I have order playstation from ebay but due to technical error i reshipped it. Since then 4 months have passed but i have not received my money despite complaining to their customer care many time. They have a money back guarantee scheme of 1 month. Claim id -3158146. Every time i called them they told me to wait for 10 days but it was also of no use. I have talked to their senior executive also but she also ask for 10 days and then also i didn't got my money refunded. I have lost all hopes of geeting my money back and i suggest everyone not to shop on this site ebay.

    Hi team,

    I have recently purchased "sony playstation imported orignal platinum wireless headset for ps4, ps4 pro, ps3" from ebay on 24th dec 2017 and made an online payment paypaisa id "[protected]" but in the courier company records (Aramex-[protected]) its mentioned as cod.
    Due to which they are asking me to pay again, when i called ebay on 30th dec 2017 they informed that they will fix the issue with aramex in 48hours. But its been more than 3 days there is no resolution, they are not helping me getting my order or nor they are canceling my order.

    Request to get my order delivered to me or process with the cancellation and refund.

      I have purchased a laptop from ebay.com.

      As you can see this product was listed as "brand new" on the ebay (Though seller ended the listing) but when i asked dell they confirmed that this is a "refurbished" laptop as per their record so i asked my ebay to refund my money as i have received a wrong product, instead of getting a receiving a new product i received a "refurbished" one.

      They taken the action quickly a opened a claim as per my detail and given 4 days to seller to resolve this issue that seller failed to resolve.

      Now when ebay contacted me back (After 4 days) and sent me email:

      "for the resolution of your claim, we request you to provide proof of item not as described. Please forward an authorized letter from any merchant who deals into such items stating that the item is not reason of the claim-: product is refurbished. Authorized letter must contain appraiser’s name, contact no. And his complete address."

      So my concern is why "any merchant who deals into such items" will involve in this matter as this deal was done between ebay (Seller) and me?

      How they can ask to provide that kind of special letter with special stuff?

      I have valid email from dell stating clearly about the product status but they are not considering as they need authenticated letter while they ebay itself doing everything on online email (Email and all).

      This looks like ebay's sellers are be-fooling their customers and ebay supporting their sellers in this.

      So i would like to request ebay to take this matter seriously and stop betraying their customers.

        Dear sir,

        I am murali krishna t, i purchased mobile through ebay.in while receiving time it not working perfectly then i raise a claim and after 1 month they people tell to me send the hs from your end and they provide to me my refund money back so i dispatch the parcel from my end through dtdc courier on 26th december 2017 and it's dispatch same on 28th december 2017. Still now (3rd january 2018) my money not getting refund to me of rs 7000 so pls help to me to get back my money.

          As i ordered samsung galaxy s4 frm the ebay as a guest account. Ebay is suggested by my friend as it is trustworthy website but whn i recevied my phn and try to switch on the phn but phn doesnt respond i was shock that the ebay is providing such kind of the service to its customer. These kind of services frm the ebay side is unexpected. This makes ebay to loose their customer as now its approx 8 days frm the 1st complaint i didnt get any resolution whch make me to not use ebay infuture. The phn is totally dead nd i snd all the pic. Its a refurbish phn whch i order but its totally dead if i dont get my money back thn i am gping to take a serious action againts this.

            The complaint subject was ordered on 22 dec, 2017. Rs.269/- paid online (Paisapay id [protected]) in advance. Item was delivered in time.

            The issue is the mrp printed on its packing is rs.50/- only whereas the invoiced amount is rs.269. I raised a claim with ebay but they refused to settle the case (Attaching photographs of the item, its cover with original mrp, copy of invoice raised by the supplier and screenshot of ebay's reply).

            I humbly request you to settle the case amicably.

            My alleged information as complaint with solid proof (selling an item for more price than printed MRP is a law breaking incident). If the importer giving government a low price to evade import duty and selling the item more than the declared price is offense.

            I shall notify the Ministry for import/export with all my clear evidence to prove my alligation.

              Hello, my name is sachin, i had ordered a product from ebay on 19th dec 2017, paisapay id [protected]. The seller deadline was 29th december. And to my surprise i received an sms on 25th that the item has been delivered thank you. Which was not! I immediately contacted the seller akasaki. Bay, they replied to raise the claim if you faced such issue, i tried to raise the claim, it showed that you can't raise it until the deadline date is passed, annoying, then i contacted the ebay care, they replied we can't do anything you have to wait till deadline date and then raise the claim. I aggreed.

              Then after 29th i raised the claim that i didn't receive the item, i did contact the seller and ebay as well, the fedex courier service did a fraudlent entry of delivery (Fedex airway bill number:[protected]. And next day i received the reply for the claim that, your claim is not eligible because the item shows it is delivered!.. How ridiculous!! Thats what i complained for...!

              Finally i myself contacted the fedex delivery person on 31st (His mo.[protected]) i asked him if any parcel is there with my name, he said yes, he couldn't deliver it as he went to a wedding.!!?! I asked then why does it say that it is delivered, he replied maybe its done by the office. But why do i care, its not my concern! 31st is way beyond the deadline of the seller!! Now the product is not delivered yet! And i have been annoyed to an extreme limit!! I need a refund as per the ebay guidelines, rest, hold the delivery service responsible thats it.

