But there is message from you than I gave a complaint to you than you reply that your order missing please submit your address I submitted there is no use so many times I submit complaints you give ticked nos only like ticked no 138746. ticked no 139026. ticked no 139769.

Yesterday, I purchased a mi power bank from your online e-bazar website. So, that is not original... Thats a local copy, so please return your product and give return my money. That is not genuine and under its guarantee period. So please return your product fast...

I had ordered 3 power banks and paid for the same online but received only 2. Have written many mails to them and also sent them the photo of packet that I received. They don't even pick my calls. Whenever I call them they put my call on hold. They trust their logistics team but not the customer.
I also told them that packet is such that only 2 power banks can fit in that

I have not got the refund for my order yet. More than one month over.
Please refund my money. I already registered a complaint but no response from your side too.

A complaint was already registered for the same bt no resolution.

I ordered it 2 months ago.

Ticket is being processed since last 19 days. i wrote complaints so many times. These matter was escalated, pick up was initiated but refund has not been done yet.

I ordered a mi power bank of rs 600 from ebazar. ninja on 16 sep, 2016... order id oid 198725

Till date i have not received my product. continuously i am getting some update but not a solution.

Also i am following through mail and call by no concrete solution i get for this

Their courier service also ensured me to place reorder to dispatch within 48 hours

I ordered for one mi20800 mah power bank on 25/09/2016 (order no. oid206732) for rs.980 and received the product on 30/9/2016. but it is a fake item, which is not working at all. i have tried to contact them on mobile no.[protected], on the same day, but no one picked up. finally i could contact them only on 3rd october morning and i lodged a complaint. they suggested me to complain via email, which also i did the same day. i have not received any reply so far. i once again request you to replace the fake one with original one or refund the money. otherwise i will be constrained to lodge a complaint with new delhi.

I ordered a power bank on ebazar ninja onmonth of july company sent me that mi 20800 product but it was fake thats why i returned that product before two months ago but there is no any refund from company til now and whenever i want to contact on given number these numbers also fake please help me what i will do
So sir i want help how refund my money its totaly fake company

08.10.2016 evining I have received mi 20800mah, wen i opened and see this it's already damaged when call to the customer service they are saying we will replace after that they picking call from my number first time I ordered from ebazaaar such a worst online market I have seen, that are selling cheap product, please dnt play with customer money.

I bought a 10400mah mi power bank from ebazar. When i ordered they said the product will be delivered in 5 days but i got the product only after two weeks. I was shocked seeing the product which doesn't even have the quality power bank which you get in the streets. It was a fake product, they have just used the brand name of mi and selling some duplicate low quality product which doesn't have a box or a warranty card. After 2 weeks this product is not working. I tried calling the customer care no response and i mailed at least 3 times, this the last and final time my sending the complaint, ill wait for 3 days if there is any response from ebazar side im going to file a case, [protected], [protected] is my contact number please do contact me

I purchased a n MI portable Charger worth 980 and it stopped working in 2 days..
I am writing to them since a month but they don't reply to me at all.

So after my complaints were unheard I ordered another product so they called me in an hour to confirm the same. I complained it to them and they said I will receive a revert in 1 day but haven't heard from them since

I have purchased a powerbank of mi worth Rs.980/-.I got the product on[protected] but the product is not in a working condition. When it is plugged into charging the light is blinking but when connect to the mobile it is not switching on. I have changed the USB Charger to confirm about the product authenticity but it is failed. I am providing the details herewith. Order No: c2d7f806cb17 and AWB No:[protected]. Actually i am purchasing first time from eBazar Ninja with lots of expectations but everything would be frustrated. kindly do something to favour me.

Very Bad Product ( Duplicate Product received)
I want to Return this product and i also want my money back

i have not received any reply and response from their. Please help me

I ordered for "MI 20000mAh Portable PowerBank" as COD with order Id #OID130799.

The product which I received was duplicate which does't have any logo or bar code and other information as on Original Product which my colleague purchased from MI website.

So I mailed them for return on 26th July, 2016 and on 23rd Aug, 2016 they agreed to take back the product and on 28th aug, 2016 they took the product with one slip.

As I ordered COD, so after lot of mails they finally asked for my account details to transfer the amount (1050/-) on 20th sep, 2016 and which I provided the very next day on 21st Sep, 2016.

After that I mailed them and even called to their customer care, when I told that I will go for customer complain, they replied "Its your right you can go for that".
And today its 5th Oct, 2016 I still not received any money.

I want to return this product but your customer care associate ms. Nisha singh is threatening me to cant return this product.
The main reason for this return of this product is i wont find it genuine.
There is no any bar-code to detect this product

I order 20000 mah powerbank through ebazar oid204804 but i got 10000 mah powerbank instead of 20000 mah even company try to make me fool there mark the 20000 mah by the marker pen when i try to call customer care there is no response hence i requested to you please i want to put the complaint against ebazar ninja company either the refund my money or replace the product
