I wait some days but i not receive any refund related message i call customer support they told me to wait more 10 to 15 days and saturday, sunday so i got wait more days but i not receive any message call customer support we told me your dimand draft sent to blue dart in 12/12/2017 but tracking details not update i did not get a demand draft, such a weighted too much please help me.

    The worst online portal in the whole world!! Jus spoke to customer care executive, mr deepak over a dispute in delayed product delivery to which he could give no soln and that i have to bear the delay. I had ordered a product worth 47000/ on oct 10th with product delivery time of 20 days. Now 2 months have passed without any contact from the seller in ebay (Sunrise) and no actions by ebay. Guys, pls don't trust their guarantee, all are fake and you will have to fight to get your product or money.. This is just not ethical selling and i will try to raise a complaint with consumer court.. Pls don't buy from ebay

      I have purchased a saree from ebay and my order no. Is paisapay id [protected]. I got the item on 19 oct and i have initiated a refund and returned the item at my own expense and still i have not got my refund. Whenever i contact ebay they say that they have tried to refund through demand draft but their courrier partner do not service in my area and when i asked them to refund using neft they denied it stating that it is not in their policy to refund through neft for cash on delivery orders and still i have not got any resolition.

        Too poor and fake people in ebay and ebay is very bad for selling product.
        Pick the phone and said will generate but not generated payment.
        Please do not work with this company.
        Issue remittance mail also then after said it is failure and not giving reason.
        And if we ask for the same then said it will generate automatic.
        See the proof of attachment and still not giving money.
        Never work with ebay it is giving only time.

            I purchased a computer part from a seller on ebay recently.
            Initial product page mentioned the estimated delivery date to my pin code as 20-21 Dec. I went ahead and made a purchase.

            However on the last checkout page the estimated delivery for the same pin code changed automatically to 28-29 Dec.

            This is a cheap trick ebay sellers are playing with customers. They should correctly estimate the delivery date for the specific pin code and do not change it on final checkout page.

            This way now the delivery of the item is further delayed by 8 - 10 days.
            I could have been better off with a local offline seller otherwise.

              Bought memory card samsung 64gb with ebay guarantee and manufacturer warranty, it was corrupted from day one, when contacted ebay they said to go to samsung service center we cant do anything. Samsung service center said your memory card is not made in india (We cant do anything), it was manufactured in korea. Now when i', contacting ebay they'r saying we cant do anything, it was not a default from seller, rather they are saying it is not possible that memory card is not manufactured in india. I paid via net banking instantly while shopping just believing this site to be reputed, but to my dismay this is just quack.

                Ebay india is haraami company which not opened to cheat it's customers 90% of it's customers are unhappy with it's product and service. Employees of this company are united under cheating scams and dependies on it. So, they never regret to take revenge on customers if you text or speak them rudely.in twitter they never allowed me to pass comments on ebay. Second thing, in voice call income call will be highly rude by rowdy persons especially from punjab side as you know north indians are purely based on tone base and ready to fight people (Man handling) as such persons will never care to give respect to others they only centroid for self respect. Such persons handle you in customer service. They sold me iphone 5s second hand as new piece even the distributor is danger every person of this company such as employees, distributors, call center employees especially incoming really highly rude. You will get afraid thoughts once they call you. Now if you choose ebay website you will be under trap. 40 days process, various documents to be uploaded, they will take personal and speak you back rudely is that professional fact? Finally they returned my money. Ebay india incoming calls customer service are rowdies trained unprofessionals

                  I had bought a battery of the very phone on27 oct 2017. When i approached a technician from kalikavu, he told me that it is facing size problem and it is not suitable to my phone. Accodingly, i called 3 times to ebay, they rejected my call. I should either refund or replacement. I called national consumer help line542709 three times ant the executive registered my complaint and asked me to follow the very link of site. The seller's name of ebay from i bought the battery is anurag r keshawani. He also rejected me as i called him and sent messages to him by whatsapp.

                    I received a defective product (Mhl cable) from ebay india hence i raised a return request on the same day which i received through courier. But, ebay rejected the claim saying that this product has to be serviced in nearby service centre as it covers warranty.

                    This product is covered under ebay guarantee in which case the defective product should be returned or replaced by them.

                    The cable pin is tampered and it is not fitting in my mobile jack. Very loosely fitting. There is no such warranty card available with the product. It's not covered by warranty. I need replacement or refund for sure. Why ebay cheating their customers???

