I had purchased a new apple iphone 5s 64 gb (Item id:[protected]Paisapay id [protected]) through ebay, the payment of which was done on 26-april-2017 and i received the same on may 2017. It was mentioned that the model no. Is 5s.
Recently i had faced some issue related to its battery i. E. Its draining out very fast, so i take my phone at the apple iphone store, where after checking the details online, the officals told me that the configuration of phone is 5c and not 5s and the battery is already consumed, which means that the ebay people had given me an assembled iphone rather than new iphone.
Since the model number is showing different on apple's website or portal (I. E. 5c instead of 5s), so apple's officals refused to provide a new battery, even though i am ready to pay for the same.
Further the officials had also informed me that the charger and headphones, provided by ebay are duplicate ones.
I have written so many emails to ebay, but instead o[censored]nderstanding my concern that i have been cheated by them as they had give me duplicate charger and 5c phone, instead of 5s, they are just mentioning that 'your phone is not working so you can contact the seller'
My concern is not that the phone is working or not, my concern is that i have been cheated by you ebay people. It seems that the people sitting at ebay customer care department are just 'robots' who just reply to any email by referring to pre-scripted emails.
And above all, now whenever i write a mail at their mail id, now i receive an 'auto reply' that this email is no longer valid.
I have been cheated by ebay, i request everyone that you should never purchase anything from ebay if you want to save your money and time. They are the bunch o[censored]nprofessionals, cheaters.

They don't have phonelines with outgoing service????
