Hi,
I bought enter company smps from ebay.in which was faulty on arrival. I have raised a claim for my refund or replacement of the product but i have not got any reply from them. I want my money back or product should be replaced. My paisapay id [protected] is this. The seller is saying to courier back the product and then he can do anything. Why should i waste my money again on sending back and what if i don't get anything?

    I have ordered a motog 2 phone from your website and i received it damaged and also does not have charger in good condition. Phone cover is not getting closed it also have scratches on the phone.
    Please return the money asap. This is my first purchase from this website and will be last now. Everyone around me was correct about ebay it is pathetic.

      Dear sir/mam,

      I have ordered fat caliper measuring scale worth rs.199 through debit card on 10th september 2017. After ordering they said that my order will be received on 15/09/2017. But they did not delivered that item in fact they changed the date of delivery to 20/09/2017. But then also they did not delivered the item. So i asked for refund for that item. And my refund processed and it was approved on 25/09/2017 and said that it will be refunded in original mode of payment in 3 working day. But still i did not get either refund or item delivered. And ebay.in is stating that i have not given the correct address to them. And expecting me to give them positive feedback. This is not right. And i have saved the money for this item and ordered it. So please it a humble request to take some action about this. And i hope you will.

        I bought couple of times in ebay.in as buyer. But, for last few months, ebay started calling/emailing me asking for seller fees. I told them several times that i am not an ebay seller, i am a senior manager at a india largest company and never been businessman/seller in my life. Attached ebaycomplaint. Jpg is the copy of email sent every month from ebay to my email id [protected]@yahoo.com. Also, attached ebaycomplaint2. Jpg is the email when i contacted ebay customer service for resolution. But, still ebay continued to call me at my mobile [protected] demanding fees. I request ebay to stop emailing/calling me and note that i am not ebay seller. Also, ebay should investigate how my account has been marked as ebay seller, is there any data security issues at their end.

        Please reopen this complaint. eBay is still disturbing me. eBay did not resolve the issue
        Why ebay can not reach me for investigation? I told ebay not to call me demanding money. As you can see in the earlier attached ebaycomplaint2.Jpg, I had earlier told ebay customer service about this issue, but still no resolution action from ebay. ebay should immediately act, stop this non-sense and resolve the problem

            I have purchased an speaker pill capsule bluetooth stereo beats speaker with fm/pendrive sd card input from ebay.in on 23 september
            The speaker is not working well, defective too.
            I raised a claim regarding this, but i got a message saying its been rejected as my account is suspended.
            I called customer care, they were unable to help me as they were saying they cant do anything as account is suspended, so refund of money is not possible.
            I contacted supervisor, he also shared the same words with me and said they were not knowing the reason too for suspened account.

            I have purchased a sumsung bettery through ebay on 28 july 2017..
            first it was properly working for 4-5 hours after every recharge..

              Received damaged product internally, wire is old, even scratches on body of product. But the main concern is that the product is not genuine. I will raise complaint to Sony that seller selling pirated product. I have already made complaint on consumer forum. Even product is Made in China which is fake. Sony belongs to Korea. The products which is sold on footpath at Rs. 100/- and you are making me fool... Refund my money or provide original product.

              Worst part of product is backup -remains for 1 minutes. I don't have time to visit service centre, if customer have time to visit in shop, then why we'll buy product online. Last option is to raise complaint in court against eBay and seller. Let's hope positive response from you.

                          I had ordered for item#[protected] on 19/aug-2017. The courier company fedex was unable to deliver it at my pincode and hence the product was returned to the seller. The seller also confirmed to me on phone that the he received the product.

                          Since then i have been waiting for the refund of rs.3500, but so far it has not been returned. I have written more than 20 emails to ebay and have had live chat sessions with their customer service as well. I even spoke to the seller on many occasions, but so far nothing has happened. It has been 38 days now and still the issue remains unresolved.

                          I am not even allowed to raise a claim through their website. They have now even removed the listing of this product from the claim page.

                              I have raised a complaint one month back and still i didn't get my money back.
                              I've called ebay representatives more than 10 times.
                              Last time i called i pleased to them for my money cause i had to pay my exam fees.
                              But still they didn't transfer the money.
                              I couldn't write my exam.
                              And now i'll get thrown out of my college within some days.

                                I have purchase lycra metallic gold ankle leggings low aist tights shing paint sexy look on 15th sept and estimated time of delivery was 18th to 20th sept and i am countinously following with ebay team about that i need this material urgently as i am not avaible after friday 6 pm and need that product before 6 pm but they fail to provide status as i have already paid for samount and need urgently deliver, worst services provide by ebay... I want that product before friday 6 pm...
                                I am request so many times.
                                Seller name widestok and he also said that i have already given to courier and he also inform me that courier company has misplace this product.

