I ordered for mi (20800) power bank in ebazar ninja and i got a duplicate mi (20800) power bank, so i returned the product for refund but still now they have not refunded my money of rs 980. If i call they are not attending the call.

    I purchased a MI 10400 mah powerbank on 26/9, Order ID - OID209279
    → Product - EB 10400 MH Powerbank
    → POD No.[protected].
    I received it 24 hrs later than stated.
    What horrified me that the product shipped had the following defects:
    1. The original is branded mi.com; yours has xiaomi.com
    2. The original cable has no dented dots on the plug-ins, yours has them, two each per side.
    3. The original cable has no logo printed on the plug-in; yours has.
    4. The original cable has a guide in English-yours has NONE.
    5. The original cable has a beige slot-in guide; yours is white.
    6. Your device can be charged by just plugging in the same cable into the micro USB slot. How can a device recharge itself from its own batteries?

      The jacks in the power bank are really loose n m not able to place the charging cable in it ...n it olso gets switched on and off as per its own wish is this the way you render services to your customers...m sory to say bt if this is the kind of services you render i am definitely going to take up the issues with the website products n file an rti for the same if i dont get a refund for both my powerbanks

The product i got is not that similar product which your website is showing online. This product is named "mi co" i don't understand what co is will you please explain it to me and the product is not even charging 2500 mh phone's battery one time properly. I am not expecting this from your company that delivered me fake product and i am feeling cheated by getting this product.

                I ordered MI power bank (worth 600 Rs)and received on Monday, 19 sept 2016.
                The power bank is damaged and old and not working properly, the whole machine inside is loose, it is not even charging properly, there are sparks inside the power bank and it is risky to use .

                I ordered it from ebazar and sent mail about more than 4 times no reply came and no one is responding to call, my 10 rs was wasted for that call .

                I request you to take a serious action against ebazar.
                They are making customers fool, it is crime .
                I need a reply from your side as soon as possible.

                  I have taken power bank in rs 600 from ebazar ninja. It was mention in there site it is mi product. But when the product came it was duplicate one which we get roadside. I asked them for returning the product now they are denying to take it. They are saying it is oem product but also from product it is quite clear it is not oem product. Also, mi team have denying of selling any part to ebazar.

                  Now, i am stuck with such product. Need help to resolve it. Now they are not helping us with it.

                  If this issue doesn't solve i have to raise this to escalate further to consumer court.

                    I had ordered a power bank from e-ninza in the first week of august, 2016
                    The order details are in the trailing email.

                    I got a payment confirmation from pay pal that they have received the amount for the said order. but ebazar ninja did not deliver the product to me till date, despite emails being sent to them daily enquiring on my order.
                    They also confirmed received of my money, but since their system does not know for which product the money has come, they are not delivering the product to me. i gave them details too of my order umpteen number of times. but i only get an automated reply from them, saying your ticket has been raised and after 1 day a auto reply stating your ticket has been closed.

                    Companies likes these are a shame on india. i do not know how do they operate. plus the indian system is so sloppy to take any legal action against such companies. such companies need to be closed and slapped heavy penalties for cheating the customers.

                      I have returned the product due to poor quality and it was delivered by shadowfax courier on 15th sep, 2016 as per mail from them

                      There was no response from ebazar till now about my refund amount rs 999/- or discount coupon and getting mails from them that it was not delivered by shadowfax courier.

                        I had buy mi power bank (Order id - oid195126) it's delivered me before 48 hours i checked it yesterday bcoz im not in town and its not working, i called @ebazar costumer care and with thay feed back m shocked very bad experience with ebazar... I request to change my product but ur process of changing it's like i put the product in dustbin that's batter than changing it will never buy anything from here and will prefer to ppl will not buy

                          I have ordered for mi 20000 mah power bank.. I received item which is duplicate n i have received 10400mah power bank that too invoice is on some other person name! I have shown that product to authorised mi showroom they said it is duplicate! Most ridiculous part is from the day i have received product i m trying to contact them till today no one responded..                             The power-bank is not good...It is not the genuine one and It doesn't have the capability of power to store in it and it is not storing the power, it doesn't look like original one I just want the refund...                               I have ordered a mi 20800 mah power bank from a #ebazar_ninja company and i got a delivery of a product today as on 29 sep 16. As soon as i opened my delivered package i didn't found any bill, warranty card, user manual only one cheap quality usb cable and power bank was there. Bt at the time of delivery at least it's working but now after 10 15 hrs from delivery power bank is completely dead. On ebazar ninja's website it's showing complete buyers protection, 100% original, easy returns and refund. They haven't provided the link to send ur product return and claim ur money there is a optional for return and refund but it's non clickable nothing is happening if click that link. I also tried customer care for help but they just pick up the call and wait for a customer to drain out his all mobile balance coz no buddy speaks on phone call is just go blind. Plzzz plzz plzz help me give me my hard earned money back or replace my product with original product. I'm really very disappointed with this experience and never going to do online shopping again 🙁

                                I had ordered a mi power bank on 20th sept, after the payment went through, i get a mail from ebazar guys that they have received the payment but they dont have the order details like what i have ordered for etc. I replied to their mail with the details. They have raised a ticket (Ticket # 134024) and it is in "being processed" status for the past 6 days. I tried calling them but your call never goes through. After reading reviews on this site, i am now convinced that even if i receive the power bank i will get a fake one. Ebazar, please cancel my order and refund the amount.                                     Hello Sir,

                                    Through this complaint I would like to draw your kind attention on the E-Commerce companies who display original products in their websites and cheat their customers by selling them duplicate poor quality products. They have built up a very simple fool proof mechanism in which they are enriching themselves at the cost of innocent customers. Let me explain you in brief about this mechanism. A customer places his order after seeing the original product displayed at the website of the Online Merchant at a very competitive price. The order is placed on" Cash on Delivery" basis. The companies then confirm the order over a phone call. Then soon within a week or so the delivery boy arrives and insists to pay for the item before giving a chance to open the pack and verify the quality and genuinity of the item delivered. Finally the customer is obliged to pay for the item before checking it and is left at the mercy of the company thereafter. When the customer tries to contact the company then the company turns deaf ears to the customer as it has got its full money by fraud and cheating.

