I bought a xiaomi redmi 4A from my friend's(Surya) account on 29th july, 2017 (order id-PaisaPay ID [protected]) .Few days back t some issues like heating problem and quick battery discharge problem started, and when i went to the nearest MI service centre, they told me that their tools don't support this phone's configurations(hardware and software both) .They said this is a made in china product, NOT FOR SALE INDIA, and they can't do anything to it.and also the charging adaptor doesn't support indian standard plugging system.If it's so i want to my phone to be changed with a new one MADE FOR INDIA.

The charger which was provided to me my Ebay seller had suddenly stopped working. Ebay is one of the dumbest companies I know in this times. Ebay is supporting fraud sellers, by giving them platform to sell product. There should be some regulations on the product which he his selling

    I have ordered jbl earphones on ebay on september 12th 2017 they were delivered duplicate and that product is not working then i was requesting to them to return my amount or exchange the product, but they didn't give response till now (It's about to complete second month) again and again i have tried to get my money they were not giving response for calls, mails and etc.

    Everyone facing this problem at ebay india they are selling duplicate and useless products to customers.

    I hope to take action against ebay and save consumers money and time.

      I purchased a mobile phone nokia c5-03 from ebay.in in aug month after that i return due to defective product now it almost 3 months but they dnt refund my money they always saying we will send dd in 15 days but they passes 3 months by giving same exuses...         Ebay is the fraud company. I was order iphone 6 throw this website but i received duplicate iphone. I checked with iphone galary they said sir this is out of warranty and this is not original iphone. All part are duplicate.
        I trying to connect with ebay even lots of twitt i have done, call, mails but no use. Even they have type with seller the name is digisell that’s also fraud. They making fool to customer. I want to launch the complaint against ebay and seller also.

          Claim rejection for selling of duplicate charger with original iphone against seller.

          This is highly unethical. One which is deteriorating our country at micro level.
          Selling of duplicate products should not be encouraged specially with costly mobiles such as iphone.

          Used original iphones and used original chargers thats how it was supposed to be.

            I had got a call from ebay sales and promotion call center on 22/11/2017, they told me that my name and number has been selected to get and gift, they told me purchase an amount of rs 4000 worth item from ebay after that i will be eligible to get the free gift item which i selected was sony bravia tv 40 inches, they told me select any item worth rs 4000 but not to place the order from ebay website but to call them and let them know which item i want to purchase, i selected 2 items worth cost rs.4479 and they told me that i have to pay by debit card or paytm, they gave me patym no to transfer the amount and i transferred it after transfer they told me that my purchase item and gift will be send to me soon, on 22/11/2017 i got a call from ebay that my gift is ready to be shipped but they want me to pay gst charges of rs.9000 for the sony tv, they are speaking rudly and told me that if i dont pay the gst my gift item will be cancelled and the purchased amount of rs 4479 will also be not refunded, shame on ebay, when i contacted on ebay cc care no they told me that that call has not came from ebay, i want my money back as soon as possible, the paytm no on which money transferred is [protected]

              I ordered a product on[protected], after checking about the product details online it seems like not useful for me much so i contacted ebay within 2 hours and asked to cancel the order. He said that they cant cancel the order seller only able to do it and he gave seller number - [protected] i contacted him several times he didnt take call. Then i contacted ebay again about it he give a link to send message to seller and he asked me 24 to 48 hours for reaching seller. Then i sent message about why i need to cancel my order to him through link and waited 2 days. Today seller shipped the item without considering any of my messages and calls.

              I have contacted Ebay and spoke with ebay help desk 4 times before seller ships the item, you didnt helped me in any way But now seller has shipped the item if i raise a ticket using the link you given, you will say " As per ebay terms The order cannot be cancelled if the seller has already shipped the item" and you will close the ticket.

