As per instruction, i have sent several complaints to dealer-magideal but e. Bay cannot forward the mail to magideal ([protected]@members. Ebay.in) for reasons unknown.

Complaint - as desired, images of received item are attached.
The dvd writer is not able to read most dvds. It read once after long time making unusual hammering sound and then stopped midway.
Please replace it with proper item.

Please complete resolution.

      I had purchase an item from ebay on 18 oct 2017 item id[protected], paisa pay id: [protected], seller id: excotronsolutions

      Dell latitude 10e st2e tablet 1.8ghz/2gb/64gb ssd/10.1" hd touchscreen win 8 pro

      As soon as i received the box on 23 oct 2017 i opened it and started the device and it was constantly rebooting hence i requested for refund on 24 oct 2017

      After which ebay arranged return pickup on 30 oct 2017 so i returned the product to the courier person as i was instructed to he checked the product and took it here is the awb no:[protected] for the same

      Today the date is 15th november and still i have not received my money back i contacted ebay many times they the tracking is not showing delivered yet this seller is a big thief the product has reached his city on 4th november he may have also received the item back but he is not giving any kind of confirmation for the same to ebay

      Dear ebay is this my fault companies like amazon refund the amount as soon as the return pickup is completed i don’t know why your holding my money every time you call me and say we are tracking and communicating with the seller once the pickup is done it’s your responsibility not mine

      Please refund my money at the earliest

      And to all the people reading my case please don’t buy from this seller also only buy from sellers who have more than 95% rating on ebay

      My money has been on hold for almost one month now with any sign of when it’ll be refunded.

          Hi,

          I bought a wardrobe from ebay. They delayed the shipping hence i bought from the market. Then i asked them to refund the money and return of the item. According to the guidance by the seller/mediator from ebay, i shipped back the item and asked for the refund. Initially they responded of phone calls and promised about refund. But later on neither they are responding to phone calls nor to emails and they didn't refund the money.

          It's almost one year but they didn't return money

            I had placed an order on september with the studio photography lighting for my personal use. It was being sent from us so i patiently waited. I had given my pinkie as 737135 which is gangtok, sikkim. But the seller delivered to hyderabad! I don't know how it's possible and i kept getting messages from the seller that it is in delhi customs and will be delivered to you in 2-3 days which has been more than a month and i kept getting messages. Hoping for it to reach me on time since i had placed a prepaid order it didn't due to which i kept calling ebay and everytime they told me since no courier is willing to deliver to my location to which i asked them to process my refund and they always say we have processed and you will get the amount in 7-10 business days which has also been a month and yesterday they called me and told me that i have to wait for 72 hours more for confirmation. I have been waiting for 72 hours for ever and they call me and say the same thing. It's ok that i haven't received my money but i haven't even got a refund due to which i am not able to buy another lighting kit and it's so frustrating that i have to take out time from my busy schedule just to call them every freaking time and yet they don't have an answer. They say they can't even track the order. I mean why are you selling in the first place if you can't deliver it in india. Also i made 2 purchases on september and one product was cancelled immediately but even for that i haven't received any refund. Please help! My salary is only 10000 and i paid 4800 for that product. It is very sad how people are taking matters too lightly. I will file a legal notice now if i don't get my money back within a week.

              I have bought iphone 6s from ebay and the product was defected so i talked to seller that phone i got is not getting on, so he told to file a claim and return the product.
              So ebay done the reverse pickup by delhivery courier and the product was picked up. And i have sent all the product which i have received in the courier and the exact same phone with all accessories (Including data cable, dock, book, box, free cover)
              And on 6th the seller got the phone back and on 8th he is complaining that he got different phone.
              I have gave pictures to ebay of the phone without any scratch on the phone and the seller is saying that is phone has full of scratches on it and the emei is different. I have sent the exact same phone which i have got. I told ebay to ask the delivery person whether that phone was having scratch or not. I have gave ebay each and every proof which i was having.
              That seller got the phone and now he is manipulating things that he got different product.
              And still the claim in process. Ebay is saying that they will resolve it on 7/11/17 but still its unsolved. On around 10th i have talked to senior executive on ebay he told me that it will get clear in 24 hours by getting a call from ebay claim department. But till today i haven't got any call.
              I have mail ebay regarding this and then after they assured that they will resolve the issue on 13/11/17 and today is 14/11/17 and till i haven't got any call / mail.
              Why ebay is doing these kind of things?
              I have gave all the proofs to ebay.

                      The product worked well for 3 months. Then i faced a battery problem.

