Icalled to buy a piano which i have already registered but while going through payment i found there was no cod available to i just called to confirm it but the agent without knowing the query, asked me to contact paypal when i asked why would paypal answer my simple question he said he cant provide a single information about this & was very very rude to me even he didnt transfer the call to a senior saying he will not. The 2nd agent named ashish also did the same thing. I was repeating that i want to talk to a senior about the 1st guy i was talking to but he sarcastically asking me tell me your concern.. Is this a customer service???

        This is to Inform you i have ordered " 18 Ct pure Gold + radium Coated Man's wedding Band " set on 2 pcs on 18 April 2015

        We have recived Recived Parcel Vide Blue Dart Courier Vide Doct No: [protected] on 20th April 2015 but when i opend the parcel i found only one ring only and that also plain ring.

        Further on the spot we spoke to Your Vendor Mr. Nilesh Pillai on mobile no: [protected] he told they will replaced the order and send us new one as per our Specific order which i have placed.

        I have been touched with Mr. Nilesh Pillai Since 20th April 2015 till Today ( 28/04/2015) but there is no reply from them.

        i have called him several time & send him sms regarding my order but no reply from.

        How can a irresponsible Vendor can be appointed by a reputed Portal.

        Kindly help me to get Replaced my order

          I placed an Order on 21st Apr 2015 in which at the time of placing an Order it was mentioned that product will delivered maximum by sartuday 2th Apr 2015. However, on next day I have an discussion with seller on call and he said that the product will not worked for which I purchased it. so I asked him to cancel the Order. He said I have shipped it already. at the time of placing an Order) the product was not delivered. So I contacted eBay support and they Guy (NRMAL.)             Dear Sir/Madam, I was purchased a new mobile 'Sony xperia Z2' on the date of 01-jan-15 by ebay.in rupees of 25048.After 1 month 10 days my mobile was suddenly off then i was contacted to ebay or seller(which no. is [protected]) of my mobile.Both are told me to send my mobile for repair in billing address through courier.Seller was received my mobile before 1 month ago but after that not to inform exact report of my mobile and these days seller was said my mobile has been dead.But sir at courier time notification light of my mobile was blinking. 1 year seller warranty is mentioned in my mobile bill but seller said mobile cannot be rapair and he has only rs10000 can be refund.For this problem i was contacted to ebay but he is not helping me.                 Ebay is giving very bad service and they think all those purchasing from ebay are bloody fools. I purchased a Nokia AC-50 Travel Micro Universal Fast USB Mobile Charger - 2 Round Pin, Item ID :[protected] from FUTURESHOP This i got a duplicate product which is not according to the prescribed and the worst part of it is that it is not working. They say that they will refund as coupon of 110% of product that the buyer should again purchase there item. They have these type of sellers who will send whatever according to there will, not as customers order. I also had talk with seller and also with customer service and also with SYALI from customer service but they couldnt resolve it. I will only get from Flipkart and Snapdeals as they are genuines and gives better service and give faster and better resolution on every purchase and every product as I use to do lots of online purchases and I experienced

                  I placed an Order on 17th Apr 2015 in which at the time of placing an Order it was mentioned that product will delivered maximum by Thursday 23rd Apr 2015. However, on next day I have an discussion with seller on call and he said that the product will not worked for which I purchased it. so I asked him to cancel the Order. He said I have shipped it already. After waiting till Thursday(as mentioned on site at the time of placing an Order) the product was not delivered. So I contacted eBay support and they Guy (Sameer S.) told that I have to wait for next 7 days as per process. The Order was not shipped and it was packed by seller, so seller's responsibility is over. Its shipment (logistics) team will pick it and send it. I told him to cancel the Order he said we are not able to do it. Seller will cancel it. So, I send mail to seller regarding the status of Order, he replied that as you said the product will not be helpful for you so I have not shipped it. I asked him to cancel the Order, he said he is not able to do it. Order will be automatically canceled by eBay or you can contact them for Order cancellation. I am not able to understand below points 1. The Order was shipped or not shipped on next day of Order placement (when I called seller)? 2. Who is responsible for delay in delivery? 3 What is the meaning of displaying "Product will be delivered to you maximum by Thursday 23rd Apr 2015"? 4. Who is able to cancel the Order Customer / Seller / eBay team? 5. What is the resolution to this case? Anyone, having any clue or knowledge will be of great help. Thanks Sushant

                      The incoming and outgoing calls are not working for the Phone.
                      Since the product doesn't have company warranty and has only seller warranty for 1 year.
                      I have reported to seller on 6th October 2013

                      Upon discussion i have returned the product through courier to seller.

                      The product was not repaired and not returned back upon multiple calls and mails.

                      Seller has requested to transfer Rs.360 on 22/10/13 for the reverse courier charges and its transferred.

                      The calls and mails are not responded by seller from that time.

Seller (pin 560085) wrote in listing that free delivery within seller city area (Bangalore) and Rs 75 delivery for outside Bangalore I am living in Bangalore (pin 560086) STILL I WAS CHARGED RS 75 DEL'Y BY EBAY When I wrote to seller, he WROTE BACK THAT HE IS NOT CHARGING DELIVERY CHARGE WITHIN BANGALORE AND I SHOULD ASK EBAY WHY?                                 I purchased "Kenstar Karishma Royal KFR60W4M 600 Watt Food Processor" from ebay on 2 APR2015(Order Id: [protected]-[protected]. I received my order on 6 april but It never started or worked. I wrote to vendor through ebay message service for the same( for refund of my money) on 7 april 2015. on 8 april vendor replied to replace the item but no action took place.11 April again I replied to vendor but only message reply came for replacement, no action.                                       On 05.04.15 I have ordered Apple MacBook Air 13.3 inch and paid rs 59998 online.on the same day I have cancelled my order and informed you and seller.seller confirmed taking back ordered item on 07.04.15.it is a matter of serious concern that despite repeated requests vide email dt7, 8, 11, 15, 17, 19 and 21april you haven't refunded amount paid.despite confirmation by seller you are showing dispatch of item contrary to my instruction.
                                      I against request you to refund my payment with interest for delayed period.i against repeat that I have not recd ordered item.you may confirm the fact from seller but donot resort to such unethical practice of lethargic attitude.
                                      Please resolve the case tomorrow to avoid further bad name of your company.

                                        i have purchased a laptop charger from ebay india, when i got my product it showed the power plug of that ac adapter was missing and it was clearly understandable that it is an used product and moreover the laser detection part of it was missing that is clearly visible that someone has torn that part from the product, so regarding that i have raised an issue to ebay for refund and come to a mutual point where they offered me 110% refund in form of ebay coupon by verbally and by mail too, they assured me that i will get the coupon within 7-10 days and i can buy whatever i want from ebay. But it seems 12 days passed from the day that we settled our matter but i didn't get any coupon so i can purchase a new charger from ebay only, now overall it seems it took almost 1 month from the day i made the order of a genuine laptop charger but it is not yet delivered to me properly.
