Then give coupon. As mail but no term and condishion in how to use coupon.
Then 8/2/18 now use coupon 412 rs. Remaining amout not effet other perchace
So i loss in
337 rs product side
And from corrier in sending dd in ebay 50 rs
Going to bank in auto 100
Now loss total 487 rs

I have got this contact no.[protected] from ebay website when i was surching this projector specification and item description there i found this mobile number and icontact with him 0n 18.01.2018 i am he seller and eby take commission from me so ebay’ s rate is 39999/- but if you direct from me then you will pay only rs.35000/-only. And after received payment product will be reched to you 5 to 7 days. After that conversion with me i have not called him.
Again 0n 22.01.18 he again phone tome when i will pay for projector and he sent me by message to my mobile pay for payumoney website. And on 25/01/18 i have paid money rs. 31000/- by pmny.in through my sbi credit card and rs.4000/- through sbi debit card transaction summary given below

Marchant name sagar a order amount rs.31000/-
Payment id[protected] marchant order id[protected]payment and another transaction details
Marchent name : sagar a order amount 4000/- payment id [protected] marchant order id[protected]

After received the payment he asked me i will send you details traciking history. But i have phone to him several tmes he said same version in this way already passed six days.
On 31.01.18 i hve several times phone to him but not respond and then he switch off the mobile.
Again i phoned to him at evening not respond.
After som times about 6pm he sent me a message for request me to send my address again. Then i phoned to him this he respond me and ask me send the address. I have replied him no need you refund my money, he refused me to refund my money. After that finding no way i have sent my address. At in between 7 to 8pm he sent me awb no. Of delhivery courier. I again phone to him about full details he replied me tomorrow you will get the full details but tomorrow already gone but no respond me after several times phones till date at 10.38pm.
I have phoned to delhivery courier they asked me that ‘no request for pick up from the seller send me message and i have seen website delhivery courier.
I have sent ne email to payumoney and also to you.
So, i therefore pry to yoy kindly lookinto the matter take necessary action and refund my money.

I have order for one luxcine projector on 25/01/18 rs. 35000 by pay u money through my sbi credit card rs..31000 and rs.4000 bysbi debit card payment id[protected], marchent order id[protected] and payment id[protected] marchent order id[protected] dated25.01.18 respectively.
On telephonic conversion to him he replied me i have received the total amount rs.35000.
After some times in asked him about my product he replied me that he will deliver the product on saturday i. E. 27.01.18 by fedex courier due holiday on the next day. Ie.26.01.18.
Next (27.01.2018)
When i phoned to him he asked me to day i will send the product..
On 27.01.18 at 00.52 hrs again i phoned to him he replied me to day i will deliver and courier service asked him heavy loaded he will come latter at 8pm. As well as he replied for pick up he kept the product neighbor's office for pick up and i will get the item within tues day to friday. I request him give the tracking details he replied me on monday 29.01.18 he will message to me.
On 29.01.18 (5.57 pm)
Asked me deails wil be given by him evening after 4pm.
At 5.557 pm he adsked me already despatched detail not given
This way i have phoned to several times he replied the same version details will be message to you but till not.
7.17 pm again same version.

On 31/01. He replied me he will not despatched the product. New product will be arived on friday i will deliver on friday. Then i request hime refund for money he cut the phone. Again i phoned to him.
On friday 02.02.18 when i phoned to him send your address again i will now deliver the product. Then i ireqest to refund the money he refused to back. After that found no way i have sent him my address again. Then after several times he only send me one wab no.[protected] on 02.02.18 sent to me by message.

03.03, 18 i have called to courier delhivery courier they asked me product not pickup.
03.03 18 after noon delhivery courier sent me message 'no pickup request from seller'
Then i phoned to him about my product he replied me pick up already done.
But curier service display message ' no pick up request from seller'. I again phone to him after 10 pm they will give te details. But on 04.02.18 courier service deliverd the message 'no pick up request from the seller'
On 04.02, 18 i have phoned to him sevreal times not respond til now the send this compliain to you. S

So, i request you to kindly manage to refund/ credit the amount in account as possible early because i have taken as loan of rs. 31000 from credit card by emi with iterest.

Very next day after consuming powder, I had rashes on my skin and loose motions;

Next day after, I got treatment from Doctor:

I wrote below email to Ebay seller:

"Not only poor quality of your HERBAL HILLS SOLD BY EBAY(krouchbeej) which has caused damage to my health.has lead to my bad NAME TO eBay. I have also given poor feedback for your behavior.and if my complaint is not resolved by eBay and I will complain about your poor quality of products with proof of my doctor to food authority, medicine authorities IN INDIA against eBay for selling your products and allowing you to sell bad quality medicine on its eBay website. shame on eBay and you for playing with life and health of customers."

