I have ordered sony bravia smart tv last year, couple of days back the screen got blank. Upon calling the sony service the engineer checked the tv and told me that the screw fitted in the tv are not sony and the sticker is not there inside the pannel, this mean the tv was opened before it was delivered to me.
I paid rs 66000 for this tv. This is not done i have been cheated and sold a wrong product in name of sony. I need to register complaint against ebay who has disagreed to help me stating this transaction was done last year and it does not fall under ebay gurantee and also the seller who are faking the products and selling it.

I found this seller on ebay.in. Seller name was "stealyadeal". I was came here for samsung galaxy note8, and i found this ads. First i try to buy through ebay but i found it doesn't deliver to my location, ebay care told me that its only ship local location. Then i contact to the seller, nd he told me he can ship to my location. And i ask that why u cannot ship via ebay. He told me, domestic services is not available on ebay via me. Then i ordered directly to seller, and i payments 16000rs. After some time i got another phn that is videocon cheap phn. And i ordered samsung galaxy note 8.
Now his mobile no is coming switch off.

Please help me to refund my money.

Ebay is really stupid where seller sell fake products under manufacturers warranty
And ebay doesn't do anything until is given any written proof by service center.
And service centers say that they are not authorized to give anything in writing if the product is fake.


I have prurchased following memory card from ebay,

Samsung evo 32 gb microsd microsdhc class 10 memory card 48mb/s + 5 yr warranty

When i inserted into my mobile and tried to copy the data found that nothing can be copied or moved to sd card, all files got deleted as soon as i restart the device.

When i contacted ebay, they told me to contact samsung service center since it has manufacturing warrenty.
When i showed the product to samsung service they told that it is a fake and duplicate product we cannot provide any warrenty on that so you better check with ebay.

When i again contacted to ebay i got response from support team to please bring a doa letter from samsung so i have again contacted the samsung service center and they just emailed me with their conclusion about the fake product and told me that since the product is duplicate
And does not belong to samsung we cannot give it on a letter head but they have mentioned all in email with samsung contact person and number so ebay can contact them any time and they can clarify that.
But the ebay refuses to accept such email response they want only doa letter which should be on samsung letter head only.

It's ebays responsibilty to check with seller and give me my refund but they are not doing that.

I have contacted so many times to ebay but they are not ready to take action seller as well. Ebay service is really pathetic.

I ordered nikon camera charger mh24, but the product is not working. It's a duplicate product and i got cheated. The battery doesn't even fit into the charger. This is really disappointing to see customers are receiving product like this. I have called customer care but no response. Now i need refund.

Ebay and its business partners are selling cheap products from china at very high price value. Say 7 times.

And that too, they are not working as per its advertisement on ebay site.

Lot of consumer are getting cheated in this way.

I had purchased a new apple iphone 5s 64 gb (Item id:[protected]Paisapay id [protected]) through ebay, the payment of which was done on 26-april-2017 and i received the same on may 2017. It was mentioned that the model no. Is 5s.

Recently i had faced some issue related to its battery i. E. Its draining out very fast, so i take my phone at the apple iphone store, where after checking the details online, the officals told me that the configuration of phone is 5c and not 5s and the battery is already consumed, which means that the ebay people had given me an assembled iphone rather than new iphone.

Since the model number is showing different on apple's website or portal (I. E. 5c instead of 5s), so apple's officals refused to provide a new battery, even though i am ready to pay for the same.

Further the officials had also informed me that the charger and headphones, provided by ebay are duplicate ones.

I have written so many emails to ebay, but instead o[censored]nderstanding my concern that i have been cheated by them as they had give me duplicate charger and 5c phone, instead of 5s, they are just mentioning that 'your phone is not working so you can contact the seller'

My concern is not that the phone is working or not, my concern is that i have been cheated by you ebay people. It seems that the people sitting at ebay customer care department are just 'robots' who just reply to any email by referring to pre-scripted emails.

And above all, now whenever i write a mail at their mail id, now i receive an 'auto reply' that this email is no longer valid.

