I had ordered a power bank and it was defective .I called the customer service and they told me I need to return the product to get a replacement .I returned the product to the delivery guy and he took it and gave me a acknowledgement.it has been a month since I returned but still I have not got any replacement .The company has cheated me

I have purchased one power bank of MI 10400 mha, which was supplied by ebazar Ninja, which is fake company supplying fake product.
The power bank is completely fake and not working, called up the customer care but no response from there end.
The product id delivered in there own packaging and does not have nay serial number which all electronic product carries, and Xaomi product can be checked online for there authenticity by giving serial number.

The customer care representative, ms. Priyanka arora refuses to acknowledge my problem as well as refuses my request to talk to the manager.
Kindly look into the matter. I'm a medical student and don't have much expertise in this arena. Also due to my ongoing college exams, i couldn't check the details of powerbank right away.

Kindly resolve my issue

E-Bazar.ninja is a fake e commerce site. They are cheating the public by sending fake and duplicate products, especially power banks. There are many victims, including me, it seems. All those who are cheated by these people are hereby requested to post on social media about these cheaters, and those in Delhi or nearby should complain to the police to investigate this fraud company and punish them so that they will not cheat others. Some one should act immediately before they cheat more people.

Kindly help me to refund my money or exchange of any product.
Few days back i have order online powerbank form online shopping www.ebazar.ninja of mi product but they misguide to customer in website and selling duplicate product of mi brand. So after order i have received my product but it’s duplicated so i have requeted to ebazar customer care that take back your product and refund my money. Now they are saying we will not refund your money and will generated coupon for you and in exchange of powerbank, so i have return the product to ebazar and they are not refund my money or generated coupon for me also i have tried several time to their customer care but customer care is not pick up ph or revert also i have drop many mails and they reply in same cut paste formate that “we have escalated your concern” that’s it.
So it’s my requested to you please help to refund my money or exchange the product. Also i have attaché relevant details with this complaint.

I purchase mi power bank 20800 that product is damage i want to refund that time when i perches customer told it is ok you perches if any problem then your product your i[censored] to replace then replace ya refund then refund will be insisted then i take over. Then i get problem in mi power bank then i return. Now i want to refund so as soon as possible you take action and do this.

Purchased a power bank of mi @599.But the product I received is faulty and it is not of Brand, it is a fake product.I tried calling them @[protected] many times but there is no response from them. I have even written a mail to them however they have not responded ever after over 2 working days have elapsed.I want to return the product ASAP and get my money back.Please do respond as soon as possible.

The product recieved is duplicate power bank and not original mi. (As per website)

Also the product is not 20000 mah capacity. It is less then 5000 mah capcaity.

This is case of fraud and i want my money back.

Let me know the return and refund process.

The power bank which i have received was not an original one. When i am trying to insert usb cable in it the slot was going inside due to it is very loose and not tight, thats why i am not able to charge it properly. So please kindly replace me the original power bank if not refund my amount. Thank you

This is with ref. To my regular reminders at intervals for refund against order id no. Oid182843, since the item was returned long back on 23.09.2016 for more than 25 days, but nothing has been done by ebazar. Ninja although it was told at the time of pickup of the item that refund will be processed within 7 days, also i recd. A rare call from the representatives of ebazar. Ninja on 28.09.2016 that the refund will be processed within a day or two. I dont know how much more time that i shall have to wait to get the refund of the returned item. There is no way that the representatives of ebazar. Ninja can be contacted, phone nos. Given by them are never reachable. Please look into the matter & arrange to make refund at the earliest.