                                    The same thing happened with me. I had placed an order for a 20000 mAh MI Power Bank at the website www.ebazar.ninja after looking at the product displayed by you at Rs.1050/- on 12th August, 2016. The order was placed on COD basis with the Order ID OID167701. The product displayed on their offer webpage appeared to be quite original one. But on 19th August, 2016 when I finally received the order via. Ecom express then I was quite surprised to find that instead of an Original MI power bank I was being sent a duplicate power bank by the company. The Courier boy insisted me to pay the full amount even before opening the product as the product was being delivered by them in a sealed condition. So I paid him the full amount of Rs. 1050/- immediately.
                                    But soon after when the courier boy left and I started to go through the product then while observing the make and functionality of the product I found that the product was a duplicate one and was different from the product displayed at the company's offer webpage. After that I immediately tried to call them at number[protected] from which I had received the order confirmation call on 12th August, 2016. But I was again shocked when my call was intentionally being disconnected by you people again and again. Then I again tried to contact them on their no. [protected], but again my call was not getting connected due to their fake IVRS system which is meant to befool people by keep on waiting indefinitely. I even sent mail to you at [protected]@ebazar.ninja to discuss the matter but they grossly ignored my mail even.

                                    Now the scenario was quite clear that I had been deceived and cheated by the company as I had received a duplicate product instead of the original one. Then I rushed to the courier office to claim my money back as I had received a fake product from the consignor. But they straightaway refused to refund my money stating that there job is just to deliver the product handed over to them by the consignor and collect the money and remit to them. They can't do anything in this regard.

                                    Now after when my calls and emails were ignored by the company again and again then I sent them a mail drawing their attention on the Customer Protection Act of 1986 . Now as they were in fault so in the fear of getting sued in Court they agreed to take the reverse delivery of the product but didn't clarified regarding the payment mode of the refund amount. Before Returning the product I asked them regarding the payment mode of the refund amount, but they replied that they will see to it once they receive back the product. Finally on 15th September, 2016 the product was picked up back from me by the courier boy from Delhivery Courier Service. I handed over the item to the courier boy which he carried away with him after proper verification, thereby giving me an acknowledgement receipt of the return.
                                    Then on 22nd September, 2016 I received a call from the company from the no. [protected]. They called up and offered me a coupon equivalent to the refund amount to purchase any other item from their company again. But by now as I was quite familiar with the fraudulent practices of the company, so I clearly denied to accept any coupon instead of the refund amount in Cash/NEFT. I again warned them to face legal suit if they didn't refund my full amount and disconnected the call. Then soon around after half an hour when I again tried to contact the company on the same no. i.e. [protected] to know their final decision they again ignored my call grossly. Till date I haven't received any further reply from them regarding the issue. They have again started ignoring all my calls and emails.

                                    Hence I request you to pls help in getting due justice from the company and teach them a lesson by giving them a suitable punishment for the cheating and fraud committed by them, so that they don't ever dare to trap any other customer to enrich themselves at customer's cost.

                                    Finally after facing so much of harassment and wasting so much of time and money by calling them again and again I have received my refund today, after giving them today's deadline to resolve the matter out of court. They have refunded my money via NEFT. Lots of thanks to the Forum in helping me resolving my issue. I had the worst experience with eBazar Ninja and so would advise never to purchase any product from this company. The company sells fake products by displaying the original ones and traps customers by offering products at very low prices. LOTTS OF THANKS TO THE INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM AGAIN.

                                    Ebazar Ninja is a top class fraud and cheap company. It cheats innocent customers by selling them fake and duplicate products.Such companies should be exposed by all the possible medias so that people are being saved from their clutches.

                                    After I had lodged complaint on this site I received a call from the escalation team on 28.09.16 asking me to mail me my bank details so that they can process my refund next day on 29.09.16. I immediately mailed them my bank details required by them on the same day. After that the escalation team has neither refunded my money nor they are attending my calls. Either they disconnect my call or they do not pick it up. Each time when I try to talk to the customer care then either they don't take my call or tell me that "pls wait for 24-48 hrs." When I again call up after 48 hours then I am again being told the same thing. I just can't understand what a third grade cheap class company is this which only know to harass its customers. I had never seen such a cheap company like this. If they don't refund my money soon then I will be forced to sue the company before the court of law claiming my money together with the compensation for so much of harassment faced by me because of their repeated ignorance.

                                        Mi Power bank 20800 Mah received vide order number OID 194061 dt. Sep 11, 2016 recd. on 22/9/2016. After Initial charging for more than 14 hrs. no out put was noticed from the unit though leds on the unit were glowing. The unit is defective. Mobile phone could not be charged. Request replacement immediately.
