    My claim id is 1042050, this is the second claim which has been given in favour of seller girigirish, the item was exactly as described. I was asked to send a resolution by email after false accusation of the ebay customer service, that my phone number is invalid. i have provided 4 numbers. i have sent 3 emails. still claim sent in favour of buyer. 1st email: Regarding claim num 1042050 The item is exactly as described. My emails with the buyer confirm that he does not want the item anymore so has opened this claim. I dont wish to refund for this reason. He has requested me to atleast provide 2000 for the same but there is no reason why i should. The item is as described. His emails confirm the connection to pc/laptop with giving an itunes error. Also the product was sent in as is condition along with no returns and no warranty. So my refunding is out of question and so is the claim that the item is broken/not according to description.. For further confirmation you can call me on any of the given numbers. The board is removed from a dead iphone and is dead now, he claims it shows iphone name and nothing Minimum capacity of iphone 5 is 16 gb according to apple, so concerning this is the cheapest variant, it is 16 gb atleast though i actually know its imei and that it is a 16gb, i didnt manufacture it, it was manufactured by apple. Also as per my conversation, the software got stuck on apple on loading bar, after which it does give an itunes error. you may google this, as error -1 to error 20. which is written in the description. This is on as is where is basis only, well this is written already that it might have been repaired and is dead now, so this is in as is where is condition. No warranty and no returns, this is written because, many people remove the ic's the need changing it with my board ic's, i cant sign each and every ic for checking so once sent you are on your own.         I ordered Nutrilite Milk Thistle[protected] from eBay on 29th April. I didn't get the product, so i raised a claim & asked for a refund, to which they agreed. On second week May, eBay said they'd provide my refund within 7-8 days, which they didn't. Again I contacted them on last week of May, they said that they had refunded & asked me to give my bank statement of the same month. I mailed them the details of my bank statement, yet there was no progress. I decided to give it a last chance and again contacted eBay. They again sang the same song of refunding the money after I shouted and told that I had provided the bank statement. eBay said that I'd get my money back within a week. Its been 10 days without any action. And, I've had enough now. eBay probably won't give me my refund back, if I just keep on calling them.

So I have puchased a targusTargus THZ18301 Versavu 360 Cover Case Apple iPad mini Mini 2 Mini 3 Retina Red 100% ORIGINAL + BRAND NEW BOXED+ MANUFACTURER WARRANTY though ebay, by paying RS- 1499/- Link (http://www.ebay.in/itm/Targus-THZ18301-Versavu-360-Cover-Case-Apple-iPad-mini-M... But that cover is of no use, because it doesnt have fitted with my ipad mini2. I have talk to the seller once i received the item, he will be replacing that cover. From now onwards ever the seller is picking up the phone nor ebay is showing the postive way. Even the representative of the ebay is talking in a rudely manner. So i request you to, please let me provide with the option, so that with that money, i can purchase something else through ebay/or can refund my money. Your couriered product is with me. And all the thing are as usual, no damage, none of the product packing is removed. I am willing to order another product. I call back the ebay helpline.the helpline said that "400 ruppes cheque recived from me next 15 days" but 15 days is over.i do not recived my cheque.               i had brought a sony experia z ultra phone in november 2014 ( item[protected] but i didn"t receive the bill . now my phone is not working so in order to get the repairing done I asked to send the invoice by email ., i sent the message last week to seller but didnt reply . ill have to escalate the matter with the ebay grievance department . seller wanted m paisa pay id i tried to find the paisa pay id from customer care but they said they don't keep record of paisa pay id for transactions which are more than 6 month old As i made the purchase in nov 2014 it's more than 6 months old and so they cant give me that! absolutely ridiculous !!! but what they say is that i could give the seller the transaction id for this transaction from my bank and he could look up the details of the order in system following are the details transaction id - sb6080410 Reference ID [protected] I've attached my bank statement for the purchase made on 19th nov for 17, 999 for the phone and also the order details from my purchase history in my ebay the seller has not responded even after 2 weeks .i'll go to better business legal department for legal action complaints against ebay . now my phone is not working and I can't repair it because of ebay .                 I accept that at least some action Should be taken against ebay regarding this.