I have been cheated by ebay, i request everyone that you should never purchase anything from ebay if you want to save your money and time. They are the bunch o[censored]nprofessionals, cheaters.

Hi this is avadhesh... I ordered a import casio edifice ef-550d 1avdf chronograph black dial men's watch gift
(Item no.[protected] of amount 3875 on 15th oct 2017... The estimate date for delivery was 17-18th oct 2017... But due to some reasons i had to go out of station, so i cancel the order... And i claimed that i want refund... Ebay sent me mail on 1st week of november that your refund process is initiated and u will get ur amount in 12-15 days... But i have not received that... If ebay doesnot want to refund the amount delivered my product..

I purchased iphone 6 from ebay the delivery of the product was late after mail exchange i received the phone. Starting their was a front camera problem;which i conveyed to them through email communication.
Suddenly in october datacable was not working and on november suddenly phone screen got freezed which any physical damage in the phone.
I called the us iphone service centre which i got from google search they asked me the imei number tey told me the phone is already purchased on 2016 and its a year old phone.
I have all the chat as proof with me.
I conveyed the same to digital estore but they completely denied. Later they ask me to courier phone. I told them no courier company parcel phone with inbuilt battery but the seller told me their is no other option. I informed ebay the same. Later i asked them shall i give you the phone personally coming to your address they denied to ask me to courier it from chennai itself. One of my friend parcel the phone from chennai. Digital estore executive ask me to remove the protection glass from the phone and courier so i removed the protection glass.
After i mail dem package and receipt of courier. After 2-3 dsys they told me their is a dent on the phone s ratch is their in the screen.
After few days they told me that the warranty is lapsed as the phone has been opened to some other service centre. After i gave them the reply on mail. Tbey said tjat the display and back cover has been replaced in some other service centre.
So i can not get the warranty.
They are false seller they are cheaters.

I have recently purchased the above battery (Paid in full) from ebay. Unfortunately, this battery is not running at all. I like to bring to your attention that in the recent past most of the products i have purchased from ebay are not useable. Infact, i have returned most of the products.

I want to know if ebay has any quality control on the products which they are selling. If they don't then i would request them to have such a quality control so that customers like me are not disappointed.

I have ordered philips hd 7450/20.. Has been shipped. Estimated delivery between 27 nov to 29 nov which ebay is promised me as i have to attend a wedding on 29th. When i checked the blue dart website my product was with them since 3days at bhiwandi hub without any action. I followed with both bluedart and with ebay to deliver the product by 29th and both said we have taken the request o[censored]rgent delivery but on the morning of 29th when i have called blue dart they refused to deliver the product and said follow up with ebay coz we will deliver by 30th only. While calling ebay they also refused to help.

I have ordered for a battery for mi note 3 in ebay side on cash on delivery system. I have received the battery on[protected] and paid rs. 549/- to the delivery boy. After that i have opened the parcel and i have know that on is in damaged conditioned. And i have claimed in eaby site for replacement the battery and they have intimated to me to take the invoice to mi service center then they will replace it. But the invoice was not issued and not received. Hence it is requested to the ebay.in for replacement of damaged battery or issue the invoice for which i have purchase already in ebay.

A guy from ebay names jain mallick called me and asked about the product which i purchase on ebay i. E palit graphics card 1030 model on 9th nov 2017 they also know our address and contact no. And offers these product are yours if you purchase a product worth rs 5000 and when i want to make purchase they changed they way which i am purchase h the product and said if you pay through paytm you get 30%back to your a/c short. And when i paid money they didn't even send me the product brother they sent e my money back...

On 11 november i ordered one table through prepaid online payement and date of delivery was 16-18 nivember but its now 27 november and my order is nowhere.. It was supposed to be deliverd at my given address but now the seller called me twice and told me to visit twice at post office to get my stuff. I dont understand if i have to visit myself to get my stuff from 8 to 10 kms then what is the fun of buying online. Even i visited twice my post office and they are telling me that your parcel havent reached to us yet
