I had purchased one hdmi2av converter from ebay id [protected] it was not working ebay told me to send it to the seller in hydrabad,, because ebay does not have arrangement to pick it up from my place,, i had to spend another rs 70 to courier to the seller balajitraders2013 his email is [protected]@yahoo.in
Since then i have tried to contact him on his email but he does not response
I have not got replacement nor my money
I am a senior citizen i require your help i had courier the psc in 4 days time,
Rakeshputi has delayed it,, now ebay says the time period 10 is over i had contacted ebay on the 3rd day and to send to hydrabad also took 3 days

which i did but there was no response from your seller I
My request is to give me replacement or refund my money
I had sent this HDMI2AV CONVERTER through professional courier on 1/1/18 to there code no is KUR[protected]
the parcel received by your agent rajkumar pujari and singed by him through courier its code is KVR 60718126

No of times i have given you all possible details, , but i have not got any replacement nor my money

    I need original lambskin leather gloves but ebay company delivered to me simple clothes thread gloves. I don't know what i do this gloves. I am very disappointed that. I don't expect ebay company wrong product to delivered me.         Two american companies in india, one an example of honesty and ethics and other a cheat

        Has poor return and ebay guarantee policy…they always save the seller and allow him to cheat the
        I have shopped from them when i was in usa, but they (Ebay. Com_ is much more ethical that ebay india,.,
        They are cheats in india (Ebay.in) and have come to india toc heat indians,
        They cheated me recently by denying my claim 3374669 was rejected, my brother's claim of 3316756 was rejected despite my brother wrote to seller as product si 2 weeks late so do not ship, so in short ebay si unfair to so many customers, i wish this organsiation should close as we customers can maange without ebay,
        My reaction is: i will always call ebay a cheat usa company
        Ebay is bringing shame to usa and spoiling reputation o[censored]sa by behaving like cheat,
        I will never recomemnd or shop from ebay.

        Amazon india
        Has very good policies and very supportive to customers
        Amazon was ethcial in usa when i shooepd from tehm in 2007-09 in usa and they are ethical to indians when i shooepd with tehm in india
        They are ethical worldwide and honest to customers worldwide..
        Amazon is extremely hoenst and fair..
        I will call amazon a fair and honest organsiation.
        Amazon is making usa proud, by providing value to custoemrs worldwide and behaving honestly
        I will always be loyal shopper from amazon,

          I purchased a lens which costs approx 26k. It was used in used listing. But seller mentioned product opened to check working condition. But sold a non working product. The details he mentioned was wrong and sold the product to me. When i raised the ebay claim, ebay dint approve for the claim.

          All these fraud resellers are collecting non working items and selling on ebay. Even ebay is encouraging such fraud activities.

            5s 16 gb space grey (C) 6 months warranty "(Item id:[protected] from seller"rkinternational-faslp"was been delivered to me within a month it's not working even i lodged a complaint though they send some logistic company but thgey are not taking the responsibility of the product exchange and even they are not giving me me data so that i can track ma product.
            All the accessories items are fake even not satisfied with the phone apple company should take some initiative as they are degrading the brand"apple"
            And also the belief.
            Please do need ful.
            Really strict actions needed to be taken as a customer m feeling as if i have been spoofed.

              Dear sir,
              I bought a one plus 3 refurbished mobile phone from ebay.in but received very bad condition phone. Then i returned this mobile phone but i have not received the demand draft yet. When the first time ebay sent the demand they got back When I asked ebay they said your address wrong then, 12-15 times i talk to the customer service and every time they just confirmed the dd details and address and say your dd is ready we will be sent as soon as possible but i have not received the dd yet.
              There is no point in talking to the customer service. Like before, repeat the same # again and again. Every time they speak wait for 15 working days your dd will reach to you in 15days. Ary 15-15 din karke aj 1 month 16 days ho gye h sir.Very poor service.

              I have already complained 2 times in consumer complaints.in but Did not solve my problem

              Please tell me should i do next? Because 19999 rupees is not less.please help me sir

                I planned to buy laptop bag using payback points (2500) in ebay website on 22-dec-17. Some technical error occurs while redeeming my points, after that payback points got deducted and i couldn’t able to place the order. May i know the status of my payback points.