                A call came from ‭+[protected]‬ and now it is going swtch off. They made me pay 5000₹ to apaytm account with name of ebay. They lured me that my doing this i can also claim a iphone 7 plus. I talked for about 1 hour. They gave me all assurity. I have their account number in which i paid the amount. Please please track it. I also have the ifsc code in the image attached.
                Please do something. They are luring innocent people and are taking advantage of digital payments and online shopping.
                Please i want refund of my hard earned money. They promised me my product but gave a fake tracking id.
                The names involved were shivani mehra (Sales department ebay) and sana khan (Accounts department ebay)
                . They also congrats me on whatsapp.
                They sent a message containg an order id and tracking number but everything was waste. I contaced ebay and they said it was a fake call it is your mistake.
                Please sir/ma’am, help me, i am a consumer and they have exploited me. Took my money and now i am helpless.

                  By not accepting and closing my claim without any intimation to me on mobile and email, ebay has proved its lack of customer courteousness;

                  The product not delivered on time is a poor quality product,,
                  Shame on ebay for not delivering the product;

                  The product was to be delivered before 4th december, but since product was not delivered till 14th decemeber,
                  I raised this ebay guarantee claim 3333317 on 15th december when i had not received the product;

                  Before raising claim.. I had sent seller 2 messages to expediet shipping for order placed in november month
                  Since product was not delivered on time, i could not have kept on waiting on so i bough geriforte box from nearby chemist.
                  And told seller not to ship the product.
                  However like careless ebay.. Seller was also careless and eh did nots top his shipping..
                  The box sent by ebay is sealed and unused. You can pick this box back. But i want my refund.

                  I will have to call ebay guarantee a joke and ebay a cheat organisation..
                  Had it been flipkart or amazon... Such a bad experience would not have happened,

                  Not only ebay... But ebay seller are also cheat.,.
                  As despite writing free shipping... Shipping cost was added to my order,.,,

                  Shame on ebay

                  While placing order in november, month...2 weeks estimation was shared and order was expecetd before 4th december...

                  With 4th december has delayed estimate... Ideally product should have been delivered before 4th dec,

                  Since order was not delivered on 4th dec...

                  Ebay acnnot force a customer to keep waiting.

                  I requierd product by 4th decemeber... But sinec i did not got it...

                  I bought it from market and emaield seller not to ship te item...

                  Desite my isntructions shaeless seller shipepd teh item...

                  And then i rasied claim to ebay and also wrote to seller to stop shipment by calling coureir people.

                  Shameless seller and cheat ebay did nothing to help...

                  Cheat seller who had charegd em courier charegs on my order...

                  Ebay si equally responsibel for allowings eller to publish wrong information and teherfroe i call ebay a cheat amaercian organisation (I am copying this to ebay usa also)

                  Delivering products on tiem is a standard and it si a shame that american orgsanition ebay.in does not value time and cheats custoemrs of india.

                  Since i had already purchased this product from nearby shop…i no more need this …

                  And the item sent by ebay is lying as unused and sealed item and can be reverse picked up anytime…

                  It is shame that ebay guranete is not honoured and ebay cheated me..

                  My earlier complaint raised in 2nd week of december is as follows:

                  You do not know when the seller shipped since not all sellers use tracking and some international sellers do not have the ability to use tracking. It is highly unlikely that seller waited two weeks to ship. All sellers on ebay have stated shipping times and must adhere to that handling time or they will receive a defect on their seller account.

                  If you have decided you no longer want the item and if the seller accepts returns, you can ask the seller if you can return the item for a refund. Of course, the return shipping will be your cost.

                    First of all i never trust in ebay because of past experience, but some my friend tell me that ebay is good and order ur mobile as he got benefited. I have order a mobile nokia 6 but received a damaged and scratched product. Now i want full refund and return the product. Now onwards i will never shop from ebay and also tell my 100 colleagues not to do so at all. This certified this side is cheating side and cheating customers. Mob-[protected].

                    Return and refund immediately. Don't suggest me to contact seller because i made payment to ebay only not seller.

