I had placed an online order micromax canvas tab p680 on 24 july 2017 from ebay (Item name: micromax canvas p680 tablet 16gb 8 calling tablet wi-fi+3g 6 months warranty, paisa pay id: [protected], item id: item #[protected], seller id: gromo_deals) and i got delivered on 26th july 2017, after moderate use for two weeks the product started malfunctioning i. E screen display problem of dark lines showing and some times screen goes to black & switch off.
I contacted seller as well as ebay customer care showing with snapshoots of my problem, none responded positively.
Seller suggested to go to micromax authorized service center and when i went to service center i came to know that the products warranty validity already ended before 1 month back of the purchased date.
I taken the snap from micromax service center about expired validity and forwarded to seller.
Seller then asked to raise an ebay guarantee claim. As per ebay policy guarantee claim can be raised for only with in 10 days of product delivery.
So my claim got rejected by ebay and suggested to contact the seller get it replaced as per seller interest.
More than 10 times i contacted ebay customer care and and the seller to return and replace, every time seller lies to me giving wrong information that he refunded the amount to ebay and suggest me to get it from ebay but when i contacted to ebay, they says contact to seller and get it replaced or refund from him.

No resolution they did...because of fedups and loosing faith on them I left contacting then and you .infact i thrown away the defect product..so after seeing no responses for their acting replys from me they themself might have marked as solved...

I tried many time with ebay customer care but every time one new customer care executive responds and tell the same story from the beginning what others said so i came to that my my problem is not going to solve so i loft my hopes and confident on ebay customer care
As of Now(from October to 30 November 2017) there is no mail communication nor phone contact from ebay or seller to me they how can they change my complaint status as Resolved.

My problem is not resolved but i left hopes on everyone thats why i stopped wasting my time with ebay customer care.
Dear eBay.in Customer Care,

I had a many mail communications more than 10 email communications with ebay customer care and more than 5 email communications with seller but all are use less responses i got.
Every time different customer care representative responds to mail and do suggestions to ask seller, go to service center, get certificates from service center, so on...
after doing all these for last email communications one new representative responds and suggests same what first person suggested.

All are playing with mew without solving my problem.

seller says in one mail he refunded an amount and in another mail he suggested to get it from ebay and last recent email he suggests to get the certificates from service center again even after showing proofs also.
Here Seller is playing a game with me to make me to forget about my product.

after so many useless communications with ebay customer care and Useless Seller i lodged a complaint in online consumer court.

i have proofs of each communication with all i am uploading here for your reference.

    I recently purchased a kaspersky internet security from ebay. They delivered my product through an email (The link for the software and an activation key was sent). But the key they sent was not working. I have contacted their customer care almost 4 times from 15 days but no one is solving my problem. Also i have raised a claim through ebay guarantee. But still no solution is given. I want my money back or i want ebay to give me a properly working activation key.

    After calling the customer care many times and raising the claim, they finally approved the refund and i have received my money back. But i made one more purchase and again i faced same problem. They have approved refund again. I don't understand why they give items that don't work and refund it later. they never give working items. Waste of our time in purchasing here and refunding process takes a lot of time.

    This particular purchase issue was solved. But my next purchase also had a similar issue ( for which refund is again approved.) I will try one more purchase in eBay for the same product.

      I returned back the item after getting a written confirmation from ebay before parcelling the item back to seller
      Item recieved by seller.

      Now ebay refuses to return money, and i have additional loss of money and time to courier item back

        I am asking ebay.in to provide stamped invoice for tablet which i purchased but ebay is denying this and hence i am unable to get it serviced at lenovo service center and lenovo is denying service of the tablet by saying that the invoice i receive is improper.               I attempted to purchase some candles for my auqaguard on 14th september 2017. I tried paying through my citibank credit card, it went through and got stuck at ebay with the message "payment declined", tried again and the same thing happened for the second time. I then tried with my debit card and the same thing happened. I checked the bank statement of citibank and canara bank - the three payment have gone through to ebay. From that day onwards i have been struggling to get my payment back. Each one tells me "24 hour, 48 hours, 72 hours, 3 days, 6 days... Etc etc... Ever sine the fraud flipkart took over ebay - this problem has started... Probably using over money to invest somewhere else. Before these money greedy bansals entered ebay - it was great. I was a customer of ebay for 15 years.

                I have ordered a trimmer and clipper and ebay sent me very old product. Which is used and damaged condition. It is really frustrating and also after raising complain no action has been taken for last 8 days. No one picks the call it is no reachable condition and if we send email it is not delivered.

                        I have buyed a refurbished lenovo zuk z1 product of itm id[protected] from ebay with manufacturing warranty of that mobile at 26th august 2017. But i received the damage product, it having the problem of front camera, after that i was inform to ebay costumer services and registered a claim. Then the representative told me to visit the lenovo service centre because the product has the manufacturing warranty. So visit the service centre but the service center refuse me to give any kind service. The ebay claim team told me give the address of service centre and name of that employee and any written statement of why we cant do solved it. But the service centre doesn't ready to give me the any statement and other information, and the ebay team also not ready to solved my problem.
                        I am now very stuck in this problem. Solved my problem as soon as possible.