              If he is a genuine seller means atleast he would respond to me and cancel the order or tried to convince me. But he shipped the product ignoring all my calls and message through ebay. Also ebay customer care also said they try to reach seller, But before Ebay reaching seller (2 days time) he shipped the item (I dont know how he shipped the item when he is cannot able to reach), Ebay will stand in favor seller then only it gets commission per sale. So nothing going to happen if i contact using http://ocsnext.ebay.in/ocs/home.

                I have raised purchase thru order number[protected] on 14-nov-2017; with committed delivery date from 21-nov to 23-nov - seller is fonefiesta - ravi vani - his contact #[protected].

                Till 21-nov-2017 5:00pm product was not shipped. Since 19-nov; in contact with ebay customer care. They provided below details
                1. Contact fonefiesta - ravi vani and first i need to check with him why he has not yet dispatched product. - this is interesting; ebay being online portal i need to get in touch with seller.
                2. When i asked to cancel order - this is another interesting side of ebay - there is no option to cancel; i need to send mail thru ebay mail system to cancel and only seller can cancel. I asked on 21-nov to customer care executive; that seller is no responding to call or mail since last 48 hours - and if do not respond after 48 hours what will happen to my money which is with ebay - and answer i got is - ebay will contact seller and ask him to cancel - in case seller do not answer to ebay back end team - then also only seller will cancel; if seller do not cancel which means ebay will seat on money.

                I am sure ebay will have many such cases of seating on customer money - not giving refund hiding behind unless seller cancel order they will not refund customer money.

                I need my money back now with interest + penalty as this is harassment from ebay.

                I am not be surprised to hear that ebay may state that they tried contact and failed and give some url or ask me to contact them as they will mark this issue as resolved. Ebay has my contact # and they can reach me.

                    Dear ebay i am very much disappointed with you customer care response. That in the month is sep17 i purchased casio g-shock ga110rg-1a rose gold.
                    Afterwards we came to know that the supplied item is not original by comparing the one which we already have.
                    Immediately we informed to ebay by app message intern we received a mail to send back to seller 52 deals. Accordingly we sent back then even after a month no response from seller or ebay. The again sending message through app seller responded that ebay will refund the money. Intern ebay say seller will refund. Now after 2 months now seller says 20%will be deducted in refund. My question is deduction is for what? For returning the fake product or for ebay is associating fake sellers. Regarding this i also registered complaint wit ebay with complaint number[protected]. Till date no response from ebay. I regret myself having purchased from ebay

                        I was sent a wrong product and the same was told to return, and same was returned almost few days after the receipt on the same add from which it was received. Even after three months the money has not been received. I have done contacted both the vendor and ebay.

                        Details of vendor is magideal registered with ebay. I was told to contact the vendor by ebay but he has never replied the same was told to ebay.

                        Ebay did not help me in resolving the problem and left me on the mercy of vendor who never replies

                              I had purchased airtel wifi router on 12sep2017 from ebay india site which costs inr 3174. The product was however not delivered to me. I tried to follow up within a week to the ebay through the contact number.. But was not able to reach them. I then contacted seller but he responded that he will take action only when it comes through ebay.
                              I tried to reach them often but i couldn't. Finally when i was able to contact them (Ebay), they registered my complaint but after sometime i got message that it was rejected as the valid time for complaint was within 45 days
                              From the purchase date. But truly i was not aware of this time line as it was not shown directly anywhere, may be it would be hidden.
                              I am left with neither product nor refund of the money which i paid.

                                I have a good experience with ebay. I used last two years without any problem. Product received very low pries and best quilty. Last two year i purchased many thing and suggest many people to shop on ebay.

