    I purchased a blackberry passport on 11th september at 11.30 pm. I received it on 13 th september phone was in good condition but as soon as i charged n used it started getting hot extremely hot and battery started draining fast so fast that phone could not even stayed up for 4 hours. This overgeating can be dangerous. I want to return this product and want refund please. Seller name is "multibrands.."

      I am honest ebay seller (Id: panchalohastore).
      I have been asked to update gstin number and have updated.
      Post updated the gstin my account has been restricted due to someone account linked to my account and again ebay asked me to clear issues with linked accounts. Below are the ebay said linked accounts.

      1. Snar3920
      2. Hari_nsh
      3. Nikhiljoshi2009

      Hari_nsh - i agreed this account was used by my son and there was some dues. I have cleared it.

      Nikhiljoshi2009 - this is not my account and don't know the person. However some how i found this person online and got his number and spoke with him, explained my situation but he is not ready to pay his dues so i have cleared his dues since ebay stated its linked to my account.

      Snar3920 - this account really i don't know. I tired a lot to trace account holder in all the way. Also contacted ebay customer care email/phone to provide some information about this account holder details. They didn't give and not provided any solution to unlink this account. They said that system found it so this account linked to my account. I have been asked them to provide justification that how you are saying someone account is belongs to me. No response for me. Tons of email sent to them and several times call to customer care. No use of it.

      I have already lost money to pay someone account dues.
      Now ready to pay dues of account - "snar3920"
      But i need justification how they said this account link to my account.

      Kindly help me to unrestricted my ebay seller account.

        Item shipped was duplicate of original chinese ipaky product. Very very poor quality product. Very poor tempered glass too. I have already spoken to the seller. He picked the phone call but no response after asking but the item quality. Item as described on ebay was not shipped to me. If you want me to prove, i have original chinese ipaky product and also your fake ipaky product image and product too. It have raised the claim but seller not picking the call after that i have raised the claim. This product was cover under ebay guarantee* program but without resolving the problem how could be claim is closed on 13 sep 2017.

          I have returned one malfunctioned phone supplied by them at first time and warn them about not sending used or refurbished phone yet they didn't bothered and sent again the refurbished phone to me & not responding to my mails.

            I had buy i phone 6 from ebay on 12 june and start facing touch problem on my phone. I call ebay and they said to return back we will refund you the whole amount. I had return that phone on 28 july, but till now i didn't receive any amount back. Im calling everyday and they giving the excuses that there is problem in gateway of icici bank. Further i had done the payment through hdfc credit card.

            Its 12 september now but have not get any response from them,.

            Please help me out how can i get my money back.

              My paisapay id [protected]. I have ordered smart watch from ebay on 26
              August price rs 689/-. But when i have not received watch till 7 september i request ebay to refund my money, this claim was on process then i received a parcel on 8 september evening, when i opened the parcel, in the parcel there is a toy watch which we can buy from rs 10 in local market. I emailed seller and sent the picture of the product which he has sent and i make a call to the seller for this, he talked rudely with me and asked don't call me, then i called ebay and sent the pictures to ebay of received product, they asked me to solve the problem within 24 to 72 hours but till now i have not received any resolution nor any call or update from their side. Why they add the cheater seller on their site. The seller is very cheater. Please sir do something, this is a great loss for me and aise cheater seller ko to punish karna chahiye. I have add the picture of toy watch that the seller has sent instead of smart watch.

                I had purchased phone from ebay on 9september, delivered product was so many screeches and dents also product is leanova vibe k5, so i had raised the concern with all pics and imei number, now the seller talk very rudely and neglect to return the same, i have paid 10000 rs and on the phone box 8444rs price print when i asked its original or duplicate then they argue and said we would not return, not getting any needful response from ebay side.

                  Took more then 7 days to deliver item, and delivered wrong colour worst product. Raised a claim to replacement, took more than 4 days to get resolution details. You people expecting me to ship item from my side through courier, pathetic.
                  Tallked to 3 customer care executives 3 of them are very rude in behaviour. One person even said we have 20 days to resolve a issue. You mean you are having freedom of 19 days to left claim open.???/

                        I have purchase the product "philips az-1852/98 sound machine mp3/cd player (Silver)" item no.[protected] online from ebay on 01/07/2017 from their website “www.ebay.in” and from their seller gromo, address - moti marbles, 1st floor, bhagat singh nagar no.2 link rd, goregaon west mumbai 400104, telephone-[protected], invoice no. Gromo/[protected] dated 03.07.2017 rs. 2, 999/- with 9 month warranty. I have purchased this product specially to record some of my old cassettes (Audio tape) in mp3 format. At the time of booking product it was mentioned on ebay site that only remote of this unit is not working as the product is of “refurbished” category, but i found the product was totally defective, from the job card of service center of philips i. E. Shiva electronics, c-28, rdc, raj nagar, ghaziabad u. P. Phone no. [protected], [protected], after checking the product the service center in their job card dated 29.8.2017 mentioned about these problem (1) display panel (2) source selector switch (3) cd not playing (4) radio not playing (5) problem in cassette recording in mp3 and kept the product with them to repair and till now the product is with service center. I have lounge the complaint to ebay within a prescribed time through claim id: 3029275 with the request to refund my money back, but they said as the product is of “refurbished” category therefore they will not change it, when i tell them in offer the disclosed defect was only about “remote” but in actual the product was totally defected, despite of that not only they refuse to change it or agree to refund my money but now they have also stopped to reply me.in fact “ebay” in collusion with their seller “gromo” cheating the customer and it is a clear case of malpractice, when i asked to ebay for giving me the list of all customer who faced the same problem to understand the actual looted amount and number of cheated person but they did not provide it to me. The behavior of philips service center was also very bad and initially their service engineer sunil and owner vijay refused to take the product for service by finding so much problem. Therefore requesting you look into the matter and not only get back my money along with harassment compensation and transportation expenses but also take necessary action against them.                           Last week the customer care called and told me that after i return the defective mobile/tablet i will have to wait 4 days for the demand draft.
                          Four days? It's been a week now.
                          Another customer care lady mailed me saying that ebay no information regarding any transaction with me. I fail to understand these conflicting responses from ebay.
                          Is it a ploy to get away with my money holding me responsible for not giving my personal info? This is a cheap trick as ebay knows that i have followed their procedure perfectly.
                          What is the problem with ebay?
                          Why am i left in the dark without a clue as to what the problem is.

