    Dear Sir, Here I am going to complaining of a ebay care executive because im facing lots of difficulty to getting solution on my query. Actually I called on 6may15 to ebay care for the support but not getting any solutions, I have called three times to their care, firstly picked by a lady she has hold my phone cal around 20 minutes and not replying after that i called again then JITENDER SINGH has picked my called but not providing any support and when i complaining about her then he just warning us you are not talking professionally and same he said im going to disconnect your call. I did not understand why he has hyper when I complaining of that girl. Requested to all the ebay Head and Team kindly punish and teach him how to handle a sad customers to giving a good solution and they have to clear knowing they are there for the customer support not for fight.. Since last 4-5 days battery getting discharged suddenly, not working. Please do the needful as battery is within warranty (less than 06 months)

        I received the subject product on 5th May. When I switched on the laptop, it is found as a used product by a person by name Jay Patel. The machine was in his name and have all evidences that he has used it since jan 2015. Even the product warranty also starts from Jan.           i purchased microsoft lumia 640XL from EBAY.in, after receiving 5th day, when i opened the box and start the cellphone touch is not working the phone was dead. now when i went to microsoft customer care they said seller will replace it, but i got no replacement even after 13 days. i resend the cellphone to seller from where i got shipment, but resend it as it is, no replacements was done. attached invoice and a job sheet from microsoft customer care that phone is completely dead

I called more than 10 customer care for the replacement of product, but they have not taken any action and not forwarded my complaint to their higher authority

              This is regarding the trailing mail, till date we have not received resolution of our claim.

              As informed already, the product is defective.

              When the product was delivered, the packing was damaged. We called helpline to inform.
              The team advise us to open the RO and reveiw it.

              We opened the package and examined the product, it has stains on its body. We even called in Kent company.
              The Kent company representative visited and check the product.
              He confirmed that the product is not working.

              As Ebay is not refuding our money and taking the defective product back, we have been forced to refer the matter to National Consumer Court, the referes no. my complaint with national consumer court is 599378.
              In case the matter is not resolved by the end of the day, I will file case in District Court.

              It is over a month that my complain has not been taken care and my money is not refunded.
              Ebay supplied us defective, non functional RO system.
              Ebay has been using my money over a month.
              Ebay has caused mental harassment to me.
              Ebay has caused physical damage by forcing me to drink non treated water over a month.
              I am a salaried employee I can not efford to buy another when E bay is keeping my money.
              if I go to Distict court I will take damages also.

              Ebay has to response by return mail.

                I had Purchased the hTC one Dual Mobile on 31 July 2014. I am Trusted to Buy A mobile From Ebay. When Used For Mobile first 2 months, facing battery Backup issue. at that time i can"t submit my handset to Service Centre, Because I have no time & I think its a small issue.after free time Submit device to Service centre. Last month Visited to hTC service Centre & Submit device to Service Centre.But Service Centre Peoples Are Not Accepting My Complaint, Since Its a Fake device, We can't give Any Warranty Support. I am really Disappointed.I believed in this brand and bought the mobile From ebay, my experience is very bad. Hence if you don't have the Original Product why Sell in online. Also this is for the first time experience which I am facing from Ebay.

                  I sold an Item PaisaPay ID : [protected] Claim ID : 969957 Iphone 5 16gb Black (cost 13400) i sold an item on ebay the buyer claimed the product is broken, ebay asked him to reship the item and approved him for refund also. i claimed seller protection, till now i did not get any call from ebay.. The buyer is a BIG CHEAT. he has sent me an EMPTY BOX!! This is totally unacceptable behaviour. Ask him to at least send back my product. Does he think that the sellers and ebay is FOOL? HE IS A FRAUD! I dont know how he could do this. He has also put value 1000 rupees in the courier bill for this stupid empty package, because ebay will refund the shipping cost by coupon. FRAUD! Please ebay, Please help me to get the product atleast. I have already filed seller protection, but not even received a single call from ebay regarding this issue. In 3-4 days buyer will be getting his refund, so please ask him to ship the item or stop his payment please. The customer care people says that ebay will contact me in 24hrs every time i call them. Im helpless now please help ebay please..