                                But recently i frustrated to ebay. Last 5 nov i buy a redmi phone refurbished mobile.
                                I pay money on that time because i trust with ebay. Next day in my office colleague say its not refublised that was totally damage phone sale on ebay. Because he tell me his last experience was not good. So on that time on 6 nov. I cancel my phone. I revived a email from dealer your order will be cancel. But when 4 day has been past on 10 nov. I again call to call center team for my refund. Then he say sir your order will cancel from dealer but its pending fir dealer update once dealer update we tell you when its refund. Then i say ok on same day in evening time i got a sms from ebay your order has been dispatched will reached you tomorrow. How this possible once cancel order hoe dispatched for delivery. I received mobile phone on 12nov i really shocked to see that was really 6 month old phone his front glass scratches and body dump back side totally screeches. Its almost 6 to 8 month used phone.
                                I agree i purchased used phone but that condition was totally different. If ebay delivered this type of materiel from his authorized dealer we have no need to purchased on ebay. Why we purchased on ebay why not olx.?
                                On same day i call ebay the call center agent say me he launch ebay claim definitely you got refund your money back.
                                But today i again received a call from ebay he explain me term of condition i cant realized he was company person i think he is dealer. Becased he say its your responsibility see before purchased we cant help you nad you never refund your money back.
                                Please stop to selling this type of think. Really effect on your brand.

                                  On 2nd nov 2017 i placed an order for hair color (Price - rs.300) & i had applied a coupon code for 1st user (Rs.100 off), so i had to pay the balance amount of rs.200.

                                  Thru my paytm wallet i have paid rs.70 and rest rs.130/- i paid thru my canara bank account. I got an sms from my bank stating that rs.130 got debited, but in ebay account its showing that your payment was unsuccessful, coz it was a missing transaction.

                                  Also called the customer service for the same, they asked me to wait for 5 working days[protected] & i will get my 130/- credited in my same bank account...

                                  Now its more than 2 weeks & i have been following up for the same but they are saying wait for 72 hrs we will refund your money, but no resolution.
                                  Kindly help me.

                                    I received a call from [protected] (Rakhi jaiswal) stating they belong to e-bay sales and promotion dept. And my account has been selected for special promotion wherein i would receive a gift (One selected from: sony bravia screen or dell laptop or lg refrigerator or i-phone 6s) for which i have to purchase anything from e-bay for rs. 4000/-. I was told that this is a special promotion and i would have to make the payment via paytm to the qrcode they sent to my whatsapp and that i would get my cash-back 20% in my paytm account the next day and the gift delivered upon payment, none of which happened. Further they threatened that the company would take legal action if i don't make the payment on the qr code, and it is used elsewhere. I made the payment thru paytm (After selecting a lava a77 mobile from e-bay) after which the next day i received a call from [protected] (Stating e-bay despatch manager mr. Santosh) that my product and gift are ready for despatch (Order id [protected] / despatch id[protected] and it has 5 years insurance covered, and i need to pay the gst tax for the free promo dell laptop amounting to rs. 11999/- and that they only require the transaction number to show the government after which they would refund the gst amount back to me within half an hour or on-call itself. This contradicted the initial persons statement that no charges or shipping needs to be paid for the free gift. When i hesitated to pay the amount, he threatened me that why i don't want to pay government taxes. If it is government taxes, how come i am told it would be refunded? I am sure e-bay follows government rules and doesn't require its customers to pay tax only for transaction show status. I asked for their location and after much hesitation they gave me this address: no 246, okhla industrial estate, phase iii, new delhi, which according to google belongs to jasper infotech (Snapdeal). I asked for invoice of the amount but they said they can't issue the invoice. Finally, after going through many ordeals, i finally asked to send only the product that i purchased and paid for as i couldn't risk paying 11999/-, which they said they can't send, nor would they refund the amount.

                                    I have trust in e-bay and their refund policies, but this transaction confuses me. Anyway, now my only concern is that i get my ordered product, and if not, i get my money refunded.

                                      I have ordered jbl ear phones from ebay on 13th october and paid online and recieved product around 20th october, 2017. When i used it first time it was not working properly. From that say i am calling on ebay customer care service and every time i listen one same thing, that your problem will be resolved in 48 hours. My paisa pay id is — [protected]. I have recieved the item. Nut i want to raise a complaint. I am not able to raise a complain because the seller have not updated ebay with item shipped. I have called 5 times in customer care and i alwasy listen same reply that your data will be updated in 48 hrs after that you can raise complaint.