                            I had ordered lenovo k6 power gold colour, however i received gray colour than to company seal broken. Kindly arrange to collect the your product and refund the amount.

                              We purchase mob. One plus 3 64gb. Vide ord no[protected] dt 23/1/17. Buyer is mansuri vadodara. Having two issues.
                              1. Color was not supplied as per commited. No solutions provided and matter closed.
                              2. Now mobile display has raddise spot appear on screen. Initially there was one but now they r many. Contacting seller since last 3-4 days and mail also sent but there are no response on phone nor on mail.

                                Its been more than 5 years, i am working with ebay, though they are good with the payouts etc, but if there is any problem, the team never wants to do investigation and will close claim in buyer;s favor, taking investment of vendor for a ride...
                                General attitude problems as below:
                                One feels that the employees in ebay are programmed robots who are not willing to use their brains
                                The executives are rude and are not empathetic at all
                                Executives are lazy and are not willing to provide quick solution rather will linger the issues for months
                                The floor supervisors act pricy and refuse to talk to vendors
                                365 days every supervisor is on break at any time you call them
                                All of the supervisors will go on break together.
                                Executives are liards and lie that they have escalated the matter, gives false sr number that are not even escalated. Once i had a word with aman khan and he gave me some sr number saying my issue is escalated and then after some days i got to know it was a false sr number and he did not do any thing on that, he just marked my conversation with him with the given sr number. Despite of escalating with ebay, no action was taken against aman khan.
                                Executives openly admits that the due to technical drawback at their end, they make vendor to face loss.
                                For instance last month i shipped xiaomi redmi note 3, paisapay id [protected] and buyer claimed that he has rcvd a broken phone.
                                I replied the buyer that we have sent him a sealed pack product and have video recording as well as our office is under 24*7 cctv surveillance
                                Also the product is shipped under ebay powership...
                                Now ebay is not willing to watch the video recording and ebay does not owe explanation why they have approved claim in buyer's favor without investigating
                                When applied for sp, they have simply rejected the case saying our and buyer's concern is same and they as they don't have any facility to watch cctv surveillance, they will take buyer's favor and will reject our plea!!!
                                They are not willing to share if buyer has more solid proof than us or their lsp partner has proofs to prove that phone is not broken in transit.

                                More so some fraud cases they approve they dont pay the refund, we keep on chasing with the authorizes for moths and no one replies.

                                      I bought a lenovo y50-70 laptop from a seller " shop-your-world_mmmlt " through ebay on 21st july for 108290. The model i ordered was lenovo y[protected] which has a 4700hq processor and gtx 860 gpu with a non touch matte display. But what i have received was a different model[protected] with 4720hq processor and gtx 960 gpu with touch display. This model has serious heating issues, display hinge break problem and due to touch display very poor viewing angle. On top of this, the description said it was a new laptop imported from us, but when i checked the lenovo site for warranty and it resulted as the warranty had expired two years back?

                                      So i contacted the seller and asked for a refund, he said that he is ready to accept the laptop and issue a refund if i raise a claim in ebay. So i raised a claim regarding this on ebay, claim id : 3097916 paisapay id : [protected], they asked me to send the pictures of the product and specifications of the product. The claim was under process for 24 days, and i have spoke to them at least 30times, they promised to close the case on 08/09/2017 but suddenly my account got suspended mysteriously on 07/09/2017 and the claim has been closed. When i contacted the support team they said that the account was permanently suspended due to policy violations, when i asked them what was the policy i violated, they said that they cannot discuss that with me as it is a confidential information.. Wtf? Seriously? Ebay closed the account without proper reason to the account holder? I have been a customer for almost 3 years and they find me suspicious now?
                                      I have contacted the seller, he said that he is willing to accept the product from me and issue a refund but it has to be through ebay only. So ultimately even if the buyer wants to accept a return, ebay wont allow this to happen, why? Because ebay has already disbursed the money to the seller and now it is easier for them to simply suspend my account and close the case instead of asking the seller to refund right? The ebay support team says i have to talk to the seller regarding the issue and sort it between ourselves. Then why the # should i buy through ebay? I have attached the images for proof. So now i have a laptop which i didn't want for ₹1, 08, 290. Thanks ebay.