                I contacted customer care executive several times, but no use.

                Every time they are asking me to wait for 4 more days. I faced this issue on 22-dec-17, i have waited for around 3 weeks. Still they are escalating the issue..

                These are all the people who escalated my concern to appropriate team. But no use.

                I have raised concern in Consumer Complaints site on 15-Jan-18, immediately they escalated my concern to EBay Grievance Department. After that only, Ebay Customer Care Executive taken my problem as high priority and resolved it. Finally my Payback points (2500) credited back to my account. Thanks to all.

                  I bought a infocus m370i mobile phone from ebay.in but received broken display phone. Then i returned this mobile phone but i have not received the demand draft yet.                     I have made two payments on Ebay from Phonepe. One of Rs.57 via email [protected]@gmail.com and another was of Rs.106.40 via email [protected]@gmail.com. The phonepe registered mobile is [protected]. The transaction was done on 7th Jan 2018 (Rs.57) and 10th Jan 2018 (Rs.106.40) Ebay and phonepe is not helping me. Pls refund my money and take action against Ebay, Phonepe. Phonepe transaction id - P1801071053275395229495 and P1801102308144744153788. No transaction id or paisapay id generated from Ebay. Thanks

                      I lost all faith from ebay today. I am doing online shopping on indian, chinese e-commerce websites since last 10 years but never suffered mental agony as i have this time. Sellers like diggital_estore is damaging all reputations of ebay. Today they cancelled my order which was made a month ago. They asked for extension, and further 3 extensions which i accepted but still cancelled my order. They provided fake bluedart courier tracking id without dispatching the product. Please remove such seller. They are very much habitually involved in such fraud tactics. This time i am not going to spare them. I am about to file a compensation suit in consumer court against them and ebay under breach of indian contract act, consumer protection act, fraud, breach of ebay sellers and buyers policies and most important mental agony through which i been to.

                          I am purchase kult 10 mobile on ebay shopping website..8 months ago. Mobile work well but one day morning my mobile auto swich off. I am trying swith on mobile but did not swich on.. Then i call ebay custmer care,, they give sarf trading sellers mobile no. Then i call service center... He told me dont worry.. Send your mobile by indian courier post... Then i sent my mobile on 24 dec.. The mobile reach service center 1 jan 2018.. After 7 days i am when i am calling call switch off, sometime not reachable... After trying calling 10 time they pick call and they said today.. Tomorrow.. 5 days.. His answer... He does not give satisfied answer to me... I am very tense... Don't shop with ebay online shopping.. This custmer care service worst...

                            Dear sir myself tarun kumar sinha i place the order nokia 3220 refurbished mobile but they deliver dead and damage mobile product. As per online ad in a ebay its clearly mention they provide refurbished mobile phone but the provide damage and dead mobile phone. And many times i try to talk with supplier but he is not ready to pick the phone and the sales person sitting there he is very rude any not ready to coprate or listen my problem. And ebay don't have any customer helpline number to solve the issue so please take the action against him.

                              I ordered an oneplus3t mobile worth rs. 24000 on ebay but received an micromax basic set instead. I called the seller immediately and reported about it. The seller didnot respond to my calls properly and just said me to reach ebay after series of followup calls. My claim 3322411 on ebay was opened on the same day that i reported my issue.

                              More importantly i recorded a video o[censored]ncovering the parcel that was delivered to me because the weight of the parcel was soo suspicious that reminded me about all the fraudaulents happening through online shopping.

                              I provided all the detials of pictures and video as proofs. I was followed up for every 2 days until jan 1. But on jan 1 i simply got an update that my claim was rejected as i did not submit any proof of wrong product delivered. How insane it would have been to me to get a such update inspite of providing all the details and proof.
                              I called the same day to the custome care and got it escalated and spoke to one of the supervisors in ebay. It was anjali who assured she will be considering it very seriously and make sure it ll resolved and would provide an update by today jan 9th. But as usual i dint get any update and i called the customer care where i was informed their supervisors left for the day.

                              Frustrated to the core. If i dont get a solution by tomorrow. I will take this forward legally to the court and i dont mind how many ever years it take. I ll sue ebay for putting me through this pain.