                        My name sudeep kumar br from bangalore, on 26th november 2017, i have placed an order for ‘u8 bluetooth smart notification wrist watch smart phone with touch screen black ‘ worth rs/-799 and received it on 30th nov'17 by seller id ‘dbl enterprises”
                        The product delivered to me was a defective, dead product, i immediately claimed refund on it by calling at ebay customer care on 30th nov'17. Customer care representative raised a claim with claim id : 3309370 and told me to upload the images of the damaged product at https: eguarantee. Ebay.in/eg/. As required i have uploaded the images on 30th november2017.
                        And 1st dec'17 i have dispatched the damaged product to seller via professional courier service with consignment no. Blr[protected] and uploaded consignment images with remarks on ebay account and also mailed to ebay and seller (Dbl enterprises) the same day. Also i called at ebay customer care to inform the same & got the confirmation. I have called at customer care center on regular basis. Till 28th december 2017 ebay representative were unable to get in touch with seller. Whenever i call at customer care representative has given me false assurance that your product is in ebay guarantee and we will refund your money so don't worry
                        However on 24th dec'17 when i opened my ebay account to check the status of the claim i was shocked by comments updated by customer service team. As per customer service team i had shipped the faulty product to the seller and as per the tracking information, it shows that it s delivered to the them. However the seller is claiming that they ve not received the product yet. If the product is delivered successfully, then courier company can provide you the delivery proof. I immediately called at customer care and told them i have dispatched the product at the address provided by them with branded courier company then why you are bothering me to submit the proof of delivery. Then again customer care representative assured me that our claim team will give you a call by 25 th dec'17 to resolve the issue & will not close the claim before that. But my claim was closed i called up customer care and they told me that once we submit the dsr & delivery proof from the courier company they will again open the claim.
                        But now customer care told me they cannot open the claim back. Seller is not ready to listen my problem and refused to provide any resolution. When nobody is trying to understand the concern who is going to help me on this. Not even the customer care guys, nor seller not claims team.
                        I have spend 799rs +80 delivery charges on this product. It's been more than a month now but still i haven't received my money. Claims team - not responsive for callback requests. They never call back not even understand the concerns of the customer. The customer care is no way helpful to address customers queries and provide false assurance. Ebay is harnessing the customer in all ways. I have lost all trust on ebay and will never suggest for any of my friends to trust ebay nor its sellers. This is my first and worst last experience with ebay - a so called good online shopping site in india.
                        I need my refund for this order on priority basis.

                            I had brought tempered glass from ebay.in which was supposed to get delivered between 2 to 4 nov. Since i needed it at the earliest i choose ebay over others as other e-comm providers were taking time in delivering. Their logistic partner messaged me on 3 nov saying that we attempted delivery but you were unavailable. The truth is that they did not attempted delivery before 6 nov. "great e-comm company with great logistic provider - sarcastic comment"

                            Now on 6th nov i received a open product, so i collected it from guard after coming from office and still went ahead to apply the product. The product was of duplicate quality with glass coming out everytime i place it near my ears. I complained them on 10 nov and they said seller will contact in 4 days but neither seller contacted nor ebay. Finally ebay got the time on 16 nov to call me and tell it will take some time.

                            I got a call from their customer care after 2-3 days saying that you have used the product and they cannot process refund. I said to them without using how will i know that product is of right quality or not; they then said that i am right but they cannot help me as i have used the product. So 2 complaints here - why did they send the product late when i needed it urgently and that too open product.
                            Then executive told me that senior will call me. I kept calling ebay every 2nd day and they were like senior will call you in next 48 hours. This means when i purchase from ebay i have to be prepared and take out time to fight with ebay. Finally this senior called me on 1 dec and since i was in washroom they rejected and close the claim without my permission.
                            Such a bad company it is - no customer centricity. I reopened the case and i got a call from senior on 4 nov saying that the claim is rejected. I talked to her and he disconnected the call in between. Also he was saying there is no fault of seller in this. Such a nice platform for sellers that they can come here and sell anything without any issues. Then i was looking for ways to fight against them and i got this portal link.

                            Please help me.

                              I ordered apple i pad charger and received duplicate/ faulty. I contacted ebay within 2 days they told me to contact seller and i did the same now seller is ready to exchange with original but ebay people are denying it and saying do whatever directly with seller, as i think they only want commissions on selling rest no guarantee for original or any refunds or exchanges, bloody cheater and fraud company, never ever trust and purchase through ebay..,,,, amazon is best

                                I have ordered mobile of 20, 000 rs on ebay on 28 april 2017. But it was showing that it will take 1 month estimate for delivery, so we cancelled it after that we were waiting for refund, they have said that we will receive refund within 7 working days. But we have not received refund. They said me to send the bank statement i have send it to their e-mail. Till now we have not received refund. The company is fraud, and i spammed by them. They have said me to contact my bank as they have send money from there side by till now i have not receive.

                                  On 16/11/2017 i have ordered 6 pairs of socks for rs.199/- on ebay.in (Paisa pay id-[protected]). But till date i have received neither the item nor refund the money. I have called thrice to the customer service toll free but everytime i receive a same answer that i will receive a call from ebay in next 48 hrs and the refund will be processed, i am highly dissatisfied with the ebay customer service and same was not expected by ebay that such a big company. What can i do now. Please help me.

                                        I have ordered "universal long lazy mobile phone holder stand for home bed desk table (Purple)- opens in new window or tab" which actually work as mobile phone handler. The day when i received this i checked and the quality of product was so bad that it was not able to handle the weight of my samsung phone j7. For which i requested ebay to get my money back and take this product return on the day when it was delivered. For which some claik id is being generated on their portal attached below fyr. And today i am receiving update from them that it is not eligible for refund, how come? Neither i use product a single day nor delayed in returning it.