                                  I have placed an order for iphone 6 32 gb. Which ebay id is [protected].
                                  I have receive defective product and after complaint they asking that accessory is defective and we have replace it so please ask for close your complaint to ebay, but after replace accessory product not work then i realized they are fraud.

                                  Seriously ebay.. U can let this fraud seller sell on ebay, with multiple accounts, despite having lot of negative reviews from users and not a single damn thing you can do for your customers.

                                  I have received defective product (i phone 6 )which have charging issue, after replace the accessory is same issue and i have continue to try to contact with eaby team and seller but still no response .

                                  Request your please do the support and arrange the replacement of refund .

                                    I ordered samsung galaxy s6 topaz blue colour but ebay send me metalic blue colour. Even though they put poor and fake eccesories in box and box is also fake. And device is not working as well. Totally fraud with me. When i raised complaint on ebay they said your device is in under brand warranty so that your claim is not eligible from any kind of claim.
                                    First service center provide only technical support they dont change colour of device.

                                      I ordered an acer nitro v laptop from user nikvarunde0 on ebay on september 3rd, for a price of rs. 60, 000. The money was refunded, with a request to transfer an amount of rs. 43, 400 to an account under the name of "paisapay ebay" for the sale of the laptop. It is september 24th, and i have not yet received the laptop, nor the refund. Asking ebay yields me only sympathies, but not a solution. They tell me the user was "suspended" off ebay, and there's nothing more they can do. Nothing more they can do about my money that was scammed off me because of ebay's lax laws on seller registration. Furthermore, ebay refuses to share seller details with me, for the purpose of going to the consumer court.

                                      The seller's phone number is [protected], the bank account i was provided was an andhra bank account from nellore with number [protected].

                                      Ebay has been very passive in all my communications, this is my final request to be refunded the money, or have the product sent by any means necessary. Failure to do so shall, unfortunately, have us visiting the consumer court.

                                        My item id[protected] and paisapay id-[protected] against which i have raised a refund request but since last 4 days i am getting no answer from your customer service team. Only answer that i get is just "sorry for the inconvenience. You will get back a call in 72 hrs". I have called about 5 times and get the same answer. So please help me out.

                                        About my issue:

                                        I placed an order of apple iphone 64 gb on 9th august. From 9th august on wards, the communication has been really poor from ebay. I never got any date for the delivery of the product, every time i have to follow up with you buyer or ebay customer service but they would give false assurance only. After a continuous follow up of more than 10 times finally the product was delivered to me around 7th sep (Have to look for the exact date) - almost 1 month, i believe this was not expected from me. During that time when the product was not shipped within the said time from the buyer, i asked to reject the item. But i don't why the ebay team rejected it and dispatched me the item.

                                        Second issue, the product i received was a defective one for which i raised an issue to seller on 8th sep. The seller contacted me on 12th sep to know about the defect - again a very bad example of communication. Then again they called me on 14th sep to send the product back to the address they provided me. I sent the product back on 15th sep and as per the courier service details (Image attached) it was delivered on 18th sep (After a delivery failure on 15th sep on the said address). After the product was received at their end on the said address, there was no confirmation from them so i called them back on 19th sep. But they said it has not been delivered at their service centre but deliver at their store. So they can only give me the confirmation only when received at service centre. Then why was i not given the correct address. If during the transfer from the said address to the service the product would get damaged then who will be responsible. Due to which i raised the refund of the defective product received with ebay on 20th sep.

                                        Third issue, i was told on 20th sep, i will get back a call from the claim team within 72 hrs (I. E., 23rd sep). But i never received a call from your side never ever. From 20th sep till 24th sep, almost 5 calls have been made from my side, but i get only one reply you will get the call within 72 hrs. It has been more than 24 hrs from the deadline provided by ebay, but no calls. So i gain called back today and i was give one more deadline of 72 hrs. Again a very bad example of communication and customer service.

                                        Sorry to say that by placing the order to you i have done a big mistake. Everyone surrounding me told not to place order on ebay and product like this. But i ignored them saying so far i have a good experience with ebay and a company having such reputation will never be a problem. And again i was ordering a smartphone from a company renowned for its quality. But the product and services you have provided really not to the expectation and have disappointed me a lot. This gave me a good learning to not to order any product on ebay in future as you have proved me wrong in all fields - communication, delay in response.
                                        First of all you delivered me the product after 1 month and that too a defective one. And now to resolve the issue you have taken more than 1.5 weeks (Raised on 9th sep) but till now not resolved. The communication is really poor.
                                        Try to understand from my point, i placed the order of smartphone because i was really in the need of it as my current phone is not working properly. But you delivered a product which is even worse than my existing old one. I really have lost my patience and would not be able to wait for any longer.
                                        So this is a big big request, kindly refund.
