and told me that they will not refund me and instead of that they will give me a coupon code of 110% of the item which i purchased.           i order a corset which after lots of weeks didnt come filed a ebay guarantee claim to say i wanted the item... the seller then sent the item.. but the size on his listing are half the size of the item i recieved.. live chat said dont worry will sort. then just closed the case.. this seller is listing item wrongly and getting away with it it is 2100 and i wont settle to i get my money off the fraud seller but customer service dont reply but i will contact the ceo of ebay if i have to.. such poor service

            I bought a laptop adapter and received it on may 2. the same day i called ebay and informed that the adapter was missing ie empty package so the executive told me that he has filed a claim and the claim department will call me within 5 days, after 10 days i got a call from claim department saying that i have to send pictures of the empty package.. I told them that its been 10 days and i have disposed the package. He said that he needs proof to investigate. Who the hell keeps a empty package in his home for 10 days.. And more over the executive whom i spoke to at the first time never told me to keep the package with me.. So if you guys never told me to keep the package so why shoukd i keep.. Ebay shoukd have informed to keep the pacakage or send the pictures at the very first time. Not telling after 10 days. The claim department told that they cannot do anything and they have to close the claim. They need proof! Dont you trust your customers? Pathetic customer service and yeah ebay is worst ecommerce website in india. I paid the money for my order and never got the refund or the item. Fraud company.             Please i think this claim is too huge to be left as mere allegations. eBay needs to be investigated, if they are not ready to investigate this themselves.

            This is a let down on eBay.
            Ebay is still telling the same thing, they need pictures. And they are not ready to compromise and resolve my problem. so atlast lost my money. Idk what to do.. Paid the money and got nothing.

                  I have ordered one Mobile back cover and tempered glass protector from ebay. I ordered a grey color mobile cover and i got a blue color. Another thing is the ordered tempered glass is broken at the time of delivery. I have already send mails to the seller regarding the issue and also mail is send to eBay. I have not received any replay from both. I'm loosing trust on online shopping day by day. Whaaky.com already cheated me and now ebay also. Please help to get a solution.

                          This is first claim id : 977599, product was missing charger and other accessories. ebay told me to send a 300rs coupon. None received till date. After that on second day i found out the product battery backup is worst. Seller himself told it would give a batery backup of 10hr see his listing. It giving a backup of 2 hr. it take another 2hr to charge. This dispute is not resolved till date. I contacted several of you agent they WERE LYING TO ME THE WHOLE TIME THAT THEY HAVE MADE ANOTHER CLAIM UNDER SAME CLAIM ID. One of you agent told me i cannot have another claim. They are refusing to payme back and use the product

                            I had an issue with eBay on a refund coupon and hence I submitted a complaint on this site.. EBay contacted me giving no help.. I used twitter to show this to the world and they subsequently blocked me... Here is the screenshotscreenshot.this blocking just proves how eBay doesn't like to take customer feedback and give customer a good service

                                Kind attention to everyone using the services of Ebay .co.in ...just want to share my experience with them so that you can’t be fooled by eBay online selling company. I have purchased one product from ebay which was totally damaged and of worst quality with very high pricing on it. When I asked for replacement they totally disagreed and said it is beyond our policy. I was totally shocked n confused this happened . so I thought to inform all those customers who keep on purchasing online products please beware of this fraud company called ebay . as they said they least bother about quality and have no responsibility to talk again and gain . kindly talk to our vendor for this matter .which I found so bad and feel me like I was frauded by them .so please request every one to think over twice before ordering any product on ebay . I am suffered and u can be a next target for them ...so beware.

                                  I made a grave mistake of shopping from ebay. The product was worth rs.429. they didnt ship the item on time. then when it was delivered, one item was missing and the product that was shipped was not functional. i had to take the pain of calling of them and then ask for refund. they have a long procedure for the refund which was completed after numerous emails and verification calls. They finally informed that they will refund 110% of the amount in the form of coupons which i agreed, well, thats my mistake again.. i accepted this offer. today i purchased an item for rs.367 from ebay. i thought i could use the coupon for the amount and then still there is amount left in the coupon that could be used since they owe me rs.429+ 10% they promised. i bought the item for Rs.367 using the coupon. then i just wanted to check if i could use the coupon again and alas i was shocked to see that i cant use it any more. well, dear Ebay. If you owe my rs.429, please give me that money back. not any coupon that can be used only one. i am not running any charity here to give you money. And i promise you that i will never buy from you again.. i will also inform my friends not to buy from you. its the money that i earned through hardwork and i need it back.

                                      EBAY User id: surana_alok EBAY Paisapay Id: [protected] Its more than 3 months now since i have made this purchase and more than 2 months and 25 days since i have returned back the item to the seller on EBAY as asked by EBAY as the seller was selling replica products n EBay. Ebay didnt pick the item back instead asked me to ship bac the item and the reverse shipping charges was supposed to be returns back to me in form of Ebay voucher of the same amoount plus 10%. Accordingly i have returns the shirt back and the shipping charges of Rs. 175/- was paid by me. After the confirmation receipt from seller that he have received the product back Ebay informed me that i will receive the coupon in 5 working days. Since then till date i have called Ebay customer care more than 10 times, Mailed them 15-20 times, Had chat with their executive on online support more than 5 times and everytime i have been told "Sorry for the inconvenience caused you will receive the coupon in 5 - 7 workings days this is our commitment" Till date whoever were the persons from Ebay who have committed me has failed to keep the commitment, All i have received till date from Ebay is telephone calls saying that they will send the coupon in 5 - 7 working days. I wonder how a company like Ebay is working with this kind of customer care & support who return the product back to seller but doesnt give the buyer his money. This is a total fraud that Ebay is doing. If they are doing this with every customer then i guess Ebay is enjoying Crores of rupees of buyers who have thought that Ebay is a big company and there wont be any fraud so better buy from them. It has now a days became my routine of everyday to call/ mail/ chat to Ebay regarding my Rs 175/- coupon. This is causing me headache and mental trauma that from mere Rs 200 (approx) i have to do so much whereas Ebay is enjoying with my money and the seller is enjoying by selling fake products on EBay. Actually companies like Ebay are the one who is encouraging replica and fake products selling all over. Companies like this should be banned from operation who doesnt do anything about the seller selling fake products and cheating consumers, instead Ebay is joining those fraud sellers by taking commission or charges on sale from them as well as harassing buyers as in my case. i was astonished seeing that seller is still selling those fake products online on Ebay till date and Ebay has done nothing to stop this fraud, instead Ebay itself has become fraud by not retuning me my money as promised. I kindly request the forum to please help me getting out of this trauma and get my money refunded at the earliest. I would also like to ask the jury or members to kindly guide me the procedure to file a case against ebay for causing me such mental trauma and harassment. Your sooner response is required as i can not tolerate this harassment any more.

                                        I have a buy Windows TAB from EBAY and got the item by 3rd May. Item claimed to be backup for 8 hours video playback. But it only provides 2 hours. I have contact the seller. He refused to provide support. Then I contacted to HP. They told me that as the item is not released in India, they can't support. I raised a claim to EBAY. They refused and asked me that item has MANUFACTURER WARRENTY. I again contacted EBAY and asked that HP not supports me as the item is not released in INDIA. They told once a claim is rejected, it can not be reopened. Now I am the victim. No one help me.