                      I have complained in eBay India community portal about their irresponsible live chart customer service. After that t the eBay India team has been removed my post from their complaint form, It's seems they are not a proper people, they are involving fraud activities. eBay India head office function in Mumbai, They not have language support they will talk only Hindi and English. In India every people not talking hindi.

                          I had complaint for a refund in eBay.in on 16th March 2015 and settled to refund the amount by the company on 18th March 2015. After the time given by the company, they failed to refund the amount till date despite of complaining twice. So I feel vulnerable with online shopping in future. Please take necessary action not to happen such incident again for the good of other buyers. I will be thankful for you positive actions.

                            I had wrote a mail on 29th April 2015, But to this day I haven't received any sort of reply from ebay. Yet you people promise to respond within 24-42 hours. It seems like you people care a damn about customers. Anyways next time when I plan or any of my friends, family plan to buy anything from online, eBay will be off LIST for sure. The mail which I wrote earlier was as follow: I had bought this item Philips HP6378 Bikini Perfect Deluxe Trimmer, Opal / Aqua from ebay on 15th march 2015, But the product is not in working condition and in this regards I have contacted ebay customer care but they say it is under warranty so they won?t be able to do anything and when I take it Philips service centre they say it not under Indian warranty, but anyway get a copy of the bill for the product than we might check with the concerned department. Now the problem is I have not received any sort of bill from the seller and when I'm contacting the seller for the same he/she is not responding. Ebay customer care say they can't do anything if the customer is not responding. Kindly tell me what do I do with this useless product which is not at all working and nor can I get it repaired by a service centre? Kindly take the responsibility of helping the customers.

                                I brought my laptop from ebay with one year warranty when I called dell for checking my warranty I got to know that my product in out of warranty and also not registered on my name. Fake people are selling stolen product on ebay and ebay is supporting this fraud business. When calling ebay CC they are just killing my time without any action.

                                    Hi, I bought a Mi 10400mAh Power Bank External Battery Charger from ebay.in on 18-April-2015. The product got delivered on 21-April-2015.But it was a faulty product and was not working properly. On the same day i raised claim request to ebay to get my money back. But my claim request was rejected by ebay and the reason given was "non-eligibility criteria". It's clearly mention on their website about 100% ebay replacement or refund guarantee. I had contacted Ebay customer care several times, but didn't got a satisfactory answer. Even seller's contact information is also not available I am highly dissatisfied with the EBAY service Request you to kindly replace this substandard product at the earliest or refund the entire amount.                                       I purchased close to 5 items from a seller through ebay out of which one of the item shipped was incorrect. I contacted the seller the same day to report the issue and seek a resolution but was abused by the seller and was asked to deal directly with ebay. Subsequently I reported the abuse in ebay and filed a claim in ebay guarantee for a replacement and nothing happened for 20 days. I called ebay customer service after 20 days to remind them and later somebody called back from ebay. I was asked to ship the item back at my cost and was told that as per their 'invisible exploitation' policy they will be issuing a refund voucher and would not credit back my spend. When I reasoned out on why should I spend additionally for no mistake of mine and accept refund as a voucher, they banged the phone and the next minute the claim was closed stating that I have not sent the item as per their schedule and hence the claim is declined. Why would customers continue with ebay amidst so much competition when they exploit buyers to make petty money and grow their business? How do you think that you can sustain and grow your business with such an unethical approach? Its extremely disappointing for such a big company like ebay to resort to such cheap approaches to make money.

                                        I have placed a order on eBay dated April 09th 2015 Paisa Pay ID : [protected] &amp; Refund Claim ID is 965533. The Seller didn't ship the product with in the time limit, so I asked for refund of my money which was approved on April 20th but they put my refund on hold on April 24th and are not co-ordinating with me to know why my money is kept on hold for so long. I have paid Rs 4, 136.00/- for the product which is with eBay for this long. I didnt receive my product nor my money yet. I want my money back with Interest charged to eBay from April 09th to the date it is credited to my bank account with interest rate of 3% per day. I have been through torture and frustration dealing with eBay for my money to be refunded and I want compensation for the same along with my money that is with them. I want to teach eBay a lesson, so that they don't do this with other customers like me in future. I hope I get quick reply on my complaint.