                          I have raised my claim for refund 3161723 in return of yuphoria battery for ra.595/-

                          As already more than 10 days have gone for my concerns regarding battery issue via ebay email i'd, customer care number, as well as with seller fonefiesta (Mr ravi vani). He has really disappointed and broken my trust even after commitment for refund since last 5 days but tue same has not been refunded into my bank account yet
                          It's very small issue which should be solved with in max to max 1-2 days after providing my bank details so please communicate with him with in 2 days and i want my money back so please so favor for me
                          Due to not having battery with me, i am not able to operate my handset since last 10 days and due to this, i have suffered from a huge loss from my online business and lost so many contacts also.
                          So taking into consideration my concerns seriously just finish this issue from your side as per my demand otherwise i have to take some legal action for the same

                            I got this in 2nd week of aug from ebay. I used it for the first time around 20-21 aug but it was not heating though its light was on. I lodged complaint with ebay. They asked to send it back to them on my expense. I sent and they received on 6 sep. They did not respond back. I had to remind them. Then they wrote back that they cant refund as i had used it heavily for more than a month and i did not send it back in same box. They never told me to do so.
                            It is so surprising to hear from them that i used it for more than a month when they got it back on 6 sep only. It clearly shows their ill intentions of not refunding. Now they are asking me to get faulty steamer collected after paying delivery charges.

                            I got this item on 9th Aug. I informed you about problem on 22 aug through your online process. I waited for 6-7 days but did not get any reply then i raised my complaint on 29th Aug. You can verify these dates.

                            You then asked me to return item. You never mentioned that i should send in same box. You received on 6th Sep. which i had received on 9th aug. Then why are you consistently lying that i used it for than 1 month. I again tell you when i used it for the first time then only i found problem and same day i reported. This is not shoe/shirt type item that i will use it with in 1 day of getting it. It was a kitchen cooking appliance. We first time used it on 21/22 aug the day when i raised my concern by your online process where i selected various options given to reason out my concern.
                            This is becoming a great case study on how you try to play with customer money. You try to mislead customer by mentioning wrong dates. Thank God, i have kept all info with me.
                            Salute to your strategy o[censored]nderstanding your customer without checking his track record with ebay. Your misleading tactics are motivating me to move ahead.
                            You keep it up with your excellent customer service.
                            nobody at ebay is bothered about customer.

                              4. On/off switch is malfunctioning

                                  I am having selling account on ebay. I sale usb fan on ebay. I am having good feedback records. Suddenly in month of june i was told it to submit my gst no. Which one i was not having because i am having small business. So for that they put my remittance of 42000 rs. Approx. So that reason applied for fresh gstin. Then given to them in month of august because government officials took so much time in issuing it. But after submission of that they are not allowing my remittance to go through. After complaining so much time just making false promises no progress my complaint[protected]. I would request to solve my problem

                                    I'v purchased "dell inspiron 15 3520 n5040 5040 n5050 power button / on off board w/cable" priced ₹999/- with "paisapay id [protected]"from ebay on 26th of july which was delivered to me on 29th of july but the product was defective and dead on arrival which i reported back to them immediately on the same day.
                                    On 7th of august ebay team picked it up against "ebay guarantee" and i was informed that refund would processed shortly!
                                    On 17th of august i got a call from ebay stating that my refund was approved and asked me to update my address in their site to recieve dd for the amount i paid!
                                    Which i did the very next day, but there was no response and i didn't recieve any dd even after 15 days as promised by them!
                                    From the past 5 days i was contacting them. On phone they say that i didn't follow the procedures which i did exactly the way they asked me to do (Updating of my address). On mails they always say it has been escalated to respective team and i would be contacted in 48hrs which never happens. For every mail i send i receive the same response.
                                    My money was struck with them since 78 days now and they don't seem to be willing to refund that. On phone they give reckless replies and on mail they always escalate it and ask me to wait but nothing happens finally.
                                    Pls do help me get my money back.

                                    Nobody is actually looking into the issue, it seems like. From August 17th till date I dont know whats happening else than that the Dispatch of DD is delayed. Dont the reason for delay. Dont know what to do. Dont know what ur executives are really doing else than apologizing.
                                    My address is updated, My claim has been approved then why dont I receive that?? For every single action from you why do i need to wait for 15 wroking days?????
                                    Stop wasting time atleast now and dispatch the DD asap.

Its been nearly 3 months so hope you speed up the process atleast now without stating 15 working days policy for every single action you take prolonging it to 5-10 years procedure.                                         I ordered "hd-hynudal hdmi karaoke mixer: two wireless mics: yamaha chipset" from ebay which was delivered on 7th august (Item number[protected], paisapay id [protected]).
                                        The product was found to be extremely defective, with one of the mike producing erroneous output and other one not working at all. I raised a claim for return on 19th aug, 2017 and the very next day got a message from the seller that he will process the refund as soon as i ship the item back to him and he receives it. But this refund has to go through ebay channel.
                                        Hence i immediately contacted ebay customer care for this process. To my utter shock, they rejected the claim for absurd reasons. Since then, i have contacted customer care atleast 6 times (On chat and on call) and everytime they tell me that my refund will be processed but i can ship the item only when i get a confirmation call from their side. They always ask for a time span of 72 hours for this, but i haven't received a single call till date. When i called and warned them of action the last time, they again gave an assurance that the very next day the claim team will call me to confirm the return process, but as usual, i didn't get any call.
                                        This has frustrated me to the core, since the product costs a hefty rs 8950, and in this case even the seller is agreeing to issue a refund, but ebay is unnecessarily playing spoilsport and delaying it. As a customer, i am deeply fed up of ebay's product quality as well as return policies, and now i am fully aware why amazon has thrived so well in indian market, leaving these lame companies far behind.