                      So i went to the apple authorized service center to replace the battery. They told me that the display of the mobile phone is duplicate.

                      I am contacting ebay daily but no one is ready to help me as it has crossed the 10 days ebay guarantee. They are telling that it's all upon the seller now.

                      The seller is non contactable from 1 month.

                          I have ordered a magic mop on 12th oct 17 still not received the item and when i asked for refund the refund request was rejected by the pay pal. When i had a chat with one of your customer care named vaishali she is telling me to inform bank to refund the money. How can the bank refund the money when its already being paid to seller. Its really disgussting and disappointing reply from customer care. I have being cheated by ebay. I want my money back.

                                  I ordered a product 8pin coil power relay dpdt ly2nj 10a with socket base on ebay on 29 sep, 2017. I paid ebay in advance for hassle free delivery of my product. My product was estimated to be delivered between friday, 13 oct - monday, 23 oct 2017. However i still don't have my product. I contacted the seller and seller said that it may have been lost/stolen in transit and referred me to ebay. When i tried to raise a claim with ebay they rejected my request saying that i was not eligible to. Now i have no product and money also has been taken by ebay and i feel that i have been scammed by ebay.

                                    I have purchased sennheiser earphones from ebay. The have sent me defective product. I consulted with the seller, he suggested me to return the product so i had returned the product. I have also submitted a complaint about the product being defective and they have processed my claim. It's 2 weeks now but still i haven't received the amount. They have mailed me saying that my claim is processed.

                                      Hi... I'm facing a huge issue regarding an iphone 6 64gb ram by paying 28, 400 in august 2017 in ebay from their seller digital estore, chennai. My ebay id is srinivas 181971 and my paisa pay id is paisapay id [protected])

                                      In october'17 i had a major issue with the touch. Assuming that it is a minor problem of the panel, i went to reliance resq store to get it fixed. One look at the phone, the service center manager told me that the screen has been replaced with a fake one. I've been trying to call digital estore guys on the listed telephone number and it seems it is out of order for the past two weeks. On advice of the ebay call center representative, i have couriered the phone back to digital estore address in chennai and wondering what will happen next!

                                      Please do not buy from these guys and save yourself the trouble what i'm enduring currently. I'm hoping that ebay folks will step in and safeguard my interest and others who are facing the same issue due to this fraud company selling fake products.

                                        I have purchased 32" sony led smart tv on ebay india.
                                        I have recd damaged item. Informed to seller sent him photos. I raised a claim. Seller promised me to send replacement. I recd replacement also but unfortunately that was also recd. Non working & damaged. This was also informed to seller & photos & video clip was sent to him. It was uploaded on ebay as well. Both the items models were not as described in the description. I have my douts whether both items were original sony even or not? Mostly not.
                                        I asked for refund. Ebay arranged reverse pick up of both items on 18th october through delhivery courier. I uploaded return pick up courier receipt on ebay. The tracking shows that items have reached return city with in 3 days of pick up on 21st october but after that there is no update from delhivery courier on their website nor these have been delivered. It shows it is in transit. Seller says he has not recd the items.
                                        Delhivery custmer support nos are seldomly attended. Ebay is sending only same msgs again & again that it is in transit & have a patience. We have escalated the matter & our claims dept would call you but nobody calls ever.
                                        I dont know why the items have not yet been delivered even after 20 days?
                                        Ebay also is not showing any initiative in finding out this.
                                        When my claim is going to be settled? I have done all the procedure from my side then why my claim is not being settled?

                                        After about 18 days; Delhivery changed the tracking status on their site on 6th Nov. showing as 'consignment reached at destination city & not attemted.'

                                        On talking to their Customer Support on 7th evening it was told that due to some technical issues delivery could not be attemted but it will be delivered in next 24 hours.

                                        Yesterday on 8th evening when I again called them they informed that we tried to deliver it but Ebay warehouse refused to take it.

                                        Why Ebay warehouse should refuse to accept it?

                                        If this is not true Ebay should take up this with Delhivery & ensure that the delivery is done successfully.

                                        Ebay is losing its entire credibility due to their dumb approach.

                                        Request Ebay to look in to it & settle my claim for refund at the earliest.

                                        It shows that Delhivery has delivered the return items on 10th Nov. Now Ebay should settle the claim for refund immediately without any further delay.
                                        I purchased a laptop through Ebay, It is not working properly( Display problem). I just raised Ebay guarantee also and the claim Id is:3222559. Still my claim is in pending. When my claim is going to be settled? My claim is opened at 18/10/2017.
