I have complained in eBay India community portal about their irresponsible live chart customer service. I had complaint for a refund in eBay.in on 16th March 2015 and settled to refund the amount by the company on 18th March 2015. After the time given by the company, they failed to refund the amount till date despite of complaining twice. So I feel vulnerable with online shopping in future.