                This is the only hope for me to solve my issue because of faith in judiciary system

                  Myself "Neha" i purchase a "rubber hard case" and "wheat puff" from "ebay " in "april 2015" but i cann't receive due to seller's fault so they refund me "coupon code" against product within 6 to 8 working days but they never give me coupon i call on customer care 10 to 12 times for coupon but again n again told me that due to system fault we give u again after 6 to 8 days but till 16 jun when i call him then they hold my call 1 hour and provide me "one coupon code" and again told me that i can wait for 5 days but till now they don't give me coupon code.When i warn him that i can do a complain in "pehredaar " they asked "as you want u can do" kindly resolve my problm as soon as possible Mble no.                             I have purchased many products on eBay.in, in the past. During May 2015, I purchased inverter and its batteries on eBay. I paid total amount upfront at the time of checkout, using my credit card, for all orders - Order numbers [protected], [protected] and [protected]. I have also received the products from the sellers. On May 27th, the same day of my last order, I received an e-mail from eBay, informing me that my account has been blocked, since my account activity did not adhere to their policies. However, the e-mail did not mention which specific policies were not adhered to. I responded to their e-mail and checked why they have blocked my account for no reason. eBay informed me that I have to provide them my ID proof and address proof so that they can unblock my account. I shared my ID and address proof scanned copies with them on the same day. However, they haven't unblocked by account yet. On top of that, I receive sellers' requests and e-mails from eBay regularly, to confirm receipt of purchased items and provide feedback. How can I act on their requests with a blocked account? They haven't unblocked my account despite sending them 4 reminders. I think eBay takes it customers for granted and doesn't care about its customers at all. What I have been going through after purchasing products from eBay.in is harassment. I haven't experienced this kind of behavior from any other shopping portal, in my online shopping experience of 15 years. Worst customer care and worst experience.

                              Ordered an apple earphone in 24/11/2014 with payment done via online transaction : on 18th Jan I received below email from ebay: "Dear sunilsunilcemk06, Sir your packet has returned back to our address on 17th Dec.because receiver refused to accept packet. So in your order details please mark item not delivered yet so your will get your refund through ebay. Thanks Regards Vikas R Megatronisx" When I called ebay they asked me to talk to seller i.e. "Vikas R " here. I talked to him and was assured that I will get my refund back as soon as possilble. I talked to him again after few day again got same reply.The ebay customer care are saying that nothing is there in there hand and only seller can start the processing of refund and the seller too saying same thing and making false promises. Its almost 7 months I have not received my refund yet. I don't normally have much time to look into and run after this 850 INR but just to save other people aware of all this fraud happening in ebay and Megatronisx I decided to put my half hour here.

                                Bought TV on 3rd May 2015 Site Name : Ebay Seller Name : Laylaycorp No Solution till date. no followup by ebay till date I bought a 50 Inch Micromax LED Television through ebay seller on 3rd May. LED Television found faulty on switch ON with black/white bars on screen in between. I immediately escalate same to seller on same moment with pics and next day to ebay with all details. after escalating this ebay seller agree to replace the LED but ebay not provide any solution on this and seller also stuckup with the solution. I am very much mentally harassed by ebay on this front. Now ebay telling me that you have to reship the item to seller with 3000+ Rs. for return shipment and they will provide me coupon against this. That will total false communication i know as so many people have posted that ebay have not provided any coupon to them after promised. I already requested ebay to arrange a pickup for my led and get the same replaced immediately but no response from their side and their executive is behaving like a nonsense to me. and telling that we are behaving like this only if you have any issue don't buy from their site. This so fraud things happening by ebay to customer. how the customer trust now with online buying with sites after such bad experience I already contacted to Micromax also for replacement. They not agree for replacement and give me option for repair. why should i need to repair new LED Television which has been come to me in faulty condition. I am so much upset now a days and want to go for legal complaint against ebay as i am getting Mentallly, Physically & Socially harassed by them.. No TV at home currently. Total loss of entertainment.. I request you to forum that Kickout such company from India.. and Help me out on this before going into any legal action against ebay. People pls.. Pls... Pls.. dont buy anything from ebay. Its a cheat company and do not buy anthing from them ever.. Lets make fraud free india first by kickout such company.