                      The company is involved in selling duplicate products from china and other country by involving vendor from india. They smuggle this product from other country and sell it on ebay.in this people give seller warranty and they ask to pay us for courier and make money from them. These watch are sold at very high price in india by fooling customer.
                      This people dont have import licence, distributoion authority but still they are know as seller on ebay.in and ebay has appointed them as authorised seller.

                      This is big smuggling nexus to tarnish image of branded companies.
                      Its big racket beetween ebay.in and seller.

                      They supplied me 1st copy in name of original imported product.
                      There is no support from greivance team as well as the customer service they say its beetween you and seller and we are not responsible.

                        Hi, this is kr kumar, i would like to register a complaint here against a e-bay & paisapay join-scandal.

                        I am a registered buyer with e-bay and enabling online purchases, as per their promotional mails sent to my registered mail id. Between 15 - 20/11/17 there was an item ' sony m2- used mobile"available for sale as per the e-bay intimation and placed order on 23/11/17 for the same. As part of the order process e-bay promoted special discount for 100% advance payment paid through paisapay mode, i opted the same to avail the special discount provided by the e-bay.

                        The order placed with 100% advance payment paid to a seller" rocking deals". The scheduled delivery of the item intimated 5-7 days from the order placed date. Typically e-bay confirmed the order by paisapay id [protected] (While the entire product campaign tell the order facilitated by e-bay). While i was waiting for the delivery of the item, on 27/11/17 e-bay intimated that the seller cancelled the order from his end and e-bay is on the verge of approving the ' refund" of the amount paid my me to my credit card a/c (The actual source of payment).

                        While, the entire epic - from the very fake sale offer to false refund - is a shock to me, their monopolistic way of cornering the buyer to definite trap is further an evidance. Both the seller and e-bay, unilaterally decided to cancel the order - after the schuduled delivery date of goods ordered - without the concern of the buyer who paid 100% money in advance. Even after my strong objection, e-bay mutually accepted the cancellation and approved the refund on 30/11/17 and passed the entire responsibility into "paisapay".
                        Since, 30/11/17, i am chasing my refund money with these agencies, till date (13/12/17 -18.30 hrs) my refund money is neither intimated nor credited in my account.

                        On the other hand, ' my paisapay' account portal is empty without any specific information on this issue (Which suppose to reflect all transactions in paisapay account and facilitate a statement on demand). On reminders, e-bay is reporting that they are "escalating the issue" with paisapay. Whereas, is not available for any responses - they keep our phone waiting for hours and even disconnect without any reply.

                        From the above, it is eventual that the entire event is a pre-planned scandal, planted by e-bay and their network partners. Starting from the sellers fake sale offer - entrap the buyers - unilateral cancellation without supplying the goods - forcing the false refund without buyer's interest - swindle the refund money to their specific aim.

                        My this stand have been further confirmed,, by seeing many victims like me have already registered with your complaint forum.

                        On behalf of all o[censored]s, the victims of ebay - paisapay scam - i request you to bring the truths to the relevant authorities and arrange to return our hard earned money from these defaulters and to stop further scandals - save the common man from e-bay or paisapay.

                        Yet another fake response from E-bay, infact I'm getting constant mails and false assurance of settling my refund. It is yet another game plan delaying the entire issue to another mode. It looks the both E-bay & paisapay are tandem misdeeds.

                        After the 30 days of various communication, Now E-bay is shifting the entire blame on ' PhonePE" An agency least worried about the buyer who lost money through them. Non of the E-mails are answered. The phone calles even after 30 minuets of waiting are disconnected ruthlessly. The very company is deserted or non-existing. I'm left with no help.

                        PhonePe is holding the buyers money, even after the intimation from both buyers - Seller's approval and is looting the common man's money, violating UPI norms. The organisations like ICICI, Airtel & Flipkart have de-listed it, up on norms violation, but the E-bay still permitting the scam to proceed. The common men are losing their hard earned money.

                              I purchased an item from ebay as per details attached.

                              The item had following drawbacks
                              1 not as described
                              2 sent very late.

                              I was told to prove that the item is not right. I did so after due requests i was told to return the item at the earliest and upload receipt which i did.

                              Since sep they are not cooperating and giving misguiding answers.
                              The item has already been received by the vendor but he is not returning money ebay is directing to contact vendor but he is not responding.

                              I have launched earlier complain and in which they assure cooperation give reference of site where they have closed the claim. They are only making fool of the system. And behaving like parrot and sending standard reply. Copy of reply attached.

