I ordered an item on 22nd of september from the seller named hishopiee6.
The item was canceled on 22nd itself but the seller has not yet refunded the money.
I contacted the seller through mail. The seller agreed in refunding the money but it hasn't been refunded yet.
I don't know if it is a fake seller, please take an action about it. Thank you.

I think the seller is fraud.
Cannot reach him via e-mail anymore.
I searched for the transaction history (paisapay Id) on ebay itself but could'nt solve anything.

        Hi,

        I had ordered an item on 12th of oct which seller was unable to deliver. It's been one week since your customer care has been trying to process my refund but that just does not happen. This is to bring to your notice now that if it does not happen in next 48 hours, i'm going to file a complaint at consumer court and post this at every social media. I have a page on insta for fashion blogging. Be sure to lose a hell lot of customers.

        This is extremely unacceptable, after every 48 hours ebay says refund will be processed in 48 hours. I never imagined a website like this would be so pathetic in such cases.

              After having had experience for the past few months with ecommerce sites in india, i seriously think the government need to regulate their operations otherwise it may lead to millions of rupees being unscrupulously swallowed by them of naïve customers. It is very few who go to the last mile to fight for their due amounts. I placed an order for a samsung 21" monitor for rs. 8099 and paid for it on 22nd. September 2017 and the seller immediately realised that the order could not be serviced to my pincode based on his terms of delivery with ebay india.

              But he deliberately delayed the cancellation until 28th. September 2017. Based on the cancellation ebay processed my refund on 29th. September 2017 and until today i. E. 11th. October 2017, i have not received my refund. Mind you i paid the amount on 22nd. Sept and it is almost three weeks and i still do not have my refund. I have been a customer of ebay worldwide and amazon worldwide but i have never faced refund issues if there was a problem with delivery or doa or wrong item being sent.

              It appears that ecommerce companies are being driven to the wall as they cannot manage their cash flow due t very high competition and so make up by withholding genuine refunds to show better cash flow by earning interest on customer's hard earned money. The government should put an end to such unethical, unprofessional and immoral business practices so as to relieve the pain and suffering of customers who most of them belong to the middle class category.

              It is a shame that reputed international brands like ebay which have very high standard of business principles, their name is being tarnished by unscrupulous business practices of ebay india. I received an e-mail quite a few months ago from ebay that ebay international sold of their business in india to flipkart but i am not sure why ebay is allowing them to use their brand name and allowing it to be tarnished like this. It is understandable that being now a part of flipkart they may be using unethical, unprofessional business principles.

              I hope good sense will prevail and ebay india will refund the amount immediately. Immediately

              No steps were taken by the company to refund my amount. They were deliberately holding it back. I sent a complaint to Prime Minister's office regarding ebay india's operations. I sent a copy of my e-mail to PMO's office to ebay india, then within two hours I received my refund into my bank account.

              I have already contacted ebay india customer service three to four times. They are absolutely useless and are of no help. They only talk rules but have not bothered to service a customer's genuine refund request especially when it involves refund of huge sums of money. In fact in real terms ebay india has to pay me interest for three weeks on the sum paid at bank interest rate of at least 12% per annum.

                After submitting all my details, by email and telephonic conversation, this rouge is again resorting to the same trick. Do they suppose i am mentally challenged?
                The customer care person called, confirmed my postal address my name at the bank i have given all my personal data including my phone number.
                I wish to state that ebay is a thief. An obvious attempt to cheat me is going on and no one cares.
                Ebay got the defective mobile/tablet back.
                Ebay by writing here about insufficient details is a lie. A blatant shameless lie.

                  Since the order i placed, i didn't get any update at all from ebay or from seller that what happend with my order.

                  I ordered this item since long ago, and did multiple times email to ebay as well as tried to contact to seller 3-4 times as ebay suggested but still i didnt answered my query at all.

                  And the very good thing is i have order with online banking so i have already paid for the item about which i don't know. Its exist even and ebay and "hgiftmart" is planning to provide me or not.

                  Very disappointed. So this is last place i found to write about this incident so other people can aware and can not be cheated and face situation as i do today.

                          I had purchased a ladder through ebay ref no [protected] and was delievered to the address. However we are not able to assemble the same. Even the delivery boy tried his level best but could not. I am based out of delhi and ordered this for my parents.
                          I am seriousely thinking that some of the parts are missing. It also did not have any brouchure or guarantee paper with this.

                              Recently i purchased the samsung galaxy on5 luxury aluminum miror back cover from ebay.

                              But when i received this cover & install it on my mobile then it blocks all the network signals.

                              And ebay rejects the return request.

                              It's totally a fraud and cheater company.

                              Ebay doing the business of online fraud in india and it should be close as soon as possible.

                                I bought 2 sarees from them and both were delivered as wrong product. The delivered items are no where near to the products displayed on the website.
                                I tried to contact their sellers but none of them replied back. When i raise claim to ebay they have denied to refund money. These products are still there at my home i simply want to return them but no one is listening.
                                I dont know whether you will read this message and take any action. But i can only write this complaint.
                                Why indian goverment is allowing ebay to do operations in india, they are fraud and cheaters and allow them to freely looting our hard earned money.

                                  I bought an iphone 6 from ebay (Paisa pay id [protected]) in may. They delivered my product after 1month and just after 2 months my phone stopped working. They told me to send the product over for which i have spent 2, 000/- and now after receiving the phone they are neither picking my calls nor replying to my mails. While going through the net i found that there are many cimplaints on this forum regarding thid ebay scam since feb. So it is my humble request that you please take some strict action against them and teach them a lesson for fooling customers.

                                  Nothing has been done till now and the irony is, ebay itself is not able to contact its seller.They give a limited time period within which we have to return/exchange our product but there is time boundation on returning the repaired product.They should be fined for failing to provide service on time.I have been called ebay for last 15 days but till now I haven't got any resolution.I am done begging for resolution, now I just want them to retutn my money.

                                  It's time that ebay face the rage of customer forum as they have taken this authority forgranted.Now after almost one month they are telling me that my phone had got scratches so they can't exchange or refund the product.I am not the only one on whom they have tried this dirty trick and you can find a line of complaints against ebay, undergoing somewhat same situation.So, please it's a request that you take some really strict action against them and teach them a lesson.So that they think for a thousand time before planning to trick customers.

                                    I ordered one item through online on 17.09.2017 and paid accordingly. But e-bay not only delivered this item, but also when I tried to claim for refund, refund has not been initiated, subsequently contact with e-bay customer care team but no action taken.

                                      Sir,

                                      I had made a purchase of iphone 6 plus from a seller through ebay but the seller delivered a faulty product. The seller then initiated the return and i had given back the product back to seller the next day which i have a proof of him in mail. Since then i have been calling ebay customer care and their executives have been telling me that i will get my money back within 6-7 working days. To my shock yesterday night i got a mail saying your account has been suspended and your claim has been rejected. This is clean cheating on their behalf and my money is lying with them. Pls help me as i have already returned the product to the seller and i have not gotten my money back also. It's not a small amount it's huge to me. Pls help sir. My name is sharad chhakara i am from kolkata.