It's a farce, this consumer's reliance on online shopping sites such as ebay. Ebay being basically a scammer dealing fraudulent schemes harassing after consumers buy then find defective items then complain to the customer care

The customer "care" is a crude joke.
After assessing the situation that i am in i cannot still believe i was taken for a ride,
In our country now corruption is being erased why then these online shopping site ebay's complaints are ignorned?

As far i am concerned, it is finished, over. Ended dead.

ebay has gotten away with a technicality, they are aware i am the same person who has shopped @ ebay for year, . mostly small stuff even these were defective/broken/not in shape.
ebay keeps saying we are sorry kindly use the link to get in touch i Did.so many times, when the chief called me told me my money will be refunded in 3 working days. its been 7 months wow.
we consumers are unhappy cheated betrayed by these crooks.ebay gets away with a technicality? why?

Ebay promotes refurbished mobiles and other electronics products that have seller or manufacturer warranty for limited period. This declaration by the seller is covered by ebay guarantee. But if there is some problem with this limited warranty, then ebay refuses to provide its guarantee of fair deal. I bought a tablet under 6 months manufacturer warranty but it was a faulty product. On going to service center, it turned out to be out of warranty product, on reporting to ebay, they didnt entertained my claim for replacement. It seems that ebay in association with fradualent sellers is engaged in selling used and out of warranty products in the name of refurbished items.

Because i do not have a receipt of the item i received. So unfair!

I ordered the same defective tablet so i could tell customer service that i already have paid for it, but this lady informs me that ebay will neither return the money nor the item
Just because my mail i had to change, as it was hacked into.

this is ebay's repeated response which i tried but nothing happened the customer care person assured my item will not be returned and i will not get a refund. yes this is ebay. the thief the rouge. the epitome of corruption

I on line purchase a lenovo zuk zl mobile on 17/12/2017 of rs. 7099/- after received the parcel seen mobile not in switch on. Then and their i informed to ebay customer care & send a mail for refund. Customer care send a mail for return. Next day speak over telephone go to service centre and told returned with job sheet. As per direction attend service centre but service center seen the phone & disagree to repair with warranty because a glue spot back cover of the phone which is instant the new phone. So i pay rs. 1480/- & repair the phone. Now 14/1/2018 2nd time phone is out of order. That reason i wish to refund the phone and my expenditure of rs.7999/-&1480/- pl credited in my bank account. Pl. Do need full step.

I've purchased Dell Server Which costs Rs. 40, 000/- on Jan 8th 2018. However upon opening the product I came to know that the product is damaged inside and immediately raised a claim request (claim 3382765) with ebay for the same. However there is no proper response from ebay. There's no direct number to contact ebay claim team. The customer care is very worst they always says that please wait for 48hrs. You'll get the call. They are not even bother about customer queries. Simply disconnecting the call without any concerns. Disgusting service. It been close to 20 days. No update. Please help on this further. Ebay is not customer friendly as well. Only we need to wait til they call, We can't call them we can mail but they wont reply to it. Sent all the photos but still they are not responding back.

On[protected], i had placed order for universal pure color stretch chair cover for computer office rotating chair blue[protected] with ebay vide paisapay id [protected]. I was misled by the fake and misleading description of the product. The product received is of very poor quality. It does not worth even rs.100/-. Invoice value mentioned on the packet is just rs.145.46/-. Whereas, i have paid rs.620/- to the seller through ebay. On[protected], i immediately raised grievance about the product and requested for demand. I am totally dissatisfied with this poor quality product. I have time and again made complaints about the poor quality and value of the product and requested for refund. The product is substandard and not as described. The seller has charged me rs.620/- and supplied poor quality product worth rs.145.46/-. I have submitted the images of the invoice of the product. From the day one after receipt of the poor quality product, i have been raising the grievance. Unfortunately, the ebay has rejected my claim 3389343 on flimsy ground without considering the fact that the seller has supplied me poor quality product of rs.145.46/- against the amount of rs.620 paid by me.

We had purchased domo tablet through ebay.in, bombaymall is sellers, they send dead product, this both are forcing to take a replacement from manufacturer domo, when we ask domo for refund, they are saying ask ebay, as we haven't sold you the product, ebay is not answering on refund, and mail, and all three are playing football, no body is giving refund since last 3 months.