                                    I have ordered my hard disk of sony black to your winning programme on from ebay lucky consumer. I got this msg and call both from ebay. They have cancelled my other of cod (Because on cod that is not applicable) and pay through e wallet just because excusing of online payment. Now i am totally fed up your service provider and cheated by your company. I have lost my 5295 rs unnecessary and waste through my e wallet without getting any order confirmation of sony hard disk. Your ebay services varanasi is worst than i experienced any other online shop. Just because you got personal detail number you can not hidden policy. And paytm account / number in which i have transferred money. If you can't save your customer personal data than i how can i trust you further. And how can i define which is fake and true if both companies uses same logo, same id and sms???. I am here attaching online transaction prove and without any logic or consent they cancelled my order which i got through mail. Id by using same order id and your mail with logo and all that?? How can i define my privacy if they have whole detail of order id which i have ordered personally on ebay???. They all well known about my personal detail, previous detail of order, mail id, transaction id any all genuine and personal information. Not how can i rely on you and your product. Should you my money or place my order as i have already paid on your name and trust company. Should you compensate or define your terms and condition.
                                    I am student and 5295 money means a lot to me. I have ordered sony hard disk black colour amount of 5295, that is enough for me. Of you have company of fame and trust than resolved my issue as soon as possible. How can any other fake company know my previous and current transaction order and cancelled it and take money through online. I think you should thrice think upon ot and seriously work of it. It is really pathetic playing with emotions as your reputation of your company i think you must be consider my above request. Otherwise i will further not for oneself and other one consider your company in the matter online order and authenticity. Here is screenshot of transaction money, order for hard disk and my cancellation of order (Without my concern).. Fake money transaction in the trust your reputed worldwide company.
                                    My issue is my trust on your company than how can you disclose my all personal data, information even last purchase from ebay. The next question is why should again pay for hard disk which i have already on the name reputation of your company.
                                    The next question is how can they send me, msg mail cancellation order with same order id.? Is there any provision for consumer or only i should regret about my money. Hope your company is reputed and solve this issue as soon as possible.
                                    And other thing when i called her in the morning they said!!! Yes we are ebay!!! How can i will help you??? They still continuously text me. That your order is ready. They calling back to back since the 10 o'clock.
                                    Your company is also facing some serious goodwill issue by some people who are cheating with your name and brand.
                                    As consumer firstly i want my money or hard disk back without investing any more effort and money.

                                      I had placed an order for wonderchef mini electric lunch box costing rs 650 on ebay on 14 october 2017 via debit card. But the transaction was unsuccessful and the order was not placed, however, an amount of rs. 650 was deducted from my bank account. I immediately contacted ebay customer care and they told me to wait for the refund to be done in 5 working days. No refund had been made to me till today. I had contacted ebay a number of times and every time the customer service executive asks me to wait for 48 hours. I don't think any effort has been done on behalf of ebay to return my money.

                                        15 spet - go to highstores. There was guys his name was karthick (One of histore employ). He removed little bit color of display back case by using spray paint remover. Suddenly stoped and give to me at that time. Idon't about spray paint. They rejected
                                        31 spet - display colour fade (Right side display as colour lines)
                                        2 oct - go to highstores for display issue
                                        17 oct - got back
                                        17 oct - display quality issues
                                        18 oct - automatically solved
                                        20 oct-camera and touch is not working
                                        21 oct - contacted
                                        2 nov - they pickuped
                                        24 nov - i recived the laptop. Display issue not solved
                                        25 nov contacted again
                                        27 nov - go to histore
                                        28 nov shown the colour fade of display back case to one highstore employ named cinnacami. He told to me about the spray paniting will look like new.
                                        29 nov came to home
                                        29 nov display issue not solved contacted
                                        30 nov i used littebit tinner on the colour faded area and the colour is removing. I show to a near by spray painter he also told too me they used spray paint on it. To hide a big scrach on display back case
                                        1 dec contact and told about colour fade
                                        2 dec he told me to come there
                                        3 dec go to highstore again
                                        4 dec display back case colour fade show to them with prof and they rejected and they changed the os and give to me. And i removed spray paint which they have used to hide the scrach. Show to them he told to me no replacement and he try to attack. Me he is paka fraud
                                        5 dec returned to home. Display issue not solved and also requsted for replacement
                                        6 dec contacted for replacement. They will not give replacement for me laptop
                                        7 dec still display touch is not working
