I purchased "HUL Water Purifier Classic Advance" from ebay.in on 04-Apr-2015 (PaisaPay ID [protected]). I received my order on 06-Apr-2015, But it was damaged / broken. I filed claim on this on same day (Claim ID: 949714). For the resolution of this claim, ebay asked me to reship the item back to the seller and provide the proof of dispatch copies. On 17-Apr-2015 I reshipped the item back to the seller and provide the proof of dispatch copies to ebay.in on 18-Apr-2015. After that they told me this receipt is hand made & they need only computer generated receipt (it was not mentioned in instruction mail, why?). They told me to process this claim I have to submit letter from courier company on its letter head & I do the so. After all this tiring exercise my claim was approved on 26-Apr-2015 which is copied below. "Dear Pankaj, We are pleased to inform you that we are approving your refund request and the same will be refunded to your original mode of payment. Please find the details here Action : Buyer provided a valid return shipment details - Claim approved Remarks : As we tried to contact you on 26/04/2015 but number was not reachable, we are pleased to inform you that we are approving your refund request and closing the claim.Your refund will be sent to your original mode of payment and it will take 6-8 working days to reflect in your account.The reimbursement of the reshipment charges will be sent via DD/Cheque would be sent on your register address and you can expect to receive it within 12-15 business days. Thank you for shopping with eBay." I received refund on 02-May-2015 to my original mode of payment, But till now didn't get DD/Cheque for reimbursement of the reshipment charges, Even I didn't get any information about it (Courier AWB No. etc). I called several time on[protected], Every time they told me I wll receive my DD in next 3-4 days. But It never happened. I also write mail to "[protected]@ebay.com" & "[protected]@ebay.com" on 26-May-2015, But they didn't bother to reply. On 04-June-2015 Again called to ebay (service request No. 1-[protected]) the guy told me my DD is ready & promised me in next 24-48 Hrs. same will be dispatched & I will receive information of the same in my email id. But I didn't get such information til now. Today when I called again ebay for this the girl on other side of line told me my DD will be dispatched in next 7 days. This is totally frustrating customer support from ebay.in.

    Purchased a Samsung Smart TV and got it delivered on 12th May 2015. However the same was physically damaged when we opened the packing. Immediately we have made a complaint to eBay and got the compliant registered. Since then we are following with eBay on regular basis and every time we get a standard response of with 48hours eBay will get back to us. So far eBay never got back to us either through email or by phone.
    eBay.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    The same thing happened to me also. I also bought a Micromax TV and got it delivered on 4th May. Immediately after receiving its found faulty with horizontal bars in screen. Same has been informed immediately to seller & Ebay with photos. Till 4th May i am following up with ebay but no response from them. Seller also agree to replace the item but ebay not responding and seller also helpless. Ebay is fraud company and we shouldn't buy any items from ebay. ebay should be banned in india to avoid such things with other poor people too. Its so disturbing situation with my family as we doesn't have any other TV to watch and we cant buy other TV as i already applied for replacement.

            I saw an I phone ad on eBay site selling for ₹ 48000. I tried to purchase but ebay response was this product is not available in your city. They advertised if you want delivery outside Mumbai buy from the site listed on the eBay page ( I have added the advertisement ). I trusted it as it was on eBay site being sold by eBay verified seller. I transferred ₹ 15500 advance. After confirming payment seller switched off phone and his website www.fastzap.net was suspended. I contacted eBay, first they refused to accept complaint after that there is no response as they couldn't care less. Please don't trust eBay, if you are cheated they will wash their hands off, you will run pillar to post. eBay ! never again!

              I have purchased gopro hero4 black on 27th may 2 pm on eBay. I took decision on the basis of delivery by 1 June and refund will be claimed if the seller does not ship the product with in 3 days. Today the third day is over excluding 27th seller still has not shipped the product. Tried to contact him by all means there is no respons. Even eBay customer team is on his side. Told me to wait he is a good seller you will get the product. What's the fun if I am not able to take it on vacation for which I have spent 34000.i will leave on 5th and after that will not be able to take delivery. Paisa pay gaurantee says you are automatically entitled for refund if the seller does not ship the product within three days. I want my money back there is no fun of spending so much if one can not use it for which it has been purchased. Paisa pay I'd is. [protected]. When I tried to claim for refund the pic is different.                 My phone name Xiaomi Redmi 1S and my claim ID is 1015874 I've received a damaged unit and the GSM or Network on this device is not working. The network doesn't shows up and I've even tried selecting the network manually but the problem persists. I've tried multiple SIM Cards and I'm facing the same problem. I either want a replacement or my money back .I have already Communicated to Ebay but the response From Ebay was not satisfactory saying Product under is non eligibility, Please expedite my request as I really need to get this resolved