                              I have all possible ways to reach the customer care and only update I get is to wait for 48 hours and false promises.

                              Please call me at [protected] or [protected] if you really care for your customers.

                              Sunny from ebay custome care team updated me to reach the seller and ask to drop email to ebay to get my refund.

                              I did that and as i expected it dint help.

                              Ebay as well let me down. And made me to realize never to order any product through online.

                              Only option I have here is to goahead legally to the court.

                              However I have realized its of no use waiting for your updates. You have made me lose my 24K Rupees.

                              Today Sunny from eBay supervisors team updated me to reach the seller and get an email from seller in order to get my refund.(How funny is this)

                              However when I reach the seller he just updated that he sent the right product and asking me to reach back to eBay. I know this is gonna continue without a solution :)

                              Seller says he sent the original product. Courier guy says he delivered the product as he received it. EBay and seller says they investigated both on seller and courier team(Blue Dart). But Courier (Blue Dart) says they haven't got any inquiry regarding my claim 3322411. Finally the seller says I have tampered the product :)
                              Thanks for making me realizing online shopping is not secure and you showed me the worst side of online shopping. Thanks for that.

                              However I ill take this case legally never mind how many ever years it takes.I PROMISE HERE.Until I get a justice.

                                I ordered a charger from ebay on 21 december 2017. Product got delivered on 29 december2017. Now i have checked the charger on my phone motog4plus. It is not giving proper charging to phone. I thought it might be problem on my phone only that it is not working properly, i checked using same charger on another phone motog5splus. After charging phone from this charger, phone has stopped working. It has only been 2 months, i have got this phone which has stopped working after charging the phone from this charger. I can not expect worst service than this. I am really pissed off and company has refused to take it back. I have no other option going to the consumer court. I expect a fair judgement from your side.

That is very much sure that i wont buy anything from ebay from now on and not even let me family and friends to buy anything from ebay. Because this charger is no use of mine.                                   Hi,
                                  I have bought a battery for my samsung galaxy a7 from ebay.in on 14/12/2017.
                                  I received it on 18/12/2017 with no invoice.
                                  I went to a mobile repair shop on 25/12/2017 to get the battery replaced because the phone comes with an in-built battery and only a technician can replace it. While replacing the technician found out that the battery is slightly swollen and was not getting assembled in my phone. I immediately raised a claim to return the battery on ebay.in and sent the images of the battery to the seller as well as to the ebay claim department. 2 days later i received a message from ebay saying that the claim is not eligible and has been rejected. I called ebay india again and re-raised the claim to return the product. Then again i received a rejection message from ebay saying this-
                                  "regarding ebay guarantee claim 3355418. We are sorry to inform that your claim is not eligible as the product is under manufacturer warranty. Please visit the nearest authorized service center to resolve the issue. Visit your 'my ebay messages' http://goo.gl/2KpeXb section for more details."
                                  Then i received a call from them and they said that we are arranging to provide you manufacturer warranty card and you will have to visit the samsung service centre to get it replaced to which i told them that why should i visit to the service centre for a fault which you have done by sending me a duplicate, fake and swollen battery but they denied it all and kept iterating that we are arranging to provide you a manufacturers warranty card and we are not going to return it at all.
                                  Please help me from getting cheated by ebay, they have sent me a duplicate and swollen battery and are not in a mood to return it.
                                  Also when i received the battery, the outer courier polythene bag was sealed but inside the bag the battery was in a losse packet and there was no invoice of the product. I am attaching the images of the courier packet and the battery as well.

                                  On 21st Dec'17 I have purchased a product Moto G5s plus phone on ebay. Which I received on 26th Dec'17. But it was a defected piece. Tried reaching seller several times but no response from there end not on call, msg nothing. Even ebay is not ready to intervene. I just want my refund.

                                    I got a call from a no. +91-[protected] true caller showing ebay and they scammed me into transferring 28000 to their account.. They gave me the account no. Ifsc code n account holder name and for the beneficiary name they told ebay.in
                                    .. I have transferred 28000 rs to that account. I am attaching my whatsapp chat details.. Please take appropriate action and oblige. Its a fraud. Please help.

I was agree with them and said, to courier that mobil at another address. But their management courier it at wrong address.