                                  I bought a 50 Inch Micromax LED Television through ebay seller on 3rd May. LED Television found faulty on switch ON with black/white bars on screen in between. I immediately escalate same to seller on same moment with pics and next day to ebay with all details. after escalating this ebay seller agree to replace the LED but ebay not provide any solution on this and seller also stuckup with the solution. I am very much mentally harassed by ebay on this front. Now ebay telling me that you have to reship the item to seller with 3000+ Rs. for return shipment and they will provide me coupon against this. That will total false communication i know as so many people have posted that ebay have not provided any coupon to them after promised. I already requested ebay to arrange a pickup for my led and get the same replaced immediately but no response from their side and their executive is behaving like a nonsense to me. and telling that we are behaving like this only if you have any issue don't buy from their site. This so fraud things happening by ebay to customer. how the customer trust now with online buying with sites after such bad experience I already contacted to Micromax also for replacement. They not agree for replacement and give me option for repair. why should i need to repair new LED Television which has been come to me in faulty condition.                                     Recently i bought an Apple Macbook Pro on Ebay while the shop.Score.Win promotion is going on. On 9th april, I got an sms from ebay " As a winner of eBay shop.score.win promotion you can book tickets to singapore till 10Apr 21:30IST. Details sent on your registered email." But I didn't receive any email. I've checked in spam too. Then i called the customer care for resolution. They took up the complaint and said i'll receive a resolution within 48 hours. 2 months passed by and there is no resolution. I called them more than 40 times and today I received a mail from Shafkat Khan from Service Recovery team of Ebay saying "Dear Vijay, This is with regards to the email which we received in grievance office for gift not received. We regret to inform you that you are not eligible for promotion offer hence we have closed the case from grievance. Thank you for your precious time, have a nice day. Regards, Shafakat Khan Service Recovery Team." I feel very disappointed and cheated.If I'm not eligible for promotion then why did they send an sms that i'm the winner of the promotion. And why the hell did they waste my precious time.I called more than 40 times to their useless and cheating customer service. Why didn't they tell the first time i called them that theydon't want to give the promotion gift.
                                    eBay.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Even after i uploaded the sms they've sent that i'm the winner, Look at their reply.
                                    "Dear Vijay,

                                    Thank you for sharing your concern with us.
                                    As per our record you are not eligible for gift promotion. Hence we are closing the case from our end."

                                    How can they close the complaint without actually resolving it and how can they send me an sms if i'm not eligible?

                                      I had purchased through EBay Htc one m7 cdma gsm dual sim phone, as per the commitment and condition it was supposed to be a new handset, but to my surprise when I received it was a used phone with scratches and damages on it. Damages were so easily visible that the delivery person from Aramex courier service also accepted it is a used phone. The box was not sealed pack, but also old and shabby. Now the question arises how can a new phone have damages and scratches? If it is so how can eBay entertain such kind of vendor. Vendor name: Efor India. My Paisa pay I'd is [protected]. I want a justification as to how eBay such a big ecommerce company can be in such kind of practices? I have never ever faced this kind of issue with any other company

                                        I wish to complain about bio-metric finger print attendance machine (Order no.[protected] purchased on 22 may, 2015 from ebay website(paisapay ID:[protected]). The reason I am complaining is the product sent is not up to the mark as described on the website and quality too is not good as required. When i asked for the refund I was denied by your customer service telling rules and policies which is not fair. Being a loyal customer I expect to get a possible solution for it. I would like to take an appropriate action against my purchase if things are not resolved, I would like to take this matter to consumer court for further discussion.                                         I guess no one is interested in responding towards my complaint so I guess I should go through legal proceedings