                  Hi, I have purchased item[Smart-TV] in ebay[order id-[protected]] with estimated delivery date as May 28 [Please see the attachment].From past couple of days i am following them on chat[Please see attached chat scipts] call.If they are not able to delivery by said time why they want to make us fools by placing wrong delivery dates. Can't we restrict these kind of sites giving improper information to customer by not following any rules.eBay really can't able to give exact delivery date while buying. If no one raise their voice these people will keep continue doing these type of fault business without considering or concerning our needs. Problem-I have expected to get my package as ebay mentioned estimated delivery date[plz see attachment] I can not able to buy manually without getting my price even, if i cancel it will take more than a week to get my money back.                         Hi I purchased a HTC 816G phone from Ebay with my CliamID 1012628 PaisaPay ID [protected].There was problem in the brand new phone where mike was not functioning at all.Its really not good.I wanted to replace my device. But they suggest we will generate coupan for extra 20% i.e of Rs 350. After long wait i havn't got any mail or call. Lastlly i called them to get coupan. They also got he expiry date is end of June. I have bought 1 item of Rs 125 an successfully redeem the amount. But now when i using the coupan again it is saying you have already used the coupan. Whwn call to coustmer care now they are saying that the coupan is only for single use. Now what should i do. Is this policy ..? My quesntion:- Where is my remaining amount..??? if coupan is for single use then why not intimated to me earlier. Show me if you have call record or mail..? Note: i have complited this complain while waiting for talk with Supervisior. REQUESTING TO BLOCK EBAY TOTALLY FRAUDING WITH COUSTMERS.

                            Ordered food processor attachments thru thear on line Web site the product data sheet clearly said cocunut scrapper was inincluded.How ever on receiving the shipment found the iteam was short shipped The Vendor on phone admitted it is a mistake after my proving with product data sheet now easy asking info bit and peaces and delaying resulution I have sent photo graphs, specs sheet etc but each time they take turn around time of 48 hrs kindly help to get the short shipped iteam

                                I have been a loyal ebay buyer since 1998. Last week, I bought a dress for my wife from ebay.in of size 'L' advertised with a chest size of 38-40 from a seller called hypnoticdeal. The seller shipped a dress without size information. Upon trying out we found out that the dress has only 32 inches chest size. When I raised a return claim, ebay customer service, unilaterally unfairly settled the case against me, in favor of the seller, saying they do not guarantee the size matches as advertised! conversations, photos of product with tape etc at : holla. freeshell. org/cheating-ebay

Today i am trying from half an hour and the recorded voice message keep on saying your representavives busy.                                     Seller refunded the amount because o[censored]navailability of the item, which ebay approved on 7th May, 2015. It was mentioned the refund would reach within 3 days. And since then, I've been contacting their customer support and each time being told that this issue will be resolved within couple of days. I have got the same excuse through telephone, chat, and their email. And now it's been 20 days and I am seeing no resolution to the issue.                                     So even after being contacted by ebay customer service, I haven't received anything yet. This just shows how much they care about their consumers.
                                    This kind of service is absolutely ridiculous. What has happened to ebay which used to be great a year back.

                                    So, it's been over a month no. No response from ebay, Last option is consumer court. I have already filed for the complaint, with proof from this website, chat transcripts and telephonic calls i made.

                                    So if you are going through the same problem, consumer court is your only option. There's no way out of it. I may file an FIR too. I'll talk to some people regarding this.

                                      Regarding my Claim ID : 1003162. 3 days back I talked with supervisor about delay in refunding the amount(RS 529) which i paid for weighing machine as it was not delivered because shipment was detained.I raised the claim ID on 13th May '15 as per the ebay guidelines the resolution will happen in 5 days but it didnt happened and even the commitment from supervisor also gone beyond 2 days now its 10days from the date i raised the claim ID.

The complaint is after placing the order successfully they msg the delivery date on the delivery date they msg me that your order had been cancel. And your amount will be refunded within 7-8 days the order has been cancel because they says your adress is not service able. But when placing the order they ask the pincode no and after putting pincode no at that time it shiwed that the address is service able. They cancel the order on the delivery date.because of this problem i was in very problem as my phone is nor working i didnt able to do my work. Plz help me out to case the problem as they are fooling the public.
